It all starts with J.D.'s daughter Nicole reading a really amazing book about pirates on an Indian Ocean island.

"What book are you reading, Nicole?" Laney asked.

"It's called The Magic Island," Nicole explained. "It's about a magical island that has a mysterious power."

"Looks cool," Laney commented.

"It is," Nicole confirmed. "These Buccaneers are trying to get to a treasure before the evil pirate Blackbeard can claim it."

"Captain Blackbeard, Scourge of the Seven Seas?" Laney asked. "Wow!"

"I love pirates and buccaneers," Lincoln confessed. "They are awesome."

"I know," Nicole admitted. "I also love treasure hunts. In the time we came from I am an awesome treasure hunter."

"Awesome," Laney exclaimed.

"I'll be taking that treasure map from ye now, Morgan."

"Map?" Morgan questioned. "I have no idea what you're talking about."

"He lies like a dog, Captain."

A page in the book was turned, and a magical window into the story revealed a swordfight between Morgan and Blackbeard.

"Wow," Nicole commented. "There they are. This is awesome."

"Real pirate and buccaneer fights," Laney added. "This is amazing."

"I love this," Lincoln enthused.

Something unusual happened later. Nicole, Lincoln, and Laney were lifted off the ground.

"Uh oh!" cried Nicole. "Hold on to me!"

They enter a portal and fall through the Time-Space Continuum.

"Hang on," Nicole urged.

Nicole, Lincoln, and Laney fell through the sky and landed, and Laney kicked Blackbeard in the face and knocked him unconscious.

"Nice shot, Laney," Nicole complimented.

"What matter of sorcery is this?" Morgan wondered.

"Let's go into the jungle and explain everything," Nicole suggested.

They did so and entered the jungle.

"Who are you?" Lincoln asked.

"Prince Morgan Hildebrandt," Morgan introduced himself.

"I'm Gwyn," Gwen introduced herself.

"My name is Dumas," Dunmas introduced himself.

"It's a pleasure to meet you all," Nicole replied. "I'm Nicole Knudson."

"I'm Lincoln Loud," Lincoln introduced himself.

"And I'm his younger sister Laney Loud," Laney added.

"It's a privilege," Morgan stated.

"This may seem weird, but we don't belong here in this time," Nicole explained. "My book here is a magical book that brought us here." She shows them her book.

Lincoln asked, "What year is it?"

"Of course, it's 1796," Morgan clarified.

"We're in the 1700s?" Laney asked. "Whoa!"

"We've actually been teleported here from 221 years in the future," Nicole revealed.

"That's interesting," Morgan commented. "We have no idea how any of this works."

"It's complicated," Nicole explained. "Actually, we are from the year 2017. It's far too advanced."

"We understand," Gwyn stated.

"What can you tell us about this island we're on?" Lincoln asked.

"That's the magic of it," Dumas explained. "This island was once home to the evil sorcerer Carbassas. We came to recover his treasure and bring it to our king."

"Yes," Morgan confirmed. "King George happens to be my uncle."

"King George III is your uncle?" Nicole inquired. "That's interesting."

Lincoln added, "We have an interesting history ourselves and have seen things that most people would never even begin to fathom."

"It's true," Laney said.

"I believe it," Morgan remarked.

"Let's see what's going on here," Nicole suggested.

Nicole takes out her book and notices something out of the ordinary. "That's funny, the pages are blank. Let me go back here." She finds a filled page. "Here we are."

"As Nicole, Lincoln, and Laney were invited to join the buccaneers on their quest, Blackbeard and his pirates were hot on their trail," a voice warned.

"Blackbeard is on his way," Nicole warned. "Let's go."

"Of course," Gwyn responded.

They traveled along the trail.

"So, Nicole, how are we going to go home?" Lincoln asked.

"We have to finish the book and follow them on their adventure," Nicole explained.

"This is going to be interesting," Laney predicted.

"I love a good adventure," Lincoln admitted.

Nicole, Lincoln, Laney, Morgan, Gwyn, and Dumas were walking ahead.

Lincoln was straddling along, getting hungry. "Man, I'm hungry for a piece of pizza."

When Lincoln suddenly smelled pizza, he followed the smell to a sand pool, where he found a pizza-growing tree. "A pizza tree? That's cool!"

Lincoln walked over and climbed onto it. But as he climbed it a Sand Shark was by the tree and Lincoln saw it.

"A Sand Shark!" cried Lincoln. "Wait a minute. I forgot I have powers."

Lincoln spread his wings, flew over the sand pool, and then touched down on the opposite side. Suddenly, a portal appeared, leading into the ocean. He landed in the ocean and began swimming. He discovered, to his surprise, that his lightning powers allow him to breathe underwater.

"Whoa!" exclaimed Lincoln. "I can breathe underwater! This is fantastic!"

Lincoln swam around till he came into a mermaid. "Hello, there."

"I've never met a man who can talk underwater," the mermaid remarked.

"I can do it because of my powers," Lincoln explained.

"Do you have a name?" asked the mermaid.

"My name is Lincoln Loud, and you are?" Lincoln asked.

"You can call me Lilly," the mermaid answered. "That's what the fish call me."

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Lilly," Lincoln replied. "Just a second."

Lincoln flew up and landed on the water's surface.

5 minutes earlier.

Nicole noticed Lincoln was not with them. "Guys! Lincoln isn't here."

"Where is he?" Morgan wondered.

"I'm sure I can find him," Laney said.

Laney concentrated and sensed where he was. "He's in the ocean."

"Let's go," Nicole urged.

They head for the ocean.

Present.

"So how are you able to breathe underwater?" asked Lilly.

"I was given lightning powers from a powerful source," Lincoln explained. "Watch."

Lincoln demonstrated his lightning powers by striking a nearby rock with a bolt of lightning, which exploded.

"That is incredible!" exclaimed Lilly.

"I have many abilities that go with lightning," Lincoln explained.

"It's amazing," Lilly enthused. "Your wings are beautiful."

"Thank you, Lilly," Lincoln replied. "They came with my powers."

Lilly answered, "I can see that.

"I came here from another time with my sister Laney and my friend Nicole, and we're on a treasure hunt," Lincoln explained.

"If you wish, I can join you," Lilly offered.

"How can you?" Lincoln questioned.

"You see, when a mermaid saves a human's life, she's granted a wish that lasts a sun and a moon," Lilly explained.

"That's interesting," Lincoln commented. "You can only give yourself legs for 24 hours. But I wasn't in any trouble."

"Yes, but I saved someone earlier," Lilly clarified.

"All right," Lincoln replied. "Lets get to land."

Nicole, Laney, Morgan, Gwyn, and Dumas saw Lincoln and Lilly as they landed.

"There he is, and my mermaid senses are tingling," Nicole said. "That girl he's with is a mermaid."

"Wow," Laney said. "She's amazing."

"She sure is," Morgan agreed.

Lilly was sitting on a rock when she cast a powerful magic spell that turned her fins into legs and gave her a stunning aqua blue skirt to wear.

They saw the whole thing.

"Whoa," Laney exclaimed. "I've read about this in the legend. When a mermaid saves someone's life, they are granted a wish."

"That's interesting," Gwyn commented.

"Wha?" questioned Lilly. "What do I do now!?"

"I'll help you," Lincoln promised.

Lincoln took her by the hand and helped her begin to walk.

"Good work," said Lincoln. "You're getting it."

Lilly is a quick learner. She got walking down quickly.

"You had us worried, Lincoln," Nicole confessed.

"I'm sorry, Nicole," Lincoln apologized. "I wound up in the ocean and met Lilly here."'

"We saw," Laney said. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Lilly. I'm Laney Loud."

"My name is Nicole Knudson," Nicole introduced herself.

"I'm Prince Morgan," Morgan introduced himself.

"I'm Gwyn," Gwyn introduced himself.

Dumas added, "And I'm Dumas.

"It's a pleasure to meet you all," Lilly replied.

"We heard an explosion," Nicole explained. "Are you okay?"

"Yes, I'm alright," Lincoln assured.

"Lincoln was showing his powers to me," Lilly explained.

"Powers?" Morgan wondered.

"We have powers, Prince Morgan," Nicole confirmed. "I was born with my powers."

"Where I come from, I was given my powers through a magical artifact," Laney explained.

"And I was blessed by a lightning spirit," Lincoln added.

"It's a strange choosing process," Nicole said.

"That's interesting," Gwyn commented.

Later, as they were travelling through the forest, Nicole sensed Blackbeard and his pirates approaching.

"We have company," Nicole announced. "It's Blackbeard. Let us fight."

"God bless ya Nicole," Gwyn replied.

Nicole said, "Thanks Gwyn. We are also powerful warriors."

"Are you really that good?" Lilly asked.

"We are," Lincoln acknowledged.

Nicole drew her weapon, Luciendar the Sword of Light, from its sheath.

When Blackbeard, Sapperstein, Jolly, and Duckbone came, they were ready for them.

"Well now," said Blackbeard. "This be a surprise."

"Captain Edward Teach, AKA Blackbeard the Scourge of the Seven Seas," Nicole explained. "The most ruthless pirate who ever lived. Soon to be a dead pirate."

"Who might ye be, wench?" replied Blackbeard.

"I'm Nicole Knudson," Nicole said. "Your worst nightmare. Let's dance!"

Swords clashed as Nicole and Blackbeard engaged in a full-on fight. Nicole slashed Blackbeard's arm, and he was in pain.

"For all the lives you've killed over the years," Nicole declared. "Your reign of terror is over."

Lincoln fired a bolt of lightning on Blackbeard, electrocuting him and sending him flying. He crashed into the beach.

Lincoln showed off his martial arts moves on Sapperstein, Duckbone, and Jolly, pulverizing them into a mangled mess.

Laney used her plant powers to bind Sapperstein, Duckbone, and Jolly before transporting them to the buccaneers' ship and putting them in the brig.

"So much for them," Laney muttered. "Now we can go find the treasure."

"That was impressive!" Morgan commented.

"You guys are truly powerful warriors!" Gwyn observed.

"Most impressive," Dumas added.

"You guys are amazing," Lilly exclaimed.

"Thank you," Nicole expressed gratitude. "We were trained by my father and have many skills. He is an excellent teacher, and we learned a lot from him."

"We believe it," Morgan replied.

Later, while they were resting for the night, Nicole felt an eerie presence in the forest.

"This forest gives me the creeps," Nicole confessed. "I have a feeling we're not alone."

"Me, too," Lincoln admitted.

"I can feel it," Laney admitted.

The buccaneers were terrified when they saw the water bottle lift up by itself. The water was poured onto the campfire, and the buccaneers ran in fear. Nicole, Lincoln, Laney, and Lilly had taken cover behind a rock. They poked their heads out of the rocks and realized they were on their own.

"They ran away," Nicole realized. "Looks like we're on our own, guys."

"Yeah," Lincoln agreed.

"Guys?" Laney asked, fearfully. "If you're over there, whose hand is this on my shoulder?"

They found the source of the hand, which was a pirate skeleton who was laughing.

Laney and Lilly screamed, and Lincoln fired a Force Lightning blast at it, destroying it.

"Nice shot, Lincoln," Nicole complimented.

"Thank you, Nicole," Lincoln said.

They sat back down.

"Are you okay, Lilly?" Lincoln inquired.

"Yes," Lilly replied. "Thank you, Lincoln."

"I fight so well because I'm a shinobi," Lincoln explained. "I'm a ninja that serves a village with a different lifestyle and fighting style."

"You see, Lilly," Nicole explained, "Lincoln and Laney are both Shinobi who were both taught by my father and have amazing power."

Lilly responded, "So that explains how you are so good."

"Yes," Lincoln confirmed. "We have incredible power, and great power comes with great responsibility."

"No matter what, Lincoln, you are the bravest boy I've ever met," Lilly stated.

As Lincoln and Lilly kissed, Lincoln's face turned very red.

"That's so sweet," Laney gushed. "But how will we explain this to Ronnie Anne?" she murmured to Nicole.

"We'll think of something," Nicole answered quietly. "Let's find the treasure," she remarked aloud.

Nicole, Lincoln, Laney, and Lilly discovered an ancient temple where the treasure was hidden.

"This must be where the treasure is," Lincoln concluded.

"Yep," Nicole confirmed. "I can feel it."

"Nicole, Lincoln, Laney, Lilly?" Morgan wondered. "Where are you?"

"We're over here!" Nicole yelled.

They found them.

"Thank goodness you're okay," Morgan said, relieved.

"Yeah," Nicole agreed. "I think we found where the treasure is."

Blackbeard had arrived. "So ye all found the treasure?"

"You just never learn do you Blackbeard," Nicole commented. "Now I'm going to finish you off for good."

Nicole drew her sword and blasted a hole in the temple entrance with an energy ball.

"Get as much treasure as you can, Morgan," Nicole urged.

"You got it, Nicole," Morgan replied.

"Lilly, how much time do you have until you become a mermaid again?" Lincoln asked.

"I think 10 minutes," Lilly answered.

"We sure are cutting it close," Nicole said. "Lincoln, you and Laney take Lilly back to the ocean. I'll hold off Blackbeard until I can meet you all on the beach."

"All right," Lincoln replied. "Come on, Lilly."

While Nicole and Blackbeard fought, Laney, Lilly, and Lincoln ran quickly. Morgan, Gwyn, and Dumas entered the temple and took as much riches as they could. Nicole overpowered Blackbeard and then stabbed him in the heart.

"Enjoy your eternity in the Netherworld!" Nicole shouted.

Blackbeard died and collapsed on the ground.

Dumas, Gwyn, and Morgan put all the treasure in bags and left.

"You all got the treasure?" Nicole asked.

"Yes, we did," Morgan confirmed.

"Good," Nicole said. "Now lets go to Lincoln, Lilly and Laney."

They ran to the ocean.

Lilly, Laney, and Lincoln were moving as fast as they could. They could see the ocean ahead of them.

"There's the ocean!" shouted Lincoln.

"We're almost there," Laney added.

"Oh no!" cried Lilly.

As they got close, Lilly's legs transformed back into fins.

"Oh no," Lincoln uttered.

The pair returned to Lilly.

"The spell is over," Laney announced.

"You have to get me home," Lilly pleaded.

"All right," Lincoln replied.

Lincoln lifted up Lilly bridal style, extended his wings, and flew to the ocean.

Lincoln stepped into the water and placed her in it.

"It's wonderful," Lilly commented. "I feel so good. Thank you."

"You're welcome, Lilly," Lincoln replied.

"It was the best adventure I'd ever had, Lincoln," Lilly enthused. "You, too, Laney."

"We're glad you had fun, Lilly," Laney replied.

Lincoln and Lilly kissed one more time before Lilly returned to the ocean and gave Lincoln a shell as a remembrance. But Lincoln had a strong feeling they'd see each other again.

"You were amazing, big brother," Laney remarked.

"Thank you, Laney," Lincoln replied. "I have a feeling we'll see her again in our time."

"Yeah," Laney agreed. "Mermaids are immortal, and I have the same feeling."

"Hey guys," Nicole began. "We did it. It's all over for Blackbeard. He's dead."

Lincoln uttered, "Good riddance."

"Yeah," Laney agreed.

"We also completed the story," Nicole added. "It's finished."

"We should be able to go home now," Laney replied.

"Yep," Nicole confirmed." It was a great to work with you, Morgan."

"Same here, Nicole," Morgan said. "You are an incredible fighter. Lincoln and Laney, you too."

"Thank you," Laney said.

"Thank you guys," Lincoln said. "We have to get back home to our time in the future. But maybe we'll find you all in the history books."

"Maybe you all will," Gwyn presumed.

Nicole sensed the portal opening.

"Take care," Nicole advised.

They traveled forward in time and landed on the sofa.

"Wow!" exclaimed Nicole. "What an adventure."

"You said it," Lincoln agreed.

"That was an awesome treasure hunt," Laney enthused.

"It wasn't a dream or a simulation," Nicole clarified. "It was all real, and we actually went back in time to 1796 and helped them."

"Yeah," Lincoln agreed.

Suddenly, a book appeared on the table.

"What's this book?" Nicole wondered.

It was a book called "The Buccaneers and The Time Travellers" by Prince Morgan Hilldebrant.

"The Buccaneers and the Time Travellers," Nicole read. " "Wow. "Prince Morgan wrote a book about our adventure."

"He sure did," Lincoln agreed. "Let's read it."

In six hours, they finished reading the book.

Nicole finished reading. "And we traveled back to England where my uncle knighted us and made me, Gwyn and Dumas Sir Morgan, Dame Gwyn and Sir Dumas. The End."

"That's amazing," Lincoln said.

"Yeah," Laney agreed. "It sure was."

They had Lori, Luna, and Lana with them.

"That's an amazing story," Lori remarked. "I can't believe it literally happened."

"It sure did, Lori," Nicole responded. "It was an amazing adventure that we will never forget."

"Lori, can you please invite Ronnie Anne and Bobby over?" Lincoln requested. "I'd like to tell them something."

"Sure," Lori replied.

Bobby and Ronnie Anne were called, and Lincoln confessed to kissing Lilly, and Ronnie Anne hugged him instead of hating him.

"Why are you hugging me?" Lincoln asked.

"You see, lame-o, I have a confession to make," Ronnie Anne confessed. "My feelings for you were only a crush. I recently found out that when Bobby and Lori get married, I will become another sister to you."

"That's right, little bro," Bobby answered. "I completely understand."

"Me too, Linky," Lori admitted. "Thank you for telling us about this."

"That was a very grand thing for you to do, dude," Luna added.

"We're proud of you, bro," Lana told him.

"Thank you, guys," Lincoln replied. "I had no idea that when you and Lori marry Bobby, this would happen."

"It's cool, bro," Bobby replied.

"I'm so happy for you and Lori, Bobby," Nicole added. "Congratulations on your future wedding."

"Thank you, Nicole," Lori replied.

"How about I take you all to the beach?" Nicole offered.

Everyone cheered.

Nicole used Instant Transmission to transport them all to Hawaii, where they are having a great time. Lincoln was thinking about Lilly. He is wearing the shell necklace she gave him.

"I miss you, Lilly," Lincoln confessed.

But all of a sudden, Lincoln sensed something. "I sense a mermaid. Could it be?"

Out in the ocean, Lincoln noticed a familiar face. It was Lilly.

"It is," Lincoln confirmed. "Lilly!"

Lilly noticed a familiar head of white hair and recognized it. "Lincoln!"

Lincoln spread his wings and ran out on top of the water, and Lilly swam toward him.

Lilly jumped out of the water, and Lincoln jumped, and Lincoln flew into the air, where they hugged in midair.

"It's good to see you!" Lilly gushed.

"Same here, Lilly," Lincoln replied.

For the first time in 221 years, Lincoln and Lilly kissed again. Lincoln and Lilly were now engaged, just like J.D. and Varie, and their wedding will not take place until they are 18.

Lincoln took Lilly to the beach and everyone introduced themselves.

"It's a pleasure to meet all of you," Lilly stated. "I am so happy to be reunited with Lincoln."

"Me, too, Lilly," Lincoln admits.

They kiss again.

"I'm so happy for you, bro," Naruto added.

"Same here, Lincoln," Sakura responded.

"That's so beautiful," Varie said.

J.D. congratulated him, "I'm proud of you, buddy."

For their friend Lincoln Loud, an adventure spanning 221 years turned into an awesome love.

THE END.
