It all starts with J.D. checking the news on his laptop computer. "This is interesting. "Copper miners in Lapland, Scandinavia, discovered the tail of a prehistoric reptile. It was taken to the Copenhagen Aquarium and displayed for all to see." Interesting. Tail of a prehistoric reptile. That's fascinating. We have to see this."
J.D. took his laptop and went down a slide to Laney's room. Laney's slide is a bright red color.
Laney was in her room with Riley, Lana, and Crysta, tending to some plants.
J.D. slides in. "Hey guys."
"Hey there, J.D," Laney replied. "What's going on?"
"Check this out," J.D. said.
He pulls up the news he found on his laptop and Riley, Laney, Lana, and Crysta were shocked.
"This is interesting," Laney commented. "A prehistoric tail found and brought to Denmark?"
"That sounds like something I'd like to see," Lana replied.
"Me, too," Riley added. "Aylene would want to hear about this too."
Lisa entered the room. "Siblings and friends I couldn't help but overhear." She looks at the story on J.D.'s computer. "Fascinating specimen they've unearthed. We have to go check this out."
"Yeah," J.D. agreed. "Let's go see."
After two hours, J.D., Varie, Vince, Carol, Lincoln, Lilly, Riley, Laney, Crysta, Lana, and Lisa left for Copenhagen. They arrived in 3 hours and spotted the tail at the aquarium. It was a strange one.
"Wow," J.D. exclaimed. "That's an interesting tail. It's unlike anything we've seen before."
"Affirmative," Lisa responded. "It's an interesting specimen. I need to collect a sample for analysis."
Lisa walked into the freezer, removed a piece of the tail, and analyzed it. "Interesting. It appears that the creature is 95 million years old, and that it has remarkable regenerating capabilities that are unlike any reptile from the prehistoric eras."
"That's fascinating," Carol noted.
"What kind of creature is it?" J.D. asked.
"I am uncertain," Lisa admitted. "I also did an analysis on its scales, and they are made of a stronger substance that makes the creature completely impervious to all modern day weaponry."
"That is incredible," Vince exclaimed. "Its scales would be perfect for the production of stronger bullet-proof armor."
"They could be as strong as Godzilla skin," Carol mused.
"They look like it," Lilly noticed. "We've heard legends about Godzilla."
"This isn't Godzilla," Varie pointed out. "This is something totally different."
"Yeah," Riley agreed. "I can feel it too."
"This is something I've never seen before," Crysta stated. "What kind of creature is it?"
"We don't know Crysta," Lana admitted. "It might be a dinosaur or something more dangerous."
"We won't know for sure," J.D. replied. "Unless it completely regenerates."
"Affirmative," Lisa agreed. "It turns out that the creature's cells are still alive and regenerating as we speak."
"Oh man," Vince exclaimed. "Well, I guess we'll find out later."
"Yep," J.D. agreed.
They were sleeping in a hotel 10 hours later when they heard an explosion from the aquarium.
"What was that?" J.D. asked.
They went outside and saw the western wall of the aquarium had been destroyed.
"What could have done that?" Varie wondered.
They noticed that the tail was missing.
"The tail is gone!" Vince gasped.
"It must have fully regenerated and escaped," J.D. surmised.
"That's exactly what it did," Lisa confirmed. "It's now loose on the world."
Later, they were joined by General Mark Grayson and a group of Denmark Army soldiers. They were in a field when they noticed a massive dragon creature in a nearby tree area. It was Reptilicus.
"Whoa!" cried J.D. "That is an enormous dragon."
"That creature is what that tail was?" Lisa asked. "Incredible."
"How can a creature like that regenerate itself in such a short amount of time?" Lincoln wondered.
"I don't know, but it's a nasty creature," Varie admitted.
"We have to destroy it right now," Laney responded.
"I agree," Riley added.
"Fire at will!" ordered General Grayson. "Give him everything you've got!"
They fired a hail of bullets at him, but they had no effect on him. Even so, he was in no way, shape, or form affected by those scales.
"Those scales are really strong," J.D. noted. "Let me try."
He fired an energy ball at him, which hit him and exploded.
When the smoke cleared, he wasn't even slightly damaged.
"Whoa!" cried J.D. "Even energy blasts cannot destroy him. But it did hurt him."
"It sure did," Carol agreed. "Let me try."
Carol unleashed King Ghidorah's Gravity Lightning, which blew his foot off.
"That did it!" cried Lincoln. "Good shot, Carol."
"Thanks, Linky," Carol replied.
"Let me see if I can freeze him," Lana offered.
Lana blasted Reptilicus with Ice Lightning, freezing him. Suddenly, he broke and spit acid slime at them. It landed near them, burned the ground with a loud sizzle, then crawled away.
"Whoa!" cried J.D. "That is some strong acid slime!"
"No kidding!" Vince replied. "Look how it burns right through the ground."
"If we get hit with that stuff, it's instant death," General Grayson warned.
Lisa took a sample and analyzed it. "Interesting. This acidic slime is actually jellied sulfuric acid in a concentrated form."
"That's some strong stuff," Varie commented. "It would dissolve through a wall in seconds."
"Yeah," Riley agreed.
Laney went to the creature's severed foot and saw it regenerate into another Reptilicus, which she tamed and became her friend. However, this one is able to fly and breathe fire. Laney named this creature Nomana. As Reptilicus approached Copenhagen, everyone in the city was ordered to evacuate.
They were in a command center set up by General Grayson.
"9 D sector," one of the soldiers said. "22 12 F Sector. Reptilicus was last seen at coordinates 33 19. Present position: Unknown. Repeat: Unknown. Out."
"Condition Red," General Greyson declared.
They were prepared to face Reptilicus. Laney and Nomana were ready to intercept him from the air. Then, Laney could see Reptilicus moving toward the city from the southeast.
"Reptilicus is approaching the city from the southeast," Laney reported.
General Grayson activated the air raid sirens. "This is Grayson, all units, all units Fire at Will!"
"Let's get him," J.D. ordered.
They threw everything they could at Reptilicus, including bullets, energy, Gravity Lightning, Atomic Rays, Corona Rays, Fire, Ice, Lightning, Earth, Plants, and more. The entire city was under attack. Everything was on fire, and the destruction was terrible. Fortunately, the entire city was evacuated. Reptilicus was spitting Acid Slime all over the place. He was destroying everything in his path, and explosions were tearing everything apart. They were destroying Reptilicus with everything heavy and more, gradually tearing him apart. The entire city of Copenhagen was engulfed in raging fire, and it was terrifying. People were trying to escape the battle, and it looked like something out of the Netherworld's darkest pits. Reptilicus is not one to easily give up. He is becoming angrier and angrier by the second. But they were winning. A student at the University of Denmark had a brilliant idea. It was to knock him out with a powerful drug so that they could completely destroy it.
The general said, "General Greyson to J.D."
"J.D. here, General," J.D. replied.
"We have a plan to destroy Reptilicus," General Grayson revealed. "We're going to knock him out with a powerful knockout drug that will knock it out so we can destroy him."
"That's a brilliant idea," J.D. replied. "But we'd only have to fire it at point-blank range into his mouth."
"Yes," General Grayson confirmed. "We'll meet you in City Hall."
"All right," J.D. said.
They regrouped 20 minutes later, and General Grayson had a bazooka and a gallon of the knockout drug hidden in a rock. J.D. had the bazooka ready.
"All right, lock and load," J.D. remarked.
General Grayson launched the rocket while Reptilicus' mouth was open, and J.D. shot it, striking the interior of his mouth and knocking him out.
"It worked!" J.D. yelled. "We did it!"
They all cheered wildly.
"We beat him," Lilly announced.
"We sure did," Lincoln replied.
"Now let's destroy it," Varie declared.
Laney formed a tree, which sent Reptilicus into the air.
"Vince, Varie, together!" shouted J.D.
"ME! KA! ME! HA! ME! HAAAAAA!" yelled all three of them.
They launched a combined Kamehameha Wave at Reptilicus, which hurled him directly into the Sun and instantly destroyed him.
"That did it," J.D. announced. "The sun has completely destroyed Reptilicus' cells. He will not be able to regenerate."
"It's over," Laney declared. "Reptilicus will never terrorize the world again."
"Yeah," J.D. agreed. "We won."
"We sure did," General Grayson acknowledged. "Reptilicus will never terrorize us again."
"Agreed, General," J.D. responded. "But we saved an entire city from total destruction. We have not lost any casualties."
"No, we have not," acknowledged General Grayson. "We couldn't have done it without your help, J.D. Denmark owes you their lives."
"We're glad we could help General," Varie stated.
Later, they attended a ceremony where the Prime Minister of Denmark presented them with the Valor Cross of Denmark, the highest military honor.
"We are truly honored, Mr. Prime Minister," J.D. acknowledged. "We're glad we were able to help you all.
"We are," Varie agreed.
They returned home and had a nice dinner.
THE END.
