Ethor says: Normally yes, Ukitake WOULD not be in contact with Ichigo… that we know of. But it makes a lot of sense for Ukitake to be in contact with Ichigo which was not stated in canon, first off he is in control of the Shinigami that reside in Karakura, meaning Ichigo would be under his command by association. And it would make sense from a Fullbringer arc perspective as well, to keep an eye on Ichigo to make sure he stays in line with what the soul society wants of him. It makes sense to me in the context of the Fullbringer arc.

Ethor Says: Because I and MS thought it would be interesting to set it at that point, it also makes sense from a power scaling perspective.

Ethor says: I have not read the Light novels yet… I am a broke college student I have other things to worry about other than getting three 30-dollar novels and I can't find any good scans of them anywhere so I would need to purchase them in order to read them.

Ethor Says: OK despite this one having a little bit of a spoiler added on I decided to answer this one without spoiling this. First off, the grail needs a body in order to form, so Ichigo-a soul reaper hybrid with access to someone who is able to make Gigai- would be the best choice. Also, yes Ichigo is still a Hybrid, he just is not human anymore he is 100% soul and that is all I am allowed to say. Also about the "You're writing as if Ichigo isn't a Hybrid." thing… yes, yes I am. Obviously, that is intentional because Ichigo doesn't know he is a hybrid yet. In fact, nobody does other than the obvious people. And considering that I and MS are throwing some aspects of Manga and Anime out the window, like keeping those in the dark in the dark despite knowing that Ichigo is a soul reaper and are trying to help him, we are allowing it to be an AU. and it makes sense for them to suspect something after the battle with Byakuya.
Ethor says: speaking of, "And Speaking about Byakuya. Is Byakuya a Woman? If so Why? Is she going to be the Pairing? Or Is it Not Important or Noteworthy at all and just something you wanted to do?", Byakuya is not a woman, the honorifics that I used were out of respect for a member of a royal family, which is what "Sama" means, and the honorific itself is spread across genders… thank you for giving me an idea for a joke for a Halloween special tho!

And that is all I am at liberty to say. Everything else is a figure out and find out the type of thing. I was honestly tempted to put this segment at the end of the chapter this time but honestly, I want this to be a sign that I won't talk about spoilers yet still answer questions that must be answered. Chapter 6: Good Company (Part One)

"I once again have to ask… what the hell happened Yuzu? And who the hell is next to both you and Karin?"
Ichigo looked in shock at the people besides his own sisters. He could tell that they were servants just by the Dark power that he knew they had… But he could tell right out the gate that all of them there were at least slightly more powerful than Goldy… not much more powerful but they were more powerful indeed.
The first one that he noticed was a woman with purple hair and kind red eyes dressed in a purple work suit with a wisteria pinned onto her collar. Ichigo slightly noticed how she looked around Karin. She looked almost motherly next to the 11-year-old, and that calmed Ichigo down slightly. He knew that Karin was not the most trusting person when it came to people outside of the family, and thankfully she seemed trusting of the purple-haired woman.
The Second was a Blonde man that had greenish hair longer than his long blonde, he had piercing golden eyes and his posture was that of royalty, kingly even, despite being in a black suit and one of Ichigo's Dad's own cheesy aprons he still held a menacing aura. And his clothes, it almost looked like he was a detective out of a Noir film. He had a black suit and an overcoat with a blue scarf draped over his shoulders.
"I am sorry Nee-chan, I just didn't… I just didn't want you to go and get yourself hurt," said Yuzu
"I am assuming Karin told you then," said Ichigo as he tried to calm Rukia and the others down covertly.
"Of course I did." Said Karin, "I told her the second you first went after that first big force that you went after."
"I thought so." said Ichigo, "I am not mad… I just want to know when… THEY happened to come into our lives?"
"This morning Dear Boy. It is a pleasure to meet the man my master respects most." said the blonde man, "My title is Berserker, and the woman that was summoned with your sister, she is Caster."
"It is a pleasure to meet you," said Caster
"So… there is another grail war going on?" asked Renji, "I thought that was done and dusted once Aizen summoned the grail."
"Guess we were wrong." said Toshiro, "When Ukitake told us about Ichigo's corpse we assumed that the grail was used… we just don't know for what reason."
"So… what are you two here for?" asked Ichigo, "Are you the summons of Aizen and he summoned you to kill me?"
"Who the heck is Aizen?" asked Karin and Yuzu
"We were not informed about this Aizen character." said Berserker, "When we were summoned by the grail we were not informed of the previous grail's use or this Sosuke Aizen character."
"And I know from some other servants that you guys can fight." said Ichigo, "Will both of you protect my sisters?"
"With my life." said Berserker before setting a hand on Yuzu's shoulder, "Because it is my duty bestowed to me by the grail."
"And while in my current state, I am physically unable to die, but let me just say your sister is safe with me as her caretaker," said, Caster
"Good." said Ichigo before turning his head to look at his friends standing on the stairs, "And will any of you try to attack them?"
"No promises." They all said.
"Good." said Ichigo, "Then I guess I should explain everything."
(3 Hours Later… at the Karakura Docks.)
"So THIS… This is the place," asked Ichigo
"I guess so," said Chad
Ichigo, Chad, and Orihime all elected themselves to go and meet with the quote-on-quote "Runaway Soul Reapers" as Toshiro called them and all of them looked upon their base of operations with… confusion. It was honestly quite confusing as to how these legendary soul reapers have lived this long in an abandoned warehouse. But I guess if they learned anything from their soul reaper friends, it was to expect the unexpected… still, it would have been nice to have walked up to a bar with minimal lighting as the most exclusive members got to meet with the heads of this secret group… Like Orihime had guessed it would be.
"I guess we have to go in right?" asked Orihime, "The door is open after all."
"I guess so," said Chad
"I thought I told you to come ALONE."
A man began to walk toward them, wearing a white suit and a black undersuit all with a white tie to pull the peace together and a black hat the man himself was slim, almost scrawny compared to the shadowed people behind him in the building, his hair was cut in a bowl cut and his smile seemed kind but it was filled with Menace.
"I brought them along for the same reason I came Shinji. I want you to train us," said Ichigo
"I know what you are here for Ichigo… I asked you to come." said Shinji, "But I know that they were not part of the deal."
"We were not going to leave him alone with you Shinji." Said Orihime in the most heroic voice she could muster.
"And I know that! Which is why despite the deal I will give you another one!" said Shinji, and Ichigo could swear up and down until the end of his days got even more shit eating, "Step forward, and then we will train you!"
"That is it?" asked Chad
"You were all trained by Urahara weren't you?" asked Ichigo as he walked into the Hideout
Soon after both Chad and Orihime followed suit. walking beside Shinji as they made it into the hideout beside the shrouded figures they saw from the door. All seven of them looked upon them.
"And like that, you pass your first test. The second test however requires Just Ichigo." said Shinji, "And it all starts with!-"
"ME!" shouted a figure as he flew from behind Shinji's Head into Ichigo's Torso
This sneak attack that was not all too sneaky knocked the soul out of Ichigo's Gigai. Ichigo felt as if his own soul was pulsing at the blow, and he could feel an energy come out around his own face.
"Ichigo, Show us your hollow."
That simple command was enough to signal all the other figures in the room, all of them piling on Ichigo with swords drawn all of them aimed at his face, the largest one of the group set his blade by Ichigo's neck before creating A kido whip and launching at peace of debris, The buffest of them and a Girl wearing Kamin rider clothes Picked up Ichigo's Writhing body and tossed it down into the depths of their training room.
"What are you doing!?" asked Orihime
"Training him," said Shinji before all of them flash-stepped into the training area, a large expanse that looked almost like Kisuke Urahara's own training room.
"It looks like he is ready to be trained."
"Indeed he is Kensei, Good job on that Kick there Hiyori," said Shinji
"It was meant for you, Asshole." said Hiyori, "Hey Ushōda, Did you already-"
"Set up the Spells? Of course."
"Then if we are all set, I believe that it is my turn to take on this raging monster that is Ichigo's Hollowfied form," said Rose with a bow
The perspective flips, it is no longer Ichigo's view we look through from here. As Ichigo battles in his inner world, the Visards must remain outside in order to battle a bigger monster, the rapidly hollowfying Ichigo Kurosaki.

Ichigo was awake on the side of one of the buildings in his inner world, it was honestly fairly interesting to see it again. He tried looking around, seeing if he could find Zangetsu standing off into the far reaches of Ichigo's inner world.
"Well Look who decided to show up!"
Ichigo turned toward his voice, he recognized the distorted voice… and hoped he would never have to see the person on the other end of it.
The man he saw was a carbon copy of Ichigo in terms of body shape and voice, but his body was pale white to match his clothes and his hair, his eyes and mouth were almost that of pure darkness, with only a pair of golden sclera piercing through it.
"You don't look happy to see me, I am hurt!" said The White Ichigo
"I thought I defeated you."
"Sorry Kingy, but I am not that easy to put down!" said The White Ichigo, "You were probably expecting the other guy here, wern't you?"
"What did you do with Zangetsu?" asked Ichigo
"Nothing I sware! He just backed off while I The True Zangetsucame out to play!"
"There is no way you are actually Zangetsu!" stated Ichigo, "Zangetsu himself said so!"
"YhaME!God you are a fucken idiot aren't you!" said White Zangetsu, "Look! If you want to fight about it we can fight about it, But I am not gonna let you get your ass kicked more than you already have!"
"What?"
"Look, I can take you to where the old man is if you want, but I am gonna be honest, I. Don't, Want. To. Fight. Well, not yet at least. But I do plan to help you. The people outside dealing with your hollowfiyng body can keep you "Trained" for a while I guess." said White Zangetsu, "You are too depressed for your own good kid."
"Why do you say that?" asked Ichigo, "I feel perfectly fine!"
"It has been raining here for days, and you're thoughts are making our way over to me and the old man! It is sickening seeing all this rain down here, and seeing the old man upset is kinda depressing you know!" said White Zangetsu "Is it the fact you lost?"
Ichigo Didn't respond…
"So it is not that… Interesting. Well, it could be everything that has been going on over the past few weeks, The shit in the soul society, The pale bitch that helped beat your ass and the asses of your friends, the Grimmjow asshole you fought after that Gold fucker. Then the fact that your sisters are masters in a war that should be long but over! Ichigo I get it, mainly because I was there for all of it. You want to be strong enough to protect them: your family, friends, hell even your previous enemies… but you are not a super soldier. You are just… you. Ichigo Kurosaki is a teenager with hopes and dreams of his own. Funnily enough, the old man never even wanted our power to be given to you, he was quite happy when you lost them the first time because he thought you could go back to a life of normalcy. But you are the King and the Horse, you work the hardest to keep those under you safe while doing your best not to cave."
"And you think I am about to?" said Ichigo
"OF COURSE I FUCKEN DO! That is why I am here to stop you for a moment and give you a moment to think!" said White Zangetsu, "Look, I am not an expert in therapy. But I can already tell you this, in all those situations you had people that were there to protect you as well. Orihime was able to heal herself and Chaddy boy during your fight with the buff dude and the white bitch. You had us as backup during the first Aizen encounter and you could have called upon us during the fight with Blue bitch one. The point is, you are never alone when it comes to these fights, never lose sight of your goal but know because of your goal you are never gonna be alone. Got it Kingy! Now get up~ We got a fight to do!"
Ichigo Smiled, and stood as he drew his blade, "Thanks for the advice White." said Ichigo, "Now it's time to get all my stress out of my system."
"THEN LET'S DUKE IT OUT KINGY! FULL POWER!"
"BANKAI!/ BANKAI!" shouted both Ichigo and white as a torrent of gold and silver energy erupted into the sky.
