Yeah, this one is not exactly how the other ones have been, this is mainly an address to . Recently, and I do not know if I am the only one that this is happening too, but there have been no viewable view counts or resent comments on both of the good compony chapters or the previous chapters of this story. with is weird because this happened around the time that the 6th and 7th chapters were uploaded. this might just be a weird glitch but I want other writers to comment on this and tell me if this is going on for anyone else, or if anyone has a Twitter, contact about this glitch and see if it can be fixed. if this continues I will just reupload the story or the chapters, but I have yet to discuss this with MS, I will discuss it with him later but for now just enjoy another MSLMGamer original, Chapter 8. Chapter 8: Instruction
Written and Edited by: Ethorthebayleef and MSLMGamer
Yuzu and Karin continued making dinner soon after Ichigo and his friends left for their training. Isshin walked into the kitchen seeing them both get everything ready and looked around the room for a bit.
"Damn I told that kid to be home by 7!" Isshin said, slightly annoyed.
"He was here earlier but he left with his friends," Karin explained.
Isshin sighs, "I wish he would say something once in a while, I'm not that bad am I?"
"Maybe if you didn't always try to fight him all the time he'd actually like you," Yuzu said.
Isshin sighs as he sits down at the table to eat with the girls, then they all hear a knock on the door. Yuzu gets up and opens the door only to see Urahara waiting patiently. The girls don't know who he is but Isshin knows him all too well.
"I didn't mean to interrupt your dinner Isshin my friend but I'd like to have a word if you have time."
Isshin gets up and tells the girls to wait inside and eat without him, then the two of them talk outside the clinic.
"Why are you here Kisuke?" Isshin asks with a stern look in his eyes.
"I expected you to want an explanation immediately. You know Ichigo went off to train with the Vizards so why would I show up here? Have you noticed anything weird about your daughters?"
"What are you talking about Kisuke?" Isshin asks.
"Don't play dumb, you know they have a sudden energy to them that wasn't there before," Urahara says.
Isshin sighs knowing he can't keep it from him, "I've never felt anything like it, it's similar to spiritual pressure but vastly different at the same time. It's almost…"
"Magical right?" Urahara says with a smirk. "It's magic, they've become mages, along with their own servants to boot."
Isshin, not wanting to believe it, finally accepts what Kisuke said. His daughters were not only awakening a power but were Masters in the grail war. His knowledge is limited but he knows the basic concepts of what the grail war entails.
"What should I do? I can't just kill their servants, I need to keep my identity in check and the girls could've already grown attached to them." Isshin asks.
"There's only one thing that can be done. They need to learn how to use their powers now and their servants."
"You can't be serious!" Isshin exclaims angrily.
"There's no other option. You know as well as I do that Aizen will come for them and you can't stop him! They need training or else they're going to be in more danger than they already are." Urahara explains as he puts his hand on Isshin's shoulder. "The only thing I can think to do that'll put you at ease is to have you be the one to train them."
Isshin looks at him confused, "You want me to train them?"
Urahara explains, "It'd be better than it is their father training them than a stranger and besides, I think it's time for them to know the truth. You've tried to hide it for long enough and now things are crashing down. At least now is the time where the crash will have a softer landing."
Isshin thinks for a minute and decides, "Alright I'll have them over later tonight. I'll explain everything to them before we arrive."
"That's good, just be sure to tell them at a slow enough pace. It'll be easier for them to understand."
Urahara makes his leave as Isshin heads back in, noticeably distraught. Yuzu and Karin both look at each other with worried looks.
"Yuzu, Karin, I should apologize. For keeping a lot of secrets from you two, for acting like a complete fool and a sorry excuse for a father. It's time I tell you everything you need to know. I know you two are Masters and have servants, I know you two can sense spiritual pressure, and I know you two know about the soul reapers. What's about to happen is going to be different, it's going to be brutal, and you two might not be ready for it. But the world is changing for the worst and this is the only way you two can be safe. I just want you to know that-"
Yuzu interrupts him, "It's ok, we've been thinking about this for a while now."
"Yeah Ichigo told us about his training and we figured that since we have these powers now we'd be in danger. You don't have to tell us anything about the past, you're still our father no matter what." Karin adds as Caster and Berserker appear.
"We promise you we will protect our masters, and your daughters with our lives," Caster says as Berserker nods in agreement.
Isshin looks at his two girls, knowing that they're being forced to grow up faster than they need to and will undoubtedly be in danger no matter what anyone does. He thinks it over and decides to take them to Urahara's shop, where he can begin their training to protect themselves. A war is coming and nobody knows how fast it's approaching.
