26: Suspension

"W-What?" Mary Jane muttered, looking around in confusion, so did Liz. Then, as the memories of what happened returned, both blushed and jolted up, staring at Peter in shock and embarrassment.

However, before they could say anything, Peter dropped their clothes on the ground.

"Wear your clothes and go home. I have everything that happened here recorded, so think of trying anything funny, and see what I'll do." Saying so, he left, letting the girls mull over their situation. He was not concerned about their well-being in the slightest—they could die for all he cared—so he wasn't really worried about how'd they fare in their situation.

They were just his fucktoys; his SP farm. Nothing more, nothing less. The faster they deal with it, the better.

Anyways, after Peter was done with that, he just returned home—he'd already worn his clothes, so that wasn't a problem.

'Another day gone.' He thought, sighing. Days were ticking away, fast, and it wouldn't take much time before [Iron Man]. Though Peter was a bit curious, would the plot be the same? If some stuff from [The Incredible Hulk] changed, didn't that mean that other movies could change too?

If so, how viable was his canon knowledge?

Peter sighed.

He needed to start moving, do stuff, start his plans, and everything. After all, he couldn't remain passive and let the days pass by like this for long, he needed to start infiltrating places, stealing things, start preparing for danger, growing strong, start doing research to grow strong.

Now that the system had leveled up once, he could focus on some other things. The first thing he'd do is make a game, or app from his past life. Earn money for his future projects all while increasing his personal strength.

Games or apps were easy enough given his intellect, but the main problem lay in personal strength. He was weak. Extremely so (compared to the bigger threats he has to face in 14 years or so). That's why he needed to be stronger than he already was.

He had reasons to be strong now too.

May.

Gwen.

And now that he knew that she was pregnant with his child.

His future kid, too.

The weight on his shoulders just increased, but he was ready to face everything like a champ.

And the first thing he needed to do as soon as possible, was to train in hand-to-hand combat. He knew that hand-to-hand combat wasn't really anything in face of absolute strength, but everyone starts from somewhere, and this is what he has chosen for himself. One step at a time.

That's why his goal was to learn magic now.

Why? Simple, with magic, he could use teleportation. Which would allow him to go to Symkaria, and he could train under Silver there. Teleportation would come in handy for a lot of other plans he had too, so this is really necessary.

And that's exactly why, he was going to go to Kamar-Taj, meet with the Ancient One, and learn the mystic arts. Though he needed to finish some of his 'work' before going.

Say, like beating Flash's ass since they were having that friendly 'spar' tomorrow. Oh, and a sweat date with Gwen.

With all that in his mind, Peter fell asleep.

The next day, Peter walked to school, and while walking, he met Gwen.

"Hey," he smiled at her. "How are you?" he asked, giving a quick peck, only to receive a slap on the back of his head. "Ouch! What for?"

"Peter," Gwen said, looking at him with twitching eyes. "How many times have I told you to not kiss me out of the blue like that? More so when we're outdoors?"

"Why? You're my girlfriend. I can kiss whenever I want, wherever I want." Peter grumbled.

"It's just…" Gwen sighed, deciding to come clean. "It's just embarrassing." She muttered, looking away.

Adorable. Peter chuckled.

"Aww. Is my little Gweneth embarrassed-Omphh!" Peter gasped, holding his stomach. Gwen just elbowed him, and it definitely hurt like a fucking bitch.

"Gwen, please remind me to train you." He wheezed out.

"…Sorry," Gwen stopped and looked at him apologetically. "I just forget that I'm a mutate now."

"No worries," Peter shrugged, standing up as if he wasn't hurt. "Was just kidding, your punches still feel like nothing-" Peter stopped and raised his hands in the air for surrender when he saw Gwen's bawling her fists again. "Sorry, sorry."

Gwen just sighed at her boyfriend's antics and continued walking beside him. The silence grew as they walked, and she felt Peter's hand gripping hers. She stiffened slightly before letting him do as he wanted; though she grew self-conscious as well. Is her hand sweaty?

"Hey, Gwen," Peter asked her.

"Um?"

"How are you feeling?" He asked her. She glanced at him and saw him motioning at her tummy. Gwen continued walking without saying anything for a while as her other hand came to her stomach. she started caressing gently.

"I feel… fine? I guess." She said after a while. "Just a little dizzy in the mornings. And just a little… afraid is all."

Peter gripped her hand a bit tighter.

"Don't worry," he said. "As I said, we'll figure something out."

"I am a bit concerned as well." Now that they were talking about this, Gwen wanted to take some load off her mind as well.

"About what?"

"Dad, you know…" she trailed off. "Afraid how he'll react to the news." She chuckled dryly. "Probably not too well."

"Hey." Peter nudged her with his shoulder. "Don't worry, I'm going to talk to him about us soon enough—just psyching myself up for the confrontation hehe—so you shouldn't worry about him too much. Sure, he'll probably be mad at us for doing something so stupid, or outright beat—or kill—me up if we decided to tell him I ráped you. But you need not worry; I'll be with you no matter what."

Gwen didn't say anything, though a small smile did blossom on her face.

"Thanks, Pete." She whispered, tightening her grip on his hand.

"No probs, wifey."

Gwen's grip tightened on his hand before a cracking sound resounded.

"Ow…" Peter winced as Gwen let go of his hand. Peter brought it up, only to see his fingers in different directions and a bone or two protruding out.

"I- P-Peter I-" Gwen panicked.

Peter just waved it off, "Don't worry." He sighed, placing his bones in place with his other hand. Cracking sounds resounded as he did that. It was painful, but nothing Peter couldn't bear. He wiped the blood off with a handkerchief, keeping it on there until the blood stopped. Then, as they reached school, his hand was fully healed.

"See," Peter smiled, showing her his hand. "Nothing to worry about; I have an awesome healing factor."

Gwen looked a bit dazed.

"Do I have it too?" she asked.

"Of course," Peter affirmed, much to her delight. "Though probably not as good as mine. No offense."

"None taken. But I'm curious; why is yours better than mine?"

"Oh, that's 'cause I'm special-" he raised his hand and caught her fist, which was ready to strike again. "I don't know why. And I do think the mutation is affecting your emotions somewhat."

"W-what?"

"You get angry easily."

Though he could be wrong, there was nothing bad with checking if it were true or not. That's for later though.

"Whew," someone whistled. "Fighting already, Gwen? Why don't dump his sorry ass and date someone as dashing as me, huh?" Flash said, coming in front of them.

"Sorry, Puny Parker, didn't see you there." Flash jeered.

Peter sighed; they fucking agreed that the 'spar' would be after school, not in the fucking morning…

He should just make quick work of Flash, no?

But he'll be suspended for a while if he were to beat the shit out of Flash… wait, that's good, no? If he were to get suspended, he could easily go find the Ancient One and get trained in the Mystic Arts. Peter honestly thought that It would be easy for him to learn magic in a short time.

Getting suspended it is, then!

Sure, May would be worried, but if just explained it right enough, she won't be too mad—he could just say that he was just protecting his girlfriend or some bullshit along those lines.

"Seriously, you wanna do it now?" Peter said, staring at Flash as the latter barred his way along with Harry and some of their goons. Liz wasn't present in their group, and neither was Mary Jane. They probably didn't come to school today, not knowing how they'd face Peter and all that.

"You bet I do!" Flash laughed. "Look punk, after you so gracefully bumped into me and hurled me into the ground, I've been the laughing stock of my friends. And today is the day I redeem my name!" saying so, Flash lashed at Peter, throwing a punch.

Peter just sighed. Fucking teenagers and their uselessly inflated pride.

"Tsk," Peter clicked his tongue and ducked under Flash's punch before he moved behind Flash and threw a firm kick at his behind. Flash stumbled but didn't fall—well, Peter hadn't really hit hard. Though he wouldn't hold back now, he needed to make an example out of Flash so that no one would bother them—he and Gwen—in the future.

"Ghraa!" Flash growled, pouncing at Peter. Peter just dodged, threw a flurry of punches at Flash's face, and ended this unimportant scuffle right there, right then.

Flash fell to the ground with a resounding thud in the silence of the students who'd stopped to watch the fight. Flash was unconscious, with his head, and face bleeding—Peter might've broken his teeth too.

Peter sighed; why is he beating a teenager?

"Ohmygod!" Gwen ran up to Peter. "Peter! Are you alright?!"

"Calm down Gwen." Peter gave her a reassuring smile before shaking his head bitterly. "I'm gonna get suspended, aren't I?"

"Yep, you're gonna get suspended," Gwen confirmed, and Peter just sighed.

"Mr. Parker, do you know what you did Is against the rules of the school?" The principal, Mr. Morita, said, staring at Peter with a disappointed look.

"Yes, Mr. Morita, I very much do."

"I was not expecting this from a brilliant student such as yourself, Peter." Morita sighed, leaning back into his chair. "You do know I have to suspend you right? And while I really do not want to, I have to."

"I know, and I understand," Peter said softly. "I will accept my punishment. No need to call May here; you can give her a call to tell her about the situation. I do not want to disturb her from her work."

Morita nodded.

"Why did you beat Flash though?" Morita asked. "If you were capable enough to beat him, why didn't you do so sooner? When Flash bullied you?"

"He hit on my girlfriend, Mr. Morita."

"Oh… I see."

"Anyways," He sighed; young blood.

"You are suspended for 2 weeks."

Yes! Peter cheered internally. Fucking yes!

After that, Peter walked out of the principal's office. Gwen was waiting outside, and as he came out, she looked at him worriedly.

"What happened?"

"Suspended for 2 weeks."

"Oh…"

"Don't worry though," Peter walked up to her, pulling her by the waist as he gently kissed her on the lips. "I have a sweet girlfriend who'd share her homework with me, and a genius mind—so no worries. This just means more dates for us."

"I will still have to come to school, you know that, right?"

"Oh, but I mean I can plan more dates." For Gwen, Yuri, and other girls he might woo.

Though Peter wasn't dumb enough to tell her that.

Gwen smiled and got out of his grasp.

"See you later, Mr. Parker."

"Okay, soon-to-be Mrs. Parker."

Gwen slapped him on the back of his head, and ran away, blushing.

Peter just laughed
