28: Kamar-Taj [01]

The kiss lasted for a while before they backed away, staring at each other. Peter was definitely turned on by the kiss earlier, Gwen? He wasn't sure. But she was blushing heavily.

"See you later, I guess." Saying so, Gwen stormed away. Then, she walked into her house.

Damn…

Peter sighed, and turned around to leave, patting little Peter. "Down boy, down."

It was nighttime, and Peter was really turned on for some reason—maybe it was because of Gwen and him being spiders? Peter shrugged; it was a possibility.

Peter sighed, looking in the direction of the warehouse; it was nighttime, maybe she was there?

Peter looked down at little Peter, and in the direction of the warehouse before ultimately deciding to go there and let off some steam. He liked it. Yuri liked it. So not like there was any problem.

Peter heaved up and down staring at the warehouse's ceiling. He'd ended up coming into the warehouse, and sure enough, Yuri was there. He'd said nothing and had just sent her clothes in [Inventory] and started fucking her mind out.

He tried a lot of things he hadn't tried before.

Like whipping her ass—he was a bit worried, but Yuri seemed to enjoy it (if the orgasms she had due to whipping were of any indication). He'd made a makeshift whip with his webs. And as this was Yuri's first time getting whipped, he got [1000 SP]. He also tried anal since he'd done it once with Liz.

Yuri was all in for this too, and he ended up with 10 times more SP since this was her first anal experience too.

In the end, he ended up with a lot of SP.

[5,600/20,000 SP]

Although he had enough SP to buy some skills, Peter didn't buy any skills. He was late as it is, so he was more concerned about going home now. So, Peter kissed Yuri goodbye and went straight home.

"Had a good time?" May asked, smiling, as she saw Peter.

"You bet!" Peter grinned. "Gwen is like, the cutest girl ever!"

"Oh my," May said. "Now, I really do think Peter has been kidnapped and you are an impersonator—Peter would've never admitted she's cute."

Peter grinned, "Precisely. That Peter is gone. Now, there is this Peter who won't shy away from saying how cute his girlfriend is and how hot his aunt is-" Peter fumbled, 'blushed', looked away.

May looked at him with widened eyes.

"I… I didn't know you found me attractive…" May said with a slight blush.

"…sorry; I didn't mean it like that," Peter said. "I mean, you're hot, and, totally like someone I'd bang, but that's just my dick speaking. I know my limits. Sorry for bringing this up." Peter sighed.

"Ugh, I should just go upstairs, I think." Saying so, he quickly walked up, leaving May deep in her thoughts.

After Peter walked into his room, he locked the door and quickly summoned his suit. It's time to find the sanctum. Actually, he already knew where it is, but, whatever.

Peter took out the notebook he had in his [Inventory] and skimmed through the locations. He hadn't written anything other than locations here. He wasn't an idiot. He wouldn't just add details on a piece of paper. There were just some locations and 'hints' that would make him recall the knowledge from his previous life.

And there was a location written here. That's exactly where he needed to be.

'177A Bleecker Street, Greenwich Village, New York City.'

Peter, kind of, had it memorized. He quickly jumped out of his window and swung through the city for a while before landing inside a tree across the road. It was nighttime. Peter jumped down the tree and looked around for any prying eyes—there were none. He was alone, at least he thought so.

He looked ahead, and there it was...

Tthe sanctum. This was his ticket to Kamar-Taj. If things played out nicely. Which he hoped they would.

"My Lady," Peter whispered, and after a while, a system notification sounded.

[Lady Luck glances at you with curiosity]

"Be my lucky charm this once, will you?" Peter chuckled; he didn't really know if this would work. But it didn't hurt to try.

[Lady Luck giggles, saying that she has been your lucky charm for a while now]

"Oh…" Peter smiled. "Thank you, I guess." He scratched the back of his head sheepishly.

[Lady Luck says that she's been interested in you for a while now, so she will remain as long as she deems it interesting]

"I'm honored." Peter bowed gentlemanly.

[Lady Luck giggles]

Peter sighed and walked up to the sanctum.

-Knock -Knock

He knocked at the door. No one came, but Peter didn't knock again, instead, he waited. He waited. And he waited. A little while over 10 minutes later, the door opened, and walked out a black man, wearing orange-yellow robes. He was quite large, and his eyes gave Peter the chills, but Peter wasn't afraid, so he stood upright.

"Who are you?" he asked, simply.

"Spider-Man," Peter answered

The man narrowed his eyes, "and your reason for being here?"

"Uhh… I am here to meet with the Ancient One."

"Huh?" the man looked at Peter up and down for a while before he sighed, and opened the doors wide. "Please come inside, I'll contact the Ancient One for you."

The man guided Peter inside and then turned to look at him.

"Stay here, I'll be back in a bit."

Saying so, he waved his hand in a circle and some yellow sparks later, there was a portal that looked exactly like in the movies. Peter was a bit awed; this is exactly what he was here for. Teleportation. Peter was excited.

Peter walked around the sanctum, looking at its architecture.

He was hoping to find some magical stuff too, but there wasn't any lying around, so he just ignored everything and stood on his spot, without moving. Who knew how many magic circles were in there, Peter was confident that he could dodge anything thrown at him, courtesy of his spider sense, but there wasn't just projectile magic, there could be some other shit too, and he was sure he wouldn't be able to do anything.

What if he got stuck in some other dimension?

The sound of a portal opening resounded, and Peter turned to look at the same black man walking out. He just stared at Peter before moving back into the portal.

"Come in," he said.

Peter walked in through the portal, wondering if he'd feel anything. He was, in hindsight, crossing space; he should be able to feel something, right?

Unfortunately, no. He didn't feel anything.

One moment, he was in the New York Sanctum, the next, he was in the room under the library of Kamar-Taj.

There was a pedestal afront, on top of which, was a very important—yet not important at all, in some places—stone. More specifically, the Eye of Agamotto. The Time Infinity stone was inside there. Peter felt tempted to just walk there and snatch it, the feeling of time in his hands would be awesome, the feeling of dominance over time…. But he restrained himself. It nearly wasn't time yet. Not at all.

"Move," the black man grunted, beckoning Peter to move.

Peter tore his gaze from the Eye of Agamotto and sighed as he started following the man again. He needed to wait; it wasn't time yet. Peter wasn't even sure if he could handle the stones yet. He should grow strong first. Not just strong, but gain knowledge and insight into many different things.

Following the man, Peter was out of the library in but a few minutes, and they reached the courtyard where several students in white robes were practicing their magic. Peter stared in awe and desire as one of the students opened up a portal. Yes; Peter will be happy with baby steps and small achievements for now. The Infinity Stones could wait.

Peter was led into the main building where he was steered to the main hall. And just as he entered, the noise of water pouring into a cup was heard, accompanied by the amazing smell of tea.

Peter looked at the woman sitting on her seat, pouring chai—tea—into two cups. The man who'd been guiding Peter bowed to the Ancient One, and left, leaving Peter and the Ancient One alone.

"This will be all, Master Hamera, Master Bendu thank you." The two men bowed their heads in respect for the Ancient One before leaving, closing the door as they left.

"Hmm, would you like some tea, Peter Parker?" She asked, moving a cup of tea towards him as Peter sat on the cushion across the table.

Peter rolled his eyes; of course, the Ancient One would know he was Spider-Man of all people.

"How?" Peter asked to confirm his guesses, not bothered in the slightest as he picked up the cup, sipping.

"Well, I would obviously know a thing or two about someone who has the potential to break realities and end worlds on a whim."

Peter frowned; he wasn't like that though.

Sure, he was a bit lose in the head after Edward's ass oh so graciously decided to sit in his brain, but that didn't mean he would go and destroy literal worlds on a 'whim'—as she put it.

"I wouldn't," Peter said simply.

"Oh well, I will believe you since looking into the future has been quite the headache lately."

"Oh… I see."

"Anyway, let us not beat around the bush. You are here to learn Mystic Arts, no?" she asked, sipping her tea.

"Yes."

"That can easily be arranged, but are you aware of your identity?"

Peter frowned.

"What identity."

"Oh," The Ancient One sighed. "You are not aware, it seems."

"You, Peter Parker, are a spider-totem."

Oh… that's something new.

"And what is that, if I may ask?"

"Nothing you should need to worry about as you'll learn eventually."

Peter was starting to hate her; he never liked this version of the Ancient One. He wasn't really happy when she got introduced to the MCU. There wasn't a trace of her in the comics, after all—though there was an Ancient One, it wasn't this woman.

But he would bear with her a bit since she was going to teach him magic—or Mystic Arts, as she put it herself.

"I see. Then why don't you teach me Mystic Arts?"

"That can be arranged. Though I want you to know something, Peter."

"And what might that be?"

"You are connected to the Web of Life and Destiny. And so, you have the potential to be the sorcerer of Web. So I advise you focus on that as a whole instead of any other type of 'magic' as you might know it by."

"Sorcerer of the Web, eh?" Peter muttered. "It has a ring to it; I like it."

The Ancient One smiled.

"It is so much more than just a simple Web, Peter. Do not underestimate something you do not know."

"Now," she said, waving her hand as a white robe appeared out of nowhere. "Would you like to learn the Mystic Arts, Peter Parker?"

"Yes," Peter nodded; this is the fucking reason he's even here for. Why the fucking fuck would he not agree?

"I would like to learn the way of the force."

The Ancient One gave him a weird look.

"Sorry, couldn't stop myself." Peter shrugged, chuckling.

She sighed.

"From now on, you will call me master, apprentice Peter."

Peter nodded.
