Chapter 2

(Beacon, Ozpin's office)

Glynda and the hero had got to the office to meet up with the Headmaster. Once in, Ozpin had seen them and greeted them. "Ah, 'Ark Knight'." He said, "it is a pleasure to meet you." The man's glowing red eyes just stared at Ozpin from his hood.

[Nice to meet you as well, Headmaster.] He signed.

'He can't talk?' Thought Glynda, he bade them to sit down and they did.

"Now then," started Ozpin. "I want you to work for me." The man just shook his head, "Ark Knight we are doing good. We are fighting Grim!"

[But, not for the people. For your ego!]

"Well, what about you and the Giant Grim?" That had to be the wrong thing to say. His eyes glowed brighter.

[I DID IT FOR THE PEOPLE! I NEVER WANTED ANYTHING IN RETURN! YOU HAD THE COUNCILS EATING OUT THE PALM OF YOUR HAND!]

"It was the only way."

[Obivously not, because I am the hero of the Giant Grim war!] Ozpin sighed.

"Let's calm down," he started.

[Oh you want to calm down when the truth's smacking you in the face, you want to calm down. I'll tell you right now, my powers are not magic. They are part of my semblance. But, that's what you want, magical beings that you can take their powers from. No wonder the brothers cursed you. You're a stupid, greedy, son of a bitch!] Ozpin was shocked.

"Ark Knight, I only want what's right for the people."

[Then Where Were You When I Needed Back-Up During THE WAR?] He glared at Ozpin, [I get it sacrifices must be made right? Like Ms. Rose? Ms. Rainhart?] He scoffed, [Mr. Arc?] That was when Ozpin and Glynda paled. How did he know?

"I don't know how you got this information but…" Ozpin started, Ark Knight pulled out pictures of said people. Summer, Gretchen, and Jaune were alive."Where are they?" Ark Knight shook his head and wagged his finger. "What do you want?" Then they heard a guttural sound coming from him.

"Addmitanace." He growled.

"Of What?"

"Guilt!" If Ozpin and Glynda paled before, they were pone white now. "Out In Open!"

"I-I-I can't do that." He said, then Ark Knight got up and started to leave. "Wait!" Glynda tried to stop him but was sent to a wall and knocked out. He glared at him.

[Now, I see what's going on. You just became my mission. Interfere with me and I will destroy you!] With that, he left. Ozpin sighed and lowered his head.

(With Ark Knight)

The hero was leaving and he had met up with team CRDL who had seen him and tried to mess with him. "Hey, fellas look at this loser!" Said Cardin, he attacked Ark Knight. Who in turn grabbed him and tossed him into a wall. Then his team started to attack and Ark Knight fought them all off. With that, he left and headed back into the city.

(Two weeks later)

In Arcadia, Ark Knight was getting messages about a Moby, a titanic, whale-like Grim that had appeared in the waters near Mistral. So, he got on a ship and started to hunt it. When he saw it, he dove into the water after it and took it down. He also caught a couple of Meg's for dinner as well. He gave one of them to the sea village and the people thanked him.

Villages were singing his praises and telling his stories. Making him a legend, he was not liked by either side, Ozpin because Ark Knight would not join him. Salem was upset because he was killing her, 'pets'. There was a bounty on his head.

500,000 Lien in Vale and Atlas, with Jacques putting up 250,000 just so they can examine him and find out what makes him tick. Then he was going to work in the mines until he dies. So they were going to start a war with Arcadia and make his clan extinct.

(Beacon, with team RWBY)

It was not good, for the team. Ruby was blaming her team for chasing off her best friend and didn't want her to have anything. "I get it," she said. "You guys are just jealous!" They tried to explain that they weren't, "if Ozpin hadn't invited me here we wouldn't be having this discussion!" With that, she stormed off. The rest of the team was upset because she was right. They were jealous, they had to go to school and Ruby was just asked to join.

They couldn't handle their insecurities, so they tried to point fingers and place blame on someone else. Anyone else, except them they needed to accept some blame. But you and I both know that's not going to happen.

(With Ruby)

She went to the roof of the dorms with tears in her eyes. 'Maybe it is my fault.' She thought, just then a message came on to her scroll.

[Vomit Boy: Hey Crater Face.]

"Jaune?" She said.

[Jaune is that you?]

[Vomit Boy: Sure is, how are you?]

[I've been better.]

[Vomit Boy: What's wrong?] She told him everything about what her team had done and was doing. [Vomit Boy: I'm sorry to hear this. But know, I got your back. Ozpin made you a leader for a reason. You give the orders, not them. If they have a problem with it, tell them to take it to him!] He was right, she was the leader, not them!

(With Jaune)

After texting Ruby, he felt good about giving her advice. "Hey, Jaune!" Yelled someone, "we're ready to help out."

"Okay, coming!" He said, with that, he went to the kitchen to make dinner.

(With Ruby)

The team leader of RWBY stormed into their dorm. "Rubes," started Yang.

"Sit down!" Ruby demanded.

"Ruby," start Weiss.

"I Said, Sit Down!" So they did, "y'know. I never wanted to come here! I wanted to finish my schooling before I even thought about coming here. But, Ozpin saw my eyes and thought; I found someone I can manipulate. THAT'S why I'm here!"
