After the war the Biju decided to stay with Naruto, this caused some complications one of which is immortality. After a 5-year training trip, he comes home to find things aren't how he expected them to be. Sakura realized her feelings for Naruto, they get married and she becomes immortal. Later they decide that they aren't needed anymore and decide to travel the Multiverse

5. Chapter 5 - Chakra

Xenozip: Because Naruto was called in as a backup to rescue Alex Danvers. His objective was not to capture anyone, had that been his objective he would have, but he was focused on keeping Astra away from Kara so that she could get Alex back to the DEO and treated.

Rasengen9: This earth is a combination of Earth-1 and Earth-38 which I will be calling Earth-1.5, so no Naruto is not traveling in between Earth's to help. This was also done in Purest Speedster if you want to give that fic a look at

Brandonmunoz499: He told them everything because he trusts most of them, as you probably read in chapter 2 he feels something is off with Dr. Wells but he can't just tell Cisco, Caitlin, and Barry they will just go and tell Dr. Wells, and he is going to be working with team flash, and if he has to do something that they don't know that he can do then it just wastes time with explaining, better to get it out of the way as soon as he can to avoid and questions in the future. Also, yes I agree with you Naruto and Sakura do remind me of Minato and Kushina.

Naruto was in his lab at a table that had his necklace on it next to a computer, Naruto had final finished Project Hagoromo and was now installing it into his suit he would also install it into S.T.A.R. Labs giving him and the rest of the team the ability to control things in S.T.A.R. Labs via voice control as well as have it do tedious things that normally they would do, having the A.I. in the necklace would give him the ability to do things from S.T.A.R. Labs anywhere, as well as get updates from anywhere. He had also finished his OTF project, adding the ability to project holographs into it through his hands, on the off chance that it would be useful in the future.

Naruto plugged his necklace into the computer, before also plugging a flash drive into the computer and began to install Hagoromo into the necklace and S.T.A.R. Labs simultaneously. Naruto waited until the install was complete before he unplugged the necklace from the computer and put it back on before he heard Hagoromo speak.

"Hello Naruto, what can I do for you?" Hagoromo asked in a bit of a platonic robotic voice, Naruto couldn't completely replicate Hagaromos voice so did the best that he could and let technology take care of the rest

"I want to create a protocol called Rashomon. During this protocol I want you to shut off power to and lock down all elevators and doors within the facility, I'll install some blast doors later to add to the protocol. That is it for now." Naruto replied

"I'll create it now and notify you when it is finished." Hagoromo stated before going silent

After Hagoromo fell silent Naruto decided to go and see what everyone else was doing in the Cortex, before walking out of this lab heading for the Cortex. When Naruto arrived at the Cortex he was greeted by Sakura, Cisco, and Caitlin.

As Naruto was walking up he was silently analyzing Cisco and Caitlin's chakra levels, they were about halfway to a mid-Genin in capacity. 'At this rate, they may end up higher than I expected. At the rate they are growing they may end up at Very High Genin to Very Low Chunin at the very most. Once they are ready, I'll teach Caitlin and Cisco the Body Replacement Technique.'

"Well, it seems that you guys are growing faster than I expected to grow. Right now, you guys are about halfway to mid genin capacity, which is a lot faster than I expected. At this rate, you guys might make it to Very High Genin or Very Low Borderline Chunin. Once I feel like you guys are ready, I'll teach you some very useful Techniques." Naruto explained to them in a very excited almost giddy voice.

This caught the attention of Caitlin and Cisco, "So what your saying is that we have the potential to do more of the stuff that you are capable of than you originally thought." Cisco decided to speak up in an excited voice gaining Caitlin's curiosity.

Naruto nodded his head, "Originally, I thought that the highest you guys would get to is fresh genin based on how quick your coils were expanding/being awakened, which would allow you guys to do at most E-rank Jutsu which limited you to about 3-4 useful Jutsu. But upon scanning and analyzing where you guys are as I walked in I have determined that your rate of growth increased your maximum capacity to Very high genin or Very low Borderline chunin opening up the possibly Jutsu you could use from E to B-rank possibly A-rank if you're lucky, which expands it a decent bit depending on what chakra nature each of you ends up having."

Upon hearing chakra nature Caitlin and Cisco got interested.

"What is a chakra nature?" Caitlin asked the scientist in her becoming highly interested

Naruto got a smile on his face before he motioned for everyone to have a seat. After everyone had taken a seat he began to explain.

"Chakra Nature is what nature affinity your chakra has, I have an affinity for every nature and sub-nature because of my Rinne-Sharingan," Naruto said as he quickly turned on his Rinne-Sharingan for a couple of seconds letting them get a good look at it, Caitlin and Cisco were flabbergasted, they could feel the warm, intoxicating power rolling off Naruto when he had it active, Naruto deactivated it before continuing, "The five basic nature affinities are Fire, Water, Earth, Lighting, and Wind. Water beats Fire, Fire beats Wind, Wind beats Lighting, Lighting beats Earth, and Earth beats Water. Although that's not to say that a weaker element can't overpower a stronger element if the power difference between the Jutsu are vastly different there is a chance that the weaker nature will come out on top." Naruto explained, "There are also two other Nature transformations that are the source of non-elemental techniques. These two Nature Transformations are Yin release, which is based on imagination and spiritual energy of a shinobi or anyone that has or can utilize chakra, and Yang release based on vitality and physical energy of a shinobi or anyone that has or can utilize chakra." Naruto continued to explain, "There are also combined natures which combined two or more natures to make a new one. For example, Ice release which is the simultaneous combination of water and wind natures allows for the creation of Ice, as well as the manipulation of water and ice. As for the other ones, Wood release is the combination of Earth and Water natures allowing for the growth/creation and control of trees and plant-life with the wood being stronger than some steels back in our world, even being able to restrain and control even the strongest Biju." Naruto kept explaining before he was suddenly interrupted by Kurama.

"I fucking resent that, I let him win with those trees." Kurama exclaimed, still sore that he got beat by a fucking plant

'So, I'm guessing that when Yamato subdued you with his Mokuton that was also a fluke?' Naruto asked Kurama causing him to go silent, 'That's what I thought, now if you would stop interrupting my lesson' Naruto said before he focused back on the group only to see them giving him a weird look.

"I was talking with one of Biju that was getting butthurt that they got beat by a plant." Naruto said causing Sakura, Caitlin, and Cisco to laugh before he resumed explaining, "Anyways let me continue explaining. Lava release is the simultaneous combination of Fire and Earth natures, Storm release is the simultaneous combination of Lighting and Water Natures, it doesn't actually create storms, more like allows for the control of multiple beams of lightning simultaneously, Boil Release is the simultaneous combination of Water and Fire natures, Explosion release is the simultaneous combination of Earth and Lightning Natures, I think this one is self-explanatory, Scorch release is the simultaneous combination of Fire and Wind, it's kind of like an internal version of Explosion release, Magnet release is the simultaneous combination of Wind and Earth, which allows the user to generate a magnetic force or field that they can apply to other substances or things, for example my friend Gaara could control sand using Magnet release, I can use it to move, control, and manipulate metal, Crystal release is a simultaneous combination of water, wind and earth this allows for the creation and manipulation of any and all crystals including but not limited to, Diamonds, Emerald, Rubies, Sapphires, Quartz, Jades amongst others, and last is Metal release is the simultaneous combination of earth, water, and lightning natures which allows for the user to turn parts of their bodies into steel or other metals, Dust release is the simultaneous combination of Fire, Earth, and Wind natures, now this release is especially dangerous because it disintegrates anything that it passes through or passed through by it on a molecular level and is easily one of the most destructive Natures, but they take time to prepare." Naruto finished getting a look of horror from Caitlin and Cisco.

"Dude, that Dust release sounds scary as shit, what happens when two dust users go up against one another.?" Cisco asked still horrified

"A stalemate, back in the 4th shinobi war this happened. Mū the Second Tsuchikage and Ōnoki the Third Tsuchikage battled one another when both used dust release and clashed it caused a massive explosion." Naruto answered

"How would we find out what our Chakra Natures are?" Caitlin asked curiously as to what Naruto had in store to allow them to see what their Chakra Natures were.

Naruto pulled his arm out and channeled chakra into a seal on his arm before a poof of smoke appeared, once the smoke cleared Naruto was holding a single square sheet of paper.

"By having you guys channel your chakra into this paper. Before you ask what's so special about this paper, I'll tell ya, this paper is made from a tree that I have been growing at my house that grows off chakra. When I think you, guys are ready I'll give each of you one to see what your affinity is. If the paper cuts itself wind, becomes soaked water, burns up fire, crinkles up lighting, crumbles earth." Naruto explained before resealing the paper into the seal on his arm before withdrawing it.

"What is that on your arm?" Cisco asked as is defied the laws of space and time

Naruto pulled his arm forward to give Cisco a better look, "This is called Fuinjutsu. Think of it as the programming language of our world in sorts. I can do many things with it, such as create scrolls that store things that are much bigger than it into it using the writing that you see on my arm. I can also use it to increase the gravity and resistance of something as you saw me do to Barry before we started his training. I can also create Barriers with it to contain stuff such as explosions or people, as well as seal off and restrain or store chakra, which was often used to restrain prisoners back in our world. All I need to use Fuinjutsu is ink, a brush, and paper. In theory, once you learned how to channel and use your chakra you could use it as well as learn the language. Although there is the fact that if you get even the slightest thing wrong it could blow up and destroy a building" Naruto explained to Cisco causing him to get excited at the possibility of learning Fuinjutsu before he cringed at the last part and decided it might not be the best thing to learn at the moment.

Now that Naruto had explained to Cisco what Fuinjutsu was, Caitlin decided to ask some questions herself.

"Are there any medical uses for Chakra?" she wondered, Chakra seemed to be so useful and versatile.

"Yes, there is actually, there is a whole division of Ninjutsu dedicated to healing and doing stuff with the body. It's called Iryō Ninjutsu, or Medical Ninjutsu in English." Sakura spoke up as it was her area of expertise when it came to Ninjutsu, "There are many other applications for the body when it comes to Chakra. For example, back in our world my mentor: Tsunade was known for her monstrous strength; the ability to crush mountains with a single punch, lift things many times her size and weight, all with the augmented use of chakra to the body. According to my husband when they first went to go and retrieve her and later fought rogue teammate alongside her other teammate turned lover after my husband brought him back from the dead, she lifted her teammates boss summons weapon like it was nothing which was easily 50-100x her size and weight. We are also able to reinforce our bodies with chakra to make them more durable temporarily so that we can withstand hard blows that would normally do a lot of damage, we can use it to jump higher and run faster by augmenting our legs with chakra, crush and pulverize things that normally we wouldn't be able to by building up chakra in a single part of our body and releasing it on hit to cause massive amounts of damage, we can derange peoples nervous systems, as well as create poisonous gas, and chakra scalpels with our fingers. But all this stuff does require very advanced chakra control. Which you guys will have to work on and practice." Sakura finished explaining.

"If you want to, I could potentially teach you Medical Ninjutsu, if your coils/capacity becomes big enough." Sakura said to Caitlin as she could tell that Caitlin was excited and giddy about the medical applications of Chakra.

Caitlin smiled and nodded her head vigorously, "I'd like that very much."

"Naruto, Barry has entered the building with Ms. Smoak, and they are on their way to the cortex." Hagoromo suddenly announced causing Caitlin and Cisco to jump from the sudden, unexpected voice over the intercom

"Thank you for the update Hagoromo." Naruto replied getting strange looks from Caitlin and Cisco

"What was that?" Caitlin and Cisco said simultaneously

"That would be my Project Hagoromo that I just recently finished and installed into my necklace/suit and S.T.A.R. Labs. Now I can get verbal remote updates from anywhere. He can do a lot more than just that and you will get to see what exactly he can do in the future." Naruto explained

"THAT'S SICK" Cisco shouted

Naruto got up and turned around before leaning on something, "We should probably be prepared for our guest." Naruto said causing everyone to follow his lead.

Barry rounds the corner with Felicity, "You really need to stop trying to hack into our satellite its quite rude." Naruto says before walking up to Felicity and giving her a hug to which she returns.

"It's been a while, it's good to see you Felicity." Naruto said with a smile after releasing her from the hug

Felicity smiles back, "I never could get past your security even in M.I.T."

"You never were quite fast enough to beat me." Naruto said with a grin

"You never told me that you knew Felicity." Barry said dumbfounded

"You never asked, we met at M.I.T. while I was getting my doctorates in Computer science, Robotics, Engineering, and Nanorobotics before I moved on to another University to get my other doctorates in Geography, Environmental Science, Nuclear Science, Geological & Earth Sciences and Zoology/Animal Sciences as well as a few business classes." Naruto explained, "She was the only one at M.I.T. that ever could come close to the things that I could do, she is the second fastest hacker that I know with the first being me." Naruto added

"How did you know we were coming?" Barry and Felicity asked as they didn't call ahead of time to let them know they were coming

"That would be my doing Barry and Felicity, I picked you up entering the building with Ms. Smoak and heading for the Cortex, so as per my programming I notified Naruto." Hagoromo stated before going quiet again, causing Barry and Felicity to jump from the unexpected voice

"What was that?" Barry asked as he didn't see any of them talking

"That would be one of the projects that I just finished. Hagoromo is a super-intelligent and advanced A.I. that I created in memory of one of my ancestors that I just installed into S.T.A.R. Labs and my necklace/suit. I can now get verbal remote updates from anywhere as well as he frees us up from some of our more tedious tasks." Naruto explained, causing Barry to go wide-eyed and Felicity to go slack-jawed.

"So, what your telling me is that we now have our own personal Cortana but way more advanced and sophisticated." Barry summed up

"Yea." Naruto confirmed with a toothy grin.

Caitlin decided to speak up, "While it is wonderful to see you again Felicity, how much of our operation doe she need to know about?"

"I'm really good at keeping secrets." Felicity said trying to reassure Caitlin that she wouldn't tell anyone

Barry got a grin on his face, "Yeah, Felicity works for the arrow." Barry stated, causing Naruto, Sakura, Cisco, Caitlin, and Felicity to facepalm.

"Sweet" Cisco said

Felicity turned to Barry, "And you apparently are not."

"It still baffles me how he hasn't given away his identity yet while on the job." Naruto and Sakura said while holding their heads shaking them

Cisco points at Felicity, "So if you know who the arrow is does that mean that he knows who the arrow is?" Cisco said point from Felicity to Barry.

"Huuh." Barry muttered not knowing if he should answer Cisco's question.

"Let's just say that my team has a similar setup, only with more point objects." Felicity explained bailing Barry out of the awkward situation.

"Welcome, Ms. Smoak." Dr. Wells greeted Felicity getting a stun expression in response

"Dr. Wells, The Dr. Wells?" Felicity said skeptically

"Please, call me Harrison, Felicity." Dr. Wells said humbly

"You know who I am?" Felicity surprisingly said

"Ranked third in the National Informative Technology Competition, right behind Naruto of course, at age 19, graduated M.I.T. with master's degree in cyber security and Computer Sciences. I know who you are. I keep an eye out for promising talent in scientific fields. That's what brought me Cisco, Caitlin, Naruto, and Sakura. And I foresaw great things from you." Dr. Wells explained getting a blush from Felicity at the end

Barry turned to her, "Speaking of great things, want to see something cool?" he asked before he started heading for the speed treadmill, followed shortly by everyone else.

Barry was running on the treadmill when Felicity decided to ask them a question, "How fast can he run?"

"He hasn't reached his top speed yet, but 200 MPH right now, and that's subject to change drastically since I'm training him." Naruto answered confusing Felicity

'How can Naruto train Barry if Barry runs so much faster than Naruto?' Felicity asked herself before deciding to ask another question

"So, is he really okay?" Felicity asked sounding a bit concerned.

"Yes, his heart rate is within normal for speedsters like us." Sakura said reassuringly

This caused Felicity to look at Sakura and Naruto with a confused look, "What do you mean for speedsters like us? I thought that Barry was the only one with super speed."

Naruto looked at Felicity before explaining, "Felicity there is so much more than meets the eye about us that you would call us insane. Barry isn't the only speedster here or even in this multiverse for that matter. Me and Sakura have had our speed for a little over 10 years constantly training and pushing ourselves, we can easily reach Mach 30 with the seals that we have on right now and could go faster if we wanted to, the truth is we don't even know what our top speed it. I know that all of this is shocking, and you more than likely don't believe me, I don't care if you do, I know what I can do and that's all that matters to me. If you want confirmation of our story then just ask anyone here."

Felicity proceeded to look at everyone else, silently asking for confirmation. "He's not lying Felicity; he has even shown us some of the things that he can do as well as stuff from his home universe." Caitlin said backing up Naruto and Sakura's story.

Felicity seeing that everyone was backing up Naruto's story decided that it had to be true if everyone was backing it up, "So what you're telling me is that there was never a chance of me ever being faster than you when it came to hacking or computer stuff for that matter?" Felicity asked

Naruto grinned, "Yeah, basically."

Felicity shook her head as they were getting off track from the question she asked them, "That's not what I mean, the lightning bolt changed him. Naruto, Sakura do either of you know how much?"

"We know as much as we need to know about Barry right now, but that's subject to change as each speedster is different and unique in what abilities aside from the standard ones they gain are, to tell you the truth only time will tell how much the lightning bolt changed him. What I can tell you right now is that he has superhuman healing, reflexes, and stamina. Trust me, Felicity, everything that we do here at S.T.A.R. Labs is to protect Barry" Sakura explained

Naruto sees Barry turn towards them with a grin on his face before going over to the intercom, "Barry don't you dare even think about it."

Barry gave a pout, "Why not? I just want to show Felicity how fast I can run backwards." Before Barry quickly reverses the direction that he is running before promptly getting ejected from the treadmill for his stupidity crashing into the wall of boxes they had set up.

Naruto grabbed his head and sighed before rubbing his temples, "I swear to god he never learns, he's even more hardheaded than me when I was a kid." He said annoyed

"No actually, I think you were still far more hardheaded considering the constant beatings that I would give you when we were genin. How else would you have survived the trauma to your head and still function as you do." Sakura said with a laugh getting a pout from Naruto

Felicity had a concerning look on her face, "Is he ok?"

Naruto sighed again, "Aside from having a head thicker than tungsten, yeah he's fine, remember he heals quickly." Naruto said before getting up with Sakura to go and get Barry.

(Time Skip – Time: Late Afternoon) (Location: S.T.A.R. Labs Storage Lab)

Everyone was gathered in the storage lab' of S.T.A.R. Labs, where they found that something was missing. They were all starring at an open locker.

"How long has it been missing?" A very irritated Dr. Wells asked

"I don't know." Cisco simply answered, worried as to where the thing that he created had gone

Dr. Wells got more serious and angrier; Naruto could feel the anger rolling off him in waves. Naruto was ready to jump in and tell Dr. Wells to back off at any moment if things got too heated.

"I'm going to ask you again, Cisco. But when I do, I expect a more specific answer than 'I don't know'." Dr. Wells stated, before wheeling himself closer to the open locker, "Now, how long has this weapon been gone?" he asked again

Cisco brought his hands together in front of him, "A Day, maybe two. One of the Janitors didn't show up for work this morning. He was probably the one who took it. I didn't think that-."

Before Cisco could finish his sentence Dr. Wells slammed the door in anger, "You didn't think, because if you had, you would have discussed with me first your desire to build something that could, in theory, hurt anyone, and in particular Barry Allen."

Cisco trying to defuse the situation, "I'm sorry if you would just let me explain-."

Dr. Wells once again interrupted him, "You know how I feel about weapons, Cisco. They do not belong in S.T.A.R. Labs."

Naruto decided to jump in and defend his friend, "Dr. Wells you know as well as I do, that Cisco's reason for building this is very valid. Had or if Barry went rogue and we decided not to reveal ourselves then what Cisco built has a very valid reason for existing. Now I do not appreciate my boss yelling at one of my good friends for using his brain and making a solution to a very real theoretical problem in the future, I'm only going to say this once, BACK OFF." Naruto finished accidentally releasing a tiny bit of KI causing everyone minus Sakura to freeze, "We will find a way to find it and bring it back here, now why don't you just go and cool off." Naruto added

Dr. Wells was floored, and slightly shaking from the KI that Naruto had released by accident, he hadn't expected Naruto to defend Cisco, especially by yelling at his boss. Seeing that this wasn't a winning battle Dr. Wells decided to take his L like a man and just wheel himself away.

After Dr. Wells left everyone turned to Cisco before Caitlin decided to speak up, "This thing that you built, what can it do exactly?" she said with a worried and slightly fearful look on her face.

Cisco just stood there for a second, thinking off all the stuff that this thing that he built could do in the wrong hands before speaking up, "Bad Stuff"

"Hey don't get yourself down, you did the right thing, Dr. Wells knows that it's just you know how he feels about S.T.A.R. Labs making weapons. Wells anyways let's figure out a way to track this thing down so that nothing bad happens." Naruto said with a smile, putting a hand on Cisco's shoulder causing him to look up at him and then smile.

(Time Skip- A few Hours Later)

As everyone is working on a way to track the Cold gun Barry runs in saying that he needs help displaying the frost burn on his stomach, Caitlin starts to examine Barry. After a couple of minutes, Caitlin comes back with the verdict, "It's presenting itself as 3rd-degree frostbite."

Sakura sees this as the perfect opportunity to show Caitlin some Medical Ninjutsu decides to speak up. "Hey Caitlin, this is a perfect opportunity for me to show you Medical Ninjutsu, watch and observe."

She then turned to Barry, "Get on the table and lay back, I need you to stay still for this."

Barry immediately complied, Sakura walked up to the side where the burn was before she placed both her hands over the burn and her hands started to glow a faint green. A few seconds later Barry let out a soothing sigh.

"What is this that I'm feeling?" he asked

"What your feeling is my Medical Chakra entering the chakra pathways around and in the areas of the burn. What it's doing right now is speeding up your already enhanced healing. Helping your cells to duplicate as they usually would so that your cells can heal the wounded area and bring it back to normal.", Sakura then turns to Caitlin, "Pretty cool huh. I'll be teaching you how to do this so that you can be a medic like me and heal the team when I'm unavailable. From what Naruto said your reserves should be big enough in about a week, then we will start training you guys on how to access, and use your chakra." Getting an exciting nod from Caitlin, before Sakura stepped back.

Felicity amazed by what she just saw decides to ask what the fuck that was

Shortly after Sakura stepped back Barry got up before putting his shirt back on, "Snart wasn't a meta human he had some sort of freeze gun. It slowed me down, enough to where I wasn't able to save someone."

'Well, looks like I'm going to have to up the training as well as teach them how to utilize chakra so that they can deactivate the seals without me having to in tense situations.' Naruto thought to himself, he knew where Barry was coming from with this. Back in the 4th Shinobi war Neji because he wasn't strong enough to protect him, with Neji having to step in the way of a spike from the 10-Tails so that Hinata wouldn't get skewered protecting him. But things like that happen, there will always be someone that can't be saved.

Naruto was brought out of this thought by Felicity, "Records indicate that Snart didn't even finish high school. So how did he manage to build a handheld freeze gun?"

Naruto looked over to Dr. Wells and saw that he was about to say something, so he decided to beat him to the punch, "That's because he didn't S.T.A.R. Labs did, or more specifically Cisco did. Cisco felt that it was in everyone's best interest that should me or my wife not be available for some reason and another speedster or god forbid Barry turns evil or goes rogue that Central City would be equipped to fight such a threat." after saying this he turned to Cisco giving him a smile, "Now keep in mind that S.T.A.R. Labs was built to stand for and do good, now granted that somethings did blow up it doesn't change the fact that S.T.A.R. Labs is built on the principals of bettering the world."

Barry turned to Cisco, "Why didn't you tell me you did this, after all, that we have been through I thought that you trusted me, I thought that we were friends." he said furiously

"We are friends Barry."

"If you had just told me then I could have been prepared, or at least asked Naruto to teach me how to release the seals that he put on me so that even if I did get hit it wouldn't have mattered if it had slowed me." Barry shot back, "But instead someone died tonight."

Cisco got a shocked expression on his face, now knowing that he was the cause of someone's death, "And now I have to live with that on my conscious."

"Barry, you need to realize that you can't save everyone, there will always be someone better than you, and you will just have to overcome it and not let yourself get down by it. When my wife and I fought in our world's 4th world war, we had to watch countless allies die at the hands of the enemy, all because we weren't strong enough to protect them, but we still were able to come to terms with it and move on so that it wouldn't hinder us. Now I don't expect you to just brush something like the death of a friend or innocent off. But you can't just let it hinder you like this, it's not good for you, your soul, or the team." Naruto explained to Barry trying to ease his conscious

After the conversation was done Naruto decided it was time to show Barry how to control his chakra so that he could activate and deactivate the seals as needed. "Alright, Barry I think it's time that you learn how to activate and deactivate the seals I placed on you. To do this without damaging anything we will need to go the training pocket dimension." He announced to Barry getting him excited, before looking at Caitlin and Cisco, "I also think it's time we start your guy's training seeing as how your reserves are at genin levels, you guys will be coming to." He then looked at Felicity getting her full attention, "Would you like to come and see some of the stuff that I am capable of exactly." He said getting a simple nod from Felicity before smiling.

Naruto's eyes shifted to the Rinne-Sharingan, Felicity simply looked at it enchanted by the power she could feel flowing off Naruto when it was active.

"Barry, Cisco, Caitlin, Honey, and Felicity gather round please." Naruto instructed causing everyone to come to him

"Felicity you might want to hold onto someone as the first time is always a douse." Naruto warned Felicity causing her to grab ahold of Barry before they all disappeared. Afterward, Dr. Wells decided to take his leave until they returned

(TPD – Training Pocket Dimension)

Soon a portal appeared before Naruto, Cisco, Caitlin, Sakura, and Felicity were spit out of it.

Felicity leaned on Barry hard while holding her hand to her mouth, "I was not expecting that. I feel like I'm going to puke." Next thing she knew she was sitting in front of a trash can before emptying her stomach.

Once she was done, she looked up and was simply amazed. She say a field in the middle of the giant piece of land they were one, it extended on for miles, she could see some sort of reactor setup in the distance, probably a nuclear reactor, she then saw a race track that extended for about 10 miles with a curve and then another 5-mile strip of race track, saw a building that looked like some sort of training room with turrets setup along with cameras, probably to track speed, she then saw a building that had a cross on it, probably an infirmary type building for when Barry got hurt while Naruto was training him. She didn't have time to look around much more because Sakura walked up to her with her hand glowing green before she placed it on Felicity, and she was instantly relieved of her nausea.

"Thanks" Felicity said

"Not a problem, the first time for people not like use it usually a douse, well for people not affected by Dark Matter that is." Sakura explained before waving her off

"So, what is this place exactly." Felicity asked still a bit dumb founded

"This is one of Naruto's many pocket dimensions that he has and uses, this on sis the TPD or Training Pocket Dimension where we do all the training for our team that needs it. There is the PPD or Prison Pocket Dimension where Naruto keeps all the rouge Meta's that we defeat as we have no real way to keep them contained at the moment as Meta's aren't really that known about." Sakura explained before pointing over at the track field with cameras that she didn't see before all along the way, "That is the speed field as we call it, where we test our speed to see how fast we can go at our max or whatever our max is at the time." She then pointed to the room with turrets, "That is the Dodging room where Naruto trains Barry on how to dodge things using his speed as well as fighting while dodging." She pointed at the building with the cross, "That is my building where I have all the medical supplies that we could ever need should someone get hurt or badly injured." She then finally pointed over at the reactor, "That is the Fusion reactor that we have in each dimension powering everything", this caused Felicity's eyes to go wide, fusion for this long shouldn't be possible, well then again this was Naruto that she was talking about, doing things that she thought was impossible.

"I might have to have Naruto set one of those up for me, Oliver, and the team." Felicity said before going wide-eyed at revealing who the arrow was

Sakura placed her hand on Felicity's shoulder, "Don't worry me and Naruto already know, and we won't tell anyone, we keep tabs on people we care about." Causing Felicity to calm down before she saw Naruto, Barry, Cisco, and Caitlin walking before stopping.

"Alright it's about time that you guys learned how to control and use your chakra, right now you're going to learn how to sense your chakra and use it, I'm going to have Sakura inject a bit of chakra into each of you guys so that you know what to feel/look for." Naruto said before motioning to Sakura, "Sorry duty calls" she said to Felicity

Sakura walked up to Barry with her hand glowing before she placed it on Barry causing him to gasp at the sudden sensation, then she moved on to Cisco getting the same result, then Caitlin who was much more subtle. She had injected enough chakra for them to be able to know what to look for, for about a minute. Before walking back over to Felicity

"Now that you know what chakra feels like you know what to look for. Now to focus your chakra so that you can sense it while meditating you will have put your hands in this formation." Naruto explained before showing them the Ram seal before they quickly followed

A minute later Caitlin spoke up, "I FEEL IT, I CAN FEEL MY CHAKRA" she exclaimed as the boys were still trying.

"That is to be expected, girls and women tend to have better control because they have smaller reserves than boys and men. Nothing to be ashamed of just how it is." Naruto explained

About 4 minutes later Barry spoke up, "I got it, I can feel my chakra now what?"

"Now we wait for Cisco." Naruto responded

Another 2 minutes and Cisco spoke up, "I think I got it, I think I can feel my chakra now."

"Great now we can move on. Barry since you're the one with the seals on you this is what I want you to do. Form and hold the ram seal and when you can feel a buildup of chakra release it and say release." Naruto explained to Barry

Barry proceeded to hold the ram seal and could feel his chakra building up inside of him, it was a weird sensation to say the least. After about 10 seconds of building his chakra up.

"Release!" Barry exclaimed before he suddenly felt a hell of a lot lighter, 'Holy shit I feel light as a feather now'

"Now Barry before we start getting you used to using your speed with the seals off, I want to show you some of the other things that you gain from using the seals." Naruto said not wanting Barry to suddenly slam into something and break his bones

Naruto stomped his foot and a big boulder popped out of the ground. "I want you to lift this."

Barry walked over to the boulder and put his hand underneath the boulder and easily lifted it, "Holy fuck, how am I lifting something that is easily 50 times my body weight, this should be impossible for me."

"That Barry is because of the extra gravity that your muscles and bones have become accustomed to over the past few weeks. Did you think your body would stay the same as it was while under the effect of the increase in resistance and gravity?" Naruto explained with a blank stare

"Wait a fucking minute, you're saying that we will be able to do that kind of stuff when you put the seals on us?" Cisco asked hyped as hell

"Yes, but not to the degree of Barry, he has the speed force augmenting his muscles as well, at most I think you guys will be able to lift an SUV fully packed with concrete." Naruto explained, seeing the downed look from Cisco, "Dude at least you're going to be able to lift a fucking car filled with concrete, of course, that also means that you will have to learn to control this new strength before you even leave here when it comes time."

"Alright now it's time to put the seals on you and Caitlin, you know the drill Cisco, Caitlin you don't have to do it in front of everyone and I can take you into the infirmary to do it." Naruto explained after seeing the look that Caitlin gave hearing that they would have to strip down, but relaxed when she heard that she could have Naruto do it in the infirmary away from everyone else.

"I'll be putting them on Caitlin first so that you guys don't have to wait so long. Come on Caitlin to the infirmary we go." Naruto said before holding his arm out for Caitlin to hook her arm around as they walked to the infirmary

Once inside a room of the infirmary, Caitlin stripped down to her bra and panties while blushing up a storm.

"There's nothing to be embarrassed about this is nothing that I haven't seen before. Now come, normally I would put my hand in the middle of your chest but to not make you uncomfortable I'm going to put them on your shoulders." Naruto explained before placing a hand on each shoulder and she watched as the writing spread across her body. "And done, go ahead and put your close back on. I'll meet you at the door."

Naruto came back out with Caitlin fully clothed moving a bit sluggishly to find Cisco in his underwear.

Naruto then walked over to Cisco and put his hands on Cisco's chest and everyone watched as the black writing spread out from the spot where Naruto had his hands after a few minutes the writing stopped moving and settled before Cisco let out a 'oof' from the sudden weight and gravity difference catching himself before he hit the ground.

"Alright, I want you guys to leave the seals active for about 2 weeks then we will come back here and train you in controlling your newfound speed and strength." Naruto explained before turning back to Barry

"Now let's see how fast you are without your seals on." Naruto said with a smirk, getting a smirk in return from Barry before he shot off across the track causing a sonic boom blowing Cisco and Caitlin off their feet, easily clocking in at 900 MPH before he came back around and stopped.

"I think I can go faster." Barry said

"Go all out Barry we need to know where you stand." Naruto encouraged him

Barry shot off again pushing as hard as he could clocking in at 1050 MPH before coming to a stop back where everyone else was to see Cisco and Caitlin getting back up.

"DUDE THAT WAS FUCKING AWESOME" Cisco yelled out before going to high-five Barry after seeing what the speed cameras were catching.

"Alright now that I have taught you how to access and use your chakra we can head back, in a few days we will get started on elemental training and find out what your affinity or affinities are." Naruto said before he motioned for everyone to gather up around him.

"You know the drill Felicity." Naruto said causing her to grab onto Barry before they all disappeared as the portal consumed them.

(STAR Labs)

Dr. Wells was sitting in the cortex waiting for everyone to return, 'I need to know how Barry's training is going but I can't ask Naruto as it will look suspicious and I can draw any attention to myself.', He was brought out of his though when a vortex appeared out of thin air and soon everyone was standing in front of him before the vortex disappeared.

"I think I've figured out a way to track the cold gun. I remember that the gun is controlled by an E.C.U, it's a microcomputer that regulates the air-to-fuel ratio so the sub-cooled fluid in the chambers don't overflow and explode." Cisco explained before he pulled out his tablet, "This E.C.U was receiving updates wirelessly from my tablet, if I boost the signal using Central City's Network and send a false update, we'll get a ping back and locate Snart using that." Cisco finished

"First I have to hack into the City's network." Cisco said as he walked up to a computer

"Already done Mr. Ramon." Hagoromo spoke up

"Sweet, anything else he can do that we should know about Naruto?" Cisco asked while he sent the update

"Now where would be the fun in that if I told you ahead of time what our new tool could do. It ruins the surprise." Naruto said with a toothy grin

"Triangulating ping, Located Leonard Snart heading West on Nelson toward the train station." Hagoromo announced

"Man, he just keeps getting better and better." Cisco said with a grin

"Alright, Barry your up." Naruto said before Barry suited up and sped off

(Central City Train)

Barry sped onto the train that Snart was on.

"You've got nowhere to run Snart give it up." Barry shot with a grin

"Does your mom know your past your bedtime?" Snart shot back

"If you wanted to get away you should've taken something faster than a train." Barry said with a grin

Snart aimed the gun at Barry, "That's if I wanted to get away." causing Barry to lose his grin, "I've seen your weakness at the armored car, then at the theater. See while you're busy saving everybody, I'll be saving myself." Snart finished before aiming the gun at the ground and firing freezing the wheels on the bottom of the train causing it to start losing control before he opened a door and was about to jump out, "GOOD LUCK WITH THAT." He shouted before jumping out

Soon the train cars began to come off the rails and all hell broke loose, Barry quickly got everyone off the train but as he was getting the last person off there was an explosion that tossed him causing him to lose his balanced and land on his stomach, he was about to get up when Snart shot him in the back. He let up enough to allow Barry to get onto his back and face Snart.

"You're fast kid, But not fast enough." Snart told him, "Thank you." He finished

"For what?" Barry said in a confused tone

"You forced me to up my game, not only with this gun but with how I think about the job... It's been educational." Snart explained before Naruto appeared in his suit in front of Barry putting himself between Barry and the cold gun.

"You ok Flash?" Naruto asked without looking back

"I'll live." Barry replied

"Look Snart I'm going to give you one chance to leave, I suggest that you take the opportunity while you still have the chance." Naruto threatened

Snart stood there for a second contemplating before he saw the gun turn off. "How did you do that?"

"Let's just say that I'm capable of a lot more than just what you have seen. So, are you going to take the chance to get the hell out of Central City or am I going to have to make you leave?" Naruto said

Snart lowered the gun, "I think I'll take my leave, See ya around Flash." Before walking away

Naruto turned around and helped Barry up before teleporting back to STAR Labs where Sakura was waiting.

(A Few hours later)

"Unable to locate Leonard Snart's cold gun, Shall I try again?" Hagoromosaid

"Nah, we have been trying long enough he must have disconnected the signal somehow." Cisco said

"Don't worry Cisco we'll find him together." Barry said

"You have a great team here, Barry." Felicity said with all her stuff on her as she was heading back to Starling City, she had been away from the team for long enough and it was time to head back. "Speaking of teams, I should probably get back to mine."

Naruto came up to her with a bracelet, "I created this, it's a panic bracelet of sorts, it has a button on it right here where if you press it, I will immediately be notified that you need help and will teleport right over with the Hirashin seal that I put on the inside of the bracelet. There is no way to get it off to don't worry about showering with it. If you ever need help don't hesitate to ask. You're like the daughter that I haven't had, and I care deeply for you." Naruto explained pointing to the button that would activate panic mode, before opening it up and putting it on her wrist, and giving her a hug

"It was nice meeting you, Ms. Smoak." Dr. Wells said

"Indeed, it was, but for future reference please refrain from trying to hack into our satellite. I'm going to be the one maintaining the firewalls now and it would be quite annoying to have to stop you from time to time." Hagoromosaid in a monotone voice

"Not like I could get past anyways." Felicity said with a huff getting a laugh out of everyone before she joined in

"And please extend a hello to the arrow for us." Dr. Wells added

"I will." Felicity said back before Barry walked up to her with a smile on his face

"Goodbye, Felicity." Barry said

"Bye, Barry." she said back before giving Barry a hug to which he returned before letting to and walking out, shortly after Barry did

Dr. Wells turned to Cisco, "Cisco, don't you ever do anything like that again. Do you understand me?" while firmly placing his hand on Cisco's arm before Naruto stepped in and grabbed Dr. Wells hand before he got a feeling at in the back of his mind and suddenly he was jolted into a place that was all black, he turned around sensing a negative speed force only to see Nora's killer chasing Barry than as soon as it happened it was over and Naruto removed Dr. Wells hand from Cisco arm shaking his head in the process this not going unnoticed by Dr. Wells who was shocked that Naruto would lay a hand on him. Seeing this was concerning to Dr. Wells as this was the exact same thing that happened when Cisco from his future would get a vibe, if Naruto had vibed him then there was no telling what he just saw.

"I thought I told you to back off Dr. Wells, I will not stand to watch you harass my friends." Naruto said before letting go of Dr. Wells before he wheeled himself away

(1 Week Later)

Barry had just shown up with a VA File number.

"A VA File Number is all the info you have on the bomber?" Cisco commented

"CCPD's been ordered off the case." Barry stated

"Well, how as the power to do that?" Caitlin asked

"The Army. Some General. His name was Eiling, I think." Barry answered

Just then everyone minus Sakura froze from the KI that was leaking out of Naruto, they all turned to Naruto to see his whiskers had darkened and become more defined and his K-9's were elongated and his pupils were slits. "What has that fucking sad excuse for a human being done now."

Sakura pulled her husband into a hug before everyone went back to normal. "It's ok honey everything is going to be fine, you can't be doing that with normal civilians like Barry, Cisco, and Caitlin around it could have bad effects on them."

The KI in the room died down and Naruto's features returned to normal.

"That fucking scumbag general's name is General Eiling, STAR Labs has had some less than pleasurable history with him, he did experiments on my pet gorilla Grodd, when we found out his methods of experimenting and the such Dr. Wells immediately pulled out." Naruto explained

"He took everything I had on the case, I managed to snag back the folder." Barry said before handing the folder to Naruto

"Well lucky for us the VA finally joined the new Millennium and Digitized their records." Naruto said before he put the file on a table and had Hagoromo scan it.

"A lot of redacted info, the only thing that I could find was the name of the person on the file, a Woman by the name of Bette Sans Souci, an EOD Specialist for the Army." Hagoromoread off

"Any address?" Barry asked

"One contact in case of emergency. Cameron Scoot. Inglewood." Hagoromoreplied

Barry now having an address get suited up and speeds off

"Barry let us know when you have her." Naruto said over comms

"Sure thing" Barry replied back

A few minutes go by and then the vitals on the suit go flat getting the concern of everyone.

"Barry, BARRY are you ok? Talk to us, Let us know that you're alive." Caitlin said very concerned over comms

"There must be a perfectly good explanation for Barry's vitals to be flat and him not responding." Caitlin said to herself

Just then Barry sped in wearing only his underwear, "Don't ask."

"Oh, I'm going to fucking ask. Where the fuck is my suit?" Cisco said in a very irritated tone

"It blew up." Barry simply stated, "I just barely managed to get out of it before it took me with it."

Cisco looks over to Naruto silently telling him to go and check the story out getting a groan from Naruto before teleporting away only to teleport back with what was left of the suit.

"Yea, the thing about Bette, she doesn't make the bombs, she is the bomb, she's a Meta." Barry explained in a less than happy tone

"What else do we know about her." Barry asks before Hagoromo brings up all the information that he can find on Bette and puts it up on the screen.

Cisco gets one look before saying, "I was going to say something but I'm going to refrain."

"I don't think that she meant to hurt me, she seemed scared over herself and me, afraid to touch me." Barry explained

"Well, her being a meta-human explains Eilings interest in her." Dr. Wells says

"How can we help you, Detective West?" Hagoromo asks causing Joe to get frightened

"That will never get old." Naruto says while chuckling

"I'm fine thank you-." Joe paused

"Hagoromo, I am the advanced AI that Naruto built and installed into his suit and STAR Labs. To help with the more 'Tedious' tasks." Hagoromo explained

"Well thank you for the clarification Hagoromo. Anyways at least now we know why he stole the case from us." Joe said, "He didn't want anyone to know what she could do." He finished before stopping and turning to Dr. Wells

"Doctor" Joe said

"Detective" Dr. Wells answered back

"So…Human bomb. Must be Tuesday in Central City." Joe said getting a laugh from Naruto

"Yes, and General Eiling is not one to give up a potential asset without a fight." Dr. Wells explained

"Oh, the mother fucker can try, he wants Bette he's going to have to get thru me. It is going to happen, Hell the fuck no." Naruto said

"So, we have to find her before he does." Barry said

"Barry, can I speak to you for a second." Joe said getting a nod from Barry

(Half an hour later)

Barry gets a call from his cell phone, 'Yeah?'

'We've piggybacked onto General Eiling's own surveillance. According to what they are saying the lovely Ms. Sans Souci was just spotted in Inglewood.' Cisco said over the phone

'The same neighborhood as Dr. Harold Hadley's office, the military surgeon who performed several procedures on her. That's why she was looking for the folder.' Caitlin explained

'You got to get to her before Eiling does.' Cisco pleads

'Okay' Barry answers before heading back to STAR Labs

(Center for Inflicted wounds, Dr. Harold Hadley, MD, Lt. Col. (Ret.))

Barry arrives a few seconds before Bette gets shot with the tracker and falls to the ground. "Are you okay?"

"Look, I can get you out of here. I can help you understand what happened to you." Barry explains

"How?" Bette asks dumbfounded

"The same thing that happened to you happened to me too, please." Barry pleads

Just then a window breaks and a grenade lands on Harold's desk, just before it goes off Barry gets out of there with Bette in tow.

(Back at STAR Labs)

Everyone was gathered around a screen as Dr. Wells was showing a demonstration of what had happened the night of the particle accelerator explosion.

"As the detonation dispersed throughout Central City, a number of people were exposed to a wave of unquantifiable energy, one of those people being you." Dr. Wells finished explaining, "You were in Central City ten months ago." He added as Caitlin handed Bette her gloves back

"I had just returned from Afghanistan. I was there diffusing roadside bombs and …shrapnel ripped through me. I was flown back state side. Spent months at base recuperating and the next thing I know I'm one of the very things that I was trained to disarm as well as almost killed me. As well as Eiling's Favorite, new lab rat." Bette explained, the last bit causing Naruto to get mad

"The Dark Matter must have combined with the bomb particulate inside your body." Sakura said

"I thought Eiling did this to me." Bette stated

"Eilling is not smart enough to create someone like you. But he is clever enough to see your value." Dr. Wells said

"Do you know of any others who were changed?" Bette asks

"There have been a few." Caitlin states simply

"But no one that looks like you." Cisco said in a smug tone causing everyone to facepalm and Bette to get an uncomfortable look on her face

'Smooth Cisco, real smooth.' Naruto and Barry thought

'Am I going to have to take care of a pervert?' Caitlin and Sakura thought

"I'm sorry. That was inappropriate." Cisco said before giving off a few awkward chuckles, "Please don't leave." He added at the end before Caitlin and Sakura leaned in

"I know how to perform a Lobotomy." Caitlin said

"And I can do many other things that would render you unable to have children." Sakura added on

(Cut to the exam room with Bette on the table in the room with everyone examining her)

"Her cellular structures, it's unlike anything I've ever seen." Dr. Wells said

"Her nitrogen levels are off the charts." Sakura stated before going in to start testing Bette, followed by Naruto because he sensed something coming from her.

"Do you think we can help her?" Barry asked

"To answer that question, we have to understand how she works, and to understand that, first we have to study her in action." Dr. Wells stated

"You want her to blow stuff up. YES, now we're talking." Cisco said giddily

"Not in here, she's too unstable." Dr. Wells said

"I know." Cisco said

(Inside the exam room with Naruto, Sakura, and Bette)

"So, this is what you do for a living now? Testing people like me?" Bette asked

"Helping the good ones, and stopping the bad ones is more like it." Sakura said, "I will say that this is not what I thought I would be doing, but it certainly beats our old life. Onto another point, aside from Barry, you're the first "Meta-human" that we have tested."

"'Meta-human'?" Bette asked

"It's just a term that we have come up with to call the people affected by the accelerator explosion." Sakura said reassuring Bette before seeing the bloody cut in her shirt

"What happened, why didn't you say that you were shot?" Sakura said before taking a closer look at it

"Naruto, Eiling, and his men are in the elevator headed up to you guys as we speak. What do you want me to do?" Hagoromospoke up

"What the fuck is he doing here?" Naruto said before Sakura pulled out the tracker that was in Bette's arm before Bette got a look at it and gasped

"This would be why he is here, it's a tracker." Bette stated

"That's what I was sensing, couldn't get a good reading off of it because it was so small, guess I'll have to hone my skills even more to detect the extremely small stuff." Naruto said as if he had an epiphany

"Hagoromo initiate Rashomon protocol. Don't let them up the elevator." Naruto said before Hagoromo shut off the power to the elevator

(In the elevator with Eiling and his men)

Suddenly the elevator stopped moving and his men were pressing all the buttons that they could but couldn't get it to move.

"Please stop hitting all the buttons it will not do anything." Hagoromosaid causing the men plus Eiling to get startled

"Who are you?" Eiling demanded

"My name is Hagoromo, I am the advanced A.I. that Naruto installed into STAR Labs. They will be waiting for you when I turn the elevator back on." Hagoromoexplained

(Back with Team Flash)

"Get her somewhere safe, I'll take care of Eiling." Naruto commanded before they took Bette somewhere safe, but Dr. Wells stayed

"I'm not letting you deal with Eiling alone don't even try and stop me." Dr. Wells said before they started to head for the elevator

"Hagoromo disengage Rashomon, we are headed to meet them." Naruto said

"Right away sir." Hagoromosaid

(Cut to the Elevator as it turns back on)

"Naruto and Dr. Wells will be waiting for you when you get out." Hagoromostated

"Finally." Said one of Eilings men as the Elevator started to move again

(Cut to when the elevator reaches Naruto and Dr. Wells)

The elevator doors opened and Eiling and his men stepped out only to be greeted by Naruto and Dr. Wells with Naruto standing behind Dr. Wells with his arms crossed

"Harrison Wells and Naruto Uzumaki, oh how the mighty have fallen Wells." Eiling greeted as his men started towards the only hallway in front of them, only to be stopped by Naruto

"General" Dr. Wells greeted back

"You and your men are not welcomed here, Eiling." Naruto said as he blocked Eiling's men

"Move boy if you know what's good for you." Eiling said as he motioned for his men to continue as they tried to push past Naruto only for him to not budge a millimeter

"The only way that your men are getting past me is over my dead body." Naruto said before he shoved Eiling men back causing them to draw their guns

"I'd put those toys down if I were you before you get hurt kids." Naruto said with a smirk before he raised his hand performed a wordless, Universal Pull and pull all their guns towards him sending them flying behind him leaving Eiling's men weapons less and confused/scared

"I'm not someone to be trifled with Eiling, do you want to find out the hard way or do you want to leave with all your limbs intact." Naruto said putting his arm down.

Eiling motioned for his men to back off, as Naruto was now an unknown and he didn't know what he was capable of.

"This place use to be so important." Eiling stated, "Tell me what does one do after such a spectacular public failure?" Eiling asked

"One adapts. One evolves. One becomes intent on reversing one's fortune." Dr. Wells said

"Always the idealist." Eiling said with a smile

"What do you want Wade." Dr. Wells asked with his arms crossed

"Where's my asset?" Eiling said with a frown

"She's not something that you own, she is her own person. She is not a piece of property." Naruto said angrily

"Wells, turn her over before you see the rest of your precious palace crumble." Wade demanded

"You're in no position to be making demands with me here. As long as I'm here you're not getting anything except an ass-kicking out of STAR Labs should you prove to be persistent." Naruto said

Eiling seeing that there was nothing that he could do at the moment decided to leave and keep the place under surveillance to see when Bette left.

"Men, we're leaving." Eiling said before his men started to crowd back into the elevator

"I will get her one way or another, if I can't have her no one can." Eiling said letting the threat permeate the air before turning and getting back in the elevator

"You try anything with her, and you will get my wrath. And that's not a threat Eiling, that's a promise." Naruto shot back

"I'll be seeing you Uzumaki." Eiling said before the elevator doors closed

"Hagoromo see to it that they actually leave the premises, and don't let them back in if they come back, shutdown any way they have of getting up here." Naruto ordered

"It will be done sir." Hagoromosaid

Dr. Wells turned around, "You shouldn't have said what you said now he won't stop until he gets her."

Naruto laughed, "Let him try, he will see why you never cross Naruto Uzumaki." Before turning around and heading back to the team

(Time Skip- STAR Labs Testing Strip)

Currently team flash was at STAR Lab's testing strip seeing Bette in action, Bette had just grabbed a purple frisbee and threw it into the air before it exploded.

"427 KPA's, her Trauzl rating is around 45 that's the same as any plastique." Cisco explained before laughing with a grin on his face, "Plastique. Ha, got it on the first try."

Bette and Barry walked away before they started talking.

"Sir, you told me to keep an eye out for anything suspicious." Hagoromospoke up from Naruto's necklace before continuing, "Well Ms. West just posted a blog article about the flash, and she signed her name to it. Do you want me to take it down?" Hagoromoasked

"Yes, take it down and leave her a message the next time that she logs in saying that she needs to stop this, that she could get hurt." Naruto said

Naruto then walked over to Barry, "I had Hagoromo take down the article, as well as leave a message next time she logs in, if this continues, I think the best choice of action is to just tell her the truth. I'm more than strong enough to protect you guys." Naruto said getting a nod from Barry before his phone rang.

"Hagoromo connect me to that call." Naruto said

"At once." Hagoromosaid before connecting Naruto to the call

'I see your little conversation with Iris was a rousing success. She just posted another story about the streak. And she signed her name to it.' Joe said over the phone

'Joe, I tried. I really tried. Naruto just told me that Iris signed her name this time.' Barry replied

'I also took the liberty of having Hagoromo take the article down and leave her a message when she logs back in. Joe if this continues, we will have no choice but to tell her the truth. She deserves the truth that her best friend is a Meta-Human, and the streak nonetheless. I know you're going to say that she could get hurt, but I'm just going to say that I can take care of her just like I'm taking care of Barry. If this continues, I'll swing by and leave you something to give her so I can be there if she is ever in trouble due to this stuff.' Naruto explained

'If you think that's the best course of action Naruto then I will support you, knowing Iris she will not stop, and this attempt will only make her more determined.' Joe said, 'Anyways I just called to tell let you know Barry but it seems I've been beaten to the punch.' Joe added before hanging up.

(Time Skip: The Next Day at STAR Labs)

Everyone was gathered around the monitor when Barry walked in, "Hey, What's wrong? Did Eiling find out you're here?"

"Eiling wouldn't even be able to make it in the building now, I made sure of that." Naruto said

"No, Sakura was about to give me the Not-so-good news." Bette said with melancholy

Everyone went quiet before Sakura started explaining, "The shrapnel in your body has merged with you on a cellular level.

"And the Technology required to unsplice your DNA—it hasn't been invented yet." Dr. Wells said sadly while shaking his head causing Bette to start tearing up

"On the good side, I have the ability to remove at least some of the shrapnel giving you better control over your powers and from there it's just a matter of training." Sakura said with a bit of pep in her voice

"Yeah, your powers kinda seem like explosion release, which means that as soon as we get you some control over your chakra you should be able to go back to a normal life, give you back the ability to touch others, I think what your unconsciously doing is putting explosive nature chakra into your sweat or oil on your hands, and when you touch something because it's no longer in contact with your chakra network or rather a constant supply of chakra to keep it stable it becomes unstable and explodes." Naruto explained getting a confused look from Bette

"What do you mean explosive nature chakra you mean like the chakra that monks talk about?" Bette asked

"No, Chakra is inside of all of us as you know, well when the particle accelerator went off it sort of gave your chakra coils which is what allows you to store chakra the ability to grow and expand, which in turn allowed you to unconsciously utilizes it in the oil or sweat on your palms. I'll explain more in training, that is if you agree to both the procedure and the training." Naruto answered

Bette nodded, "If it gives me a chance at a normal life then absolutely."

"Great, we can do the procedure later this next week." Sakura said

(The next day- STAR Labs)

Everyone minus Barry and Bette was gathered in the cortex, Barry walked in, "Where's Bette?"

"She left." Cisco said

"What do you mean where did she go?" Barry asked

"She didn't say." Dr. Wells said

"Well, where the hell could she be?" Barry asked once again

"I've tapped back into the military feed, and it look like they're going to the waterfront to rendezvous with Ms. Sans Souci." Hagoromostated

"Why would she be their?" Barry asked

Cisco just realized something, "She's turning herself in."

"No, she's not turning herself in." Barry said before getting suited up and heading for Bette

Naruto suited up as well, "I'm going with, I warned Eiling, looks like he ignored it." Before speeding off leaving behind a sonic boom.

"Please, let them get there in time." Cisco commented

(Waterfront)

Naruto and Barry arrived at the scene only to find Eiling and his men sprawled out across the ground

"What are you guys doing here?" Bette asked

"Being a soldier doesn't mean you're a murderer. Don't become one now." Barry answered trying to talk her down.

Just then there was a gunshot, causing Bette to flinch, Bette looks down only to see a bullet floating mid-air in front of where her heart was located. Naruto put his hand forward and plucked the bullet out of the air, before turning around only to see Eiling on the ground with his gun pointed at Bette. He fires a few more shots only for them to hit Naruto's suit and fall to the ground, as Naruto walks over to Eiling and picks him up and slamming him into the side of the HUMV creating an indent.

"I would love you kill you Eiling, but my days of killing are long over, and if you ever attempt to go after STAR Labs or any of its employees. I. Will. Make. You. Regret. It., make no mistake, I am not scared of you." Naruto said before dropping him to the ground

"Let's go." Naruto said as he walked over to Barry and Bette before putting his hands on their shoulders and teleporting away.

(STAR Labs)

Naruto, Barry, and Bette arrived in a flash before Naruto's suit dissolved back into his necklace, and Barry took his cowl off, and Sakura with a trashcan ready for Bette to empty her stomach into.

"What in the hell were you thinking!?" Naruto shouts

"I was trying to protect everyone by elimination Eiling from the picture." Bette said before looking at Dr. Wells, "Just like you told me to."

This gets Naruto furious, and Barry mad.

"Explain yourself." Naruto demanded

"Eiling is not someone that you want to make an enemy of." Dr. Wells said

"No, you have it wrong, Eiling is but a speck of sand beneath me. I'm the one that you don't want to make an enemy of, I am not scared of Eiling, if Eiling shows up again I will take care of him in a non-lethal matter unless I need to." Naruto said cutting him off before walking up to Dr. Wells and getting up in his face

"Never do or pull something like that ever again unless you want to make an enemy of me. I will not tolerate you sending the team to their potential death." Naruto finished before walking off to go meditate to cool off.

(Beginning of the first day the following week)

Cisco, Caitlin, Sakura, Bette, Naruto, and Barry were gathered in the Cortex, today would be the day that Cisco, Caitlin, and Barry would start chakra and elemental training, and for Bette, well resistance and gravity seals, as well as accessing chakra.

"Alright is everyone ready?" Naruto asked

"Hell, yeah man I'm ready to learn ninjutsu." Cisco said with enthusiasm

"I like your spirit." Naruto said

"I'm ready to get going so I can learn medical ninjutsu from Sakura-sensei." Caitlin said

"I told you, you don't have to call me that, just call me Sakura." Sakura said in response to what Caitlin called her

"I want to call you this because back in your world those who have a teacher to teach them called them sensei." Caitlin responded, causing Sakura to just give up on trying to change her mind.

"I'm ready." Barry and Bette said

"Alright let's go." Naruto said as everyone was soon consumed by a swirl before they were gone

(TPD)

Everyone arrived in the TPD, and Sakura had already gotten Bette the bucket that she needed to puke.

"You get used to it after a bit." Everyone said

"I sure hope so because that is really unpleasant." Bette said

"Alright everyone, gather by the field." Naruto said before heading for the field followed shortly by everyone else including Bette after Sakura helped her

Naruto stomped on the ground and 6 pillars the size of stools rose from the ground for everyone to sit on, everyone took their seats.

"Alright before we start, I think I should put the seals on Bette so that she can just relax." Naruto said causing Bette to get nervous, "Relax they won't harm you, but what I will need you to do is follow me into the medical building so I can apply them." He added before leading her into a room in the infirmary

"Alright, I'm going to need you to strip down to your bra and panties, please." Naruto said causing Bette to give him a dumbfounded look

"I need access to your shoulders to apply the seals. Don't worry I'm not going to do anything else." Naruto said before Bette reluctantly did as she was told, Naruto then placed his hands on her shoulders before writing started to flow out from each hand, a minute later and the writing settled.

"All done, we can go and join the rest now, I'll wait by the door for you." Naruto said before heading for the door where he was shortly joined by Bette albeit a bit sluggish like Caitlin was.

Soon they had joined everyone else, "Alright time to see what your affinities are." Naruto said before pulling chakra paper out from one of the seals on his arm.

"This is chakra paper, by pushing chakra into this paper we can tell your affinity based on its reaction. To put it shortly, Fire beats Wind, Wind beats Lighting, Lighting beats Earth, Earth beats Water, and Water beats Fire. Depending on your nature 5 things can happen to your paper; Fire means the paper ignites and turns to ash, Wind means the paper will split, Lighting the paper will wrinkle, Earth the paper will turn to dirt and crumble away, Water the paper will become wet or damp. Now each of you, take a paper." Naruto explained before instructing the last part

"Sakura will you inject some chakra into Bette, so she knows what to look for with Caitlin's instructions." Naruto instructed before Sakura followed instructions getting a gasp from Bette

"Yea I had that same reaction." Caitlin said before coming over to Bette

"Basically, what you're going to have to do is focus and try and find that feeling within yourself and bring it out. Should take you about 5 minutes. We will wait for you." Caitlin explained simply

3 minutes later

"I got it." Bette simply said

"Damn, must be the military training." Caitlin said

"Anyways, now we can move on. Caitlin your first, then Cisco, then Barry, last Bette." Naruto said before handing out the paper

Caitlin followed the instructions and her paper got damp before splitting in half

"Seems like you have Ice release, with a stronger affinity for water than wind, water can be either defensive or offensive, same with wind, but it tends to be more on the destructive side, you won't be able to use Ice until you master both" Naruto explained getting a surprised look from Caitlin before Cisco was up

Cisco's paper turned to dirt before crumbling away

"You have earth, it's a very defensive element and can be very destructive, most Earth Style Techniques are defensive there are only like 2-3 offensive, but on the bright side you will be able to use this to make metals if you get good enough and learn the atomic structures of the metals." Naruto explained

"Sweet, I can make metal for the stuff that I make now." Cisco said

Next up was Barry, his paper wrinkled first before burning up

"Looks like you 2 affinities possible a Kekkai Genkai, I think your main one is Fire, one of the most destructive elements out there, there are a lot of fire Jutsu so you will have to choose what you want to learn, and lightning, can be offensive, but also defensive the Speed force probably gave you lightning." Naruto explained

Finally, it was Bette's turn

Her paper wrinkled, ignited, then turned to ash

"Just as I thought, you have explosion release, unconsciously at that. Look like we will have to work on getting you to master them both before you can control this one. Depending on how quickly you take to the exercises you could get this down in a few days." Naruto explained giving hope to Bette.

"Alright now I'm going to show you the various exercised that you can do for chakra control." Naruto said

"Wood Style: Trees of Freedom" Naruto called out before slamming his hands onto the ground before 4 trees sprouted out of the ground at about 50 feet in height, before turning back to everyone else.

"Barry for this you're not allowed to use your speed. The basics of this exercise are focusing chakra into the soles of your feet to create a vacuum effect to stick to the surface of the tree. But be careful, too much and it will explode, too little and you won't stick. Now get to it while Sakura does the procedure with Bette to remove the shrapnel." Naruto instructed before throwing 3 kunai at their feed, "Use those to mark your progress." Naruto added

Sakura motioned for Bette to follow her to the medical building where they would to the procedure. "Please lay down on the table." Motioning to a table in the middle of the room, Bette walked up to the table and hopped up onto it, "Please take your shirt off, I don't want to particles getting stuck to your clothing.", Bette did as instructed and placed her shirt off to the side. "What I'm going to do is vibrate my hand at the frequency of air allowing me to pass my hand thru your body, I will have an x-ray machine setup so that I know where to navigate, with the other hand I will be using medical ninjutsu to ease the pain and heal any damage that I may cause in during the procedure." She explained

"So how exactly is this going to lessen my powers." Bette asked, curious as to the science behind her powers

"The reason that your powers are so out of control is that due to the particles fusing with your body your body's chemistry is off-balance, so to compensate it's having to sweat and produce more oils than normal to regulate your body, that's why everything you touch explodes, your passing chakra infused sweat off to other objects, the reason that your gloves weren't going 'Kaboom' is because your sweat was in contact with your body so it had a constant supply of chakra and was stable. When you touched Barry's emblem your sweat left your body and became unstable, causing it to later explode." Sakura explained, filling in Bette on why her powers were all haywire.

"Shall we begin?" Sakura asked before getting a nod from Bette

(Back with Naruto a few hours later)

Caitlin had made it to halfway to the top, Barry had made it about 2/5th of the way while Cisco made it about 2/5th of the way up, and it had only been about 4 hours. Just then Sakura came out with Bette, catching Naruto's eye causing him to turn towards them.

(2 Hours Later)

Caitlin had just gotten to the top with Cisco and Barry being about 3/5th of the way up.

"Alright Caitlin, time for you to move on, please come down and follow me." Naruto instructed as Caitlin walked down the tree giving the boys a cheesy smile.

Soon Caitlin was back down on the ground and followed Naruto over to a building that had a very toned-down tsunami machine that was constantly making sure that the water wasn't calm, but at the same time wasn't raging.

"Alright now we take it a step up, before you had to keep a constant flow, now you will have to keep a constant flow that isn't fixed, with the water moving at different paces you will have to learn to constantly regulate the chakra that you put out to keep you above water. We have spare sets of clothes along with a changing room so that your clothes don't get wet." Naruto explained as he pointed over at a cabinet next to a tent, "We also have hair ties in case you want to put your hair up." Naruto added pointing over at the little table next to the cabinet

Caitlin went over to the cabinet and got a pair of clothes before going into the tent and changing after she was done she came out and got a hair tie and put her hair up in a ponytail

"Alright I have already explained how this exercise works, I'm going to leave you to your own devices while I got and keep an eye on the boys." Naruto said before leaving the building, and seeing that Sakura and Bette were over by where Barry and Cisco were training.

Naruto walked over to where they were before coming behind Sakura and hugging her from behind.

"How did the procedure go? Everything go well?" Naruto asked into her hair loving the smell of her cherry shampoo

"Great, she shouldn't make things go 'Kaboom' by simply touching them in about 3 days after her body readjusts to having no shrapnel in her body that hasn't already fused with her DNA." Sakura explained before turning around and pecking him on the cheek.

(Another 2 hours later)

Barry and Cisco were about 4.5/5th from the top and Caitlin had gotten her exercise quickly, probably considering that one of her elements was water. All of them minus Cisco and Barry were sitting down on stumps while Cisco and Barry continued to go at it.

Just then Barry made it to the top shortly followed by Cisco, "Finished/Done" They called out before they took a seat on the top of their respective trees, taking a well-earned break.

"Alright guys I think that's enough for today, tomorrow I'll start Barry, and Cisco on water walking, and Bette on tree climbing. You guys have done exceptionally today for not being that familiar with chakra." Naruto said congratulating them with the last bit

"Yall know the drill." Naruto said before everyone gathered around and were soon gone with a vortex

(Next day mid-morning)

It was the next day and everyone was back in the TPD, Cisco and Barry have been doing water walking under the guidance of Caitlin for about 2-3 hours, Bette had also started her training and had been at it for about 2-3 hours and was about halfway up the tree. Naruto wanted to check on Cisco and Barry walked into the room that Caitlin had done the water walking exercise to see Cisco and Barry soaked indicating that they had already failed at least once.

"How's it going guys." Naruto asked with a laugh

"Swell, I think I almost got it." Cisco said confidently in his ability to master this within the day

"I would much rather just prefer to use my speed and run across the water rather than do this. But you're the sensei so I'll do as I'm told." Barry said before falling into the water again before surfacing and blowing the hair out of his face.

"You'll get the hang of it. Well, I'll leave you guys to your devices." Naruto said before leaving to go and find his wife

He found her in the hospital building they had set up doing an early pregnancy test to see if she was pregnant, only for it to come back negative. She heard Naruto walk in, and looked up at him, "What if we aren't able to have kids? What if one of us is sterile? And if I do get pregnant how will the immortality work with the kids, will they be immortal as well?" Sakura started shooting off question after question to help deal with her sadness.

Naruto walked over to her and grabbed her head before pulling her into a deeply intimate kiss, before letting off and pulling her into his chest giving her a hug trying to calm her down.

"I highly doubt that either of us is sterile, otherwise it would have come up on one of our previous examinations, both when we were adults and genin." Naruto said reassuring her, "As for the immortality, from what I have gathered, basically when I sealed all 9 of the Biju into me it essentially made me part Ōtsutsuki, changing my DNA. When did that Jutsu on you, basically changed part of your DNA to make you part Ōtsutsuki as well, I just chose to keep the Uzumaki-Namikaze name. So our kids will genetically be immortal." Naruto said answering the second part, "I'm sure you will get pregnant soon, just have faith in god." Naruto said reassuring her once again.

Sakura kissed her husband before hugging him again, laying her head on his chest, "Thank you, Honey, I needed that."

"What else would I be good for other than keeping you from going hysterical?" Naruto said in a joking manner getting a soft punch in the arm in return, earning an 'ouch' from Naruto.

"Anyways, I came over here because Clark and Lois invited us over for dinner late next week." Naruto said getting Sakura's attention

"Any reason? Or just to get to know each other better?" Sakura asked

"Probably to get to know us better, I would imagine." Naruto answered

"Do they want us to bring anything?" Sakura asked

"Yea, they said to bring 1 or 2 dishes each to see what the food is like from our world." Naruto responded, "I was thinking of cooking up some of my famous ramen, as well as some red bean soup. What are you going to cook?" Naruto asked

"I'll cook my famous Syrup-coated pork dumplings, and for a dessert seeing as how your not making one I'll make some of my also famous Anmitsu." Sakura replied

Naruto nodded with a grin, "I love your dumplings and Anmitsu."

Sakura kissed Naruto on the check, "And I, your ramen"

"Wanna play some shogi to pass the time while they train?" Naruto asked, getting a sure from Sakura they walked out to where Bette was training with a shogi board and started playing

(3-4 hours later)

Naruto was now meditating while Sakura was reading a book before Naruto heard Bette call out that she finished the exercise from the top of the tree.

"Alright now we will move onto water walking, I'll show you the room and Caitlin can take it from there." Naruto said motioning for her to come down before she started making her way down.

Once she was on the ground Naruto led her to the room that everyone else was doing the water walking exercise in.

They walked in the door to see Cisco chilling over by Caitlin while Barry was still kinda struggling to stay on top of the water. Naruto got Caitlin's attention.

"She's all yours Caitlin." Naruto said before he motioned for Bette to go over to Caitlin.

"Now back to meditating" Naruto said before returning to his spot to meditate.

(6 hours later)

Naruto was brought out of his meditation by Barry, Cisco, Caitlin, and Bette telling him they had completed the exercise.

"Alright now that you guys have got all that down, it's almost time to call it a day but I'll start you guys on elemental training." Naruto said

Naruto pulled out a candle wick and a light bulb, as well as 2 scrolls, and walked over to Barry, "For your training, you need to channel fire chakra thru this candlewick and light it on fire, note that you have to completely burn out this wick and I made this wick so that it will not stay lit, you will have to constantly channel your fire chakra thru the wick to keep it lit, imagining a flame at the end of the wick should help. As for the light bulb, it's simple, channel your lightning chakra thru the light bulb and keep it lit for 30 minutes without it exploding." Naruto explained before handing the candle wick and light bulb to Barry as well as the scrolls, "The scrolls hold extra bulbs and wicks in case you run out, I want you to be able to burn the wick out in less than 30 seconds." Naruto added

Naruto pulled out a bag of medium-sized jagged rocks about the size of his fist and walked over to Cisco, "For your training it's simple, you need to make all these jagged rocks smooth by molding them with your chakra. Just imagine it as clay, only no moving your hands."

Naruto pulled out a bag of medium-sized rocks as he did for Cisco and a scroll that held Light blubs, "Bette yours is the same as Ciscos earth training, and Barry's lightning training."

Naruto then walked over to Caitlin, "Follow me" he instructed before walking a little ways away from the ground before going thru some hand signs

"Wood Style: Children of the Freedom Trees" he called out before a small 5-foot tree full of luscious green leaves sprouted from the ground. Naruto picked a leaf from the tree and handed it to Caitlin

"Alright for your exercise you will cut the leaf in half with your chakra for wind. For water, you will drain all the water from the leaf." Naruto explained, "You have this whole tree to yourself."

Naruto then walked back to where he started, "Alright you have your training now go." Naruto instructed before they spread out and started their training.

(2 hours later)

They were very very slowly making progress, Cisco was able to smooth out barely any of the jaggedness from his rocks, Barry was able to maintain the flame for about half a second, Bette was going a tiny bit better than Barry in her training, Caitlin had managed to make a millimeter cut in the leaf with her.

"Alright guys that's enough, you guys can continue on your own time, just remember not to overdo it otherwise you could kill yourself." Naruto said before motioning for everyone to gather before they were sucked away by the vortex.

(One Week Later)

It was about 9 P.M on a Tuesday, Naruto and Sakura were on the couch laying on each other watching T.V. when Sakura's phone rang.

"Hey, Caitlin what's up, do you need anything?" Sakura said

"Yes, actually I need you over at STAR Labs right now, Barry has been injured badly and needs healing." Caitlin told her

"Alright, we will be right over there." Sakura said before hanging up the phone, before getting up from the couch

"What did Caitlin want? Is something wrong or someone hurt?" Naruto asked while getting up

"Yea, Apparently Barry is badly hurt and needs me to heal him." Sakura said before she grabbed onto Naruto and they were gone in a flash.

(STAR Labs)

Naruto and Sakura arrived in the cortex only for Sakura to see the state of his injuries.

"What the hell happened to him?" Naruto and Sakura asked

"We don't know we just found him like this on the floor." Caitlin answered

Sakura walked over to Barry, "Get him on the bed." To which Naruto picked up Barry and put him on the bed, Sakura came up to Barry's side and her hand began to glow green.

"I need to start teaching you this so that you can do it." Sakura commented to Caitlin

(15 minutes later)

Barry was now fine but had his hand in a cast.

"What the hell happened? What did you hit that caused all this damage?" Naruto asked

"A man, a man of steel, and I don't mean a rogue Superman-like man of steel, he literally turned into metal." Barry answered

"Sounds like Steel Release." Naruto commented

"Wait, so you're telling me that you went off and did the hero thing without anyone here?" Cisco said, "Why didn't you call any of us?" Cisco asked

"Man, I didn't know what the hell he was, he just looked like a normal over an averagely buff guy, he gave no signs of being a meta-human aside from ripping a door off its hinges after I made him stop and get out of the Yellow HUMVEE he was driving." Barry shot back

"How the hell drives a yellow HUMVEE? A complete Unit?" Naruto and Cisco asked at the same time

"Well, be glad that he didn't knock any of your teeth out, those I can't heal, nor do they grow back." Sakura told him

Barry started to move off the table, "The weirdest thing is his face looked familiar to me."

"What do you mean?" Cisco asked

"Nothing really, He just said something that was familiar to me." Barry answered

Barry turned to Naruto, "So how do I fight someone that can break my hands with his skin?"

"Well, you could reinforce your hands with chakra that might do the trick." Naruto suggested, "But I would have to teach you how to do that." Naruto told him

"Tonight, you rest and heal. I may have fused your bones back together and healed your other wounds but you're still going to be a little tender even with your healing it will take you a few hours to feel back to standard." Sakura told him with a commanding tone

"Yea." Barry said as he got back onto the bed

(The next day)

Barry had just come from a crime scene involving the HUMVEE that Tony stole, and with him, he brought the gravel sample for STAR Labs to analyze and see what they could come up with.

"Hey Naruto, I brought a gravel sample from the truck that Tony stole, do you think you could have Hagoromo run a scan on it?" Barry asked

"Sure, just place it on the table right there." Naruto answered to which he pointed at the table that he designed for Hagoromo to scan stuff on

Barry placed the gravel sample on the table, "Scanning Sample now, please wait for results in the meantime." Hagoromo said before a blue light engulfed the gravel sample.

"In the meantime, I think it's time that I show you how to utilize chakra with your body parts, there is no need to go to the TPD. We can do it here." Naruto said before he grabbed a quarter-inch-thick sheet of iron.

"What I want you to do is just like you did with the elemental training, instead of channeling chakra into the wick or the bulb, I want you to channel chakra into your fist and punch this sheet of steel as hard as you can." Naruto instructed before holding up the sheet of iron

Barry channeled Chakra into his fist before punching the sheet as hard as he could, putting a decent-sized dent in it. Much to his surprise, it didn't even hurt.

"Cool." Barry said

"Yea, now you can fight Tony normally without having to risk breaking your hands." Naruto explained before putting the sheet of iron down

"Scan complete, Gravel sample contains 76.8% Hematite." Hagoromo said before going silent

"That's consistent with the mines at Keystone Ironworks." Cisco commented

"Keystone Ironworks also closed down 10 months ago." Barry said, "That's the perfect hideout." He added

"Sir, Ms. West posted on her blog again." Hagoromo said, "Do you want me to read it?" Hagoromo asked

"Yes" Naruto answered

"I have info about someone you're looking for. He was here. You know where to find me." Hagoromo readout causing Caitlin to look at Barry with a sideways glare

"I'm going to go and talk to her as the flash." Barry said before suiting up and running off

(CC Jitters)

Barry sped in before stopping in the back of Jitters

"I see you got my message." Iris stated

"Are you okay?" Barry asked

"I'm the daughter of a cop. I think I can handle myself." Iris said as she walked forward a little bit to try and get a better look at Barry

"Not with this guy you can't." Barry shot back

"I know him when we were kids. He didn't want to hurt me. He wanted to impress me, but he is fixated on you, and not in a good way." Iris explained

"Do you know where his hideout is?" Barry asked

"He said he had a place out in west keystone somewhere, bragging about how great it was, but I have no idea where it is." Iris told him

Barry started to turn, "I do"

"Wait, there's something else. His hand. It transformed like an iron fist." Iris said, "He's like you, isn't he?" she added on

"Yes, and writing your blog about me is what led him to you." Barry said

"I know, But maybe I could talk—" Iris said trying to jump the gun before getting interrupted by Barry

"NO! He's too dangerous." Barry said before there was a knock on the door causing Iris to turn her head around and Barry decided to take that opportunity to take off.

(On the way to Tony's Hideout)

"Barry, talk to us. What are you doing?" Caitlin said receiving no answer causing her to look at Naruto.

"What he learns thru the school of hard knocks, if I try and teleport and grab him at this speed I could kill him from the whiplash. Just let him do his thing and we will be on standby." Naruto said

A few seconds later Barry's GPS signal stopped, "This is definitely the place."

"Okay, you found his hideout now you need to head back here Barry." Naruto said before waiting a few seconds for a response

"Barry, did you hear me? Did something happen?" Naruto asked, still nothing

Naruto suited up, "I'll go get the idiot. Sakura be on standby please." He said before teleporting to Barry only to find a collapsed shelf

"Oh my god." Naruto said before he started lifting the shelf and things off of Barry, before picking him up and teleporting back to STAR Labs

Naruto reappeared with a badly battered Barry and put him on the table before Sakura came to his side and started healing him. Within 15 minutes Barry was fully healed.

"What were you fucking thinking Barry? What were you fucking thinking going in blind?" Dr. Wells yelled

"I'll heal, and Sakura can heal me." Barry said

"You can't heal when your dead, and I don't even know if Sakura can bring you back if you die. He could have killed you" Dr. Wells said

"I can bring him back if he dies, but only a few minutes can pass between the time of death and be bringing him back otherwise it's permanent." Sakura explained

Barry got up from the bed, "I know, alright? I know! In the past 36 hours, I've had my ass kicked twice by the guy that tortured me back in elementary. I couldn't stop him then, but I can stop him now, he just caught me by surprise!" Barry shouted back

(CCPD – Barry's Lab)

Barry and Eddie were sparring when an officer came in, "Thawne, Allen. The unit watching Iris, they've been jumped, Iris is missing." The officer said

Barry and Eddie looked at each other before Eddie went to go and get his coat, "Go, all right? I'll call Joe." Barry said

'Guess this is the sign that we needed to tell her about us.' Barry thought

Barry started walking back to the main room of the precinct phone in his hand calling STAR Labs. "Guys, you there?"

"Yeah, what's cracking Barry?" Naruto answered not doing anything

"Tony took Iris." Barry told them

'Well, I guess we are going to have to tell her now.' Naruto thought

"Well, I think this settles it, Barry, you know what has to be done after this." Naruto said with a groan

"Yea, I know, anyways, I need you to do whatever you can to help me find her. Satellites, security cameras, hack 'em all." Barry said

"I'll get right now it and set up a facial recognition filter for Mr. Woodward and Ms. West." Hagoromo spoke up after hearing that he was needed

"Thank you Hagoromo." Barry said as he was making his way down the stairs

"Not a problem here Mr. Allen, that's what I'm here for." Hagoromo replied before going silent

As soon as Barry reached the bottom of the stairs he ran into Joe, looking at him with a worried and distressed face.

"What's wrong?" Joe asked with a confused look on his face

Barry shook his head, "We got to tell her now. She's put herself in danger and danger decided to act up." He said only to get a worried nod from Joe.

(STAR Labs - Nighttime)

"Sir there has been a fire alarm set off at Carmichael Elementary, the school that Barry, Iris, and Tony went to as children." Hagoromo announced

Just then Barry walked in, "I heard, and I'm headed out." He said before suiting up and heading for the elementary school

"I'll come and get him when you're finished with him, when you're done just say 'got one for pickup'." Naruto said

(Carmichael Elementary)

"Get ready to see the last stand of a lifetime, cause I'm not letting them take me down without a fight." Tony said

Barry just arrived at the elementary school to hear Tony say that, "Good, 'cause you just found one." Barry said

"You just won't stay dead, will you." Tony commented, "Come to save your little fan girl?" he added

"This is between the two of us, leave her out of it." Barry said causing Tony to roughly let go of Iris's arm causing her to fall to the ground

"Oh, I very well could, but I'd rather make her watch while I break every bone in your body." Tony said as he flexed causing his skin, and hair to turn to iron.

Barry started to run at Tony, only for him to slide between his legs and move Iris to the very back of the hallway.

"Wait here." Barry said getting an okay from Iris before he turned around to face Tony

"Now that she is out of the way, shall we?" Barry said before he began to engage Tony in a fight.

Tony tried to swing on Barry but missed allowing Barry to get behind him and kick him in the butt. Tony turned around and tried a few more times before he swung while turning his arm into metal missing Barry and severely denting a locker.

"Aah!" Tony let out having missed again

"I've known people like you. Peaked in High School, but never got over it. All these powers and look at yourself. You were a bully then, and you still are a bully now." Barry said before grabbing the flag pole and hitting Tony across the face, only for him to turn into metal at the last second and catch it afterward.

Tony saw this opportunity and quickly turned the tables, slamming Barry who was still holding the flag pole into the lockers and the wall several times, before Barry was left on the ground getting a 'NO' out of Iris in the process. Tony turned his arms to metal as if he was about to clobber Barry before Barry ran out the doors.

"Tsk. There goes your hero." Tony said meanwhile Barry was setting up for a TKO on Tony about 5.3 miles away

(Back at STAR Labs)

"He's going for the Supersonic TKO." Naruto said before suiting up as he could tell that the fight would be over soon.

(Back with Barry)

Barry was mad, he wasn't about to go 0-3 against Tony and was ready to end the fight. Barry turned around before shooting off.

(Back at STAR Labs)

"Let's go Barry you can do this. GO MAN GO." Cisco and Naruto said over comms

(Back with Barry)

Barry had just passed the sound barrier and created a sonic boom, breaking all the windows and car windows that he was passing by. He was closing in on the elementary school fast.

A few seconds later Barry burst thru the doors and was now airborne on a collision course with the side of Tony's face that was now metal due to the new incoming threat to him. As he got closer and closer to his destination, he began to channel chakra into his fist. Ready to end the fight.

Barry landed the punch before landing on the floor and Tony's face turned back to normal with him on the floor, groaning.

(Back at STAR Labs)

"SUPER SONIC PUNCH BABY, WOAH." Cisco yelled out shooting his fist into the air

(Back with Barry)

Tony got up and looked at Barry and began to make movements towards him when Iris comes out of nowhere and clubs him in the face, breaking her hand, and knocking him out.

"Nice right hook you got there." Barry said

"Yeah, I think that my hand is broken now." Iris said while holding her hand

Barry got up and reached for his comms mic, "Got one for pickup." He said before Naruto teleported in right next to Barry with a flash.

"Who is this?" Iris asked surprised at the sudden arrival

"Let's just say I'm a mentor to him." Naruto said before walking over to Tony and picking him up

"Well, I'll be seeing you both later." Naruto said before turning to Barry, "You should probably get her back to her loved ones." He added getting a nod from Barry before he grabbed Iris and was out of there. With Naruto teleporting out shortly after.

(STAR Labs)

Tony had just been locked up, with Barry arriving shortly after, standing at the cell waiting for him to wake up.

Soon Tony regained consciousness and got up, "Hey! What is this thing, and where the hell am I?" he shouted as he started to bang on the glass that he could see-thru.

Barry was standing at just the right spot where his face was being shadowed, "Somewhere that you'll never be able to hurt anyone ever again."

"Who the fuck do you think you are locking me up?" Tony asked causing Barry to step forwards allowing the light to illuminate his face allowing Tony to see

"I believe that you know who I am." Barry answered

"Allen?" Tony said coming to a realization

"The same thing that happened to you, happened to me. It didn't just give us abilities. I just enhanced certain qualities about us. You got strong. While I got fast. Fast enough to finally beat you. You used what you were gifted with you to hurt people. Well not anymore, you're going somewhere where you will never be able to hurt anyone ever again." Barry explained before starting to walk away with a smirk before Naruto walked up eyes blazing

"I'm going to have to change the prison around to make it more spacious and friendly at this rate, maybe add a place for them to walk around and work out." Naruto said before a vortex appeared in front of the cell that Tony was in

"Allen! Allen! Allen don't you walk away from me." Tony screamed as he started to bang on the glass again

That was all that Tony managed to get out before him, his cell, and Naruto got sucked into the vortex.

Once they were gone Barry did a victory pump.

"Dude, that had to have felt great." Cisco said

"You have got no idea Cisco." Barry said

"Almost as good as pulling off a Supersonic TKO?" Caitlin asked

"Even better." Barry answered, getting a grin from Cisco

"All I want to know is which childhood bully are we gonna take down next? Mine or Caitlins?" Cisco asked

"Okay, yea." Barry simply said before turning around and starting to walk off followed shortly by Caitlin

"I vote mine." Cisco said, "What, you guys, this is not a joke." Cisco commented

(Later that night – West Household)

Joe had brought Iris home and was waiting for Barry, and Naruto to show up.

"So what is it that you need me here so bad for Dad?" Iris asked

"Just wait, they should be here any second." Joe answered only for Barry and Naruto to teleport in with a flash, startling Iris and confusing her.

"Dad, What's this about." Iris asked

"I'm going to let them explain." Joe answered before looking at Naruto and Barry silently handing it off to them

"This is about the article that you insist on writing about 'The Streak'." Naruto explained before looking at Barry

"Seeing as you're not going to stop writing about me. We have decided that it's time to let you in on the secret." Barry said getting a shocked look from Iris

'Oh my god, is this really happening? Am I really about to find out who the streak really is, and who his mentor is?' Iris thought

Barry removed his cowl, getting a gasp from Iris, before she looked at Naruto as his suit dissolved back into his necklace, earning another gasp from Iris.

"This article of yours has brought you some unwanted and dangerous attention, so we decided that the best course of action is to reveal ourselves to you. Now do note that you must keep this a secret, and can't tell anyone, not even your boyfriend Eddie." Naruto explained

Iris nodded her head silently saying that she would keep it a secret. Turning to her dad with a glare.

"You knew that Barry was the streak and didn't tell me?" Iris asked, angry at her dad

"It wasn't my secret to tell sweety." Joe said simply

Iris then turned to Naruto, "And how exactly are you Barry's mentor. How did you, Tony, and Barry get these powers?" she asked

"1. I have the same powers as Barry and more 2. Remember when the particle accelerator went off before Harrison Wells was put in a wheelchair." Naruto explained getting a nod from her, "Well when it went off it released a wave of Dark Matter that affected an unknown amount of people. That's the just of it, if you want a further explanation you will have to come by STAR Labs, and I will give you a more in-depth explanation." Naruto continued explaining

"So, what exactly are you're powers?" Isis asked, curiously

"You will have to ask your father for the details, I have already explained them to numerous people." Naruto said annoyed

"Anyways, long story short, I'm the one that has been training and protecting Barry, as well as everyone at STAR Labs, now that is about to be extended to you. Because of the blog you are writing." Naruto said before creating a bracelet out of indestructible metal with a button and a Hirashin seal embedded on the inside of the metal.

This amazed Iris to watch, making her wonder what else he could do. Naruto then handed the bracelet to her. "Put it on and only ever take it off when you really need to. If you are ever in trouble hit the button on the bracelet and I will get a GPS notification of where you are along with a Danger ping, telling me that you need help." Naruto explained before handing her the bracelet, "I will tell you this right now, if anyone but you tries to take that bracelet off, they will get shocked into unconsciousness. So, whatever you do, do not let Eddie touch it or anyone else for that matter." Naruto continued to explain, "Anyways, I'll be keeping an eye on you. Asides from that I'm off, Barry your free to stay." Naruto said before he teleports back home to watch T.V. with Sakura.

(A Little later that night)

After Naruto and Sakura had watched a bit of T.V. Sakura decided to make dinner. They were now both eating dinner when Naruto got a call from Joe

"Naruto I need you over here right now." Joe said

"I'll be right over." Naruto responded before hanging up the phone

Naruto looked over at Sakura, "It's Joe he needs me."

"Go just don't be too long or the food will get cold." Sakura said getting a nod from Naruto before he teleported away.

(West House)

Naruto appeared in a flash of light, "What's up Joe?"

Joe just pointed to the wall that had the words 'STOP OR ELSE' with a picture of Iris with a knife thru it, "Nora's killer is back, and he took all the evidence that I had on her case and was going over." Joe said with a shaky voice as he was still shaken up.

Naruto put his hands on his head and sighed, "This just means that I have to up Barry and the rest of the team's training." Naruto stated, "Any idea as to who's Nora's killer?" Naruto asked

"At first I thought it was Wells, but his story checks out, so I'm back to square one." Joe said

"I wouldn't write Wells of just yet. Back when Sakura and I were getting hired at STAR Labs it felt like something was off about Wells, I can't place it but something is off about him. We have to keep this on the down-low, let me tell Barry and talk to him. We have to go about this smart if we are going to catch Nora's Killer." Naruto explained

"Well, on the bright side we might be able to get Henry out of prison now, Nora's killer is back, now all we need is a confession out of him." Naruto commented

"Is that all that you needed me for?" Naruto asked getting a 'No' from Joe, "Well I'm heading back home, Dinner is getting cold." Naruto said before teleporting away.

A/N: almost 20k words for you guys, sorry it took so long to write, I kept on getting burned out, and had to take it slow, as well as I added some stuff in as you can see.

Looks like Naruto got a new power as you can see.

I have some polls up on my profile for questions regarding pairing for Barry, and a poll regarding how I write.

Sakura will be getting pregnant probably a chapter after this next coming one, which might take longer considering I'm going to be starting up another fic which will be a Naruto and Avengers crossover, which is the same Naruto from this fic in the MCU. He will have the same powers as he does he and any power that he gains here he will gain in this MCU fic that I'm making as well as any other fic that I decide to pull this Naruto into. I'm going to call this the 'Naruto Affect'. All the Naruto's will be synced up, knowledge and powers wise as I'm too lazy to write a prologue explaining how each Naruto got to he is. I'm also probably going to reduce the number of episodes that I do per chapter down to like 2 instead of the 3-4 so that I can churn them out quicker.

Let me know how soon you want them to finish their elemental training so that they can be potentially throw jutsus around.
