After the war the Biju decided to stay with Naruto, this caused some complications one of which is immortality. After a 5-year training trip, he comes home to find things aren't how he expected them to be. Sakura realized her feelings for Naruto, they get married and she becomes immortal. Later they decide that they aren't needed anymore and decide to travel the Multiverse

7. Chapter 7 - Frost is born

Sorry about all the formatting if it's hard to keep up, I have to find a way to signify that Naruto is using a power. And sorry if the sentences are so close together. I have tried separating them numerous times but fanfiction is being a bit of a formating bitch.

And also sorry about the long wait for the update. I got a part-time job so my free time has been cut down by about 7 hours a day.

If there is confused or inconsistencies this chapter its because I rearranged some chapters as I wanted certain things happen and I didn't realize until after I had posted both chapters.

(Later that week – Clark and Lois's apartment)

Naruto had made his famous ramen as well as red bean soup, Sakura has made her Syrup-coated pork dumplings and Anmitsu. They had their dishes and were at Clark's door, Naruto stacked his dishes before knocking on the door, letting Clark know that it was them. A few seconds later the door opened to reveal Clark and Lois, Naruto and Sakura asked where they wanted them to set down their dishes.

"I'll take them off your hands and put them in the kitchen, go ahead and freshen up." Clark said as he grabbed the handles of the pot that had Naruto's ramen in it accidentally touching Naruto.

Suddenly he was in a black void before he heard Clark and Lois laugh causing him to turn around, revealing Clark in a white shirt and Lois in a red shirt with Clark holding something bundled in red.

"Jonathan has your eyes. huh?" Lois asked

"I'll take it as long as he has your everything else." Clark answered

And then Naruto was back in the apartment with everyone. Clark looked concerned "Everything ok?"

Naruto nodded before he felt his eyes start to burn, ears start to ring, as well as energy surged thru his body. Naruto quickly let go of Clark before he backed away as he covered his ears and closed his eyes as he started to breathe heavily, quickly catching the attention of the 2 females in the apartment as well as Clark.

Sakura was at her husband's side in an instant "Naruto, honey what's wrong?"

"I don't know. Clark touched my hand when he grabbed the pot from me, then next thing I know my eyes started to burn and I started hearing things." Naruto explained catching Clark's attention as it seemed like similar symptoms to when he unlocked his powers

"Does it sound like you can hear the entire world all at once? Does it feel like energy is building up in your eyes?" Clark asked before Naruto nodded his head

A few seconds later Naruto's eyes glowed red "EVERYONE GET BACK I CAN'T HOLD IT ANY LONGER." before Naruto brought his hands up to eye level as he opened his eyes and twin beams of blue energy shot straight into his hand as Naruto reabsorbed the energy via Preta path. After about 20 seconds it finally stopped, and Naruto brought his hands back up to his ears.

"What the hell is happening to me?" Naruto asked before Clark spoke

"Naruto focus on my voice and block everything else out." Clark instructed

Naruto closed his eyes and focused on Clark and the voices went away. "How did you know that would work?"

"Because that's exactly what I was told to do when my super hearing kicked in. Don't know how you have it, but you do, along with what seems to be a variation of my heat vision. I can only wonder if you have my invulnerability or some variation of it." Clark explained

Naruto looked to Sakura "This is the 3rd time that it seems I have gained an ability I didn't have before. It's almost like I am permanently copying anyone's powers/abilities that I come into physical contact with. First, I get your super strength, then I get this weird power that takes me into a black void before I see what looks like visions, now this. I think it's fair to say that I have gained the ability to permanently copy powers/abilities. From now on I am going to where special gloves." before Naruto created some special gloves for himself via Creation of All Things Technique and put them on, amazing Lois.

"Alright, Sakura I want you to get a sample of my cells and some of Clarks, when we get back to S.T.A.R. Labs we will run some tests to see what has changed and how similar they are." Naruto instructed getting a nod from his wife

Naruto then turned to Clark and Lois "By any chance if you had a son would you name him Jonathan?"

Clark and Lois looked shocked but nodded "How did you know?"

"I may be crazy but when you and I did our handshake I might have seen a glimpse of a future that you two share. Both of you were together and Clark was holding a bundle of red. Something about Jonathan having Clark's eyes, and Clark being fine with it as long as he had everything else of yours." Naruto explained "I'll have to look more into this ability/power. Anyways why don't we continue with dinner." before everyone nodded, and they started to dish themselves out food

Soon everyone was seated at the dinner table, everyone had a bit of everything. Clark dug into Naruto's famous Ramen first and Lois into Sakura's Syrup coated dumplings. Naruto was trying Clarks Beef Bourguignon, and Lois had made her favorite Bacon Burgers.

"So, Naruto how is work at S.T.A.R. Labs?" Lois and Clark asked

"Everything is great, I finished my A.I. Project, as well as my suit that is stored in this necklace I'm wearing. I have also recently started training Barry, Cisco, Caitlin, and Bette in how to utilize their chakra." Naruto answered

"Bette? I don't remember you mentioning a Bette that worked at S.T.A.R. Labs." Clark commented

"She is a recent meta that joined S.T.A.R. Labs to help get her powers under control." Naruto explained. "It seems like your cousin is making a name for herself Clark."

"Yeah. We can all try to live a normal life but there will always be that part of us that prevents us from fully being normal." Clark said. "But at least I can rest easy knowing that there is someone other than me always looking out for her." he added smiling at Naruto

"Yeah, just last week I had to save her from a prisoner from some Kryptonian jail. Fort Rozz, I think it was called." Naruto said catching Clark's attention

"Fort Rozz? That is Krypton's maximum-security prison that is supposed to be in the Phantom Zone, how the hell did it get out." Clark asked

"Beats the hell out of me." Naruto answered. "That would be something potentially the DOD could answer."

"I have to say that this ramen is pretty damn good, and Sakura your dumplings are to die for I'll have to have Lois get your recipe so she can make them. I think it's time that we move on to dessert, I want to try Sakura's Anmitsu." Clark commented before he got up and started collecting plates and bringing them to the sink before he grabbed some bowls and dished everyone up some Anmitsu and distributed the bowls.

"So, Naruto, where are you and your wife from?" Lois asked curiously

"I'm glad that I planned for this as it is getting rather tedious, and annoying to explain to everyone." Naruto commented before nanites from his suit bleed out covering his arm, and an opal device started forming in his hand as the nanites gathered together.

Once the nanites had finished forming the opal device Naruto tossed it into the middle of the table before Naruto hit a button on his arm and a hologram shot up into the air, showing a map of the elemental nations.

"This is where we originate from, it's not on any map because it's not even on this planet, or universe for that matter. Sakura and I don't originate from this dimension." Naruto explained getting a shocked nod from Lois

Naruto began going thru the presentation that he made to explain their origin as well as their original abilities. Once the presentation and explanations were done Naruto grabbed the opal device from the middle of the table and allowed the nanites to reabsorb into his suit before his suit collected back into his necklace and he pulled back his arm.

"Incredible. How available is this kind of technology?" Lois asked

"For me instant, I can create it for myself easily. In terms of mass production, a couple of decades away. Maybe." Naruto answered

"How is it easy for you to create but not easy to mass-produce?" Lois asked with a frown

"I have access to a style/type of technology that is completely unavailable to the world that allows me to create very small things." Naruto answered. "Maybe in the future, I can find a way or someone else can find an easier way to make/mass produce Nanotech"

"Ahhh, that makes sense." Lois said with an understanding look before she looked at Clark who got the silent message

"Anyways, Naruto, Sakura, having you over to introduce/explain yourselves wasn't the only purpose of this dinner. We have something that we would like to ask of you guys." Clark announced getting Naruto and Sakura's full attention before he continued "Me and Lois, having just gotten married a few weeks ago would like it if when we actually try for a child would be the godparents of that child or children."

Naruto and Sakura froze for a second before they grew a smile "Of course, we would love to be the children's godparents. And you guys to our children as it is only fair." Naruto said

"Great!" Clark and Lois said before they hugged Naruto and Sakura

"Well then, now that the news is out why don't we continue with dessert." Clark said before everyone dug in

(The next day – S.T.A.R. Labs)

Naruto and Sakura walk into the Cortex to see Cisco, Caitlin, and Bette practicing their nature transformation exercises with Cisco's rock being 2/5th smooth and Caitlin had her leaf cut about 2/5th of the way. Bette was sitting a little ways away from them working on her light bulbs keeping them lit for about 5 seconds before it exploded vaporizing the glass before it even hit the ground. They all turned their attention to the married couple and immediately took notice of the gloves that Naruto was wearing.

"It's not cold in here, and I highly doubt you have a skin condition. So what's with the gloves?" Cisco asked with a confused look being the first one to speak up

"Long story short, the particle accelerator gave me the ability to permanently copy anyone's ability/power that I come into physical skin-to-skin contact with. We just so happen to have been invited to dinner by Superman, so I now have heat vision, x-ray vision, freeze breath, super hearing, invulnerability, and flight without SOSP mode active from what we have gathered." Naruto explained causing everyone's jaws to drop "Someone that I have come in contact with recently has a power too that I can't exactly describe. Kinda like visions of a future."

"Any other famous superheroes you know that you haven't told us about?" Cisco asked astonished as he tossed a rock at Naruto

The next thing Cisco saw were twin beams of white and blue shot of out Naruto's eyes, vaporizing his rock

"You done playing with my powers?" Naruto asked sarcastically before Sakura went over to a machine for scanning and analyzing DNA and put in Clark's blood and her husband's blood so she could compare them side by side making sure to leave out identification, so she didn't give away Clark's identity.

2 seconds later Barry speeds in with his coffee getting Naruto's attention "Next time let the barista do his job, he isn't going to learn how to work in a fast-paced environment otherwise. Okay."

Barry looked at him perplexed "How the hell did you know that?"

"New power I have allows me to permanently copy others that I come into physical skin to skin contact. The short story I had dinner with Superman, and you can fill in the rest." Naruto answered

Just then Dr. Well wheeled himself thru the archway into the cortex "Barry, can I have a word with you?"

"Sure." Barry said before walking off with Dr. Wells as Naruto sat down in one of the chairs at the main console before he begins listening to Dr. Wells and Barry's talk

"May I remind you, Mr. Allen, we had an agreement. We help you with your heroics out there. While you help us research and develop your abilities here, right?" Dr. Wells asked

"Yea I guess I have just gotten caught up with being able to help people in need. It feels good."Barry responds

"Yea, well imagine how good it will feel to cure diseases, stop aging, reverse paralysis."Dr. Wells comments

"All good causes."Barry responds back"So how can I help you do that? Do you need more MRIs, more blood, or-"

"I need more speed." Dr. Well simply stated as if it were the simplest thing in the world "Speed is the key to progress. You need to kick it up a notch."

This confused Naruto 'Why does Dr. Wells need Barry to be faster?'

Just then Barry's phone vibrated halting their conversation as he had to check it "I have to go there was a homicide."

"This isn't just about you. Remember that Barry." Dr. Wells told him

"Yeah." Barry said before he walked out of S.T.A.R. Labs

(Later that day – around evening – S.T.A.R. Labs)

Sakura was working on a new healing gel that promoted a bit faster regeneration than normal for public and medical use when Barry walked in with a flash drive and handed it to Cisco.

"Can you help me I.D. this person their face was melted off." Barry asked before Cisco took the flash drive and plugged it into the main console pulling up the image.

"Sure, we have facial reconstruction software, we didn't want to have to pay money for the one that was designed for archeologists, so Naruto recreated it." Cisco answered "It should help us I.D. your crispy corpse." he added

Naruto got up to see what they were doing when Cisco pulled up the picture of the burnt corpse causing Naruto to cringe

"The question is, How did he get fried in the first place?" Barry said. "Is there a metahuman out there that can control electricity?"

"It would take a serious electrostatic discharge to cause that level of tissue damage." Dr. Wells commented

"Well, Barry there is an 82% chance that your victim looked like this." Cisco said

"Only 82?" Barry stated

"Hey, it was zero when your sorry ass walked in here, pal." Cisco shot back

"Can you cross-reference that with the DMV Database, possibly get a name?" Barry asked

"I'll hand this one off to Hagoromo." Cisco said before Hagoromo took over

Hagoromo quickly did a search and pulled up all the needed information on-screen "Casey Donahue. No wife, kids. Used to work at the Petersburg electrical substation, in fact, someone just used his I.D. to enter the substation. Which is now experiencing a power drain."

"Barry, be…" Dr. Wells started but before he could finish Barry was in his suit and out the door "Careful."

Barry arrived at the power station only to see a man siphoning power from the grid. Barry walked a little bit closer before deciding to make his presence known to the man.

"I'm pretty sure this is a restricted area, my guy." Barry said witfully getting the man's attention as he stopped siphoning electricity from the grid

The man slowly turned towards Barry before thrusting his hand out as a bolt of electricity shot out of it as Barry narrowly dodged it.

"Easy there Sparky." Barry said jokingly

"I…Have To Feed." the man said in between breaths before he shot another bolt of electricity causing Barry to have to dodge

This went on for a little while before the man finally caught Barry with a bolt of lightning causing Barry to freeze as the man siphoned the electricity in his cells.

Cisco saw something happen on the screen "Whoa, what was that?"

After a few seconds, Barry was finally able to free himself as he stepped away with a gasp realizing that whatever this guy was doing making him tired decided that now was a good time to leave and think of a strategy to beat this guy.

"More of that. I need more." the man stated loving the taste of Barry's speed force energy

"Release!" Barry called out as he gathered enough chakra as fast as he could to release his seals making him faster

"Barry, what's happening?" Dr. Wells asked distracting Barry giving the man enough time to pierce him with twin bolts of electricity as the man drained Barry almost completely of the speed force in his cells, causing Barry to let out a scream.

Everyone at S.T.A.R. Labs saw Barry's vitals spike "Barry are you okay?" Dr. Wells and Naruto asked

Soon the man stopped getting more than enough of a filling of Barry's energy "Too much." he said as he waddled away

"Barry, get out of there." Dr. Wells said before Barry started towards S.T.A.R. Labs only clocking in at 120 MPH

(S.T.A.R. Labs)

A minute and a half later Barry finally showed up, but Naruto could hardly sense any speed force in him raising major concern.

"Barry, what the hell happened I can sense only the barest amount of speed force energy in you?" Naruto asked

Dr. Wells got concerned at this "What do you mean you can sense the speed force energy within him?"

Naruto turned to him "As you know I am a sage, or better yet a sensor-type ninja. Basically, I can sense any type of energy. Be it speed force energy, pure energy, radiation, you name the type of energy, and I can sense it. For example, when Barry first acquired his speed the night of the explosion, I was able to sense it and pinpoint it. And recently I sensed negative energy that I can't quite put my finger on." he explained before turning his attention back to Barry. "So, tell us what happened Barry."

'Well, this complicates things and is very alarming. I am lucky that he can't sense my negative speed force energy right now. I need to be more careful in the future.' Dr. Wells thought before he turned his attention back to Barry

Barry took a seat being slightly winded "Our meta-human happened. When I got to the power grid, he was literally siphoning power from the grid using electricity. I managed to dodge a few before he managed to pierce me with one, then I felt myself getting more and more tired. I managed to get a little away from him so that he couldn't pierce me again, he said something about needing to feed and wanting more of my energy. I was about to release my seals and get the hell out of there, but Dr. Wells asked me what happened and that distracted me for a split second giving him enough time to pierce me with 2 bolts of lightning, and well this happened."

Naruto turned to Dr. Wells and frowned "You just couldn't keep your mouth shut and wait till he was out of danger, could you? Now, look at what happened."

Dr. Wells returned the frown "Excuse me for wanting to know what was happening to Barry." he then turned to Barry "I want to see how fast you can go. If he really did take your speed from you." getting a nod from Barry everyone moves to the room with the treadmill as Barry gets on clocking in a just barely 140

"You can't just lose your powers, okay? You're DNA was literally transformed by the particle accelerator blast. There is no current way to untransform DNA otherwise we would have helped Bette." Caitlin said perplexed as to hell the hell this could happen

"So, we were wrong. This metahuman doesn't electrocute people; he siphons electricity, thereby removing your power." Dr. Wells concluded

Barry shook his head "Alright, do we think this is temporary or permanent?"

"We have to run tests." Dr. Wells answered

"I mean theoretically speaking I could just surge speed force energy from my system to yours, jumpstarting your cell's production of speed force energy. But I am not sure how that would affect you." Naruto said getting Barry's attention

"Well, let's do it and find out." Barry said eager to do anything to get his speed back

Naruto shook his head "I don't know what that would do to your body, or cells, for all we know I have 1000 times more energy than you had and me doing so would quite literally cause your cells to burst open and I don't plan on finding out unless I absolutely have to."

Barry adopted a depressed look "Yeah, I've got to warn Joe. Do you mind giving me a lift Sensei."

"Sure, let me shoot Joe a text and make sure that he is alone." Naruto said before he pulled out his phone and called Joe

"What's up Naruto?" Joe said answering the phone

"Are you alone? Barry lost his speed and wanted to talk to you. He needs a lift so I'm giving him one." Naruto said

"Sure, give me like 2 minutes to get up to his lab." Joe told him before he hung up the phone

"Barry, we will find a way to restore your speed. I promise you that." Dr. Wells told him

2 minutes later Naruto grabs Barry's shoulder and they vanish with a flash of orange.

(CCPD – Barry's Lab)

Naruto and Barry appeared next to Joe in a flash of orange before he let go of Barry and disappeared once again with a flash of orange.

Barry took a seat looking at Joe very annoyed, Joe wanted to test if Barry's speed really was lost and decided to grab a red coffee cup that was on the desk and toss it in the air expecting Barry to catch it only for it to fall to the floor and shatter to pieces.

"What the hell Joe!?" Barry let out

"You didn't catch it." Joe simply stated annoying the hell out of Barry

"I loved that mug." Barry stated. "And what part about a metahuman took my speed don't you understand Joe?"

Joe got off the desk "Barry there's no part of a lot of things that not only you but Naruto can do that I will ever understand." as he walked over to the other side of Barry

Joe brought his hands to his face "What does Dr. Wells or Naruto say?"

"Dr. Wells said we have to run some tests. Naruto said that theoretically, he could surge my system with speed force energy from his system and possibly jumpstart my cell's production of speed force energy." Barry explained

Joe took a seat on the desk again "Barry, you have to get your speed back. People in Central City need protecting, and if you don't get your speed back, how the hell are we gonna keep them safe?"

"Joe, the meta who stole my speed, he burned up the body we saw in the alley today." Barry told him clearly annoyed at the pestering. "You need to tell the police not to confront him. He's dangerous."

"Who's dangerous?" Iris asked as she walked in

"The Meta that took my speed." Barry answered getting a very concerned look from Iris

"What the hell do you mean took your speed?" Iris asked "This city needs protecting Barry." she added

Barry gestured to the shattered mug on the floor "You think I don't know that Iris. Dr. Wells is going to run some tests and if all else fails Naruto said he has a potential fix as a last resort."

Iris frowned at her father "Really Dad. Barry loved that mug."

"Anyways I'm going to go back to S.T.A.R. Labs and see if they haven't figured something out yet." Barry said getting up from his chair and texting Naruto for pickup.

A second later Naruto appeared in a flash of orange startling Iris.

"You are going to fix Barry, right Uncle Naruto?" Iris asked very worried for her adoptive brother

"If all else fails then very likely yes." Naruto stated before grabbing Barry and vanishing once again in a flash of orange

(S.T.A.R. Labs)

Barry and Naruto appeared in a flash of orange. Barry decided to just settle down and continue his nature transformation exercise. Caitlin and Bette decided to follow suit. After about half an hour Cisco comes in with a tablet in hand.

"I identified our power jacker, hacked into the surveillance footage at the station. Name's Farooq Gibran." Cisco reported getting Barry and Caitlin's attention as Barry got up and went over to Cisco grabbing the tablet from him

"He climbed an electrical tower the night of the accelerator explosion." Barry read off

"Well, no surprise where his powers came from then." Caitlin noted

"It seems that Mr. Gibran has come for more." Hagoromo stated before bringing up the camera feed showing Farooq

"Oh, you have got to be kidding me, Blackout is here. This is not happening." Cisco said clearly having none of it

"Dr. Harrison Wells, I need to see you! Come on I know your inside. Open the door. I just want to talk Dr. Wells. Wells! Let me in!" Farooq demanded fiercely before spotting an electrical panel not too far away

Farooq fires a bolt of electricity forcing the panel open before walking over to it, before ripping out 2 power cables as he starts to drain the power from S.T.A.R. Labs. Naruto sees the lights in the room start to flicker and wastes no time in Initiating Rashomon Protocol.

"Hagoromo initiate Rashomon: Outer. Lock this bitch down." Naruto instructs before sirens go off in S.T.A.R. Labs as the tungsten-titanium alloy blast doors that Naruto installed in the outer perimeter of S.T.A.R. Labs start to come down, they make it about halfway before the power completely drains stopping the procedure from completing fully.

"Well fuck me. Remind me to set up a fusion reactor for S.T.A.R. Labs so shit like this can't happen in the future." Naruto says before he gets a ping on his phone from Iris's bracelet. "Well shit, you guys are going to have to fend for yourself for a second. Iris is in need of help, and Barry doesn't have his speed." before his suit forms around him and with that Naruto vanished in a flash of orange

(CCPD)

Naruto appeared next to Iris and Joe taking note of everyone that was on the floor.

"You called." Naruto stated before his attention was shifted towards the attempt to knock him out with a gun from behind.

Naruto turned around towards the source to see a man with weird glasses on pointing a gun at him, causing him to sigh "You guys never learn do you. Who in their right mind would think of holding a police station hostage? You have to be a special kind of stupid to think that's a good idea." before his eyes started to glow blue before twin beams of blue and white fired at the gun the man was holding almost instantly heating it up causing the man to drop it less he get 3rd-degree burns.

Naruto then turned to Joe "How the hell does a criminal get ahold of a cop's gun in a fucking precinct?" as he plucked the bullets out of the air and crushed them into a metal ball before tossing it to one of the cops there

Joe sheepishly shrugged "While we are not paying attention?"

"Well, seeing as I am not needed here anymore, I'm going to take my leave." Naruto sighed before he saluted and vanished in a flash of orange

"Joe, Iris who the hell was that?" Eddie asked as he put cuffs on the man stupid enough to try and hold a police precinct hostage

"No one important, now drop it Eddie." Joe and Iris said as everyone was hustling around trying to get medical attention for the injured officers.

"I am so glad you have that. Sweety." Joe told his daughter otherwise this could have gone a lot differently

(S.T.A.R. Labs)

Naruto arrived back at S.T.A.R. Labs only to find Farooq standing at the door to the speed treadmill about to open it.

"Damn. You're already in here? I half expected you to still be in the corridor. If you would please just surrender, we can help you." Naruto said trying to reason with the literal power-hungry man only for him to fire a bolt at him which he absorbed. "Now that wasn't very nice. I am only going to warn you one more time. Surrender and you can have a happy ending."

"Why would I surrender to a man like Harrison Wells? The person that did this to me in the first place. The man that killed my best friends." Farooq asked. "I don't want to live anymore; my best friends are dead because they tried to resuscitate me. I have their blood on my hands. Do you know how that feels?" Farooq added before he turned around and fired at the door blowing it off its hinges

Farooq tried to proceed thru the door towards Dr. Wells only to find himself flying towards Naruto's extended hand. Farooq panicked and fired twin bolts of lightning only for them to pierce Naruto for a second as Farooq briefly started to drain Naruto only for him to drop dead the next second having been overloaded.

"It's safe to come out now. Farooq killed himself draining me. Guess there was only so much he could handle before he got sick of speed force energy." Naruto called out before everyone filed out of the room. Dr. Wells wheeled himself up to Farooq and pulled out a syringe before filling it up with Farooq's blood causing Naruto to give him an odd look

"Why did you do that?" Naruto asked

"I want to see how his powers work. See if they reveal anything that can make a breakthrough in the medical field." Dr. Wells stated before pocketing the syringe causing Naruto shrug it off

"So did you guys figure out how to get Barry his speed back?" Naruto asked getting head shakes from Caitlin, Cisco, and Barry

"We tried surging his system with electricity but that seemed to give it back to him for a second before it was gone." Caitlin explained

"Well, I guess that Barry just needs to not psych himself out. I'll give you a jump start this one time. Come here." Naruto instructed before Barry walked up

Naruto surged electricity thru himself and into Barry for about 5 seconds before Barry got blasted back "You good Barry?"

Barry got back up nodding before he got back on the treadmill clocking in at 1150 MPH "Thanks for the boost."

"Yea, yea but it won't be permanent if you don't continue training it." Naruto waved him off. "Anyways, I'm gonna go and set that fusion reactor up down in the pipeline if anyone wants to come and watch." as he started towards the pipeline followed shortly by Cisco and Dr. Wells

Once down in the pipeline, Cisco and Dr. Wells watched in awe as Naruto began to go to work rearranging part of the pipeline to make room for the fusion reactor. They then watched as he created the needed parts for the reactor out of thin air. The whole process took about 2 hours, 30 minutes to rearrange everything, 30 to set it up, and one hour to hook it up to S.T.A.R. Labs.

"Well then, S.T.A.R. Labs is now completely of the grid in terms of power." Naruto said before he flashed home where Sakura was waiting with dinner.

(S.T.A.R. Labs – The next day)

Naruto and Sakura in S.T.A.R. Lab's cortex to find Barry, Cisco, and Caitlin sitting together with Bette sitting a little ways away still working on her nature transformation exercises. Barry, Cisco, and Caitlin's attention turned toward their sensei.

"I take it that you all have completed your training to satisfactory levels." Naruto asked joyfully getting nods from his students. "Alright then let's see." before he turned to Bette. "Am I to assume that you are still a work in progress?" only getting a nod as Bette just finished burning her candle

Naruto then gathered his students and wife before they all vanished in a vortex leaving Bette to her devices.

(TPD)

Everyone was spat out in the middle of the landscape. Naruto then pulled out 1 rock, 1 candle, 1 lightbulb, and went over and plucked 2 leaves from the tree that he made for Caitlin to practice before handing the rock to Cisco.

"Alright, you're up first buddy." Naruto said as he watched Cisco focus for about 10 seconds as everyone watches the rock change before their very eyes.

Naruto smiles "Well done Cisco." before he pulls out a scroll and hands it to Cisco who takes it and backs up allowing for the next person to demonstrate

Caitlin is the next one to step up as Naruto handed her the 2 leaves. she puts one between her fingers and everyone watches as the leaf splits in half over the course of 15 seconds. She then drops the split leave and puts the other leaf in her palm, and everyone watches as the water drains out of the leaf and into her palm over the course of 5 seconds. Naruto claps before suddenly Caitlin's hair turns snow white, her lips turned blue and her iris started to glow causing him to get concerned.

"Caitlin dear, are you okay?" Naruto asked before 'Caitlin' turned to him

"Caitlin is not here right now. I am Frost." The now named Frost answered further raising Naruto's concern

"Where is Caitlin?" Naruto asked confused

"Caitlin is currently on the backburner. It's been a good 20 years since I have been in the drives seat, and I don't plan on giving it up just yet." Frost answers

"So this is what the particle accelerator did to Caitlin? Gave her a split personality." Naruto asked as Frost nodded her head 'no'. "Look I'll make you a deal Frost. You give Caitlin back control and I'll make a duplicate body for you to inhabit and control permanently. Deal?" he said bargaining with Frost

Frost paused for a second before nodding "Deal." before Caitlin's hair turned back to its original chestnut brown and her Iris's stopped glowing

"What the hell just happened?" Caitlin asked

"We don't know exactly but I made a deal with 'Frost' to give you back control in return for a body of her own I just need a little bit of your blood." Naruto stated before he summoned a kunai and made a cut in her hand, squeezing it to get the blood out faster before he poured it into his hands.

Everyone watched as Naruto's Rinne Sharingan came into view full force and the blood began to float in the air as it began to start expanding. After a few minutes what was once blood was now a perfect duplicate of Caitlin just standing there not doing anything. Everyone was gobsmacked as they watched Naruto literally create another Caitlin out of just a tablespoon of her blood.

Naruto then walked over to Caitlin before he placed his hand on the top of her head for a second as he began searching Caitlin's mind for Frost's consciousness. A few seconds later Naruto took his hand off of her head before walking over to the brain-dead Caitlin and placing his hand on her head, transferring Frost's consciousness to the body.

A minute later 'Frost' emerged in the copy as her hair turns snow white, her lips blue, and her iris turned bright white as if they were glowing.

"Welcome back Frost." Naruto stated as Frost began to stretch before she turned to Barry and walked over to him planting a wet kiss on his lips shocking everyone.

Barry shook her off "What the hell was that for?"

"Just something that I wanted to do lover boy." Frost replied before walking back to where she was looking back at everyone to see the gobsmacked looks, they were giving her. "Too forward? Sorry." she said sheepishly

At that everyone got over their shock before Caitlin turns to Frost "So how exactly did you become a thing?"

"Our father discovered that you inherited his ALS gene and was determined to make sure that it wouldn't progress. Doing cryogenic experiments on us halting it before it even started to progress, thus I was born." Frost explained

Caitlin nodded hesitantly "So how exactly do our powers work?"

"We can fire streams of liquified Ice, as well as create things with ice. Watch and learn." Frost said as she fired a stream of liquid Ice at the tree that Naruto had created for Caitlin freezing it about halfway up the trunk before she created a dagger of ice and cut herself and to Caitlin's surprise it healed right up.

"So we also have a healing factor like Barry?" Caitlin asked getting a nod from Frost

"Now you try." Frost instructed. "Just focus and it will come to you."

Caitlin focused for a few seconds before she extended her hands and arms forward as a cold vapor bleed out of them, a few seconds later a stream of liquid Ice shot from her hand freezing the rest of the tree. Frost then forms an icicle in her hand and chucks it at the tree embedding it about 3 inches into the tree. Caitlin focuses and forms an icicle before chucking it right next to Frosts.

Caitlin and Frost look at each other "Well this was certainly eventful." getting a nod from Frost

"It's nice to have my own body and not have to sit in the back seat." Frost agreed

"I'll have to create you documents to separate you from Caitlin." Naruto told the icy woman getting a nod in return

"I can just stay at S.T.A.R. Labs till then." Frost said

"Nonsense you can stay with me. I always wanted a sister." Caitlin countered

"Anyways I think we should get back to showing your progress. Frost, Caitlin here are the scrolls with Jutsu that both of you can use." Naruto said bringing the focus back to him as he handed Caitlin the scroll

"You're next Barry." Naruto said before he handed him a candle and a light blub

Barry quickly burned out the candle wick before moving onto the light bulb keeping it lit for half 15 minutes without it exploding or dying.

"Alright, you have shown proficient master over your element. Here you go." Naruto said before he handed Barry 2 scrolls. "I'll be right back I've got to go and get your strength test equipment." before he disappeared in a swirl.

Naruto reappeared about 2 minutes later with a long barbell. Naruto then created enough weights to match a SUV on the heavier side

"Alright Cisco, you're up, release your seals. You should be able to lift this barbell, if it seems easy to pick up, we will add more weight until you can't hold it anymore." Naruto instructed as Cisco walked up and released his seals before he easily picked up the barbell.

"This feels like nothing. Go ahead and add more." Cisco said before Naruto continued to add weight, this continued for about 2 tungsten plates before Cisco started to buckle under the pressure. "Alright that's enough I don't think I can hold anymore." as he dropped the barbell at his feet with a loud thump after holding it for 15 seconds

"Cisco you just lifted about 7,400 pounds." Naruto announced causing Cisco to go bug-eyed

"You serious sensei?" Cisco asked perplexed before Naruto nodded "Holy shit these seals put in work." before he walked back to his spot

"Alright Caitlin, you're up next, I'll do the same seal procedure with Frost at a later date." Naruto instructed before Caitlin walked up to the barbell as Naruto took off the 2 lead plates

Caitlin released her seals before picking the barbell up and easily lifting it over her head, "This feels like nothing, go ahead and add the 2 back."

Naruto added the two back before Caitlin spoke up again "I can handle a little more, add a half to each side."

Naruto added half to each side and waited for Caitlin to say something, Caitlin held the weight for about 5 minutes before she dropped the barbell at her feet. Caitlin bent over panting slightly from the exertion that was holding all that weight up for as long as she did.

"That was 8,100 pounds Caitlin." Naruto announced

Naruto then turned to Cisco who was slightly pouting "Seems like Caitlin and probably Frost has enhanced if not superhuman durability. Considering the little bit of extra weight and the time she was able to maintain that weight. Doesn't mean you're weak just means that you don't have any powers per say."

Naruto took off the extra weight and left the base 6000 pounds "Alright Barry you're up."

Barry released his seals before picking up the barbell "This feels like I'm not lifting anything at all. Go ahead and add some weight."

Naruto then added 2 tungsten plates causing Barry to lightly grunt "Keep going." he added 2 more plates getting a heavier grunt from Barry "Keep going." Naruto added 2 more plates before Barry spoke up "That's enough I don't think I can take anymore let me see how long I can hold this for."

Barry held the weight for a staggering 5 minutes before the dropped the Barbell at his feet and looked at Naruto "How much was that?"

"That was around 13,000 pounds. Which isn't really that surprising considering you have super speed, and the speed force augmenting your muscles." Naruto announced causing Cisco, Caitlin, Barry, and Frost to go bug-eyed

"What the fuck were those weights made of you only put 6 on?" Barry asked

"Tungsten." Naruto stated "Anyways, let me show you the various hand signs you're going to be needing to perform your Jutsu that I have you." before Barry went back over to Caitlin and Cisco as Naruto showed them the necessary hand seals.

"Alright, the rest of the day will be dedicated to getting used to your new strength so that you don't absolutely obliterate whatever you come into contact with, as well as practicing your Jutsu. You all have also reached the maximum amount that your bodies can physically handle so I will not be increasing your seals. You will keep them on when you don't need your strength and speed and only release them when you need to." Naruto explained

"I have a question, Sensei." Cisco said

"Shoot Cisco." Naruto replied

"I would like the learn Fuinjutsu from you. I think that I have enough knowledge and control over my chakra to start learning Sealing." Cisco announced before Naruto adopted a thinking pose for about 2 minutes

"Fine, I'll teach you, but I am to supervise all your seal making and there will be none until I feel your calligraphy is flawless and satisfactory to me, and you have read all my books/scroll on sealing and theory. Is that clear?" Naruto said

"Crystal Sensei." Cisco answered

It took them about 3/4ths of the day to get a handle on their newfound strength and speed. Barry clocked in at 2500 MPH with Cisco and Caitlin clocking in at around 250 MPH if they pushed themselves. The last quarter of the day they spent learning and memorizing their Jutsu so they could utilize them in the real world. Soon the day had reached its end, and Everyone was brought back to the real world. Barry sped home, and Cisco and Caitlin drove with Frost hitching a ride with Caitlin before Naruto and Sakura disappeared in a flash of orange.

(4 days later – S.T.A.R. Labs)

The next 4 days consisted of Barry speeding around town stopping small crimes and helping people where needed while Cisco practiced his calligraphy, which was nowhere near acceptable for Naruto. Naruto had also taught Cisco how to make shadow clones so that he could multitask, be it learning the composition of metals so he could create them with the new Jutsu that he invented or reading the Sealing scrolls/book that Naruto have him, but under the understanding that he was to make a maximum of 1 at a time for no more than an hour at a time and no more than 5 clones total a day.

Naruto had just finished creating Frost her documents so that she could live as normal of a life as she could. Cisco was practicing his calligraphy and had a clone reading the scrolls/books Naruto gave him on sealing and stuff. Bette was in her own corner continuing to practice her nature transformation training, being about 3/4th of the way done.

"Hey Sensei, just to let you know it seems that Eiling hired someone to keep an eye on me." Bette let Naruto know

"That doesn't surprise me in the slightest. Eiling always was one to keep an eye on what was 'His', so long as he doesn't try anything he can have someone keep an eye on you all he wants." Naruto stated before Hagoromo spoke up

"Robbery in progress at Cunningham and Sampere." Hagoromo announced

"You got that Barry?" Naruto asked

"Yea, I got it." Barry answered before he headed toward the robbery

"Wait a second. That's where I bank." Caitlin commented

"As soon as super thieves showed up, I went full mattress." Cisco commented as well

"We have no monetary worries. If something happens, I can quite literally just create anything we need to keep us afloat money-wise." Naruto said nonchalantly as if it was the most common thing in the world

"Yea, well not all of us can create something from virtually nothing." Cisco countered bitterly

(Bank)

Barry runs in just as a woman fires a gun at a man with everything moving extremely slow for Barry. Barry quickly makes his way over to the bullet and plucks it out of the air before running upstairs as everyone seems to snap out of their funk and come to their senses. Barry stayed to make sure that no one else decides to go all Rambo before speeding back to Speeding off.

(Later that morning – CCPD)

Barry watches as Eddie pleads his case to Singh before Iris walks in stopping at his side.

"Hey. What's going on in there with Eddie?" Iris asks

"If I am not mistaken, I think Eddie's trying to convince the captain that 'The Flash' is a public menace if you know what I mean." Barry explains causing Iris to turn to him

"Excuse me? So, he is trying to convince the captain to put an arrest warrant out for 'The Flash'?" Iris asked for clarification

"Basically. If I am not mistaken." Barry answered before the captain's door opened as Eddie walked out

Iris walks up to Eddie to confront him "So now you believe in the flash, and you are trying to have him arrested? What the fuck."

Eddie turned to Barry "Thanks Barry."

"Sorry." Barry stated

"No Worries. The captain shot me down anyways." Eddie informed them. "Look, I'm not really feeling like lunch anymore, I'll see you later." as he walked out

Joe walked up to Barry and Iris giving his daughter a hug before turning to Barry "You need to get to S.T.A.R. Labs."

"Yeah, I will, just need a lift." Barry said before he got up and headed for his lab, once up there he sent Naruto a text saying that he needed a lift as he was low on fuel

Naruto appeared a second later in a flash of orange before he grabbed Barry and disappeared in a flash of orange.

(S.T.A.R. Labs)

Naruto and Barry appeared in a flash of orange in the middle of the cortex. Sakura was organizing medical supplies

"Do you by any chance have something for me to snack on or eat, I am running on empty." Barry asked before Sakura tossed him a dense high calorie nutrition bar. Barry caught it and immediately dug in before he turned around

"So, our meta can apparently remove inhibition in anyone that he looks at causing them to completely disregard whatever they were doing or thinking and do whatever random violent and destructive thing they can think of." Barry explained

Dr. Wells wheeled himself into the middle of the cortex "Anger, Hate, Aggression."

Cisco decided to but in with a Star Wars reference "A Jedi craves not these things." in the best Yoda impression he could pull off getting looks from everyone "No one is feeling that quote?"

"Oh, I feel it, but I just don't care." Naruto answered causing Cisco to pout before he went back to his Calligraphy

"Everyone in the bank just went total savage on each other for, like, five minutes. Then they were fine again." Barry explained

"Anger can be a powerful emotion. If this meta-human can in fact engender irrational feelings of anger in his victims can cause a lot of damage." Dr. Wells stated

"Anger can be an even more powerful and destructive tool in the wrong hands. I remember a few times back in our home dimension that I almost killed someone out of anger." Naruto commented reflecting on the time that he beat the shit out of Deidara

"Joe got us a copy of the CAT scans the hospital did on everyone at the bank." Caitlin walked in with a flash drive that she tossed to Naruto who plugged it into the main console. "Take a look." before Naruto pulled everything up onto the screens

"Well look at this, the emotion centers of the brains are still showing signs of being overwhelmed." Dr. Wells informed

"Yea, Particularly the area that controls executive function. The part of the brain that stops people from doing whatever random violent, and potentially destructive thing that pops into their head." Caitlin explained

Barry turned to Caitlin "How do you think the meta does it to them?"

"That Barry is the ½ a million-dollar question right now." Cailin answered

Barry then turned to Naruto "Can you dump me in the TPD so I can work on the Jutsu that you gave me?"

Naruto nods before sucking Barry into the TPD before he turned to everyone else "Anyone else want to go and train?" Caitlin and Frost nodded before they too were sucked into the TPD, Cisco grabbed his writing supplies and sealed them into the scroll that Naruto gave him before he nodded and was sucked away.

Having nothing left to do Naruto decided to just meditate as Sakura continued to organize medical supplies. After a few minutes of no one entering Sakura decided to drop a bomb.

"I'm pregnant with twins Honey." Sakura states out of the blue causing Naruto to fall over with big white anime eyes causing her to crack up laughing

"Is this some form of sick joke? Cause if it is it's not funny." Naruto said as he was getting back up

"Nope. Not a joke you can check for yourself if you want. I know you can sense life force signatures." Sakura reassures her husband causing him to quickly focus

A few seconds later he gasps sensing 2 small but growing chakra signatures within Sakura "Oh. My. God. You really weren't lying. I'M GONNA BE A FATHER. WE'RE GOING TO BE PARENTS." he says as he picks his wife up and twirls her around before putting her down

"This means you have to start training Caitlin and Frost in medical Ninjutsu and get them up to speed as fast as you can so you don't stress yourself later into the pregnancy." Naruto stated matter of factly to which Sakura nods

"I'll start as soon as they come back from the TPD." Sakura agreed with her husband

(8 hours later)

8 hours had passed and a ping went off.

"Sir, there has been a ping from the tracer in the stolen cash. Would you like me to pinpoint it?" Hagoromo asked

"Yes please. I'll summon the others right now." Naruto said before he spits everyone out of the TPD

"What the hell?" They asked

"You're up Barry there has been a hit on the tracer in the money." Naruto informed him

"Swat is closing in on the 1600 block of pass." Hagoromo announced

"But before you go, Barry, I have some news for the team. Sakura is pregnant with twins. And she has some news for Caitlin and Frost as well." Naruto happily announced

"Congratulations Sensei." Barry said before quickly suiting up and speeding away towards the tracer. Sakura then turned towards Caitlin and Frost.

"Congrats sensei." Cisco said

"Today marks the official day that I start training you in how to be medics with medical ninjutsu." Sakura told Caitlin causing her to get all giddy as she nodded

"Finally. I have been waiting." Caitlin stated

"I want to learn too." Frost stated

"You can learn to." Sakura told her not wanting to leave the newly made woman out of the fun that was being a medic

(Warehouse on 1600 block of pass)

Barry sped in just as one of the SWAT guys fired at Joe and the other SWAT guys. Easily outrunning the pellets Barry got in front of them and decided to see the fruits of his labor.

Barry gathered chakra in his lungs Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu he called out as he expelled the fire from his lungs creating a small fireball just big enough to engulf the shotgun pellets melting them mid-air as the molten metal falls to the ground leaving a shocked Joe and SWAT members. Barry then gathered more chakra before pointing a finger at the SWAT member as an orb of lightning gathered at his fingertip Lightning Style: Temporary Paralysis he once again called out before the orb flew at the SWAT member striking and paralyzing the SWAT member before 2 arrows came out of nowhere pinning the SWAT member to the ground via rope getting Barry's attention.

While all this happened the man that they were after slipped away.

"Nice cowel." The green hooded mysterious man said before he leaped to a ladder on one of the pillars and climbed to the next level.

(2 hours later – S.T.A.R. Labs)

Naruto heard Barry and Felicity coming from a couple miles away.

"Barry's headed over with Felicity. Caitlin, Frost, whichever one of you want to put her out when she gets here is up to you, but she is going to be inbound in about 2-4 seconds." Naruto announces causing Caitlin to step up and get ready

Barry sped in putting Felicity down only for her to realize that her shirt was on fire. Before she could even scream, she felt a wave of cold wash over her, and soon the flames were extinguished. Felicity looked up to see Caitlin with a cool vapor mist emanating from her hands "Well that is new."

"Yea, I know. Great to see you again Felicity." Caitlin greeted her. "May I ask what brings you to S.T.A.R. Labs again?"

Felicity pulled out a crime scene bag with a boomerang in it that Cisco immediately takes from her.

"What are the wings made of?" Cisco asked excitedly

"Not sure, I'm thinking some sort of composite or high-density plastic—" Felicity starts before Cisco cuts her off

"Reinforced with carbon fiber." Cisco said before he felt it vibrate in his hands. "Oh, that's weird. It almost feels like it's-."

"Vibrating." they both say

"Oh, I want to run some tests and I want to run them right now." Cisco declared as he and Felicity started towards the testing part of the Cortex

Barry seeing that they were going to start doing their own things turned towards where Sakura was training Caitlin and Frost.

Barry walked up to Caitlin "Hey, you guys got anything new on our meta?"

Caitlin looked to Sakura silently asking if she could stop to help Barry, Sakura nodded before Caitlin walked over to a computer "The officer who was affected tonight says he saw a flash of red before he lost control. I suspect our meta is using the ocular nerve to induce rage. Oh, Dr. Wells wants to see you." before she walked off

Barry walked towards the speed room reaching the doorway and seeing Joe and waiting "Why am I getting principals office vibes right now?"

"Why is there a Starling City Vigilante in Central City?" Joe asked

"He goes by 'The Arrow' now." Barry corrected

"Oh, does he… 'Flash'?" Joe countered

"Okay, so what exactly is the problem with him being in Central City?" Barry asked

"We do not trust him." Dr. Wells stated

"You guys don't even know him. How can you not trust someone that you don't even know?" Barry asked

"I know that he was wanted for murder in at least 12 different cases dating back at least 3 years." Joe stated

"I know there have been at least 2 major terrorist attacks in Starling City since his emergence." Dr. Wells added

"Alright well, the cops there are cool with him now. He doesn't kill people anymore." Barry defended the Arrow

"And what about all the criminals that he has put an arrow thru? Those don't count or something?" Joe asked

"He's a hero, Joe, someone that stops crime." Barry countered

"You're a hero, Barry." Dr. Wells stated. "You offer protection, hope, light. What that man does is carry out a dark reckoning for his city. It is a brutal, violent vision of justice. One that we do not share. You truly think he is a hero, so be it. But he is not the kind you should be looking up to."

"And what about Naruto's origins? He came from a dimension filled with constant war. He killed people for a living to save his dimension. How many people do you think that he killed before peace was achieved?" Barry tried to counter before he heard Naruto call out something

"Leave me out of this Barry." Naruto called out from his seat at the console

"Sorry, just trying to make a point. Back me up Sensei." Barry said back

"Not my battle to fight Barry. Nor can I fight all your battles otherwise you wouldn't learn anything. What I will say is that peace can not be achieved without conflict." Naruto told him before he went back to chilling

Just then the boomerang that Cisco and Felicity were trying to run tests on flew out of the testing area and into the main area of the cortex wreaking havoc for a short bit causing Joe and Barry to run out before Naruto plucked it out of the air with a Universal Pull as it flew into his hand. Naruto turns towards the testing area of the Cortex only to see Cisco and Felicity sticking their heads out.

"That's my bad. That's on me." Cisco said with a sheepish look before he walked over and grabbed the boomerang from Naruto

Joe turned to Barry "I want that Arrow out of my city tonight."

"Joe lay off the boy." Naruto warns Joe causing him to back off and leave

Barry turns to Naruto "Thanks Sensei."

"I didn't do it for you. While I agree somewhat with Joe in a way, I also have the experience of my past to fall back on. I can also kind of agree with what the Arrow is doing." Naruto explained

(The next day)

Barry was on his way to CC Jitters when he decided to be nice and considerate to his sensei.

Barry walked into Jitters using the back door only to see Naruto standing at a table with Oliver and Felicity. Naruto had a black coffee with no additives.

Barry walked up to the table "Hey."

Oliver turned to Barry "The man's name that you're after, the one that robbed the bank, his name is Roy G. Bivolo."

Barry adopted a shocked look "Thanks. I guess. How did you find that out?" only for Oliver to turn away

Barry got concerned "The guy's still alive, right?" before Oliver tossed him a look telling him not to ask. "I'm just asking."

"I approve Felicity." Naruto stated getting Oliver's attention

"And who exactly are you?" Oliver asked getting a playful smack from Felicity

"I went to Uni with Felicity, she is like a daughter to me, so I find myself looking out for her and her wellbeing. Have you ever noticed that bracelet that she never takes off? I made that for her to contact me if she was ever in trouble." Naruto explained causing Oliver to go wide-eyed

"So, you must be Naruto." Oliver said having a newfound respect for the man extending his hand for Naruto to shake, Naruto grabbed his hand and shook it. "Am I to assume that she told you who I really am?" causing Naruto to look to Felicity to which she just shrugged

Naruto shook his head "No she didn't tell me that you are the Arrow, I figured that one out just now." causing Oliver to look at Felicity demanding an explanation

"The only thing that I said was that my team has a similar setup but with more pointy objects." Felicity defended herself

"Don't worry your secret is safe with me. Oliver." Naruto reassured the young man

"I thought that you didn't want to help?" Barry spoke up

"I'm not Barry. It's just a name." Oliver told him before Iris walked up with 2 cups of coffee and set them down on the table

"Hey." Iris said greeting Barry and Naruto. "One Non-fat Latte, extra sugar for Felicity, and One coffee, black, for Oliver… I brewed you a fresh pot, so…" as she just stared at Oliver. "Barry, um, Can I talk to you for a second?"

Before Barry and Iris walked off as Naruto listened in

Iris playfully smacked Barry a couple of times "Ow. What are you doing?"

"You did not tell me that you knew Oliver Queen." Iris stated as if demanding answers

"I know Oliver Queen." Barry stated nonchalantly

"Oh, my god, he's even more handsome in person. And his arms are like twice the size of yours. Half the size of Uncle Naruto's." Iris said as she fangirled over Oliver

"Technically they're not twice the size." Barry said correcting her

"He is on my 3 list." Iris stated as if it was common knowledge what she was talking about

Barry gave her a puzzled look "What's a three list?"

"My list of three guys I'm allowed to cheat on Eddie with. Usually, you don't meet people on your list, but here he is." Iris stated causing Barry to adopt a look of utter disgust

'Oh hell no. This will not stand.' Naruto thought

Back at the table, Naruto adopted a look of disgust catching Felicity's attention "Everything okay Naruto?"

"Yea, everything is just fine if you will excuse me for a second, I have to go and talk to my niece really quick." Naruto said as he got up and headed right for Barry and Iris

Barry saw Naruto coming "Oh you've done it now Iris." causing Iris to get worried as she saw Naruto heading for them

Naruto arrived shortly "What is this I hear about a list of 3 men you can cheat on Eddie with?" with a severe frown causing Iris to adopt a severely guilty look

"How the hell do you know about that?" Iris asked demanding how he just invaded her privacy

"A new set of powers I have gained. If you want the full explanation, come by S.T.A.R. Labs. Now give me one reason why I shouldn't go and tell Eddie that you have a list of men that you think you're allowed to cheat on him with. Not only is that a disgusting trait for a woman but it's completely unacceptable." Naruto said furiously

Iris quickly began to panic after hearing the threat "Nooo. There is no need for that, I was only kidding. I would never cheat on Eddie willingly. I was just expressing my crush on Oliver in a unique way." as she continued to stare at Oliver

Iris started staring at Oliver again causing Naruto to have to wave his hand in front of her to get her attention "Sorry I just can't stop staring now that he is here."

Naruto felt Oliver approach and turned around

"Okay. Well, help you catch your bad guy." Oliver stated clearly not wanting to

Barry smiled "Great. Meta human by the way."

"Yea. Not calling him that." Oliver countered

Barry stuck out his hand "Partners?" to which Oliver shook "Partners."

(Later that day – with Oliver and Barry)

Barry arrived at the site that Oliver had given him to meet at. Barry was on time much to Oliver's surprise.

"Hey." Barry greeted

"I see you have fixed your super tardiness." Oliver stated as Barry walked up to Oliver

"I've had to be on time for my training with Naruto-Sensei. Otherwise, I can't get better." Barry explained to Oliver. "So how exactly do we catch Bivolo here?"

"Oh, No, we don't here. We're here to train." Oliver stated causing Barry to adopt a confused look

"I already get training from Naruto though." Barry commented confused as hell

"What do you mean you get training from Naruto? He doesn't seem like much." Oliver asked

Barry looked around for something to demonstrate on finding a shed Barry gathered chakra, Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu he called out as he spat out flames that took on the shape of a dragon and headed straight towards the shed incinerating it, shocking the hell out of Oliver

"Well, that's new." Oliver stated getting over his shock. "Last month. You took on a man named Leonard Snart. Did you even case the scene before you engaged? Snart derailed a whole commuter train because you were unaware of your surroundings"

"Okay, there may have been some damage, but I got the job done, I was the hero." Barry said defensively

"Barry, do you know how I am still alive despite everything that I have been thru? When I encounter a new environment, I case every inch of it so that there are no surprises. You could case every inch of it in the matter of a few seconds, a minute at most, but you don't, you run in blind. You're cocky, reckless, stubborn, and naïve. All can get you killed one day if you aren't careful." Oliver explained as he began walking toward his motorcycle. "There is a difference, Barry, between having powers, and knowing how to properly use them with precision. Well, it takes more than a mask. It takes discipline and since you are probably as stubborn as I am." he continued as he picked up his bow and arrow

"Uh, what is that for?" Barry asked concerned as to what Oliver was going to do with it

"You're going to run over there, you're gonna come back at me, and you are going to get hit with an arrow." Oliver stated as if he could predict the future causing Barry to laugh

"No, I'm not." Barry countered

Oliver let out a sarcastic chuckle "Yes. You are."

"Alright, fine, I'll humor you." Barry said before running over to a small hill in the distance. "Ready?" he called out as Oliver pulled the bowstring back and took aim

Oliver released the bowstring and as Barry sped back to catch the arrow. A few seconds later Barry heard something behind him and quickly turned around catching the arrows that were meant to pierce him in the back, shocking the hell out of Oliver. Barry walked up to Oliver with all 3 arrows.

"You know that super-speed also comes with superhuman perception and mental processing, right?" Barry informed Oliver as if explaining to a child. "I can clock in at 1150 MPH with my seals on, 2300 without them on. I have to be able to perceive and react accordingly, so I don't smash into everything in my path. Those arrows were flying at me as if they were thrown by a toddler." he said as he handed Oliver the arrows. "Better luck next time." he said before he sped off towards S.T.A.R. Labs

(A few minutes later – S.T.A.R. Labs)

Cisco had just secured the Boomerang and decided to leave for a little bit as it ran some tests. "Stay." he told the boomerang

Naruto was chilling in a chair as his wife lay in his lap, laying on him, as Caitlin and Felicity walked out of the medical wing.

"Have you ever heard of color psychology?" Caitlin asked

"You mean the theory that changes in the color spectrum can affect emotion." Felicity stated

"I was thinking that if Bivolo uses color to induce the temporary psychosis, maybe we can use light and color to reverse it." Caitlin expressed her theory before Dr. Wells came into view behind her

"Miss Smoak, a word, if you please." Dr. Wells called out before he began wheeling himself down the hall joined shortly by Felicity

"What's up doc?" Felicity asked

"Felicity, I like to surround my team with known quantities. That is because I find the unknown to be dangerous and toxic. The Arrow is unknown." Dr. Wells explained

Felicity smiled "I can assure you, Dr. Wells, he is not dangerous." Felicity reassured him. "To us. That is."

"Well, that I have little doubt. And yet, I find myself with a conundrum." Dr. Wells explained "How can I completely trust a man when I don't even know his name? So I was hoping Miss Smoak that you could help me trust him. Who is he under that hood?" Dr. Wells asked before he heard Naruto shout from the Cortex

"It's not your place to know his identity if he doesn't want you to know Wells. Do not grill Felicity this is your only warning." Naruto called out from his seat before Dr. Wells wheeled himself back to the doorway of the Cortex followed shortly by Felicity

"How the hell did you hear me from all the way down the hall? We were a good 2-3 yards away and I was whispering." Dr. Wells asked

"I weren't you here when I explained it?" Naruto asked confused

Dr. Wells shook his head "No I was probably doing something else. So please do explain to me how you could hear me all the way down the hall when we were whispering."

"Long story short the particle accelerator gave me 2 power; 1 technopath; 2 the ability to copy anyone's abilities/powers that I come into physical skin-to-skin contact with. So long story short I had dinner with Superman. There is one other power I seemed to have copied 1 other power from an unknown person where I get visions of the future or a possible future." Naruto explained

'Well, this even further complicates things. I can not have him touching anyone of the other Meta he is already way too strong. And on top of that, he can sense speedsters, and speed force signatures.' Dr. Wells thought to himself

"Well thank you for informing me. And if I may say do not invade my privacy again." Dr. Wells said

"I won't invade your privacy so long as you don't do unreasonable things." Naruto countered. "Like asking Felicity to give up the Identity of the Arrow if he doesn't want you to know." just as Barry sped in turning to Felicity

"I'm not so sure about this partnership anymore Felicity. Did you know he was going to shoot me in the back with arrows?" Barry asked

Felicity raised her hands in defense "Whoa, it is almost entirely impossible to tell when Oliver is making a joke. So when you say was going to what does that mean exactly?"

"I caught the arrows before they could hit me. You know that super-speed also comes with superhuman perception and mental processing, right?" Barry asked her perplexed. "I can clock in at 1150 MPH without my seals on double that when they are off." he added causing Felicity to adopt a guilty look

"Sorry I forgot." Felicity stated before Hagoromo spoke up

"I have just gotten a hit on Bivolo with Facial recognition." Hagoromo stated before Naruto turned to the console

"When did we have facial recognition software?" Cailin asked causing Naruto to give her a look. "Sorry forgot that you work here."

"Hagoromo where can I find him?" Barry asked

"Traffic cams just caught him entering a residence at 168 Jarvis." Hagoromo informed him and just like that Barry was gone

"He should have called the arrow." Felicity stated before Naruto looked at her

"Barry doesn't like it when people try to humiliate, trick or belittle. The arrow did 2 of those 3 so Barry is hurt." Naruto explained

(A half an hour later – S.T.A.R. Labs)

Barry had returned saying that Bivolo had whammied him causing Sakura and Caitlin to examine him.

"There are no signs of macular damage. Your retina and cornea seem fine and unaffected." Sakura and Caitlin informed him before he moved the camera away from his eye.

"I told you guys, I'm fine." Barry reassured them

"But you said that Bivolo whammied you. So, you have no desire to go MMA on any of us?" Felicity asked causing Naruto to chuckle

"He couldn't even if he wanted to try, Frost and Caitlin are more than enough to stop him. And if all else fails I'm here." Naruto commented

"No. I mean something weird happened with his eyes for a second." Barry explained getting Sakura, Caitlin, and Felicity's attention

"Weird thing?" They all asked

"Yeah, everything went red." Barry answered causing the 3 girls to look at each other

"You were right Caitlin." Felicity stated before Barry got up

"Okay, next thing I know Bivolo was gone. Look, obviously his powers didn't work on me, so…" Barry commented as he walked into the main cortex

"You know if you continue to run into situations unprepared it's going to catch up with you." Caitlin reprimanded causing Barry to turn around

"Caitlin, I'm not Ronnie. You gotta stop treating me like I am." Barry snapped causing Caitlin to utter 4 words. "You're right. You're not." before storming off before Naruto walked up to Barry

"You need to go cool off." Naruto instructed Barry before he sped off having gotten a text from Oliver

(With Oliver and Barry)

Barry arrived in the building that Oliver had told him to earlier that day and saw Oliver staring out into the distance.

"Thinking of new ways to try and embarrass me?" Barry asked sarcastically making his presence known

"I'm not trying to embarrass you Barry, but you went after Bivolo alone last night and you lost him." Oliver explained causing Barry to scoff

"And you've never had a misstep?" Barry said sarcastically

"Of course, I've had missteps I'm human, and even though you are a 'meta-human' doesn't mean you are exempt from making mistakes either. Barry, I have been living this life for almost 8 years, encountering things that you might not be able to fathom, and I am still alive to tell the tale. But not because I had superspeed to keep me out of the ground but because I realized I needed to keep learning, training, and getting smarter than my opponents. Until you can master those things you are going to do more harm than good. Despite your best intentions." Oliver explained sincerely

Barry shook his head at this "I finally see it. You are a little bit jealous of me, aren't you? I mean a guy like you, handsome, rich, could have any girl he wants. Jealousy is probably a new emotion for you, so you might be a little slow to get what it is that you are feeling."

Oliver looked him dead in the eyes "That's your theory?"

"Absolutely. See you can train, lift weights, climb that stupid barn till your heart gives out, but you will never be able to do the things I can do. You will never be what I am. And that has got to hurt your rock-hard pride, Ollie." Barry said before walking away

"I told Felicity you didn't want my help." Oliver commented

"Yeah. You are finally right about something." Barry said before he sped off

(An hour or 2 later – S.T.A.R. Labs)

Felicity had just gotten a call from Oliver and was on the phone with him.

"Okay. I'll call you back later." Felicity said concerned and afraid getting Naruto's attention. "That was the Arrow. He says that Barry is acting very strangely."

"Strangely how?" Dr. Wells asked

"I'm guessing that Barry did something stupid at the precinct. Joe." Naruto said turning around having sensed Joe walking in

"He's been whammied. He was acting angry. It was scary. And his eyes, they glowed." Joe said

"It's possible that his body is fighting off the effect, so it's hitting him slower." Cailin comments

"When it comes to rage, that is not a good thing. The longer you suppress your emotions." Dr. Wells explained before Felicity cut him off

"The bigger the explosion." Felicity finished

"Are you going to do anything Naruto? You are the only one that can stop him." Joe asked looking at Naruto

"I am not the only one anymore that can stop him. You haven't been here in a while, so you probably aren't up to date." Naruto explained before gesturing to Frost redirecting Joe's attention. "Meet Frost. A personality that laid dormant in Caitlin until she finished her nature transformation training. She is the result of Cryogenic experiments done on Caitlin by her father at a young age to prevent the progression of her ALS. Frost and Caitlin have what I can only describe as Cryogenic powers as well as Superhuman durability and regeneration. Able to expel streams of liquid Ice and cold vapors, create ice structures as well enhanced healing. So, I am no longer the only one capable of stopping or restraining Barry." Naruto explained before Frost waved. "The only time I will get involved is if things get really ugly. Which I doubt they will, I have faith in Caitlin and Frost's abilities." he added

"Although there is the problem of keeping their Identity a secret while they help restrain Barry. Unless there is a way to Isolate him." Naruto comments

"I would gladly restrain Barry." Frost said with a smile/smirk

"Fortunately, we know someone that can Isolate Barry. Don't we Miss Smoak. I think you should call Oliver Queen back." Dr. Wells says shocking Felicity and getting Naruto angry

"Didn't I tell you to leave it alone Dr. Wells?" Naruto asked with a big frown on his face

"All you said was don't grill Felicity you never said anything about my own investigation." Dr. Wells countered

"That doesn't change the fact that you have no right to simply out someone's secret Identity." Naruto said. "How would you like it if I had Iris post that Barry Allen is the flash on her blog? You may be one of the smartest people in the room but you sure have your fucking stupid moments."

Naruto then grabs a piece of paper, putting it between his fingers before handing it to Felicity causing her great confusion "What's this?"

"That my dear Felicity is a durability/reinforcement seal. Capable of normally weak materials the ability to withstand and cushion the force of a sniper rifle at close range. Slap that on Oliver's uniform and he will be able to withstand the force of Barry's attacks. In case he does have to fight Barry." Naruto explained as Felicity took the paper from him with a disillusioned look

"What's this weird writing on the paper?" Felicity asked

"That would be Fuinjutsu or Sealing arts." Cisco answered. "I'm learning how to do it so I can upgrade our stuff, and invent my own seals."

At this Felicity called Oliver back up and told him what the plan so far was and told him to come to S.T.A.R. Labs.

(A couple hours later – S.T.A.R. Labs)

Oliver had come to S.T.A.R. Labs along with Diggle as Felicity requested as she met him outside and gave him the tag that Naruto had given her telling him to put it on his suit once he suited up.

Team Flash had set up their van with a contraption to neutralize Bivolo's effect on Barry and were ready for when Barry finally decided to act.

Just then Hagoromo spoke up "Sir, Iris has just activated her panic button." as he pulled up traffic came feed showing Barry standing a little ways away from a downed Eddie.

"That makes sense as Barry is jealous of Eddie for his relationship with Iris." Naruto commented causing Frost to frown not going unnoticed by Naruto or Caitlin.

'Looks like someone has a crush on Barry.' Naruto and Caitlin thought

(A few minutes later – Unknown Alley)

Oliver had managed to Isolate Barry and was currently taking the brunt of his attacks.

'Remind me to thank Naruto for this seal otherwise I would be lunch meat.' Oliver thought as he saw an opportunity to catch Barry

Oliver took the opportunity to disorientated Barry grabbing him and turning him around "NOW FROST."

Frost then jumped out and blasted Barry with a stream of liquid Ice freezing Barry from the mid stomach down "Now Joe, Wells."

As soon as Frost said that the S.T.A.R. Labs van sped around a corner and drifts revealing the side of the van before it shoots open revealing the color spammer they made as Dr. Wells activated it. A few seconds later Barry groaned.

"Barry are you okay?" Oliver and Frost ask

"Yea, this is just gonna be a special kinda hangover." Barry answered causing Oliver and Barry to chuckle before Frost walked over and broke the Ice encasing Barry.

(The a few minutes later - S.T.A.R. Labs)

Everyone was gathered in the Cortex minus Diggle who was waiting out in the hallway.

"My Identity is a closely-guarded secret known to only a few, and if it were to get out will endanger my family, my friends, and it would embolden them to retaliate at me through them." Oliver explained before Felicity jumped in

"What Oliver is really trying to say is that he had a lovely time working with you and getting to know each of you, and he can't wait to do it again soon. Right Oliver." Felicity explained

"Right." was all that Oliver said

"You know, it didn't really sound like that was what he said at all." Cisco commented causing Naruto to bump him silently telling him to shut up

Joe walked up to Oliver "I may not agree with your methods, but… Thank you." Joe said extending his hand

"You're welcome." Oliver said shaking Joe's hand

Felicity walked up to Caitlin and Sakura "Is there any chance you can Isolate genetic markers in a DNA sample that I am unable to completely break down?"

Caitlin nodded "What is the sample from?"

"Canary's murder." Felicity answered

"Yea, sure thing." Caitlin replied before hugging Felicity before Dr. Wells wheeled himself up to Oliver

"Mr. Queen, I met your father once. At a charity event. One of the things that we spoke of was you. I personally think he would be very proud of the man you have become." Dr. Wells said

"Thank you, and please, call me Oliver." Oliver said shaking his hand

Felicity then turned to Naruto "By any chance could I get a copy of your A.I. for our base of operation's?"

Naruto adopted a thinking pose for a few seconds "Yeah, sure, I'll have to add in a couple of countermeasures to both to prevent copying without authorization. Shoot me a text when you get back to your base and I'll come and install it."

Oliver looked like he was about to object before Felicity shut him down by pushing him out into the hallway.

(2 days later)

Felicity, Oliver, and Diggle had made it back to Starling City. Naruto was sitting in the cortex while Sakura taught Caitlin and Frost, and he watched Cisco work on his Calligraphy which was coming along at a steady rate. Just then he got a text from Felicity saying that she was back at their base so he could drop by.

"Well, Felicity is back at their base. I'm gonna go install the A.I. that she wanted a copy of." Naruto told them

"Okay, honey." Sakura responded

"Sure thing sensei." Cisco responded before Naruto disappeared in a flash of orange

(Arrow Cave)

Naruto appeared in what looked like an underground bunker of sorts and was greeted by Felicity, Oliver, and Diggle.

"Sup, this place is a lot darker and more tactical than ours. Where is the main computer?" Naruto asked ignoring the shocked look that Oliver and Diggle were giving him

"Right over here." Felicity said pointing to the USB hub that was right next to here

Naruto walked up to the main computer, and everyone watched as the Nanites flowed out of his necklace and into his hand forming a flash drive that he plugged into the computer.

"What are you?" Oliver and Diggle asked causing Felicity to give them a look basically saying 'don't be rude'

"I do not trust you enough to tell you. I barely know you, and Felicity, I expect you to be quiet about my origin. The only reason Felicity knows is that I consider her a daughter." Naruto explained as he typed away at the computer. "Okay, what do you want the name of this A.I. to be?"

"Q.B. short for Quiver Bot." Felicity stated before Naruto began typing again

"I'm only asking/doing this because I love you, Felicity. But would you like blast doors when things get ugly?" Naruto asked

"Absolutely. What are you making them out of?" Felicity asked curiously

"A titanium-tungsten alloy that I invented. Virtually indestructible by normal means." Naruto answered before he created and set up the Blast and Security doors further fortifying their base of operations

"Well, that is just about it. I will be going now. Don't worry about privacy with Q.B. I have it set up on my personal server, so you guys have your privacy. Anyways I'm out." Naruto explained before saluting and disappearing in a flash of orange

AN: And that concludes chapter 6.

Barry, Cisco, Caitlin, and Frost are now able to throw around Jutsu that they have learned and that they invent. Frost and Caitlin will become proficient in medical ninjutsu in the coming few chapters as Sakura's pregnancy starts to progress.

If you want to drop 1 boy and 1 girl's name in the review section I will take it into consideration, but overall I have 2 names I'm going to use for them across all my fic. Their names have been stated in Ninja of S.H.E.I.L.D if you want to know.

Pairing for Barry will be Frost because as I rewatch the Flash I find that Iris has some pretty disgusting qualities for a wife, one of which you saw in this chapter.

Next Chapter we will be getting back into crossovers with Supergirl as I want Naruto to acquire 1 more power that he needs from John Jones
