Yang goes back to the jail cell with two options left: the rocket launcher and the cellphone.
"Alright, I don't think the rocket launcher is going to work, seeing how every time Henry uses an explosive, it doesn't work in his favor," said Blake
"Good point," said Weiss
"Yeah, what the heck would a cell phone do and it looks so ancient?" said Yang
"Maybe it'll call some sort of help to break him up," said Ruby
"Alright, I'll use the cellphone,"
Yang chooses the cellphone. Henry pulls the phone out of the cake. He goes to the phone contacts and goes to the attorneys, and Henry picks one. It cuts to black and a green screen, then the date September ninth, time 12:53 pm, and District courtroom No.4. a Gavel comes down onto a round block. It cuts to an older man with a beard who is a judge inside the courtroom.
"Witness, please continue your testimony," said the judge
Witness testimony flashes on the screen, and it shows a bank employee from the armored truck.
"Okay, I was riding alongside my partner in the armored truck but suddenly spotted a bag on the side of the road. We got out and eventually decided to throw the bag in with the others. We didn't know someone hiding in there." said the bank employee.
"I didn't think we end up in court," said Ruby
"And so far, the testimony seems good," said Weiss
"Objection!" then it shows Henry, lawyer "So, the defendant crawled into the bag to break into the bank, is that correct?"
Then to an attorney with grey hair and beard that has an eastern European accent, "Is it obvious,"
"Is it really that obvious?"
"Yes, it is," said Weiss
"I have proof that the defendant didn't hide himself in that bag,"
"Well, then...what are you waiting for? Present this evidence already!" said the judge
Then it comes to the evidence with various items like the disguise, the teleporter, and a security tape.
"This is an easy choice the disguise," said Yang
"Why?" said Blake
"Because that the only one we use from the last game that works,"
"That's actually a good point,"
Yang uses the disguise as evidence.
"Take that," said Henry lawyer
"Is-is that the bag the defendant hid in,"
"yes, buts there's one thing that's been bothering me. If the defendant really was hiding in this bag, then," the lawyer slams on the table and pointed out, "How did he tie the knot from outside of the bag!"
"Oh snap!" said Ruby
The attorney drops a diamond "what?"
"If he was inside of the bag, it'd be impossible for to tie that knot on the outside," said Henry lawyer
"But then how did he do it?" said the judge
"It's simple. He didn't,"
"Hawh! What are you saying?" said the attorney.
"I'm saying my client wasn't hiding that bag at all! He was stuffed in there by this very witness!"
"how..t-this insane," said Weiss
"Whaaa," said the bank employee
"As you can see by this doctor's analysis, the defendant had taken a quiet of beating. While he was in the bag, he was unconscious!"
"This is absurd!" said the attorney
"I agree," said Weiss
"The witness is attempting to dispose of the body. He left the defendant in the bag, knowing he'd drive by it on the way back to the bank. When the witness and his partner passed the bag, he convinced his partner to throw in the others."
"But-but why would he do that," said the judge
"Men that some lawyer Henry hired," said Yang
"Why, to dispose of the body, of course. There were millions of bags of money in that bank, and the witness knew it would take a long time before the victim was found. But unfortunately, for the witness," then cuts to a video of Henry getting out of the disguise. "His victim woke up and tried to escape from his tomb. He was arrested on the spot, and the witness thought everything was over," then to the courtroom "But it's come back to haunt him now!"
"*gibberish* this can't be happening to me!" said the bank employ
Cuts to black and back to the judge
"I wonder what's going to happen now?" said Ruby
"Well, certainly was an interesting trial. However, I'm now ready to deliver my verdict," said Judge. Then we see Henry in court "not guilty,"
Then Henry shows outside of the court and then sees something in the distance, and he runs toward it, and it was a money truck, and Henry chases after it.
Ending: Lawyers up
"Alright, I got all three endings," said Yang
"I like the ending with Henry steals the cop car," said Ruby
"And I like the sneaky ending," said Blake
"What about you, Weiss?"
"None, this game is ridiculous," said Weiss
"C'mon ice queen, you need to lighten up," said Yang
"How about you play the next episode Weiss?" said Ruby
"Yeah,"
"What about Blake?" said Weiss
"I can wait for my turn," said Blake
Weiss "*sighs* fine, I play, but it's getting late. We go to bed after this episode,"
"I'm cool with it," said Yang as she and Weiss switches chairs
Yang clicks the green arrow it shows the second episode, "Stealing the Diamond."
"Oh joy," said Weiss in a sarcastic tone
