"Geez, why doesn't your cat like me Itsy, she likes you and Aunt May, does she hate me." Shocket asked.
"Bootsie doesn't hate you, Shocket as she just nedds to get used to you." Itsy replied putting a band-aid on the furry finger which the orange-furred cat had scratched , when the female-cub had tried to snuggle her without Aunt May or Itsy around.
"Okay I guess, but you okay as you look tired." Shocket replied to her.
It was a few days after Itsy had that bad cold but still recovering from it, taking it easy like May had said so she was takijg a break frim web-slinging so Shocketwas helping with that, seeing Bootsie shy arouhd the female-cub which stunned her, as Itsy loved her hearing the door opening, seeing May was home hearing Bootsie purring, rubbing up against May's trouser leg which perplexed Shocket.
"Hey guys, everything okay, did you get scratched by Bootsie." May asked her.
"Yeah, I don't get why she doesn't like me." Shocket replied to her.
"It's okay sweetie, don't worry about it honey, she will in time." May replied.
"I hope so, oh man I gotta go, bye." Shocket said after hugging her.
She then left the Parker house and getting to her dad and Gamora's house before dinner, or her parents got mad or grounded her from hanging out with Itsy which she didn't want to happen, making Rocket relieved she was home on time noticing the band-aid wondering what that was about, hearing her explaining that Bootsie, Aunt May's cat had scratched her when she tried snuggling her, making Rocket hug her.
"Awww it's okay homey, as I'm sure Bootsie will trust you, she trusts Itsy right." he said.
"Yep, as she sebses Spidey from her, compared to me." Shocket replied to him hearing giggling as Nebula had been playing with RJ making Rocket smirk, because it was sweet knowing she was getting used to being part of the family but it was slowly happening guessing it reminded him of Shocket's problem making the female-cub wonder how this had something to do with her situation.
"Nebs used to not be our friend, and almost tried selling me to the Kree but after the Blip, we fouhd comfort in each other so now we're friends and she's part of our family now." he explained to her hearing Gamora say that dinner was ready entering the kitchen sitting down at the table.
A week later, Shocket was at the Parker house, with Itsy and Shocket were playing video-games in the living-room and having fun only Shocket was so into the game she didn't notice Bootsie had entered the room, which made Itsy nervous deciding not to tell Shocket because it might make her anxious that the cat might scratch her but she was rubbing against Shocket's leg stunning the female-cub that was interesting
"Ummmm, hi Bootsie, how's it going, I guess you finally trust me, huh." she said softly hearing the cat purring which to Shocket was kind of cute giggling softly, dropping the controller playing with Bootsie which Itsy foubd sweet playing with them too making Bootsie happy they were playing just as Aunt May came in impressed by this.
"My dad helped me figure it out by using my Aunt Nebs and how she became part of our family having to gain trust." Shocket explained to her impressing her but happy things were good
