Chapter 5
Bella laughed at Emily, "Yes, I'm an imprint. Paul's to be exact. Now, let us inside please."
Emily gasped, "Oh damn, sorry Bella. I got too excited, I forgot to invite you two inside."
Paul and Sam chuckled, as they were let inside.
When they made their way through the living room to the kitchen, the noise became unbearably hushed.
"Geez, don't all talk at once." Bella teased as they walked into the kitchen.
"Bella?" Kim, Jared's imprint asked. Bella nodded, to which Kim squealed and launched herself at her. "What are you doing here? Oh, does Jacob or Lydia know you're here?"
Bella snorted, "Of course they don't know. Not yet. And as for me being here, Paul imprinted on me." Kim clapped her hands excitedly.
"This is awesome."
"You do know Jacob and/or Lydia is gonna be pissed that you're here, right?" Jared thought to say.
"Of course. But it's not like they can make me leave again. They can't alienate me either. You guys know how well that work last time." Bella explained. "Do you guys like Lydia yet?"
Embry and Quil both jumped up, "Hell to the motherfucking no."
Brady and Collin shook their heads.
"She tried to get me to imprint on one of her friends that live here." Seth stated.
Bella, confused, asked, "How?"
Seth sat explaining, "She invited one her girlfriends to a bonfire. We all said our 'hello's' and whatnot, you know. Well she decided she wanted a friend within the pack. She made me, with the help of Jake, stare at this girl for a good ten minutes before giving up." Poor Seth shuddered at having his free will taken from him.
"Leah, allowed this?" knowing Leah, she would have fought tooth and nail for her brother. This situation wouldn't have flown under her radar.
"No, she didn't. She went after Lydia, but you know, being a wolf, we can't harm the imprints."
Bella nodded, "Yes, I know this. So what happened?"
"They happened." Seth stated, pointing to Emily and Kim.
Paul smirked, "What did you ladies do?"
"What didn't they do to Lydia?" Brady snickered.
"Fuck her." Kim stated straight-faced. Everyone shuddered at that thought.
Bella gagged, "That's gross. And Jared? What have you been teaching Kim here?"
Kim laughed, "Wasn't him."
"Who?" Bella questioned.
"Emily." was all she said.
Bella laughed. "Anyways, what did you guys to do Lydia?"
"They practically beat the shit outta her. Uncharacteristically so." Quil told them.
Paul smiled while Bella just laughed her ass off.
"I really would have paid to see that." She said while still chuckling. She then sobered, "Wait, where exactly is Leah?"
"At home, with mom and Charlie. Because of what happened, Jacob ordered her not to phase for two weeks. It's wrecking havoc on her body." Seth explained carefully, sniffling softly.
Bella pulled Seth into a hug and whispered, "I'll take care of everything."
"What's that supposed to mean?" he asked.
"Exactly what it sounds like. I will take care of everything. The Lydia problem, Jacob, and more importantly, Leah."
