When Sunni's blue orbs fluttered open, she was alone. Sunlight crept through the blinds to greet her. She yawned and sat up, grabbing her phone. She had a few hours until she was needed at sound check. Her fellow classmates were mostly already gone for the day, so she could get ready with no issues.

Her mind blinked back to last night, making her heart race, and her cheeks hot. Her fingers moved upwards to touch her lips gently. She needed to play her cool about the whole situation. Bakugo was probably mortified, and she said no strings. So...no strings, right?

After her shower, she dressed in a comfortable black sweat suit. It was somewhat oversized, and the top zipped up the front. Underneath she sported a orange sports bra. She would change into her show attire tonight. Right now was for comfort.

She had thought on straightening her hair like she normally did for shows. But, if this was her time to be just her, she needed to be just her. Her mind replayed the set list in her head while she made her bed and put things away, making sure her room was clean for her return tonight. She packed her makeup bag and show bag with her essentials before packing up Poe and heading out of the door.

Kirishima had been pumped all day about tonight. There had been a few tickets in the envelope, so he decided to bring Mina, Denki, and Sero. The rest of the class promised to watch incase they got five minutes of fame.

If Bankugo had to listen to Present Mic's voice anymore he was going to go insane. Why did he even sign up for this shit? He'd had classes all day, and now had to listen to noise all evening. This counts for field hours, he thought to himself, it's just a few hours and it counts.

He had gotten there at the end of their sound check. They were literally just fooling around. Sunni had been laying on the stage floor playing random notes. She was still in her comfortable clothing, laughing and joking around with the others. After a bit, her band mate pulled her off by her ankles to get ready. They were doing a meet and greet afterwards. Luckily it was a ticketed event, so hopefully there wouldn't be too many people.

The crowd had finally started filing in. He watched quietly from the catwalk. Present Mic was on the other end, talking into their comms. Apparently he had met Sunni a couple of years ago when they toured. The station had sent him out to over the event. That's when he had told Aizawa about her quirk and skills. When the international program opened up, they had went to scout her. Even though he was annoyed, he learned more about the ridiculous girl he couldn't get out of his all day today.

After thirty minutes, the lights dimmed, causing the crowd to scream in anticipation. Present Mic's voice sounded in the blond's ear, "It's go time. Eyes sharp!"

The hum of a guitar sounded, making the crowd even rowdier. The red lights came from above casting a shadow on all of the band. When the first rift hit, the lights came on.

Sunni grinned as the stadium roared. Her black guitar strapped to her. She sported a black corset tank top with matching pants. Her shoes were slightly heeled boots that came to her ankles. Her hair was sporting its signature wild curls. She wore more makeup than usual, but not a lot. Just a Smokey eye and a darker nude lipstick. Her signature freckles were still in full form.

She made her way to stage right, what she dubbed her corner, just in time to sing the backing vocals. Fans threw flowers to the stage as smoke bellowed over the floor.

Bakugo glanced to see Present Mic dancing around, not even paying attention. He rolled his eyes. The Pro Hero only came to attend for free.

When the solo came, Sunni happily skipped her way to front and center. Her blue orbs landed on her opened jawed classmates. She smiled and winked before the other guitarist joined her up front for the harmony, followed by the bassist. The lead singer bowed dramatically at them, making the crowd rage. They then returned to their mics to finish out the song.

We made it through the first song. The rest is easy from here, she thought to herself as they hit the last note.

She looked to her brother for a nod before heading to center stage with the other guitarists. She started the opening note as the lights flashed. They did the opening beats and headed to their opposite sides. When she went to stage left, people in the crowd had signs with messages to her. A couple of random proposals, making her laugh.

Once the song had ended, she paused and waved while her brother spoke, "Damn, you all came for a good time, yeah?" He paused when the crowd screamed. "Tonight is bitter sweet, we love coming through, and playing a killer set, but, this is our last dance for a while...because Hallie," the crowd screamed and whistled, "is doing something amazing. I am so incredibly proud of the woman I've gotten to see her become."

Hallie's face turned almost as red as her hair, making the crowd go loud. Her brother waved her over and continued, "She made the set list for tonight, so she could play her favorites...luckily for you it's all the best shit we got." The crowd screamed when he wrapped an arm around her and kissed her head, "So we are going to have a damn good time tonight, yes?" The crowd grew loud, "That's what I thought." He stepped behind Hallie, "let's go!"

Hallie laughed and walked to the edge of center stage, the crowd screamed her name. She started playing the opening to another song, as the crowd threw flowers. Apparently they had handed them out to the guests as they entered the arena.

Stunned didn't explain it. The teens stood in the crowd processing exactly who Sunni was. Jiro chuckled at their faces. Sunni smiled down at them when she was close enough and winked before heading back to her corner.

Then Kirishima got excited and began living his best concert life. Mina laughed, "Holy shit! This is insane!"

Denki and Sero hugged one another, "SHE'S A ROCK GODDESS!"

The rest of the concert was full of energy and entertainment. Including a guitar battle of wits, ridiculous jokes, and banter. Of course each of the band members spoke on their 'little sunshine' leaving them for school.

Sunni's witty comebacks were just as quick on stage as they were off. They teased her and she shot back every time, never missing a beat. It was honestly amusing to watch. You could tell just how much like family they were. They played the rest of their set list before winding down to their last song.

Tobias pulled out a chair to the middle of the stage, "My friends...lovers," he paused as the crowd screamed. He winked, "it is sadly time." Hallie walked up and sat in the chair. She smiled, but her blue eyes seemed sad. The crowd chanted her name, making her eyes fill with tears.

Her brother handed her the mic, "Hey babes," the crowd screamed, making her laugh, "Um, wow I'm nervous," they chanted her name, piping down once she continued, "I wanted to say thank you for loving and supporting us. I am so incredibly grateful to be a part of this," she motioned to the band, "And to be going into the next phase of my life." She cleared her throat, "this last one was the first song I had ever written, so I wanted it to be my last one on stage."

She handed the mic back to her brother, who kissed her cheek. A stagehand placed a shirt mic in front of her, and she played the first notes of Call Me Little Sunshine. The crowd went absolutely insane, making her grin.

The meet and greet lasted three whole hours. Sunni was exhausted, she was unaware of the amount of tickets they had sold. Her body hurt, she wanted a shower, and a long ass sleep. She had sent a PA to get her classmates and bring them backstage. By the time they arrived, she had already changed into her comfortable clothing and wiped off her makeup, looking just like the Sunni they knew.

Mina rounded the corner and squealed, "Sunni are you joking?!"

Sunni sat drinking water with an IV in her arm. She chuckled, "Surprise?"

Kirishima walked into the room with a large grin on his face, "That was so fuckin manly, you have no idea!"

Denki, Sero, and Jiro filed in. Jiro looked at the IV, "Are you okay?"

Sunni smiled and nodded, "Yeah, they gave me this because I haven't been a hundred percent. It's just some fluids. Did you enjoy the show?"

"Are you kidding?!" Kirishima fist pumped, "You literally started with my favorite song!"

"So these are the infamous classmates," came a deep voice from behind the students. They turned to see the lead singer, Sunni's brother, AKA Tobias right behind them. His green eyes studied them as he ran a hand through his black hair. He flashed a brilliant smile, "It's an honor to have you tonight."

After a while of talking, and Kirishima fanboying, they said goodbyes and went on their way. Sunni tiredly gathered her things, ready to sleep.

"Are you not ready yet?"

Sunni chuckled but didn't bother looking to see who it was, "Almost." Her voice sounded slightly hoarse from all the singing and running around. She yawned closing her guitar case. "I'm assuming you're my escort?"

"Yeah, something like that," he crossed his arms and leaned on the wall.

"Ah there he is," Tobias walked up to Bakugo with a smile, "I wanted to say thank you for donating your time this evening." He held out his hand.

Bakugo blinked and shook her brother's hand, "It's not a problem."

Tobias walked up and gave Sunni a tight hug, lingering for a moment, "I have to catch a flight in the morning, but I'll let you know when I land ok?"

Sunni breathed in his smell and hugged him tightly, "Alright. Be careful okay? I love you."

"I love you too," he let her go and turned to Bakugo, "Take care of her for me."

The young hero nodded, watching the man walk out of the room. His eyes cut back to Sunni as she grabbed her things. "Let's go, I'm exhausted."

He followed behind her, "You're sleeping in your own bed tonight."

She smiled to herself, "I figured as much," she smiled back at him, "That's no problem."

It was one in the morning by the time she was back to the dorms. She shuffled her way to the showers sighing in relief when the hot water hit her tired body.

She pulled on a comfortable set of pajamas and made her way back to her room. She stopped and grabbed a water from the common room. Bakugo sat on a barstool with a glass of water. He had been silent the whole way back. She didn't press him for conversation. She could tell he was thinking through something.

He looked up at her as she took a long sip of water. He said wanted nothing more than to crawl into bed with her. To wrap around her. To kiss her again, and again, and again. He pinched the bridge of his nose, his thoughts were getting the best of him.

"Goodnight Bakugo," Sunni said in a soft voice, "sleep well, okay?"

He watched as she made her way to the girls wing.
