TW: Thank you.
The next morning, the group once more met up in the dining room to prepare for another day of viewing.
"So how much more do we have to see? I can't imagine there are many more recordings," Martha noted and Jane nodded.
"No, not many. I think there's only about seven left. We should be able to get through the rest today," Jane said.
"About bloody time," Donna muttered, eager to get it over with so they could go home.
"Something tells me they won't be very easy to see," Jack noted as a grim look crossed Jane's face.
"No, especially the last two. The last two are why I brought you here," Jane said as they paid close attention to her. "If you don't take what you learn from them and use it to change the future, none of this will matter anyway."
"We will. I promise you," Wilf vowed and Jane smiled weakly.
"I hope so. Now eat up," Jane said as they looked down at their food. "You have a big day ahead of you."
Silently, they began digging into the food. Although none of them felt very hungry all of the sudden, they knew they'd need it. Because they didn't think they'd have much of an appetite after they were finished.
Not a very big chapter I know, but I do hope you all enjoyed it.
