"Well, this is just great isn't i-Ahh####zzt!"
"What do you mean there is no light here, I can use it just." The knife I conjure up fizzles out. "Fine..." "See? There is no light." Ruby replies with a hint of sass. "That doesn't matter, we are still guardians, and we have a job to do." I look around while saying, "After we get out of this cave that is." "And how do we do that?" Ruby says. "We explore and hope to fine the exit." I say while motioning to a tunnel I found. Ruby sighs then we start to walk down the tunnel. "After a bit of turns and tunnels after tunnels, I jet my hand out in front of Ruby, much to her surprise. "What was that for?" The annoyed hunter says. I then pull out my trusty hand cannon, Steady Hand and wave it in front of us. "So-" Ruby is cut off by vex beams appearing where my gun was a moment earlier. "Thats why i stopped you. You're a hunter, you should be a bit more observant of hidden traps." I never got to hear her reply because at that moment I hear a buzzing in my head then the ground below us caves in. When the dust clears and I finished grabbing my stuff, I call out "Ruby you ok?" "I'm fine" I hear something crash, "Never mind, can I get some help here?" I shake my head and start moving to Ruby. Great, she's trapped under a boulder and neither of us has the light. After a few minutes of thinking I stand back and pull out my hand cannon. "Watch out" I say. "For what exactly?" Ruby starts to ask before I give my answer by shooting the boulder trapping her. "HEY, that could have hit me!" Ruby angrily states while trying to get up. "But it didn't." I reply before i end up having to catch her before she falls. "Great, I can't walk because of my leg, and without the light I can't heal it." Ruby complains. "Then we'll have to improvise, because I'm not being your crutch." I say as i put my hands behind her legs and back. "Then what are we going to do, and why are your hands there, Auh?!" She exclaims when I pick her up and start carrying her through a hole in the wall princess style.
After some walking, I realize that Ruby is missing her helmet, "What happened to your helmet?" I Ask. Ruby pushes some of her red-tipped black hair out of her face while slightly blushing as she replies, "It got damaged during the fall, so I ditched it. It was just a spare helmet anyway, my actual one is being upgraded." I grunt in acknowledgment then i hear that buzzing again. Great, I'm lost in a cave holding a Huntress princess style, and I'm going crazy from buzzing and, voices? Before I'm able to think any more on that we see light around a corner, so I speed up in hopes of finding an area with light. "Oh no" Ruby murmurs after we turn the corner and some dark shadowy vex appear walking towards us. "My gun is jammed so you're on your own, sorry." She says after I put her down. I check my gun to make sure it's loaded and i grab a knife off my chest plate. "Well, this is just great isn't i-Ahh####zzt!"/p
