This chapter will be just as eventful as the last one. I promise.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" Sophitia screamed in anger over losing her sister, slowly her body started turning gray, and a purple aura started surrounding her body. She was turning into a new creature.
Taki looked from afar "What in the world is that? Is that Sophitia?" Suddenly she looked at Cassandra's body on the ground "Cassandra! That can't be!"
"Cassie Cage from Team Mortal Kombat killed her and now Sophitia's mad." The game master told Taki.
"She's turning into a demon of some sort, but how? I was sure I removed all the Soul Edge shards from her body, or did I?" Taki wondered.
"Nope, you missed one shard." The game master said trollishly.
"That would mean... she's... she's possessed now... no," Taki was feeling awful "this is my fault."
"But wait a minute!" Siegfried arrived there, having heard everything from behind "You said killing was illegal in this competition, one of the other team's combatant just killed one of ours, shouldn't she be disqualified? And therefore, eliminated?"
"Yes, killing is illegal, but Cassie wasn't intending to kill Cassandra, it was an accident due to her losing her cool," the game master explained "I can't disqualify someone with a lack of intention."
"Your rules are dumb." Siegfried told him.
"Think whatever you want." The game master replied.
Heihachi saw everything "That girl just killed that other girl and wasn't disqualified, that killing being illegal rule must be false." Heihachi didn't understood what happened and assumed that he could get away with killing.
He saw Dan nearby.
"Hey you!" Heihachi shouted.
"Me?" Dan replied "It looks like you wanna fight one of the greatest martial artists ever in me, well I-"
Dan didn't knew what hit him when Heihachi ran towards him with the speed of light and punched a hole through Dan's chest, killing him. Heihachi removed his hand out of Dan's body and the body fell on the ground.
"This is going to be easier now." Heihachi said.
"NOOOO!" Sakura screamed as she saw her friend's body. She ran towards him to look at his body, and she saw a pleasant surprise.
Heihachi suddenly disappeared.
Heihachi Mishima has been eliminated
"What the?" Heihachi teleported to the audience area.
"You're disqualified for killing." The game master said.
"But-but-" Heihachi didn't get it.
"Cassie wasn't intending to kill Cassandra, which is why she wasn't disqualified." He explained to Heihachi.
"You moron!" Angel belittled him.
"You're a complete and utter failure father." Kazuya said from the stage.
Dan suddenly healed from his fatal wound and got up.
"Y-you're still alive!" Sakura hugged him.
"Who me?" Dan asked her.
"Yeah." Sakura said.
Dan saw Heihachi in the audience area "HA! I knew you didn't stood a chance against me, got your ass handed to you by me, didn't you?"
"I think it's best if I don't tell him what happened." Sakura thought.
Sophitia was still screaming powering up as her dark aura was rising.
"I'm such a disgrace! Can't believe I missed one shard." Taki was supremely pissed off at herself.
"That's not important right now," Siegfried said ""the important thing is figuring out how we can turn her back to normal."
"But how are we going to do it?" Ivy said, she and Mitsurugi had joined up with the rest of them for Sophitia.
"We should attack her and keep fighting until she's back to normal." Mitsurugi suggested.
"That's a terrible idea." Taki said.
"It's the only one we have." Siegfried said.
"Fine, go ahead, I'm not going along with it." Taki expressed her disapproval.
"As your wish." Siegfried told her, as he Mitsurugi, and Ivy approached to attack Sophitia.
"Can't believe I killed her, I'm a monster, I let D'Vorah manipulate me and it worked." Cassie was self-loathing.
"When that lady is done powering up she's gonna be thirsty for your blood." Erron was talking about Sophitia.
"You shouldn't have gotten so upset over me, I'm an asshole." Johnny said from the audience area.
"Whatever you say father!" Cassie yelled in frustration.
"This has not been a great day." Erron said.
"We need a game of plan to stop that evil sword possessed sister of the one I killed." Cassie said.
"Or better idea, we take you down before her." Hwoarang said as he and Jin approached Erron and Cassie.
"Erron, hide and be the best sniper you can possibly be, I'll physically take these two on my own." Cassie told him.
"Roger that." Erron obeyed and stepped aside.
Cassie ran towards Jin and Hwoarang and started throwing kicks and punches. Jin's karate and Hwoarang's tae kwon do was enough to counter Cassie's impressive level of skill. Erron in the back was trying to get a correct aim so he could get rid of Jin and Hwoarang. Unfortunately for him, Jin had this whole thing planned.
"Mother! Now!" Jin said.
Jun came from behind and double kicked Erron with both his legs and dropped him on the ground. Jun used her elbow to send him into the air and kick him. A kick that threw him out of the stage.
Erron Black has been eliminated
"Uh oh." Raiden said afraid for his universe as Erron got teleported to the audience area.
"The day has just keep getting worse." Cassie said, immediately after Jin and Hwoarang simuntaneously kicked her face and dropped her on the ground.
"Time to take you out." Hwoarang said.
"Not while I'm around." Liu Kang said as he arrived, bicycle kicked both Jin and Hwiarang, grabbed Casse, and retrieved.
"This is terrible, it's only three of left in our team now." Cassie said to Liu Kang.
"Worry not, I'm gonna find a way if it's the last thing I do." Liu Kang assured her.
"I'M GONNA KILL EVERYONE!" Possessed Sophitia said.
"Don't worry Sophitia! We'll free you from Soul Edge's control." Siegfried said.
"I don't think we're powerful enough to beat her." Ivy said.
"We still have to fight or otherwise she'll try to kill everyone." Siegfried argued.
"You're sadly right." Ivy admitted.
The three of them charged and went straight for the attack. Mitsurugi swinged his sword hard but Sophitia received the attack unharmed due to her greater level of power and knocked Mitsurugi on the ground with her own vicious sword strike.
Ivy went for a hit, but Sophitia grabbed her sword, span it around and threw Ivy away.
Siegfried jumped in the air for the huge sword strike, but Sophitia also jumped up faster than him to kick his jaw and knock him down.
Taki saw everyone getting destroyed by possessed Sophitia, she sighed "Guess I have to get involved."
Sophitia was beating all three of them, the power of Soul Edge was too much for them. Suddenly, Taki patted her back from behind.
Sophitia turned around "YOU!"
"Yes me, I can't let you continue." Taki said.
"PREPARE FOR YOUR DOOM!" Sophitia was about to hit her but then "NO!" The real Sophitia from inside mentally overpowered Soul Edge through sheer willpower to stop her body from hitting Taki, not wanting to hurt her friend who saved her life.
"What?" Taki was confused.
"No, what has happened to me." Sophitia now regaining her body started crying.
Taki hugged her for consolation "Don't worry, it'll all be alright."
"Poor Cassandra, she didn't deserve this." Sophitia continued crying.
"I promise, after we win, we'll wish Cassandra back to life." Taki assured her.
"What! But I wanted to wish for stronger opponents." Mitsurugi said.
"And I was going to wish father was never born." Ivy said.
"Guys, Cassandra needs the wish far more than any one of us," Seigfried said "I was also gonna wish for the destruction of Soul Edge, but it's better if we just bring Cassandra back, I can destroy Soul Edge on my own."
"You're such a dumb kid." Mitsurugi wasn't happy with Siegfried's words.
"Let me talk to you for a while." Ivy took Mitsurugi far away almost the edge of the stage.
"I also don't wanna resurrect the young girl, but your wish is dumber." Ivy told Mitsurugi.
"How dare you." Mitsurugi got mad.
"Seriously, what do you men see in wanting to fight all the time, I'm baffl-" before Ivy could finish, both her and Mitsurugi were pushed from behind and they fall off the stage.

Heishiro Mitsurugi has been eliminated
Zasalamel saw both of them teleported nearby him, "Great, just what we needed."
It was Nina, Nina pushed them both off the stage.
"You vile woman!" Siegfried insulted her.
Nina ran away before the three of them could attack her.
Sophitia started crying harder "It's just three of us left now, we're losing for sure."
"I'm gonna let nobody erase our reality. NOBODY!" Siegfried was enraged now.
I feel like I've been working more than usual. That's good enough for my satisfaction.
