CHAPTER 4
Hearing his elder son's voice he got into to the house
He found him shouting at his informer for something
He went near him and signalled him by eyes and Mano
asked him to wait.
He waited for him to finish his call
and they both looked at each other Mano holded his hand and said :Aap itne saal se ye kaam kese?mujhe toh bahut stress hora hai !
Acp sir (chuckled):Kya baat hai beta kuch problem hai kya? mujhe nahi bataoge?
Mano: woh ek case hai drug mafia ka
kuch bacho ko majboor karke woh log unse kaam karvate hein! kuch samajh mein nahi aata! mujhe jaldi se jaldi iss case ko khatam karna hoga nahi toh demotion (he said in low tone)
Acp sir (came near him and cupped his face): mujhe mere bete pe pura bharosa hai! kuch nahi hoga tum case ko dekho koi stress nahi!theek hai?
Mano: (Looked up) and nodded yes with a small smile
Acp left after giving a pat in his back
In mean time
In foyer room
Abhijeet and Nandu where sitting over the couch and discussing about something
Nandu:Abhi tumhe koi new friend milla University mein?
Abhi: Nahi koi nahi mila bus tumare classmates hai na unlogo ko bullying karna aata hai bus or kuch nahi
Nandu: ye baat toh hai tum baat maat karo aur dur rehna unlogo se
Abhi : Tum bolo toh kya nahi follow kiya maine? ye bhi kar lunga!
Nandu hit him on his arms and got up
Nandu: toh abhi jaake ready hojao jaldi late maat ho theek hai?
Abhi (in dramatic tone): yes Mam work will be done at the right time!
Nandu: acha hogaiya aab chal na plzz
Abhi: haan theek hai tum mere saath nahi aavoge?
Nandu: Nahin aaj nahi mujhe project keliye jana hai mein late aavunga
Abhi: ok bye evening pick karlunga ok?
Nandu: haan right ok!
Everyone got busy in their work
Acp and Mano left by their respective cars and Nandu dropped by Acp sir and Abhijeet left with his bike.
University campus surrounded by uncountable students and countable staffs
Abhijeet parked his bike and entered inside the campus he collided with someone and they both asked sorry the guy looked very smart and sharp
Abhijeet: I'm sorry I'm really sorry mera dhayan nahi tha mera
Arvind: Ohh dhayan nahi tha what?haan dekhe nahi chal sakte ho? first year haina tu dekh lunga (he went from there jerking his hand)
Abhijeet:yaar ajeeb hai ye bhi accidentally hogaiya toh kya he jerked his thoughts and entered inside
The day went without any drama at evening when Abhijeet was going to leave the campus some people stopped his way he looked up and he got aside from them still they blocked his way he is well aware that they're the ones who Nandu was talking about so he ignored them but they're not in a mood to leave him
Santu: Oye naam kya hai tera
Abhi: I'm Abhijeet!
Santu: Department?
Abhijeet (took a deep breath): Arts Journalism
Santu: Bahot attitude hai tujme haan?
Abhijeet remained silent
Santu: (showing him a video)(Abhijee's eyes got wide he was froze at his place)Teri elder sister haina woh mera class mate hai bahut sundar hai woh tumhe koi problem nahi toh mein usse
utilize kar (he couldn't complete his word)
he felt a heavy blow in his jaw and he fell down
Santu's mates attacked Abhijeet but he was giving them a good dose
but he was all alone he got some injuries and they're giving him a bad time
all of sudden Abhijeet heard a voice and stopped fighting and defending himself
Nandu (pushed them aside and came near Abhijeet)who was lying on the ground his clothes dirty he helped him to get up
Abhi: Nandu woh mein nah(he stopped as he felt a slap)
Santu and his friends smiled at him
he downed his head he looked at her in disbelief she again slapped him holded his hand and moved from there left his hand on the parking and moved from there
Abhi: Nandu plz ek baar suno yaar plz
Nandu: Morning toh kese dialogue bola tumne Abhi kaha gaya tumare dimag se kapde dekho aur do do officer ke parvarish mein koi kami hai?
he looked up with teary eyes she melted like wax but hided well from him and said in angry tone: chalo ghar jao abhi! mein wait karavun
he nodded with teary eyes and took his bike and picked her
on the way
Nandu: Mujhe tumse ye umeed nahi thi
tum kyu jagda kiya unlogo ke saath?
Abhi : nodded no
Nandu (felt something fishy she left the topic): dard horahai? bahot mara kya kyu kiya asa?
Abhi: (in teary tone)Dard tabhi huva tab tumne mujhe mara tab huva dard
Nandu:(ruffled his hair from back)mein dar gayi thi
they reached they're home Abhijeet didn't wait for her as it is unusual for her as he always waits for her
Abhijeet went to his room and locked from inside and he started sobbing
After an hour Nandu came to his room and knocked but the room was open (he opened the lock after sometime)
He was sitting in the floor his head in the edge of bed in an awkward position
Nandu came near him :Abhi utho abhi
Abhi (desperate): Haan ah
Nandu: Kuch nahi chalo bed pe sojao
Abhi shook his head no and singalled her to sit in bed and kept his head on her lap
Nandu: Abhi sorry main kuch jayada hi react karliya
Abhi: Tum kuch mat bolo
(she ruffled his hairs and he slept she shifted him in bed)
when she noticed some blood stains in his shirt she opened the button and uped his vest she saw some marks and some
wounds she sighed and gave him first aid for his wounds
At night :
