Here we go, Chapter 3!

Gibbs and Tony walked into the bullpen holding the three coffees. Tony's face was slightly flushed. He couldn't stop thinking of all the things that he was fantasizing about with Gibbs. Different scenarios kept flashing through his mind, and he almost couldn't stop them. Almost. He sat down at his desk and picked up the phone as Gibbs handed out the coffees for each of them. He spoke up as he sat down. "McGee, I want you to track this Mark Jadner guy down. Dinozzo is calling him and having him come in for interrogation," Gibbs said. McGee nodded in acknowledgement. Gibbs' phone began to ring loudly. "Gibbs," he said as he opened his phone.

"THE FINGERPRINTS MATCH! THE FINGERPRINTS MATCH!" Abby screamed as Gibbs pulled the phone away from his ear.

"Jeez, Abs, alright, I'm coming," Gibbs replied and hung up the phone. "Abs got the fingerprints to match. Be right back," Gibbs said as he left the bullpen. He rode the elevator down to her lab and found a bouncing Abby as he walked into the blaring music in her lab. She saw Gibbs and turned the music off and continued to bounce around.

"Okay, so the fingerprints were a match with the partials! The guy is also in the system! His name is Mark Jadner. He was arrested two years ago for drug possession and last year got a DUI. He's our guy, Gibbs!" Abby exclaimed. Gibbs nodded.

"Thanks, Abs," he said. Abby grabbed his arm before he turned to leave. He looked up into her eyes.

"Gibbs? Can you talk to Tony?" She asked softly. Gibbs raised a brow. "He had a hard weekend, and could use a friend, and I know he likes to hang with you, and it's been a while since you two have hung out, and-"

"Abs," Gibbs interrupted her. She stopped and looked up. "I know everything about it," he said and patted her hand. She furrowed her brow.

"Everything? Like, everything?" Abby asked. He nodded and she smiled. "Okay, go get him," she said as she pushed him out of the lab. Gibbs chuckled as he left and climbed the stairs to the bullpen.

"Time to get our guy," he said as he walked into the bullpen.

NCIS...

It was getting late into the evening. There was a BOLO out for Jadner. He wasn't answering phone calls and there were no pings from his credit card. They had nothing to do but wait. All the evidence had pointed towards Jadner, now it was a matter of finding him. It seemed like this guy disappeared. McGee was watching the computer intensely and Tony was tapping his fingers together in deep thought. Gibbs was watching both of them. It was around seven at night. There was a low growl and Tony looked up sheepishly. McGee snickered. "Hungry, Tony?"

"Yeah, starving. Forgot to eat lunch today," he replied. Gibbs rolled his eyes. "Let's order a pizza?" he asked both agents. Gibbs shrugged and McGee nodded. "Alright, I'll order. I'll go see if Abby wants any," he said as he got up from behind his desk. Tony went to the elevator and felt a presence behind him. He turned and smiled as the smiling blue eyes stared into his green. The elevator doors opened and both men stepped inside. The silence was deafening as they rode down to the lab. Once the doors opened, they both walked into Abby's lab.

"Abs!" Gibbs shouted over the music. Abby turned down her music when she heard him and smiled.

"Hello, Silver Fox and Tony, how can I help you?" She asked. Tony smiled softly.

"We were gonna order pizza, and wanted to see if you wanted some? Ordering from our favorite place," Tony offered. She smiled and nodded.

"I'd love some, but first I need to know something since you're both here." She paused and both men raised a brow. She continued on. "Gibbs told me, that he knows about your weekend, Tony. So does that mean he knows?" She asked him. Tony nodded and Gibbs crossed his arms as he leaned against the nearest wall. "And Gibbs, does that mean you know about Tony's crush?" Gibbs looked at Tony and studied his facial expression, waiting for the blush.

"Abby!" Tony whispered. She giggled as his face turned red. Gibbs tapped his head softly with a smile.

"Yes, Abs and before you ask, yes he knows about me," he said. Tony turned to Gibbs in shock.

"She knows you like me?" Tony asked in surprise. Gibbs nodded. Tony's mouth dropped. "How long has she known you like me?" Silence. Abby giggled.

"Relax, Tony, relax. Anyways, so pizza? I'm starving, and I've been so busy doing all the evidence stuff and cataloging it all, I could definitely use a bite to eat," Abby interrupted. He nodded and glared at Gibbs. Gibbs nodded to Abby.

"Alright, I'll call and grab everyone's food. C'mon, Dinozzo, with me," Gibbs ordered. Abby snickered as Tony followed him out like a puppy after a new toy. Gibbs continued down the hall, towards the stairs for the garage and hopped into the Charger. Tony hopped in and crossed his arms.

"Okay, I want answers, Gi-" Gibbs held up his finger as he raised the phone to his ear. Tony pouted as he ordered the pizza from their favorite place and buckled before the car got moving. He opened his mouth to talk again but Gibbs interrupted him once again.

"It's been a couple years," Gibbs said. Tony nodded. "The last few months it really hit me when you stopped flirting with the women in the office. Figured you found a steady woman. Now I know it was a guy," Gibbs explained. Tony waited quietly for Gibbs to continue. When nothing came, he spoke up.

"Okay." Gibbs pulled out of the garage and placed his hand on Tony's thigh. Tony's breath jumped softly, and Gibbs smiled. "Hey, Gibbs?" Tony asked softly. Gibbs hummed softly and squeezed his thigh. "When will the pizza be ready?" He smirked when Gibbs snickered and slapped his thigh.

"You and food," he replied. Tony smiled that million-watt Dinozzo grin. "He said 20 minutes. Sounded like a new guy," he said. Tony nodded. The car was silent for a few minutes. Gibbs pulled into the parking lot of the pizza place and turned the car off.

"Wait inside or out here?" Gibbs asked. Tony bit his lip.

"If we wait in here, I won't keep my hands off you," Tony admitted with a smirk. Gibbs chuckled.

"Alright, inside it is," Gibbs said as he hopped out of the car. He went to Tony's side of the car and smiled seeing him lean against the car. Gibbs stepped forward as the door shut and he placed his hands on top of the car on each side of Tony. Tony pressed against the car more and sighed when he felt the hands travel down his sides to his hips.

"Gibbs," Tony said breathlessly. Gibbs leaned closer to his ear. He felt the man beneath him shiver.

"I want to go slow," Gibbs whispered into his ear. Tony nodded softly and brought his hands up to Gibbs neck. Tony pulled him closer and hummed softly as their bodies pressed together. Gibbs nuzzled his face into the crook of the younger man's neck and took a deep breath. Tony moaned softly as he felt the tongue swipe his neck and a light kiss placed on his collar bone.

"Fuck, Gibbs," Tony whispered as Gibbs continued to place kisses down his neck and shoulder. "If this is slow, I'm gonna die a slow, pleasurable death," Tony whispered as Gibbs pulled away from his neck. Gibbs chuckled softly.

"Oh, just you wait," Gibbs mumbled as he hugged the man softly. Tony hugged him back and tangled their fingers together slowly. Both men smiled and walked towards the pizza place to pick up their food. Once inside, Tony gasped softly and turned away from the register. Gibbs furrowed his brow and pulled him back to him. "What?" he asked softly.

"That's the bastard that was with Kevin!" He whispered harshly. Gibbs eyes dilated with anger as he turned towards the counter with Tony. The man turned towards them with a smile, that immediately disappeared as he saw Tony's face.

"Uhm, how can I help you?" he asked quietly without looking up. Gibbs cleared his throat.

"It's under Gibbs," he said monotonously. Tony continued to look away from him as Gibbs glared at him. The younger man nodded and quickly went to get their food. He came back and pushed the food towards them. Gibbs nodded.

"It's on me," he said quietly as he looked away. "Tony, I'm sorry,"

"Save it, kid. He's with me, and make sure your asshole of a boyfriend knows," Gibbs warned and took the food. Tony followed Gibbs out of the restaurant. "We will not be going there again, as long as he works there," Gibbs stated as they walked to the car. Tony was quiet as they settled into the car. The darkness hid Tony's face, but Gibbs knew what was there. He saw the hurt, the hatred. Gibbs pulled Tony towards him and hugged him. Tony hugged him tightly with a small smile.

"C'mon, let's go eat," he said.

NCIS...

Gibbs and Tony sat at their desk eating their pizza with McGee at his desk eating. They ate in silence until there was a loud ping at McGee's desk. McGee dropped his pizza and stood. "It's him. He's at the airport." All three men had their guns ready and ran from the bullpen to the car.

"We are gonna get this bastard," Gibbs said as he sped out of the garage. Both younger agents grabbed the side handles and steadied themselves in the car. As Gibbs sped through traffic to get to the airport McGee continued to watch the BOLO on his phone. By the look of the credit card, he was at the main entrance buying a ticket most likely. They were still about 20 minutes away from the airport.

"We're not gonna make it, Gibbs. He's gonna get away," Tony claimed. Gibbs hit the gas harder and sped through more lights and was weaving in and out of traffic with the siren and lights blaring. Tony gasped as he turned to the right hard and fast. "Jesus, boss!" Tony shouted.

"Not if I have anything to do about it," Gibbs said as he turned again to the left this time. They were getting closer to the airport. Both agents grabbed for the doors as Gibbs squealed into the parking lot of the airport by the main entrance five minutes later. All three ran inside the airport and searched for Jadner but had no sight of him. "McGee, track his phone number."

"Already on it, boss. Looks like he's close by," McGee said as he studied his phone. He looked closer. "Looks like he's by the luggage area!" They ran for the luggage area and searched for him. Tony pointed out towards the end of the luggage line.

"There!" Tony said. Both men looked towards luggage and saw Jadner. Jadner saw them and he froze. "Stay put, Jadner!" Tony shouted as he ran towards him. Jadner ran and pushed through the crowds of people. McGee and Gibbs followed Tony and split up to try to catch him.

"Freeze, Jadner!" McGee shouted. Jadner pushed over a food cart and jumped over the water fountain ledge ahead of him. Tony groaned and jumped over the ledge as well, getting closer to him step by step. Jadner ducked through the crowd and disappeared over by a rest/reading area. Tony searched and lost him.

"DAMNIT!" Tony shouted. Gibbs rushed past him and was followed by both younger agents a moment later.

"I saw him run this way!" Gibbs shouted. He pointed him out hiding behind an airport map. Gibbs ran towards him and was finally able to tackle him without Jadner running away. Jadner squirmed and fought against Gibbs as he tried to escape. "Enough, Jadner! You're under arrest for the murder of Timothy Baker and Marlene Snow!" Jadner rolled underneath Gibbs and punched him in the cheek. Gibbs growled and punched him in the nose, knocking him out. Tony and McGee finally found Gibbs and helped cuff and restrain him. Gibbs wiped the blood off his cheek and hissed feeling the cut across his face. Jadner started to come to once airport security came over to assist McGee and Tony with him as he fought against them.

"Let me go!" Jadner shouted. Tony and McGee rolled their eyes and held him tightly.

"Enough. You're under arrest for murdering Timothy Baker and Marlene Snow," McGee continued on with the rest of his Miranda rights. Tony walked over to Gibbs.

"You okay?" he asked softly as he watched Gibbs dab his cheek lightly. His face was full of worry for the older man as his cut seemed to drip more with blood. Gibbs nodded and urged Tony towards McGee.

"Let's go help with Jadner. C'mon," he said as he walked towards the exit.

NCIS...

Jadner groaned in the interrogation room as he squirmed in the cuffs and chair. McGee watched him through the glass on the other side along with Tony. "You ready to interrogate him?" McGee asked Tony.

"Yep," he said. Tony walked out of the room and into the interrogation room. Jadner slumped in his chair as Tony walked in with a file in his hands. Gibbs walked into the watch room with McGee.

"Hey boss, how's your cheek?" McGee asked. Gibbs nodded softly. There was a bandage over his cut. Nothing too deep. "Tony said he'd handle the interrogation while you got fixed up. He sounded really worried about you. More than usual," McGee added. Gibbs nodded once more.

"Thank you," Gibbs mumbled.

"For what?" McGee asked. He was confused. Gibbs chuckled softly.

"For being a good agent," Gibbs said as he pat McGee on the shoulder. The silence was broken by a shout from the interrogation room.

"I'm not telling you a fucking thing you asshole! You can't prove a damn thing!" Jadner screamed. Gibbs growled lowly and ran out of the room. He slammed the door open and glared at Jadner. Jadner glared back at Gibbs as he closed the door. Tony looked to Gibbs with a soft look in his eyes.

"So, anything, Dinozzo?" Gibbs asked softly.

"Not a thing, boss," Tony replied. Jadner rolled his eyes. "I didn't even get to show him the evidence yet, boss. I mean, look at it," Tony said as he opened the folder. There were pictures from the case and his fingerprints inside as well.

"Liar!" Jadner exclaimed. Gibbs rolled his eyes and took the folder. He scanned through and tossed the pictures and evidence on the table.

"These are your fingerprints. Your blood. Hell, Jadner, we can see the cuts on your hands," Gibbs pointed out. Jadner looked at his hands and hid them under the table. "What I want to know, is why?" Gibbs asked calmly. Jadner didn't speak. Gibbs huffed curtly and tossed the folder on the table with the evidence. He sat down at the table with him and stared straight into his eyes. "Why'd you do it?" Gibbs asked. There was silence in the room for a minute before Jadner finally spoke.

"I was drunk. I honestly don't remember much of this," he nodded towards the pictures sadly.

"How'd you know Snow and Baker?" Tony spoke up this time. Jadner looked up to Tony and sighed.

"I slept with them one night. We were all really drunk. We had a threesome. Once Marlene had gotten violent with me, I broke it off with her, got a restraining order. Then I found out a few days ago she was sleeping with that other guy. I got so jealous and angry. I got drunk," Jadner paused. Tony and Gibbs both looked at each other and nodded. They turned towards the window in the room and nodded to McGee on the other side.

"Okay," Gibbs said as he left the room with Tony behind him. Jadner began to sob and held his face in his hands as they left. Gibbs and Tony walked into the viewing room.

"Well, there's his confession," McGee said. "Easy, clean-cut case," he added.

"Yeah, makes it easy. Someone will take care of him in a bit, go work on paperwork," Gibbs said to both men. McGee nodded and left to go upstairs. Tony stayed behind a minute. "What, Tony?" Gibbs came closer and stood toe to toe with him. Tony swallowed the lump in his throat and fiddled with his shirt. Gibbs grabbed his hand and stopped him. "Go get it done," he said softly. Tony nodded and bit his lip. He looked into his eyes with a smile. He squeezed Gibbs' hand and left the room. Gibbs smiled softly at the gesture and turned towards Jadner in interrogation. A couple men from security were escorting him to local police officers that have been in the lobby. Gibbs sighed softly and ran a hand through his hair. A throat clear behind him, made him turn.

"Gibbs," Director Vance said. Gibbs nodded his hello.

"Something ya need, Vance?" Gibbs asked. Vance shrugged.

"When's the last time your team was off rotation? Or on vacation?" he asked. Gibbs thought about it for a minute.

"Not sure, why?" Gibbs asked once more. Vance chuckled.

"I think after working for six weeks straight and having weeks of vacation time built up, it's time to use it up," Vance stated. Gibbs nodded. "Two weeks for each of you. Time to use it up. Go somewhere nice, maybe use it to finally get a date with Dinozzo." Gibbs glared at Vance.

"What?"

"I know how you feel, Gibbs. The whole agency does, why do you think no one has put the moves on him in weeks?" Vance explained. Gibbs laughed and shook his head.

"Jesus, am I that obvious?" he asked. Vance chuckled and shrugged.

"According to half the women in the office, yes," he said. "Vacation starts now, paperwork can be finished later," Gibbs shook his head with a smile.

"Alright, two weeks. Thank you," Gibbs replied. Vance smiled softly and left the room. Gibbs sighed and rubbed his hands down his face. "Didn't realize I was so obvious." Gibbs chuckled as he left the viewing room and went up to the bullpen. Both McGee and Tony were working on paperwork for the case. He studied Tony as he stared at his paperwork intensely. He smiled a little and walked towards his desk further. "Vance says we are on vacation starting now. Two weeks guys. Go enjoy it," Gibbs stated. Both agents looked up.

"What about the paperwork?" McGee asked.

"Vance said we can finish it later. So go, go home." McGee nodded and cleaned up his station.

"Alright. Well, enjoy your vacation guys," McGee said as he walked past their desks. Gibbs was shutting down his computer and so was Tony. Both men looked at each other with a knowing smile and nod. Both men walked towards the elevator and hopped inside to go down to the garage.
