Many heroes alone could face 1 or 2 super villains at a time.
But when the alien tyrant warlord called, Darkseid first invaded Earth. His evil was nothing like anyone had ever seen before, even Earth's weapons and defenses were powerless against him. And his Parademon army was overwhelming!
But when all seemed lost, a band of Earth's greatest heroes came together and fought back:
The Kryptonian, the Amazon, the Knight,
the Speedster, the Guardian, the King,
the Robot, the Martian,
and the Lightning Bolt.
With their, powers, strength, and gifts combined, they worked together and managed to defeat Darkseid, and sent him back to his homeworld, Apokolips.
And on that day, the Justice League was born!
But every once in a while, Darkseid came back to Earth with his army. But his attacks kept on getting so much worse and much too difficult for the Justice League to handle.
Then, the Justice League agreed on executing their plan of last resort.
The Phantom Zone projector!
So they pinned down Darkseid for only a short moment, while the Kryptonian activated the projector.
Darkseid was teleported into an inescapable prison... trapped forever! And every last mindless Parademon on Earth was slaughtered!
And finally, when the world was at peace from Darkseid's grasp. The Justice League kept in touch, while they continued being heroes, and built lives of their own:
The Kryptonian fell in love and got married.
As did the Guardian and the Speedster.
The Martian called Earth his new home.
The Knight continued his crusade in his city.
The Robot made new improvements.
The Lightning Bolt lived out his life.
The King found his Queen.
And the Amazon and her love returned to her kingdom hidden away from the eyes of man.
And as each year passed, one by one. The children of the Justice League came to be.
Children who would, one day, become a new generation of heroes:
The 1st child, was a baby Atlantian Princess. The King and Queen: Aquaman and Mera were overjoyed! Azura Curry had the Gift of Compassion for any living creature on Earth. On both land and sea.
The 2nd child was another baby girl. Daughter of the Amazon: Wonder Woman and Steve Trevor. And they named her, Athena. The Gift of Wisdom was granted to the little girl by the great warrior Goddess named after her.
The 3rd child was a bouncing baby boy. Born to the Guardian: Green Lantern and Carol Ferris. His name was Harry, short for Hal Jordan Jr. And his father hopes that one day, his son will become a new member of the Green Lantern Corps. And inherit his Gift of Bravery.
The 4th child born was another boy named Damian Wayne. His father was the Knight: Batman. But his mother was Talia al Ghul, the daughter of one of his father's greatest enemies. And she was determined to turn their son into a lethal assassin. But his father thought otherwise. So he took him under his wing, and was shown the Gift of Determination.
The 5th child was named Jonathan Kent. The son of Lois Lane, and the Kryptonian: Superman! Born in the Fortress of Solitude, half-human and half-kryptonian. The Boy of Steel would have to face great challenges as he grows up. With the help of his mother's love, and his father's Gift of Hope.
And, finally. The 6th and 7th child born is the son and daughter of the Speedster: The Flash and Iris West-Allen. Their names are Nora and Henry. Both named after their late grandparents. And these Tornado Twins will always stick together through any situation, and carry on both of their parent's Gift of Loyalty.
