Hey guys. I know it's been a long while since the last chapter. I promise I haven't forgotten about the fic, I'm still working on it. I've just been hyper focused on getting the fifth draft of my book finished. I'm currently in the middle of rewrites for the first ten chapters of it, and I'm waiting for my last beta reader to finish her notes on it.
Speaking of beta readers, I'm also kind of waiting on getting some for ToT. There are some things that I feel could be improved, especially with how the fic starts off in the first few chapters and would like some second opinions on. I also need to go back and fix some issues with how the fic flows and the various grammatical errors I've made. As of right now, ToT is on hiatus until I can get those issues fixed, and until I get the time to continue. I have chapter 12 in the works, and I plan on it being a long one. I may also shotgun a few chapters and post them together to make up for the lack of updates when I can.
Also, as an update on the story for the fic itself, I have most of it planned out. And when I say story, I mean not just for ToT, but for the overarching narrative that I want to do. Obviously the vanilla Skyrim story will be told, as well as Dawnguard and Dragonborn, but I also want to dip into a few other things like the civil war quest line, the potential for a second war between the Empire and the Thalmor, what that would look like, and just really getting Erik to his absolute full strength by the end. It'll be some real exciting stuff, and it'll take a while to do, but we'll all have a grand time with it. I hope.
