Chapter 2: The journey begins.
The Pound Puppies and Henderson's stayed one short night at the forest that they took refuge in when San Francisco became a robot factory. Because everyone in San Francisco mysteriously became heartless robots, The pound puppies didn't know what to do now. Everyone thought it was a dream, but it wasn't. Suddenly, a crack noise in the distance made everyone scared. "What was that noise?!" Niblet said scared. "Please don't tell me it's a monster!" Niblet said in a scared tone. "Wait here everyone!" Lucky said. He walked over to where the noise was coming from. He saw something in the distance and called everyone over to examine it. Upon getting close enough to the thing in the distance, they soon realized it was a teenager with smooth yellow hair, along with a black jacket and purple shirt with white strips. He also had some navy-blue pants and dark brown shoes. The teenager seemed to be in his late teenager years, thus he was 16 years old. The teenager came walking towards them. "Hey! Are you the shelter 17-pound puppies?" He asked. "Y-yes we are." Lucky said nervously. He came closer until he stopped and hugged lucky. "OH MY GOSH! It's the pound puppies! I knew it!" He said very happily. "Wait? you know us?" Squirt asked. "Yeah, my name is Lucas. Also, some pink poodle came by and asked me to find you guys, she said she needed you all to go on an important mission for something." He spoke. "Oh no! Dolly! She's still in San Francisco!" Cookie said. "She's a robot now. We can't go back." Lucky said.
"Hey, before anyone freaks out, I came here to help save your city and look for the Time Stone, they said it have powers, I guess." He spoke. "Wait! Did you say the Time Stone?" Strudel asked. "Yeah." He replied. "If the legend is true, then the time stone must be real!" Strudel said happily. "It's got to be! We have to save San Francisco!" Lucky said. Everyone agreed with Lucky and Strudel. "What time stone?" Mrs. Henderson asked. "It's a gem with the power to change events in the past and future. It also has powers that could help us." Lucky said. "Sounds cool Mister Chewy McFluffster!" Dot said. "If we get it, we can save San Francisco and the world!" Squirt said happily. "But, where's it at?" Patches asked. "Alaska." Lucky said. Everyone gasped after hearing him say Alaska. "And according to my knowledge, it's in Anchorage." He spoke. "But that's far away from home!" Rebound said. "How do we get there?" Cupcake asked. "I know someone who can get us to Alaska!" Lucky said. "It won't be easy though."
At the American Canadian border...
Agent Todd patrolled the border area where the USA and Canadian borders met. "Come in Agent Todd! It's me lucky!" Lucky said on the communicator. "Yes Agent Lucky? This is Agent Todd from the Royal Canadian Pound Puppies at your service!" Agent Todd said. "Did you hear the news about San Francisco?" Lucky asked. "Yes, I did. I'm sorry for everyone." Agent Todd said. "Listen. My friends and I need to get to Alaska right now. It's to look for the legendary Time Stone." Lucky said. "The Time Stone?! Don't worry I'll get a helicopter over there!" Agent Todd said. "Thanks Agent Todd!" Lucky said. "You're Welcome, Agent Lucky. Always a pleasure to help a fellow pound puppy agent." Agent Todd said. "Hey before we go, there's something I need to tell you when we get there to Canada." Lucky said. "Sure, I'll be ready Buddy!" Agent Todd said. The communicator turned off immediately due to a low battery. "You dogs are part of an international organization?" Mr. Henderson asked.
"Yes, we are part of an international organization, even in the bad countries." Lucky said. "Well, that makes sense." Mrs. Henderson said. "Now come on, Let's go!" Cookie said. Everyone followed Cookie and Lucky towards the American Canadian Border, as they all knew this was going to be a daunting, but exciting mission. It was going to be a journey they'll never forget.
