Chapter 4: Rising tensions

Everyone was thrown into a large jail cell inside the blimp as everyone was confused and scared. Niblet looked around frantically. "Hey! where's lucky?!" Niblet said scared. Drax came to the cell door to talk to everyone. "Now, you're probably wondering who I am, and how did I find you? Well, to it in simple terms..." He said in an evil tone. "I was the one who turned your town into a robot factory!" He said menacingly. Everyone was shocked and surprised to hear this come out of his mouth. "I knew you were behind all this mess! But why did you attack Earth?!" Lucas demanded angrily. "Well, you see, I'm actually an alien prince and high-ranking commander from the Planet Kajima, and I wanted to conquer Earth because, well, I wanted my own colony. So, I attacked your city and made it a robot factory, so I can attack and conquer more cities and countries, until I can conquer the entire world!" He said menacingly. "And I know you want that time stone really bad to save everyone, but it's too late to find it, now that I located it!" He said as he turned to the robot guards. "Make sure they don't escape and once we find that the time stone, I'll make sure those dogs never existed!" He spoke. "No!" dot exclaimed. "What now?!" Cookie said. "I'm afraid there's nothing we can do, we're done!" Squirt said in a sad tone.

"But not for long!" Said Lucas before breaking and climbing into a nearby vent. Everyone looked at each other. "Maybe we can stop Drax before he wins!" Rebound said in determined tone. Everyone followed Lucas into vent while the robot guards were not looking.

Meanwhile in the Monitor room...

Lucky woke up with his left leg chained to the wall. He looked at the TV Monitors and saw trees being cut down and innocent people being turned into robots. "Oh no! Not again!" Lucky said. "Oh no, is right Mister Chewy McFluffster, or should I say, Lucky!" Lucky turned around and saw Drax with a menacing smile and his arms crossed. "Why are you doing this and why are you after us?! Who are you?!" Lucky demanded angrily. Drax pulled out a purple lightsaber and held it close to Lucky's neck. Lucky's eyes widened and he got quiet. "I am Prince Drax and I want that time stone!" He said in a menacing and angry tone. "Now, tell me where it's at!" Drax Demanded angrily. Lucky remembered some dogs saying that the time stone could be found at a snowy valley and can under that valley is a hidden cave. He sighed and began to confess. "It's in a snowy valley, and under that valley is a hidden cave, that's where the Time Stone is at currently." Lucky said anxiously. Drax turned to the robot pilot and co-pilot. "Locate the place he's talking about Mr. Pilot." said Drax. The pilot searched the location and immediately found it. "Place located." Said the pilot robot. "Going to destination." He spoke. Drax looked at Lucky menacingly. "Now about your friends-." Before Drax could finish his sentence, he heard a loud thud outside the room. "What was that?! Stay here. Don't even think about escaping!" He said as he left the room. Lucky hoped something good would happen, then, he saw dot open the door and come in.

"Dot!" Lucky said happily. "Don't worry Mister Chewy McFluffster, we'll get out of here." She said as she unlocked the chain off of Lucky. "Come on!" She spoke. They left the while the pilot and co-pilot looked at each other and went back to piloting the plane. Drax eventually entered the room again. "I don't what the noise was but-." Before he finished his sentence, he noticed that Lucky was gone. "What the what happened?! Where's Lucky?! And why didn't you do anything?!" He yelled angrily. "We don't know." Both the pilots said. Drax sighed and shook his head. "Just, keep piloting the plane, I'll have a word with you two later." He said before leaving to find Lucky. When he got to the prisoner cell, he saw that everyone was gone. Drax groaned angrily. "Why is Today so frustrating for me?!" He said frustrated.

Everyone ran down the complicated hallway, hoping to get out before Drax can capture them again. "This blimp is more complicated than I thought!" Strudel said. Squirt stopped and saw a door. "Look! The exit!" Squirt said. They opened the door, but immediately saw long drop down into snow. Everyone's eyes widened. "Uh oh!" Lucky said. They turned around and saw Drax and his robot army behind them. "Don't move and no one gets hurt!" Drax said in an angry tone holding his purple lightsaber. Drax and his robots surrounded them even more. "Please, bear with us, we just want to help." He said calmly as he smiled. "After you locked us up and threatened to erase us forever?! No way!" Lucas yelled angrily. Everyone immediately jumped down off the blimp. They fell for a few minutes before they landed on the soft snowy ground. They got up and looked around. "Where are we?" Mr. Henderson asked. Everyone looked around and saw a snowy valley. "This must be the place where the Time Stone is!" Lucky said. Everyone suddenly heard jetpack noises. "Quickly! hide!" Cookie said. Everyone ran down the valley and hid behind some big snowy bushes.

Drax and his robots came down and began using tracking devices. "Find them all, and don't let them get escape again!" Drax said angrily. The gang heard a crack noise below them and fell down into a cave. They soon fell into a big pond of water. Everyone swam up and got out to dry off. Lucky instantly recognized the cave. "It's the cave where Time Stone is!" Lucky said. "How do you know all this stuff?" Lucas asked Lucky. " Knowledge and Memorization I believe." Lucky said. Lucas rolled his eyes as a way of saying okay. Everyone followed a mysterious path of strange symbols down a big dark tunnel. Lucas lit up his blue flashlight, which he got from one of the robot guards. They followed the path down until they saw a mural on the wall written in a strange language. "What does it say?" Agent Todd said. Lucas immediately replied. "I can translate it! It's the Native Alaskan language. Also, I'm Native Alaskan for those who don't know." He spoke. He read it carefully, trying to not miss a single word. "It directly says here, a long time ago, during the beginning of 1100s, the native people of Alaska discovered seven different stones while exploring a snowy area in present day Anchorage. Each one had a different color. One red, one orange, one yellow, one green, one teal, one blue, and one purple. They name these stones the Miracle Stones, because the stones each represented a different power. They forced them together to create the Time Stone, which was the ultimate gem at the time. When the Russians first arrived in Alaska during the late 1700s, the indigenous people told them about the mythical stone and its power, which caused many Russians to want the time stone. However, the indigenous people refused to let them have it, because they believed it was sacred. This refusal eventually angered the Russian settlers, forcing them to kill many of them in order to find it for themselves. In order to make sure the time stone didn't fall into the wrong hands, they hid the stone in a hidden cave and sealed it off, so no one can steal it. However, the native people also prophesied that a group of heroes would find the Time Stone and save the world from an evil force." Lucas said as he cleared his throat.

"They also said that when the Time Stone is turned into the 7 Miracle Stones again, the stones will give the holder, unlimited power." Lucas said again. "I don't know how that's possible but okay." Lucas said without hesitation.

"That could be us, we're the group of heroes and Drax is the evil force!" Squirt said. "So, let's-." Before Lucky could finish his sentence, Drax interrupted him. "Find it! Right?" Drax said in a calm tone. Everyone looked behind and saw Drax and his Robot army. "Now, Show us the way!" He said in an angry tone while his robots blocked the way back. "We have no choice." Cookie said to Lucky. Everyone followed Lucas down the hallway to the Time Stone chamber. Everyone finally made it to the main room where the Time Stone was at. It was filled with light green torches that still were on fire, even though the torches never were touched again in a very long time. In the center of the room was the Time Stone, sealed away for a long time since the 1700s. "The legend is true!" Said Strudel happily. "After all these years, we finally found it! Robots!" Drax Commanded while snapping his fingers. The robots grabbed everyone in the room and held them tightly, expect for Drax. "Sorry guys, But I must do what my job says I must do." Drax said menacingly. He looked and reached for the time stone as everyone watched in horror. "Nooo!" Lucky screamed. The stone glowed brighter as Drax reached for it. Drax immediately swiped it, and the cave eventually began to collapse. "Bye-bye Everyone! I'll see you all in when the day is no more!" Drax said as his robots, and eventually him, teleported back to their blimp. "RUN!" Lucky yelled loudly. Everyone ran out of the cave, dodging rocks, and eventually made it out alive. Lucas checked to see if everybody was okay. Dot looked around frantically. "Where's Lucky?" Dot asked. She suddenly heard crying behind her and realized it was lucky crying by a nearby small river. Dot came to comfort him. "Mister Chewy McFluffster, don't cry, we tried our best." Dot said calmly to Lucky. "Yeah. But we failed miserably, and now the world is going to become a robot factory planet!" He said in a sad tone while crying. Everyone felt bad as lucky continued to cry. Lucas embraced lucky as he slowly calmed down. "We may have lost, but that doesn't mean we give up immediately, we can still save the world." Lucas said to Lucky. "But, how? We lost the Time Stone, and we'll need extra help!" Lucky said. "How about help from me and my men!" A mysterious voice said. Everyone looked around and saw the US and Canadian army together around them. A 60-year-old general came out and introduced himself. "My name is Charles Kristen, but you can call me Carl, and I'm a US, Canadian, three-star army general!" Carl said. "I heard about the pound puppies and knew you needed help fighting that invader. So, I gathered all my men and came to look for you all." He spoke. Mrs. Henderson came to him and shook his hand. "Thank you so much! It really means a lot to us!" Mrs. Henderson said joyfully.

"You're welcome. Now come on! let's save the world before the worst happens!" He spoke. Everyone followed him into a large military truck with enough seats for everyone. "Time for Operation Save the World!" Carl said. The military vehicles drove off to the city Anchorage, hopeful to make to San Francisco in time before more bad things happen. The final battle was about to happen that could change the world.
