Link felt slightly warmer until Sheik comes in, Link is ready to defend with his Hylian shield to avoid getting paralyzed by her chi-block attacks. Link felt strange that Sheik has no interest to fight,' Strong feeling in the heart become stronger over time, soon it will blossom into a righteous power and you know which way to go. This song is dedicated to the power of the heart.'

Sheik plays the Bolero of fire with her harp that Link found familiar, he cookout his ocarina while listening. Link wonders whether or not she's making up since her last time but realizes she looks different- darker hair, red eyes with a tear marking in one of them. Link is about to get near but Sheik steps back for the sun's glare to gleam Link's perspective before throwing a Deku nut to stun him to escape. Link recovers while Mao Mao commented,' So much for a lovely ninja to act like a jerk at the end.'

Sheik was hiding at the candler as she heard about Mao, she realized how Enid was a bit harsh towards Link. They both remember after the fight Link was left paralyzed and that Hilda as to come in for acupuncture treatment. Hilda metalbended the needles into Link's body,' Who knew that delivery 64 to 128 palms can leave a devastating impact on the muscles that left him with spasms.' Link whimpers from the needles while Elena comforts,' Is alright Link I'm here, just follow your heart.'

She took his left hand to his chest feel his rhythmic beating heart while kissing his forehead, the needle began to channel his chi by unblocking the pathways. Some sudden rushed into his bloodstream on his head before seeing a memory. Link reminders of memory of KO and Enid.

KO interacted with Enid,' Where your going Enid, I thought you hate dark and spooky arts. Enid responded,' While just because I don't have a good connection to my mysticalness, doesn't mean I can't learn about my bloodline.'

Back to the present, Mao Mao and Link wander into halls with carvings of a mystical forest full of macaws, toucans, and iguanas led by a coati. The wall carving leads to a strange room with a massive painting of a volcano, Link looks down to see a bloodstain. Link freaks out while adorabat comments,' It appears that this either a torture dungeon or sacrificial ritual, Link decides not to overthink before seeing a blood-stained X-shaped beam.

Tocanon pressed the toucan bill of the nearby statue to open a secret passkey underneath, Link is determined to enter despite the implications. Link felt his having palpitations from anxiety while taking deep breaths. Then dilplocovenator pounces at Mao Mao, Goliath, and Adorabat. Link mages to scare them away by engulfing his sword into flames for a power sword beam,' What's wrong with those amphibians, they nearly give me a heart attack.'

Typlosion and Ferigatr came in with volkavolt deflabilaer but turns out to be a false alarm. They enter a large dungeon that houses a large chained horsehead as Link is flip about it,' Guys what the heck that.' Mao Mao starkly responded,' now yo want to know the dark history of Xo, for starters let's just say that is a 400-300 legend of a fructose or long neck 'bear' named Tarzan.'

Link is frustrated and confused,' I thought he was a famous guardian of the forest unless it was a cover-up.' Goliath comforts Link,' Link times people make a fool of themselves to cover Xo over something that suits them.' Link felt emotional dead,' So Tarzan was a lie, I knew why the jungles from the legend felt too wild.'

Tarzan Horsehead broke free to avenge his incarcerated by fighting the heroes while Mao Mao pulls out Word of Thundera.' All right guys let's show him who's the true lord of the jungle.' Adorabat read a Mayan glyph while translating,' It says here to cleanse the false lord is to offer his blood with a holy weapon….Looks like we must fight him.' Link's heart beats rapidly from the adrenalin, Link took a deep breath as he feels nub before fighting Tarzan.

Dark Link took over as his eyes briefly turn amber as he have an intense flashback about Snips the okapi dying, Link gave into darkness as Dark Link as the dark prophecy was explained, sending Rashiram and Zekromto submission to proof as destined to balanced light and dark. Link snaps back to reality as is just Dark's whereabouts as his eyes turn back blue. Tarzan ripped the fur of his forearms revealing armored scales underneath as Mao Mao was grossed out about this.

Typlosion uses an infernal parade attack but gets deflected by Horsehead's arms, Ferigatr installed his armor made from duramboro's horns as he is ready to deliver a chip attack with club tail that he forged. That agitated Tarzan that he grabbed the club before shoving him away, Rex began to get angry before turning into Aragorn but he heard a faint cry on his head that leaf him confused, but he decide to use his bad axes even Tarzan is shielding him.

Link doesn't seem to fight because he understands that this fight is for the true king of beasts, untie he remembers that he has a seal that turns him into a wolf. But he realized that curse was healed thanks to good communication with the wild horse spirit about the inconvenience, his Gaogamon decide to fight for him by delivering multiple slashes. at Tarzan. Tarzan got so frustrated from being numbered by allies of his fraud enemies, that he bashed Rex in the head.

The impact was so intense that he saw a glimpse that he fought a massive quetzal 2— years ago before he gained his powers. Rex is so confused about it the memory loss he starts to lose his grip on reality by growling like a beast. He ramed Tarzan like a rampaging rhino, Tarzan shoved him aside as he decide not to fight from massive confusion. Feraligatr snaked a hum in the back as he finished shoving Rex, his hair tips turned red from massive irritation caused by the Sobek-like pokemon.

Goagamon snarled at him for intimidation while Tarzan spoke to respond to their possession,' How dare you joined those ripped-offs rather than save me. Do you have any idea what the savages are cable of?' Link back sass at Tarzan,' What kind of Lord of beast call local humble tribe of coatis with that kind of words.' Tarzan laughs as he responded,' You petty human you have no idea what is like to be raised by animals and spend my life to prove I'm destined to be their rightful guardian by protecting them.'

Link has some doubts,' So why are you caged like an animal, this not the same as the fortress of Hyrule?' Tarzan snarled at Link,' Lesson you traitor excuse of Hylia's chosen hero, I tried to prove that I could be their savior until I was accused of being invasive species.' Link calmly responded, 'That's because they don't believe in lords or saviors that are not part of their culture. They saw you as a brave warrior uncle you went too cocky that you send your allies of tamed Keratopcerus to attack them. What were you thinking, no wonder why they take non-native species as a treat because you wanted them to be your lord.'

Tarzan sassed at Link sarcastically,' What is your excuse young hero that has the atrocity to betray their jungle lord?' Link responded in monotoned,' Don't you get it, I don't believe in myself. I just follow what is right. I wanted to seek attention since I got over that I'm not just KO in a warrior skin. Then one day at Zora's domain, I went to the extremely similar what you did, I decimated a large mech with my master sword. I understand it was an automaton but I wonder what corrupted him and why it was mooning the Zora. The Zora called me a hero but I didn't feel anything because I was tampered by wisdom and courage that's what I believed in.'

Link shed a tear as that moment in Zora's domain was enough for the seal to bear- turning into a wolf,' This what lord of the beast is…..a divine beast.' WolfLink began to bite his armored arm for back sassing the truth, Thyplosion began to crunch his other arm with his feisty jaws. Mao Mao realized that Tarzan's guard is down, he swiftly stabbed him in the chest while they were pulling his arm. Feraligatr was shocked about what Mao Mao did but he realized that the Sword of Thundera is also a holy weapon.

His blood cascaded into the ground, filling a glyph of Cerberumon, the large bulk collapsed before glowing. Turning Tarzan into his new authentic form- red deer like Indricoceros,' It is I Tarzan the one the tame the rhinos, you have purified my invasive self. Why would a rhino be in a jungle in the first place or deer at least? Here take my heart- is the heart of the stallion.' Link grabbed the disembodied heart,' This heart gives warriors courage if you accented further.'

The elevator from the coati glyph wad activated, and the heroes decide to continue finishing the trail while Tarzan the deer-rhino (unicorn) stays. Link collects a fur patch before retiring to the rising platform, the platform sends them to the top of the temple. The boss that they waited for is a Glavenus- Dorado, Dorado is ready to fight by creating friction to heat his tail while roaring.

Mao Mao explains to the others what their facing,' That's the spawn of hellfire that has the golden glow. The legend says it was irritated by a burst of fire in the middle of a stray link between time. it fest on silver and golden fish.' At his side of his alter is a river that lives beneath, he took out a large golden fish before eating it. Link and Rex are grossed out from the carnage but not the others. Link smelled in the air,' Why does it smell like rotten calamari.' Mao Mao explains to Link,' There was an octopus named Dave, he tries to cover himself by disguising as a human but let just say he didn't have good looks. He was working in a lab about what they called on a crash site- the ultimate life form. One day he took some samples to use for his own gain from intense jealousy.'

Link calmly asked, 'What happened to him.' Mao Mao explains in cringe,' He tried to make penguins as nasty with samples of the life-form to mutate then into a monstrosity. He was captured since it was stated obviously that a squash-headed 'human' look suspicious and….' Mao Mao signaled a throat slash, implying that he was executed. The large spiked carnotaurus explained some more of the prisoners that end up in alter,' There are others as well- Chester V, man I hate that guy with his swift movements that freak out.'

'He might be very funny to point out that he enter his beast like a turtle but he expected his holograms to save him. No seriously I swiftly use my tail while his holograms are shielding him before umm…' The hellfire began to glow from his horns and his bony plates as he was ready for the trail. Typlosion uses Lino's sabertooth dagger to inflect a fire attack but is not effective since Glavenus is fire-immune. Typlision his psychic sense to read his mind but it gives him a migraine,' Damnt it, I forgot he's in pain from the explosion from a link between time. It hurts so much.'

Feraligatr uses a duramburo club attack which is effective but it caused him to combust,' Don't worry, I'm water type and Sobek taught me to create fire-immune armor.' Glavenus swept the ground to create fire tail from the friction, he Perry the club with that gator continues to deflect. Link seems not interested in fighting as he feels that he recognizes Glavenus,' Have I meant before since I don't feel like fighting. Was I supposed to tame him even though he's an executioner? Rex can you check on him in case if his infected.'

Rex is determined while Goliath gives him a boost before shifting into aggorn for a heavy slam attack,' Cannon RAMM.' He crash-landed him before sensing him,' What…..12,000 years….the plates were once Dailga's. It seems he was hurt and healed, which is very absurd, no one could survive an explosion between time. Why…he was involved with time, to begin with, ancient Terra Novians are so weird.' He bellows as he is ready to strike him before being deflected by his bad axes,' Is that the only thing you can.' He got hit in the head while glavenus bashed him with his skull, Rex lost conscience before being appeased to be a vision of Korra protecting him from a misty pterosaur spirit 200 years ago before succumbing.

Rex began to weep as he realized he was there in the calamity 200 years ago and the so-called infection that happen 10 years ago was an amnesiac afterthought. Link comes to Rex,' what happen happened, are you alright.' Rex responded with a large flow of tears,' I can't believe I was their Link, why was Korra protecting me with her kitsune being an individual being. Does that me my family in the province was….' Link doesn't respond as he wants Rex to accept the harsh truth by closing his heys and tilting downwards, Rex began to sob while Link hugs him in comfort.

Typlosion heard Rex,' I understand what your going through, I have the same reaction when I…' Link scrolled at him.' Logan is sensitive about, is been a rough day.' As feraligatr is about to clash with glavenus again but the hellfire ceases when glavenus senses Link. He comes near to Rex to forgive him,' my apologies that I unintentionally caused you triggered a long lost memory that caused you a terrible fate. I hate to bear the bad news but the entity is coming with a new incarnation.' Link is shocked while feeling doubts,' I thought Giratina or even Ganon tried to do that with so-called Thundercats-like vessel.'

Glavenus responded to Link,' Link that's because the original spirit still lingers since the calamity. Five years before you step a foot on delta earth, there was a crash site with what many called- the ultimate life form. But unlike what happened 200 years ago your guys seem ready to face the worst. Even include Mao Mao with Sword of Thundera and Rex of course.' Rex interrupted him, 'Why me, why I was….revived and not…' Glavenus looks down before explaining,' Because Korra trusted you because she knew that your…..metalicdramon deity or something.'

Rex began to think about whether or not the deity was using him,' Does that mean my life as a human is…' Link concerts Rex,' Rex I hate to say this I…I also feel that being chosen because some deities are using use. But it matters that you care about others, regardless because destiny says so.' Glavenus interact with Link as he senses Link's spirit,' Hero's spirit, it been a while we saw each other. For the sake of harbinger coming, I'm willing to serve you once more.'

Somewhere in the basement of Lionheart's basement, a frozen chinchilla 'baby' is resting before opening its wide eyes as the King opens his basement. He decides to free him,' It's been a while since the crash landing. I don't want to know how you got those tentacle blobs infestation, but let's just put our differences behind us.' The chinchilla pup float in the air as he gives a cuddly smile.

Meanwhile, outside of Temple of the Sun everyone seen worried as they had been inside the temple all day, Rigby saw a shadow, and he got closure until he saw Glavenus coming out. He rams back to Mordicai from fear,' Is the executioner, Roberto get every Spix/Hyacinth/ turquoise macaw to safety. The plated duo loses balance, causing every to fall from his back. Rigby is surprised,' Wait for Roberto that's just Link and his pack.' Typlosion got carried by Goliath in triumph before flying off,' we beat the fire temple.'

Feraligatr explains the situation between Link and Glavenus,' It looks like you forgot a legend from Terra Novians that Link has a bond with that this nearly ten thousand years ago.' Link bows at Glavenus as he accepted him as his steed, Glavenus gets near Mao Mao. Mao sense his sword is glowing,' It appears my sword is telling me something like Lion-o want me to tampered it like I tampered Tarzan.'

Roberto is so proud of Mao Mao as Tarzan was finally tampered with by a hero. Glavenus munched his sword in one bite before Mao pulls out a great broadsword of thundera, Mao decide to erect it skyward. Mao heard something from Roberto,' It appears one of the prophecies about rising….return of the king has been for filled- a hero goes to trail beyond time that forged him into a noble barbarian warrior.'

Rex spilled out the dark truth that he heard from Glavenus,' I hate to be the bearer of bad news but did…anyone new about…pteroquetzal's return after centuries since the calamity.' Mordicai carried Rex to see what once been a watering zone while Rigby,' That area is once giraffe, zebras, and impala but all of the animals got frustrated to point to force to migrate. We have been having these signs slowly since the meteor crash and the octopus infestation.'

Link's father is surprised about what happened inside the temple,' Since you tamed Glavenus, Mao tamped Tarzen and his sword to prove his nobility. It seems that you did great work, my son.' Link tries to have an urge to talk but he resisted his pride. obnoxious before walking off,' I don't want to.' He tries to comfort him but Link ignores,' Link wait, your mother loved you.'

Later Link is at the sauna hut trying to get overwhelming emotions off, Rigby draws a draconic wolf tattoo from his shoulder to near his triforce with woad dye. While drawing a V-shape marking Link, Roberto inset Link to drink a red elixir extracted from the heart 'drink this it helps your determination. Link remembers why he was here in the first place according to Queen Elena Zelda,' Link you're requested to guide Maomao to for filled a prophecy that Lion-o didn't since his death.'

Link looks agitated from the situation that involves the incarnation that killed his ancestor, he lies his naked body (in undies) in a fetus position. Sheik appears with a new Inca-like tonga tunic for Link,' Link I trust you that Mao Mao and you can make it. Because once booth avatars are awakened, it will bind evil to return light to the world. Legends have been passed down, I'm Sheik the survivor of the Sheikahs. Possessing the mythical Master Sword and Mao Mao having the Sword of Thundera proves that you fulfilled as Hero of the Wild. If you believe the prophecy of the legend you just took a trail within the forest, the time will come if you learn the Prelude of Light.

Link grabbed his ocarina while Sheik fought him Prelude of Light,' As long you hold Master Sword, the fate of time rest in your hands.' Sheik stun Link with Deku seed to escape,' Sheik wait…crap why are you still being a jerk despite giving me sage advice.' A lotus blooms near Link as young coati announce it,' It appears that your cleansed, your one of us Link.' He draws a lotus on his forehead with red dye, Link put on his new toga-like green tunic that exposes his tattooed arm.

Link got out of the sauna with his new tunic and Rex and Typlosion are overwhelmed with his new look. He grabs his Sword as he states, 'Mao Mao, I'm ready to prove that you're the king.' MaoMao smiles and he looks at the flag of the tribe- blue with a red lotus in the center,' Let's also fulfilled that prophecy that not all Lotus Order or evil.'

Tarzan horsehead is a fusion on Horsehead from Zelda II and apex arzuros. Why Tarzan a villain is a very snarky move but I have done it to address an elephant in the room. Disney Tarzan is still the best classic but some moments didn't fit well- there is misplaced flora like bamboo from Japan. Koati on the other hand has jungles that feel authentic because the people that animated the movie must-see tropical gardens because they live in tropical Mexico. But some people say is a rip-off from above but they're missing an issue about Koati is never meant to understand the story or get into characters but rather aware that the animals that you see are real. Koati is not a jungle with misplaced wildlife because is in Latin America not in other areas that have been milked and mashed together a dozen times.

The main villain that I'm brewing is only exclusive to this fanfic, which is a big surprise. The only hint is based on the animation controversy with Netflix and some chinchilla from the new Kirby game. The reason why is because I want to do something creative about an entity that invades Pure Heart Valley, Mao Mao will prove what kind of hero is he. Also, a dark twist about fallen angel maids wants to take over like a dumb choice made by Netflix for animation.

Despite some creative differences and liberties (like a boss baby and Tarzan dilemma), this fic connects to my Zelda AU very well because is a spin-off. The biggest difference is that tribes of humble hobbit-like coatis have a dark backstory that involved the land of Xo. How dark is it, is Nachi a Hyrule version of Frodo or Bilbo, do they have some connection of Ordon village from Twilight Princess?

Link- well they have a simple lifestyle in nearby forests of tropical regions, I'm sure they're more like kooks but also they bit more hobbit than coati

Dave is an octopus from the Madagascar spin-off villain. He's a great villain thirst for revenge but his disguise is ugly AF, no wonder the pure valley version was executed- other than poisoning the wildlife with the ultimate life form's mutations DNA. Chester V is a great villain with poor execution because his motive is messed up but his movements are out of control. The dumbest part was that he expected his holograms to save him. Good job dave for messing with the recent incarnation of oblivion. Also as a Biologist, I find his motives offensive.

Technically one of the main villains isn't defeated in Zelda AU-Legend of Steven, Destroyah is Ganon/ Giratina manifesting the past incarnation of the calamity. The calamity wasn't canon that happened 200 years ago but rather a different entity that saps everything in its path- pteroquetzal. This phoenix spirit has a history that dates back 50,000- 20,000 years, it once took the form of fallen champions during the calamity but now the new 'vessel' may relate to the fetus. Unlike 200 years where everything is at peace, the recent champions are prepared since they defeated the leftover of past calamity and eldritch incarnate of chaos itself- also GanonOberon. Another spin-off has no relation to the quetzal other than references for obvious reasons- Skyward sword/ TerraNova fic (there'll be an implication that it may be the reason why Terra Novians gone native) and upcoming Sheik spin-off (something to do with a past Link- Ben Kirby and his Silvally).

I feel bad for Linky when he finds out about what happened to Rex. The poor cinnamon roll must have nightmares about Rex dying in his arms and the metallic dragon accusing him of being a failure. He can't imagine what is like to lose a brother like Rex.

Imagine in the wind temple Link challenge the one that tinted Xo into part of the history of hatred and greed- Zaheer's spirit of the Red Lotus. If he finds out what he did to Korra, he'll go feral about- he might be pure-hearted but he was raised by them as he was part of them.

Stay tuned in June for the next chapter where our heroes go to the forest/ earth temple to take on the thernozenosaurus- the same trouble-making chibi from my Zelda AU but all-grown-up. The octopus investigation is a reference to Home because let's just say Dreamworks didn't get the memo that I'm too old for that kind of stuff- like the boss baby.
