Canda operated on a special form of republicanism with various families and guilds with their own territorial holdings and legions, representing themselves in a legislative body. The Republic is highly economically minded and possesses one of the most capable high speed, low displacement navies in the world.

The Coalition: The Coalition of Free Nations is on the eastern side of the continent of Galatine. It is a confederation of countries that have banded together in mutual security and trade to better compete and survive against the three powers that dominate the rest of the continent. Cold, calculating and pragmatic, the Coalition possesses an extensively sophisticated infantry force thanks to their strict and evolving training doctrines.

Endarian Imperial Republic and Commonwealth Territories: Simply known as Endaria or the Endarian Empire, Endaria is the second oldest of the three Galatine powers. A multicultural union composed of 10 regions containing a total of 100 provinces and prefectures and 10 commonwealths, Endaria centers its culture on civic nationalism and duty as well as individual freedoms and liberty. With the heartland being open and generally flat, Endaria possesses a lethal cavalry corps as well as the most sophisticated heavy weight navy.

The Commonwealth of Suzerain States of the Endarian Imperial Republic: Most commonly known as the Commonwealth, this compilation of 10 suzerain states occupy the Endarian periphery. Each Commonwealth maintains their own militaries, cultures, and governments, while ultimately being loyal to the Endarian Empire.

The Guardians: The Guardians are an autonomous power in Galatine. Loyal to no nation or culture, the Guardians are the balancing forces for the world itself. Intermediaries between civilization and the natural world, the Guardians are centered around the Demi-Spirit, half mortal race half animal spirit, Primordial Guardians. Ruthless and efficient, the Guardians are the judge, jury, and executioners of the earth's will.

Tsardom of Noveia: The Northern power of the continent of Galatine, the Tsardom of Noveia is a cold, ruthless, and dangerous land. The dynasty of Tsars rules the land with absoluteness. Characters

Rulers

Cramus Macarious: The Supreme Legate of the Republic of Canda, Macarious is a stern man with a long record of military leadership. Often the most stalwart and stubborn member of Canda's leadership, it's Macarious who keeps the Pantheon and Presidium from collapsing into chaos.

Endarius Teledor: The Primarch High King of the Endarian Trimarchy, Endarius is the de facto ruler of Endaria, as well as its founder, albeit he shares the former honor with two other high kings. Endarius is a polite but dangerous ruler. Despite his dangerous capabilities, Endarius takes an almost radically laissez-faire with the management of his empire, preferring to let his nation succeed or fail by its own choices and volition, without his interference.

Gaius Fraxxes: The Prime Minister of the Presidium, Gaius Fraxxes is the democratically elected member of the Presidium, representing the general will of the common populace. A polite and highly by the books man, Fraxxes is known as the wise if lacking in charisma member of the Presidium.

Grigor Vladimir Olegdir Ivanovich Kolnekov: Known as Ivanovich III, the Tsar of Noveia, third Ivanovich ruler of the Kolnekov Dynasty, Ivanovich III is a powerful and cunning man. With unrivaled charisma and great strategic talent, Ivanovich III regularly leads his own military campaigns, earning the respect of his people.

Lucius Tereco: Lucius is the President of the Guilds in Canda. He is appointed from among the leaders of the various guilds and families of Canda and represents the interests of the corporations and companies of the Republic. The newest member of the Presidium, Tereco's reputation has yet to solidify, but many know him as the most amicable and open minded member of the Presidium.

Sauron: The Dark Lord of Mordor, he seeks to subjugate the world of man and acquire the one ring that will allow him to re-manifest in the world and lead his armies as their immortal ruler.

The Serpent, Sinella Maeve: One of the ruling Primordial Guardians, Sinella Maeve resides within the Endarian controlled Savari Desert. A proud, cunning, ruthless, and beautiful woman, Sinella is a master of runecraft and poison. She possesses the purest blood of all the Primordial Guardians, with her father being the previous Eagle primordial guardian and her mother being a Serpent spirit. She is often aloof of world affairs, preferring to indulge in her hedonistic desires and ignoring the politics of the outside world.

Thrall: The Warchief of the Horde, Thrall is a war hero and a wise shaman. Ever one of the more reasonable voices in the Horde, Thrall is often the one that guides the Horde through harsh times by balancing strength and honor with diplomatic rationalism.

Varian Wrynn: The Ruler of the Alliance and the Humans of Stormwind, Wrynn is a temperamental but capable king. Having witnessed the sacking of Stormwind as a child, been a slave and gladiator of Orcs, and prodigal king of the Alliance, Wrynn brings a strong arm approach to the Alliance, balancing it with a martial wisdom acquired from his many years as a warrior.

The Wolf: The Wolf is one of the more mysterious of the Primordial Guardians. They travel wearing robes, hoods, and masks that completely conceal their identity. For this reason, only a few know the Wolf's name, appearance or gender. Only those the Wolf deems worthy of their respect, as an ally or an opponent, have learned the name or identity of the Wolf. The Wolf lives within the Black Forest in Endaria and bears a ruthless, near barbaric warrior spirit. They are always on the hunt for stronger enemies to fight.

Powerful Figures

However, his talent is having an extremely strong grasp on his Tsar's desires, making him very effective at representing the Tsar abroad.

Garrosh Hellscream: Son of Grommash Hellscream, Grommash is a proud and powerful Orc warrior. He takes pride in his strength and that of his people. He is proud and violent, but he is no fool. His pride is backed up with the capability to fight for what he believes in.

Graham Ashcroft: The youngest son of Henry Ashcroft. Graham is an inquisitive and adventurous person. He often eschews the Ashcroft traditions, preferring to do things his way. A side effect of being the youngest Ashcroft son with the least prospective future.

Henry Ashcroft: The patriarch of the Ashcroft family, Henry is a wise and powerful person. His aloof and reclusive personality has many assume he is immensely arrogant. In truth, he is an introverted sort, and his behind the scenes style management of the family business has allowed the Ashcroft family to trim expenses and maximize profits.

Lor'Themar Theron: The Crown Regent of the Blood Elves, Lor'Themar Theron was saddled with the leadership of his people after the fall of Kael'Thas Sunstrider. Lor'Themar is a capable fighter from his time as a ranger, but he is also wizened by the betrayal of Dar'khan and Kael'Thas and his duty to Quel'Thalas. His balance of warrior spirit and sharp politician makes him an effective leader.

Markosoran Layamalore: Often simply known as Markus, Markosoran is the founder of the youngest Commonwealth, Markesia. He is a young man, with a wisdom of someone much older than him due to his rags to riches background. A relaxed and seemingly docile man, Markosoran is often the last person to support violent solutions, preferring to talk things over drinks and food than fight things out. However, his military record, and his placement as the most powerful fighter in all of Endaria belies that his amicable, pacifist personality is backed up with the ability and will to use force if necessary.

Nominally loyal to Endaria, Orin is ultimately a cunning and smart man, with little inhibiting him from whatever it takes for him to achieve victory. Hated as the traitor of traitor by Noveia, his nation of birth, Orin is a controversial person. However, one thing no one will deny is that he is effective in the things he sets his mind to.

Yukari Siemens: Orphaned at a young age, Yukari was raised by the widower owner of a dockside tavern in the Novograd Region. She's famous for her beauty, making her popular as a recruitment tool by the Endarian Air Service that she is a member of. However, those who know her personally know her to be exceptionally crude, vulgar. A product of her crude background, Yukari's personality resembles that of a weathered old sailor rather than the graceful woman that the recruitment campaigns depict her as. Her true love however, is the skies, and her reputation as the greatest Endarian Ace, the Blazing Countess.
