I suppose I should give an update about my life to justify how long it's been taking to post. On Aug 6 I was fired from my job for an autistic related incident, then about a week later I left with my family to enjoy some free time in Lincoln City. Eventually procrastination caught up with me and I delayed posting. Unfortunately, on September 27th 9:00 AM my dog passed away. Lexi was my best friend, she was my dog for 11 years and the circumstances regarding her death were unfortunate but not unavoidable. From day one we knew that she possessed a weak heart meaning that whereas other dogs lived to be 15 to 20 years old she only lived to be 12. About six months prior her heart finally started to give out on her and we got heart medication, the problem is that said heart medication also happened to be killing her kidneys. We did also get her kidney medication but that did not solve the problem, only delayed the inevitable.
At about 12:00 to 1:00 AM Lexi had a seizure and while said seizure was going on her lungs filled with fluid depriving her of oxygen. We were able to administer emergency medicine but anytime she consumed water she would momentarily keep it down before throwing it all up again anything she consumed she could no longer keep down. Eventually come around 6:00 AM we'd reach a point where Lexi was no longer responding to anyone, but her instincts of a dog wear still intact, I believe that her brain had been deprived of oxygen for too long.
My father might claim that he made the executive decision to euthanize her I was the one who brought the idea up first, it physically hurt to see her throwing up water constantly. And because her kidneys were all but dead, she could no longer go to the restroom meaning that if she couldn't release any liquid there was only one way for it to go. We could have taken extreme measures with her but all that would have bought would be an extra two months and said two months would have been heard constant excruciating pain. Roughly 1/2 hour after she passed peacefully and without pain, we buried her in our backyard, overlooking a hill. The house that she had always lived in was the same one that we are currently living in, so it didn't seem right to bury her or cremate away from home.
For the next couple of days I remained mostly in bed but eventually I was able to push forward and try to pull myself together. On the 30th of September I filed paperwork for an elected position in my city. Not as exciting as one might think it is but it's a step in the direction I want to take. It's unlikely that I'd ever win the election like 1% chance but it is a way to get my name out there. Following that I was procrastinating a lot but on Monday the 11th of October, I actually finished the first and second draft of my first ever book. Exciting. I suppose that's enough of an update for now on with the next chapter.
McKetris; Ch1: Haven't you ever read a book? There is always one or two misspelled words. Ch2: Yes, a senile old man is better than a senile corrupt Nazi. Thank you for stating what Trump clearly is, and that is a senile corrupt Nazi.
TeraelinII: Don't worry about it, but if worry you too much goodbye.
keybladelight: Maybe, maybe not. Just don't keep your hopes up.
Guest 01: Force Mumbo Jumbo is how the Star Wars story plays out. You act like space wizards are supposed to be realistic.
That lone knight: Izuku himself won't be doing genetics experiments, but I can't guarantee that his allies might or might not. And I'm not going to have him do the same thing nearly all Sith have done and go all invading army on the galaxy. He's not going to make the same mistake as before.
Filip50123: Thank you, I hope to meet future expectations.
Guest 02: Thank you.
Theloserissad: I should really get on that eventually, just let me put up a few more updates on my other stories.
GodsReader15: misread your name as GodsReaper and I thought 'how cool', sorry bout that. Anyways, thak you for your support.
keybladelight: Can't spoil anything in that regard.
aSleepyPenguin: Yes, no romance, absolutely no romance to speak of. *Quitely and franticly hides the green tea fics and pics I like to look at*
ivan1305as: Actually, the rest of the story will take place over the first year of UA. I Initially planned on one big story but splitting it up in two or three makes sense. And I don't think a Sith will be keen on giving away so much power.
LegendaryMob: Yes, and you are somewhat right, but that's the point of the Sith or Jedi, both cults take impressionable children and warp their minds and understanding.
JustTheRightTime: Yeah sorry about that.
TheJediOutlaw: Yeah, I write these when it's the middle of the night and I'm running on 6 hours of sleep and caffeine from Pepsi. Mistakes tend to slip in. With passion fruit, comes strength in the kitchen.
glenndoor: Yeah, it's a mix between Legends and Canon. I try to understand it all, but it does get confusing. Personally, I think Midi-clorians react to their host and grow or shrink depending on the state of the body.
Arbiter101: Not exactly the UA Entrance Exams but here you go.
Coruscant, Galactic Republic, day before UA Entrance exams
Darth Sidious was going to do something absolutely insane. In any other circumstance, at any other point of time, with any other Sith, they would not do what he was about to. But his selfish nature couldn't be held back from seeking out what he craved for long. He was going to hunt down the young apprentice of Darth Alcor and try to subtly convert him over time.
Now it's difficult enough to turn a Sith Apprentice on their master, but what he was planning would be an incredibly difficut feat that was more likely to leave either Sidious or the prospect apprentice brain dead. Now normally, a Sith would pull others toward them with promises of power, while subtly influencing their minds via proximity, but Sidious did not know where the younger Sith was. For all the politician knew, the boy could be outside of the galaxy itself. But the risk was worth it, and even if he failed, causing brain damage to a potential rival would only benefit them in the long run.
The Banite hadn't even discussed this plan with his master, simply for the reason that Plagueis kept around Alcor's holocron rather than the obvious answer of destroying it. He didn't know what kind of wool Alcor had but he was very good at pulling it over his master's eyes. And so, Darth Sidious waited for his master to retire to his private lab, while Alcor collapsed his form. But, before the Holocron dimmed, Sidious sampled a piece of Alcor's force signature. Now a normal holocron wouldn't have a signature, but one with a soul fragment would. He planned on using this sample to locate identical force signatures across the force itself until he found his target.
Sidious looked at the living embodiment of the Dark Side, a constantly reforming creature that had no gender, species or even solid shape. However, before the force could even growl at him he slammed down on it with all his power, bringing the entity to heel. "Show me where Darth Alcor's soul fragments are." His voice was cold, and combined with his power reigning down on the eldritch like horror it only obeyed.
What looked like tentacles, seemed to poke out of the living entity's body and point in multiple directions, some stretched far while others looked so small they almost didn't leave the core of the body. It didn't take much for the Sith to realize what the force was doing. Each tentacle, pointed in a specific direction from his position to where the fragments are. The longer the arm, the farther away it was. And from what he could tell, there was 6 arms coming off the dark side and they all pointed in different directions, save for two.
Curiously enough, both of the appendages in question were of indistinguishable length and partially stuck together, only splitting at the tip. And while he wanted to investigate all the possible locations, staring out with the most distant pair would only be the smartest thing to do. Leaving the entity, he began to push forward with his mind.
He could vaguely recall how many Jedi and Sith thousands of years ago could project themselves across the force as if they were in fact present. While he himself lacked such an ability that could have made things far more useful in his double life, he could subconsciously affect people if he knew were to look, especially if they were force sensitive themselves. Before he knew it, he stops walking forward in the force, and looked in awe. An entire planet, millions of force sensitives, just glowing in the force. How could the Sith, force, the Jedi even miss such a planet, did it only recently gain force sensitivity was something else affecting it? The planet itself was bright in the force, possibly a nexus.
But, for some odd reason, nearly all of the force sensitives were very dim on the surface, save for perhaps a few thousand. That would likely mean they are not in the best of minds, if you were to take a Jedi's opinion, but to a Sith, that means millions of potential recruits. Perhaps the two soul fragments of Darth Alcor had something to do with the hiding of the planet and the darkening of its residents? However, despite his shock, he shook his head. If he could find this planet then perhaps, he could have a veritable army at his grasp. However, he had a goal for now, and could return to the possibility of an army later.
Curiously when he looked at the two soul fragments, one seemed to be in constant movement across the surface. Perhaps in some sort of backwater airship or boat? The other one remained fixed in position, relative to the planet. And, after looking closely, for the second time that evening, he was in shock. Near each Holocron was a dark spot, representing a darksider, likely Sith. He knew to expect one but for there to be another was problematic. Did the second holocron take an apprentice as well? If so, this may be far more troublesome then before. However, he wished to continue this train of thought later, and he delved into the more powerful darkside signature. If Darth Ferno could make waves in the force as big as he did, then he had to be the more powerful one.
The previous holders of One for all were shocked to end up in a bleak and dark place as the newest holder's mindscape, but that didn't mean anything to them, he or she could just be going through a depressing state. What was really shocking however was to find a vestige of the man who killed all of them save for the First, Fourth and Eighth. They didn't take long to pile on the monster given human form.
"GET OFF ME!" The white-haired devil yelled. "Not going to happen!" Yelled the Seventh Holder of One For All, Nana Shimura. The others were in agreement, with the only ones, not joining in the dog pile, being the first, Yoichi Shigaraki and the eight or as they affectionately called Ghost Might. Not that Ghost Might didn't want to, for some reason, he had difficulty touching the other holders' bodies, likely because they were quirk vestiges, while he was something else. "I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO YOU LOT ARE!"
That gave the users pause. How could All for One, not know who they were, he was their collective murderer! The Forth Holder, Hikage Shinomori spoke up. "Wait so you don't recognize anyone of us?" AFO grunted under the dog pile. "Well, I obviously know my brother, and those two animal leaders of the resistance," he pointed to the Katsuki Bakugou look alike but with a scar, and the Pineapple headed grim faced moron, "but I have never met the rest of you in my life!"
Yoichi sighed before closing his eyes in thought. "All of you, get off Big Brother, I need to ask him something." The other holders all grumbled but got off the underworld leader, the second and third holders going off to do their thing, while trusting Yoichi and Hikage. "Big Brother, I want to ask you something. What is the last thing you remember?" AFO dusted himself off while getting up. "Nice friends you made Little Brother, and in response to your question, I believe I was walking down the hall to visit you. It had been about four days since I gave you your gift and you refused to cooperate with me. I was glancing at my phone grumbling to myself and then nothing, it just ends."
The holders of OFA looked at each other, They all remembered their own demises clearly, and yet, AFO's own memory cuts out, not at his death but rather far into the past. They all huddled together to discuss the reason for AFO being present in such a place. "Maybe, the stockpile quirk is to blame? I mean we all held it for a time, maybe it took some of our memories with us?" En, the sixth holder told the others. Daigoro Banjo, the fifth holder, shook his head. "I may not be the smartest of us, but I know my own memories. Nothing is blank and nothing seems to be altered, ya dig." The others shook their heads in agreements, they all possessed their memories. Nana decied to go with her gut on this. "Maybe, it is the stockpile quirk. All For One, held the quirk for such a short time, that whatever energy was left behind quickly burned up. But for us, who have all held One for All for at least a few years, we simply died before we could exhaust what was left of One For All." It made sense, but it did bring a question to mind, as all the past holders, save for second and third turned to look at the golden glow at All Might. He seemed to visibly sigh, before he began to sign to the others.
When All Might was younger, he was a much more reclusive individual. Not as outgoing as he was nowadays. So, he learned Sign Language, and when those rare moments when he didn't want to speak showed up, he would revert to signing. In fact, it was Nana who brought him out of his shell, being one of the only pro heroes at the time who knew JSL. She translated for the others. "I know what you are all thinking, and yes, I still get memories from my real-world self. We'll have to wait and see if I still get them after he burns out One for All. I have tried to send him memories, but I think it's only one way. The is also the possibility, that because I am fundamentally different than the rest of you that it won't be reliable."
The others visbly deflated but understood. While it would have been nice to talk with the outside world, seeing it from the Current Number 1 hero's eyes wasn't a bad alternative. "Wait, different how?" Hikage asked. Ghost Might looked at his mentor and nodded. "I was born Quirkless." They all looked surpised, except for the fourth, who looked very thankful at the news he heard.
Their good mood turned sour when Ghost Might started to shiver, as fear appeared on his face. "Toshi?" All Might shakily raise his hands to sign towards the others. "Cold, it's so very c-cold. Why do I feel like I'm going to meet my end?" "Toshi, what are you-" Then it hit Nana. Cold, so very cold, and so very angry. A feeling of dread, rose to the surface, that you only see when you meet one of three entities, God, Satan, or the Grim Reaper. And All For One, the most powerful quirk user yet, he's afraid, naked fear very visible in his eye. "Brother, do not argue with me, we need to hide!" Yoichi wasn't paying attention, he had never felt such cold darkness before, as closest reference his older brother, and he himself never felt it directly. But this… "Yoichi, listen to me we need to-" It was far too late to hide.
A black fog began to seep in as the world darkened around them. They all instinctually ran for cover, as if about to encounter an apex predator. It wasn't long before the black fog began to condense into a humanoid shape. They couldn't tell any defining features, but it looked like the human wore a black cloak and had red rimmed amber eyes. All of them peeked out of their hiding spots to look at the living darkness.
The Second and Third holders, they tried to keep a brave face, but were met with an unknown force. They chose to remain on guard but hidden, listening in on the entity. Hikage, never confronting All For one and who only met AFO in passing, literally he was passing though, and the third holder saved him from being impaled on All For One's attack that he was too slow to dodge the warning of danger sense, looked as if he wanted to run, run as far away and as fast as he could, instinctively trying tp bring forward the power he no longer held. The only reason why he didn't run was because his successor, Daigoro tackled him to the ground.
Daigoro Banjo, hero name, Lariat, had a grim look on his face, sweat dripping down. Only his training as a hero and personal experiences keeping him from freaking out, same with En and Nana. And he did the most logical thing and restrained Hikage, as he had no doubt that Danger Sense was running wild. And while he kept Hikage from yelling in fear, En and Nana remained planted to the ground, their own experiences with being heroes and All for One being the only things keeping them from outright passing out. But All Might, or rather the fragment of All Might, he was having to worst of it all.
It had only been a little under 6 years ago, but he remembered All for One, and that aura that could cause hallucinations of your own death. He pretended that it didn't bother him, but he very nearly gave up that night. But this…if All for One's aura was a shadow, then this was a living black hole. The two were simply not comparable when looked at side by side. To think, such a monster existed, it drove to not just fear but to also regret, seeing as if such a monster existed without anyone even knowing. How could he even call himself the symbol of peace if somebody worse than All for One was out there. The hooded man began to speak in what appeared to be English, and while the various ghost's couldn't understand the language, All Might could.
"So, this is Lord Ferno's Mind, I don't know whether to be impressed or disgusted." The voice was sticky and felt like it could kill somebody with words alone.
Darth Sidious looked around and took stock of the mindscape he found himself in. It was baren and cold, almost worthy of a true Sith, except for the hints of green he could see here and there. It disgusted him, to see a Sith still hold on to a small part of the light no matter how small it was. Lord Ferno would have to be broken of that. But before he could begin pruning this place to be worth a future Banite Sith, he sensed something, an abnormality, or rather two. However, he was on a time crunch and chose to deal with the bigger of the two. He walked forward and manipulating the surrounding area, brought a clearing in front of him before entering. He could sense it, whatever that abnormality was, it was here and literally beneath him.
As he reached out to manipulate the ground, a hand grabbed his wrist. Sidious turned his head upwards and looked into the face of Darth Alcor. "Hi there, you wouldn't happen to be another Sith, would you?" While not visible, a frown could be felt on Sidious' face. "Lord Alcor." Surprise fluttered across the elder Sith's face. "You know who I am?" He blinked. "Right, dumb question, of course you know who I am, you likely have one of my Holocrons, that's how you were able to find me, or rather my apprentice." Sharp, he likely was just as smart or even smarter than the holocron Sidious knew. Alcor smiled before asking something. "Isn't rude to not introduce yourself?"
Perhaps Sidious could humor him, "I am Darth Sidious, Apprentice to Darth Plagueis and latest in the line of Bane." Alcor frowned. "Bane is not a name I'm familiar with, must have been after my time." Then he smiled. "There, now we can discuss like rational adults why you happen to be trying to steal my apprentice from me, or why you are trying to unearth something that should remain buried." The tone was clear to Sidious, whatever was down there, was buried by Alcor and for good reason. The younger of the two tugged on his arm releasing Alcor's grip. "Why do you allow your apprentice to still retain bits of the light, when he is undoubtedly Sith. It an affront to everything."
Alcor dropped his smile. "I don't know what your line is teaching you, but in my personal experience, when a Sith reaches a certain point, their soul metaphorically collapses in on itself forming what appears to be a black hole in the force. Of course, I don't expect someone, who is rapidly approaching that point, to understand, but I'm sure you know of the greatest example of that, Darth Vitiate. I met him, only once, but when I looked Darth Vitiate in the eyes, all I could see was the death and destruction of all life in the galaxy. That's why I allow Lord Ferno to retain a very small part of light, a balancing act if you will. Unfortunately, I do have to keep a very close eye on him, but I consider it a worthy sacrifice." "So, you are afraid, are you?" Sidious tried to push his very darkness to the surface, to get a point across. "Oh, that's cute, but here's the thing Sidious, Vitiate was far more terrifying then you and he wasn't even trying. Simply put all you are to me is a child, throwing a tantrum. You are not in control, and you do not get your way.
And while I do applaud your effort and ability to try and manipulate my apprentice's mind from a distance, but I have proximity, experience, and a training bond that make me the dominant force here. Leave, or I send you back with brain damage." Alcor's voice was forceful and pushing against the shadow that was Sidious. The Naboo politician knew he was outclassed but figured he should still gather more information. "Your other holocron, are you aware that it also has an apprentice?" Alcor smirked. "Does it now? Well, I suppose that's bound to happen." Alcor could sense Sidious' surprise at that statement. "What? You think because we're on the same planet, that we keep in touch? My real-world self made the Holocrons to purposely be incapable of speaking to each other, regardless of proximity, and I'm almost certain my other self has already told you. All we know if another holocron is destroyed and that is it." After that, and before Sidious could say anything more, Alcor grabbed him and dispersed Sidious, sending the younger Sith back to Coruscant.
Alcor dropped his arm and breathed out. He took a moment, before turning to the hiding spots of the vestiges. "I know you're there. If you One for All vestiges decide to interfere with Lord Ferno's progress, I will make your existences a living nightmare, and trust me, nobody wants that." He spoke in Japanese before vanishing himself.
The nine ghosts of One for All collapse to the ground sucking in a breath that they didn't need but were instinctively holding. Being in the presence of one black hole was bad enough but a second one, made it feel like death would be better than that experience again. They all sat up, save for the second and third who began to ignore the others, although thery were still shaken, as the others thought of how to deal with this. The yellow figure of All Might looked the most horrified however, not that the others noticed. The others, save for Nana who was more worried for her successor, were trying to get over their fear.
"What, the, ever-loving hell, was that?" The loud voice of Daigoro rang out, pulling the others out of their thoughts. Hikage responded. "Obviously that was a force of nature far worse then, All for One, even in his prime, could ever be. But to think such evil could exist…" The implications were terrifying. "If what they said was true then there might be more than just two of them." En, being a voice of reason spoke up. "Just one of them, they could likely take on the top ten heroes and come close to winning." Nana frowned, feeling frustrated, and unaware that Sidious and Alcor were mere fractions of their true power. Not only would they win at full power, but they would likely beat the top 50 heroes, save for prime condition All Might, in an all-out fight. And while they began to bicker about how best to approach the situation, All For one got up and walked away, his honed instincts giving him some direction. Or rather the quirk Honed Instincts did so.
It wasn't a powerful quirk by any means, but it was very useful in pointing him a specific direction. In fact, the quirk probably was the reason he got as many business deals as he had. Not that he was aware he was in the future. Yoichi, the sickly brother, did in fact notice All For One's disappearance, but chose not to comment on it. He was more focused on his successors. And while they were arguing, All Might looked pale, well as pale as a yellow ghost could be. "Seventh, I think Eighth has something to tell us." They all became quiet as Nana began to translate for All Might. "About a few years ago, Police became informed as various labs in the Mustafa district were hit and various elements ranging from hydrogen to uranium were stolen. Some police gathered in front of one of the labs yet to be hit, a total of ten with two pro heroes present. The induvial responsible for the robberies in question approached draped in a black cloak, and the moment the heroes tried to take him down, he seemingly lifted them and the ten police in the air, as if a noose was tied around their necks, before snapping said necks. He then proceeded to demonstrate black lightning on a security camera."
"So, one of All for Ones cronies, is that who one of those two were?" Daigoro asked arms crossed. All Might Shook his head before continuing to sign. "That was also our thought, but events after…pointed elsewhere. After the death of those ten police and two heroes, The Number Two, Endeavor arrived in Mustafa to put down the villain in question." The bald hero shook his head. "Let me guess, the Number Two had his ass handed to him." Ghost Might nodded, continuing off, "It was barely a fight, while slightly flashy, Darth Alcor, as we soon learned his name from Endeavor, was nothing if not ruthless and efficient. Barely took any damage, and I think the fight lasted all of five minutes. In the end, Darth Alcor cited his lack of time to not being able to kill his opponent. He then went off, muttering something incomprehensible before literally disappearing as if he was a ghost."
Hikage frowned. "That makes three distinct quirks. That should be impossible, I'm living proof of that. All Might tensed up before nodding to Nana. "Actually, while the report said the man possessed many quirks, something in my gut told me that was incorrect, so I've been calling them powers. But there was one more power that we observed that night." All Might looked like he didn't want to say, but the others urged him to go on. "He could, body jack people." It took a moment, but the horror set on all the other users faces, save for Second and Third who by that point had left the conversation. Their greatest fear in the real world, wasn't All for One himself, but him somehow finding a way to cheat death. To hear that a monster worse has such an ability is not only terrifying but bone chilling. It took Nana a minute to get control of her shaking.
All Might picked up where he left off. "When he, body jacks, he destroys the soul and mind of his host, likely so they can't fight back. His words to Endeavor were quite literally, 'You were just fighting his corpse.' According to Endeavor, that was when he realizes he wasn't fighting a villain, he was fighting a demon. However, what comes after this event is far more troubling and if I'm right, I might have made a terrible mistake." First was confused but could hear the tone in All Might's voice. "How could you have made a mistake? You're not responsible for those two monsters."
All Might lowered his head in shame. "Maybe not those two, but I think I am for Darth Ferno." Hikage's face scrunched up in thought. "That name, didn't Darth Alcor warn us about impeding him? How could we do that directly? The best we could do is have the ninth interfere. Besides, I don't know how this relate to it being your fault." Ghost Might. "None of you know English do you, at least not in depth." They all shook their heads. Nana spoke up. "I remember taking it in High school, but I didn't really need it, so I gradually forgot it. I understood maybe every sixth word of those two's conversation."
"I, understood all of it. When they spoke of Darth Ferno, they were refencing the mind we are currently in. Don't you all realize? One for All is in the hands of a monster worse the All for one." It took a moment, but despair set on all their faces. One for All, in the hands of evil? "No-o-o-o, th-ere m-must be s-some sorta m-m-mistake." Daigoro stuttered out. He didn't want to believe it. Nana shook but continued to translate. "Some months ago, I encountered a boy, who happened to be avoiding a villain. He was somewhat small, with green hair and eyes. He asked an odd question of me, that had he chose another path, could somebody Quirkless be a hero." Their stomachs all felt like blackholes, they did not like where this was going.
"Had I been six years younger, perhaps I would have said yes, but my own experience with All for One made me rethink my infantile train of thought, and I shot him down. I left, and later that day, I witnessed the same young boy run into danger to save, what I thought at the time to be, his friend. I caught up with him, once we were both free from the media, and offered to train him in One for All. I got his name, Izuku Midoriya, and it was two months ago that I passed it on to him." They didn't want it to be true, but the painful look on All Might was all the confirmation they needed. One for All, not in the hands of a hero, vigilante, or even a villain, but a demon. A monster unmatched. It made them all very afraid.
"Heh, All Might, was it? Well, there's a saying in my time and I think it's quite appropriate. You done fucked up." All for One's voice cut though. The heroes in despair all looked at the now seemingly insignificant All for One, who had just removed his hand from a large tree. "I would recommend touching this tree, if you want your answers."
Coruscant
Sidious woke up on the floor. The first thing he saw was Alcor's face. "So, how's my other holocron doing?" The Naboo politician could only growl. Alcor's face suddenly became more tight and blank. "You brought this on yourself you know. A Sith does not like it when another tries to poach from them." Sidious sat up, before getting to his feet. "You are going to tell me how to get to that planet."
"First, what makes you so sure I'm going to give you directions? Second, what make you think that I even remember how to get there? And third, how arrogant are you that you believe yourself entitled to everything without putting in any kind of actual work?" Sidious' rage bubbled as lightning sparked from his hand. "Oh, you think that's threating? What are you going to do, destroy my Holocron? All that will accomplish is to set off a trap alongside a very large burst of darkside energy. The Jedi will be on top of you faster than you can scrub and evacuate the building, darkside veil be damned." Sidious flinched when the dark roared in his ear that Alcor spoke the truth. The line of Bane will either end or be set about another few centuries should he let his anger control him. He let the lightning fade but the fury was still very visible on his face.
"I sensed my apprentice's fury from my lab. What is so troubling that would rob me of my studies into midi-clorians?" Alcor smirked. 'Time to tell the manager.' "Oh, you're going to get a kick out of this." Alcor began to describe what Sidious had done. The Sith in question, his mind began to race. Really he should have realized sooner.
'One fragment did not know about Bane, but the other did. That would mean the Holocrons were created at very sperate distinct times. And judging by the physical appearance of the two Alcors that only supports my theory. Not only that, but they had different physical tells, ones that people only develop over the course of years, sometimes decades. And had Alcor lived during Bane's time he should have died during the Jedi's purge of the remaining sith, but he also claimed to have met Vitiate. That would mean that Alcor is…Immortal." It made sense. Alcor was simply hiding for thousands of years, planting his Holocrons and letting the Sith self-destruct, until only he was left, letting him remake the Sith in his image. He couldn't take on thousands of Sith, but their greatest weakness was his greatest strength.
It's likely that the only reason he has just recently begun to act was he sensed the destruction of the Jedi, and likely reinvigorated his Holocrons from a distance. Not the fragments, but the real thing. Darth Alcor was still alive at there in the galaxy. In his thoughts he never sensed Plagueis about to strike him down for going against the master, and as he fell to the ground, Sidious thought to himself that he was going to hunt down Darth Alcor, and either get him to teach Sidious, or be struck down by the young Banite.
Alcor smiled in his base, his new pet project almost complete. At least the prototype almost was. Honestly, had Darth Tenebrous still been alive, he would have been proud of the creation, but alas. It was only then that he sensed it. Someone's desire to kill, not his Holocrons, but him specifically. 'Oh? Has somebody finally caught up? Well, it's already far too late stop me.' After all, what sentient could hope to bring down somebody with nearly four millennia of experience with the force?
Sidious is a special arrogant piece of work, especially if he thinks he can take down Alcor. Honestly, even if Plagueis were to assist Sidious, it would still be a near impossible task. Alcor has more experience than even Emperor Vitiate had with his measly fifteen-hundred-years. And that's not every covering shifts in knowledge, as, spoiler alert, Alcor has experience no other Sith prior could claim. And if any one of you was shocked to learn Alcor was still alive, I'm just disappointed. I left some many hints that they were practically slapping people in the face.
I think that in about two or three chapters, I'm going to have the fight between Sidious and Alcor take place. And I can't give much spoilers other then, Sidious gets his ass handed to him, and he survives, because what would Star Wars be without our favorite child manipulator.
