"Ay! (Hey! You talked before me. Rude)" Big Man said.
"Hehe. It's more fun this way." Cerrena responded. "Now, fight me. Actually, on second thought, don't. Do you know where an old wrinkly man and an Inkling my age are? They went missing and stuff, then they contacted us using a radio thing, then this random guy came in and was like hello hello and then the radio cut off."
"Ay… (Sorry, no, I don't…)" Big Man sighed. "Ay? Ay. (Is that all you wanted to ask? Because if you want to go forward, forget it. You'll have to fight me."
"Dang it. Because the last signal is right behind you. So like, let me past please and I don't have to fight you."
"Ay, ay. (No, I can't do that. Shiver and Frye would be disappointed in me.)"
"GReat. Then make it fast, because I'm kinda in a hurry to find them."
"Ay? (Who?)"
"My friend and the old guy I mentioned earlier. Wait, did I mention them?"
"Ay. (I think you did.)"
"Okay. Anyway, let's make this fast."
"Ay…(I really don't want to fight you, but, here we go…)"
"Wait, then don't fight me!" Big Man did something suspicious, and he started to turn green. "Big Man, what are you doing?" he jumped up, and went into his ink. There was this giant, blue see through stingray there, which was clearly Big Man. "Big Man can use ink? hMMMMM." Big Man disappeared, and the ink started spreading.
She started inking the spreading ink, assuming that was what she was supposed to do. Her ink revealed Big Man, so she shot him. Then he split in two! "Big Man! Why are there two of you?" He responded with a splat bomb. "Rude." She continued inking where Big Man's clone was, and it split in two again. And again. AND AGAIN! Now there was like a million Big Man clones!
She finally found the one that was actually him, and he popped out of his ink. "Big Man, what the heck. You don't want to fight me, so why are you fighting me?" He didn't respond, so she splatted him because of the silent treatment.
Big Man sighed. "Ay. (I know I said that, but I can't let you get the treasure.)"
"I don't want the treas- Big Man, stop! There were too many of you last time!" Big Man went back down into his ink.
"You know, Agent 3, if you upgraded your armor, you would be able to see which one is really him." Agent 2 said.
"Too bad. Now shush, I need to fight." Cerrena responded.
"You talked the whole time you fought Shiver." Agent 2 reminded her.
"Right, but that's cuz…nevermind." she kept inking Big Man. He kept throwing out bombs, which was annoying, but whatever. This time, she inked the right Big Man instead of all the annoying clones, and splatted him again.
"See, Agent 2? I don't need armor upgrades to be able to tell which Big Man's the real one!" she boasted.
"Ay. (You still have to fight me one more time, you know.)" Big Man said.
"What! Rude!" She was annoyed, this was the silliest boss fight ever. Big Man went back into his ink, and she continued on with inking. She was kinda bored, so she started talking to Agent 1.
Cerrena: Hey. Agent 1. What are your thoughts on the Squid Sisters?
Agent 1: I think they're so cool! I could jam to any of their songs for days.
Cerrena: I know, right? Which song is your favorite?
Agent 1: ohhh, I don't know…Probably Calamari Inkantation. I know, basic.
Cerrena: It is a good one, though. My favorite one would be Ink Me Up or City of Color.
Agent 1: Ah, those ones are great too. I will say, if Calamari Inkantation isn't burned into any Inkling or Octoling soul at this point, they've been hiding under a rock for the past, like, seven years.
Cerrena: Haha, true. Do you like Spicy Calamari Inkantation or the normal Calamari Inkantation better?
Agent 1: I think the spicy version, although it's hard to choose.
Cerrena: Cool. Why is that one your favorite, though?
Agent 1: uhh, maybe because it brings back memories of the past. I don't even know why that one specifically, but it does.
Cerrena: Huh. Interesting. I honestly like the normal one better, but I like both versions. I don't really have a particular reason why I like that one better, I just do.
Agent 1: Cool. I actually grew up in Calamari Country, so I saw their performance when they were small. You know, the one that kick-started their singing career?
Cerrena: Woah, awesome! That's so cool! Which one's your favorite Squid Sister, Callie or Marie?
Agent 1: Callie, although Marie is almost equally as good.
Cerrena: Ah, yes. That's how I feel too. But the Splatfest results say that Marie is better.
Agent 1: yeah, can't believe she won!
Big Man got splatted again, after many bombs and annoyingness.
"So, Big Man, can I go forward now?" she asked.
"Ay. ay… (Yes, you can. But..)" Big Man pulled out a little ball thing, and threw it at the ground. It landed in the ink, and didn't do anything. "Ay? (Why didn't it work?)" Then the ball thing exploded, and Big Man went flying.
She got the treasure that was waiting for her, and went back to the camp.
The captain was signing, and making an interesting face. "The captain says you did great, Agent 3. She's also saying some…colorful things about Deep Cut. Don't ask me what they are." Agent 2 said.
"Agent 1, what's the captain saying?" she asked.
"She's saying-" Agent 1 started.
"Don't say it, Agent 1." Agent 2 interrupted.
The captain started motioning to the radio. "She says it's starting up! They're trying to contact us!" Agent 1 called.
"Do you read me?" Cuttlefish asked.
"We do! Loud and clear!" Agent 1 said.
"Are you guys okay? What happened?" Cerrena asked.
"We're being held captive by someone calling himself Mr. Grizz." Macro started.
"No dip, Sherlock. We knew that already." Cerrena responded.
"I'm rolling my eyes at you. Anyway, Cuttlefish says we're up high. I don't know how he knows that, but whatever." Macro continued.
"My knee is aching. A lot." Cuttlefish cut in.
"There's only one place that could be-the rocket." Agent 2 said. "How we get up there is the question."
"Your knee may have betrayed your location, but don't expect any worker's compensation for it." Mr Grizz jumped in.
"I don't work for you, and don't expect me to anytime soon!" Macro told him.
"Yeah, you tell him!" Cerrena said.
"I should get rid of you before you start to actually inconvenience me." Mr Grizz said.
"Wait, what? AAH!" Macro screamed.
"What is that? Get away from me, you filthy animal!" Cuttlefish yelled, "Gahhhh!" The radio cut off.
"Macro!" Cerrena yelled, while agents 1 and 2 yelled "Gramps!"
"That was not good! We have to get them!" Agent 1 yelled.
"Agent 3. Go check out the things you got after beating Deep Cut. They might actually come in handy." Agent 2 ordered.
Cerrena ran up to the things, and, well, checked them out.
