After they ate Dinner Dobby popped in with answers from everyone. They had all agreed and were packed and ready to go. Dobby also had several dozen free elves. Harry bonded them all with the understanding that they follow the same rules as his other elves and he may give them to others later since he wouldn't have enough work for them after the war.
He told them to talk to Winky after they learned the rules and got their uniforms so she could fill them in on the spying job. He wanted Winky to just serve Hermione. When that was done he Had Winky get Hermione and Dobby get Tizzy, Pip, Dee and Tot go get their guests and bring them to the Blue parlor.
As guests started to arrive he had them sit down. Hermione came and sat with him. Once they all arrived he gave them a short summary of what had happened and that his and Hermione's names had changed a bit and why/how. Then he gave everyone the option to have a bedroom or move into one of the trunks they had explained.
They all chose bedrooms so Harry had Tizzy assign them rooms in the family wing (the one with 10 bedrooms.). Andromeda was asked to stay behind. The Weasley twins asked if they could set up their radio stuff somewhere, Hermione offered to have one of the worker houses fixed up out back for it the next day. The twins and Lee said that once the house was fixed up, they'd live there for now.
Harry took Andromeda to his study. He sat down and pulled out a notebook and pens. "Andromeda, I need your husband's name and your daughter and grandsons names. I want to add them to the wards so I can offer Dora and Remus safety as well as track down your husband and bring him here." Harry said Andromeda started to tear up.
"My husband's name is Theodore Tonks, my daughter's name is Nymphadora Lupin, My grandson is Theodore Lupin." Andromeda responded. Harry nodded and wrote down each name in his notebook. "What is your job?" Harry asked her. She was smart and already knew why he was asking. "I'm a healer with a mastery in mind healing. I've sent an owl to St. Mungo's to inform them that I am taking a sabbatical due to personal reasons." Andromeda responded.
This was better than Harry had hoped for. "There is a ballroom here that I have turned into an infirmary. Hermione is good at potions but you're welcome to brew any potions you want or need, Tizzy will assign you an elf to help you with anything you need, including getting ingredients.
Whatever we don't have growing can be bought. The others will already have their elves assigned. You can ask Tizzy for three elves with first aid or medical experience assigned to the infirmary as well. Tot is the gardener you can ask him about what we have growing, tomorrow. Get some rest. I have a feeling that you will need it for tomorrow." Harry said. Harry called Tizzy and asked her to take Andromeda to her room, then send a few elf volunteers.
They left and Harry added the names to the ward book. When six elves popped in he asked them to track down Dean Thomas, Seamus Finnegan, and Theodore Tonks. He wanted them to work in groups of two and stay as safe as possible.
twenty minutes later all six popped in but Seamus Finnegan wasn't with them. Dean and Theodore looked up at Harry in surprise, not recognizing him. He held up his hand for quiet and asked the elves where Seamus was. "He is in Hoggywarts and is not wanting to leave. We be leaving him there. Did we do wrong?" One had said a little scared, making Harry scowl a little.
"No you didn't do anything wrong. I am not trying to force anyone to come here. You also have no need to fear me. I am not going to get angry with any of you. Get a room ready for Dean and have Tizzy assign an elf for both Dean and Theodore. In about thirty minutes I want you to bring Andromeda here to see her husband." Harry said. They all bowed and left. Harry called Winky and asked for her to send Hermione. Hermione arrived a few minutes later.
Harry went into introductions then the same summary/speech he gave the others, told them who all arrived already and said that Dean could have a room or go to the barracks trunk, but Andromeda had already chosen a room. "I'll take a room. So what's the plan to fight you-know-who?" Dean asked.
"First we need to save as many as we can as quickly as we can, then we need to make sure that everyone is healthy and those that want to fight are going to need to train. Once we have trained enough and saved all the people I'm trying to save, then we'll get the fighters together and form battle plans.
We can't risk kids or civilians being used to keep the fighters from fighting." Harry said. Both men nodded. "Now, Theodore, what was your job before the war?" Harry asked. "Call me Ted. I was a lawyer, I mostly deal with estates and contracts and such. Not useful in a war, but I'll pitch in wherever you need me." Ted said.
Harry smiled and looked at Hermione she knew what he was thinking and nodded. "Ted, how would you like to be the lawyer for the Potter and Black families? We are new to all this and need a good man to help us figure it all out and advise us. I'm sure I could get our account manager to make a home visit so you won't be caught in Diagon Alley." Harry asked. Ted smiled.
"That would be great, I'll need to write up a contract and before signing it we can discuss fees and retainers." Ted said. Harry and Hermione nodded. Andromeda knocked on the door and Hermione answered it. Andromeda was about to speak when she saw her husband. She hugged him like it had been years. When she let go of him she pulled her wand and started to scan him.
When she was done she grimaced. "You need a good meal and sleep." Andromeda told him. She looked at Harry and Hermione and hugged them both while thanking them. When she turned around she saw Dean and immediately scanned him too.
"You need a good meal and some sleep as well. It's a good thing neither of you is hurt." She said. Ted introduced Dean and Andromeda to each other. Harry had Tizzy show Dean to his room and asked if Pip had anything for the newcomers to eat before bed. Tizzy said she'd make sure they got food before leading them out. "I think we need to go to bed too Hermione. It's been a long day." Harry said. She nodded and they went to bed.

The next morning Harry introduced Ted to the others. Everyone already knew Dean. He told them that he was going to be inviting more people each day and to expect major a lot of people by the end of it. He told them that their elves could give them the tour. After breakfast Harry called Tizzy.
"Have some elves set up one of the worker houses for the twins and Lee to set up their radio broadcast stuff and another on as a potions lab for them to design products that can help us win the war. Get whatever you need for both from Diagon Alley, they can write up lists of what they need. I'll be in my office." Harry said. As he walked out Hermione followed.
Andromeda insisted on giving everyone a medical check up and had them all follow her to the infirmary. She looked around and told everyone to form a line. She went to the desk and was happy to find pens, lined paper, and file folders. She called everyone up to the desk one at a time and did a thorough scan on each, getting a file started on each. An hour later she was done and happy to have it out of the way. She got set up for more patients then had her assigned elf take her to the potions lab.

Harry wrote out more invitation letters like the day before, only the deadline was for 11am. It was currently 8am. He sent them to Xenophilius Lovegood, Remus and Dora Lupin, and Augusta Longbottom. He added Xenophilius and Luna Lovegood to the wards.
Harry had Dobby deliver the letters. Harry called Tizzy. "I need you to get some elf volunteers to sneak into St. Mungo's and get Alice and Frank Longbottom and take them to the infirmary. I don't know if Andromeda has asked you yet but I want three elves with medical or first aid knowledge assigned to help her in the infirmary, I want two others assigned to the Longbottoms. Then I want you to get volunteers to sneak into the potions storage of St. Mungo's and get all the potions they have and put them in the potions cabinets in the infirmary.
Tizzy came in and told him the Longbottoms had arrived, the elves were assigned, the potions were put away and Andromeda had been informed of the news concerning her domain. Harry thanked Tizzy for her work. Harry received responses to his letters within an hour of sending them. He sent ten elves to do the pick ups and walked to the blue parlor to wait for their arrival. When they arrived he asked them to sit. When they were seated he went through introductions and his now standard speech.
He told Augusta that he would get her a room and an elf, he told Xenophilius and the Lupins that he had a house for each of them and there would be an elf in each house to help them. He called Tizzy and had her bring their assigned elves so they could be shown their new accommodations. He told them lunch would be in the dining room at twelve and to please be present in order to meet the others.
Harry asked Augusta to accompany him to his office. Once there he told her that he had taken her son and daughter in law out of St. Mungo's and brought to the infirmary he had set up. He explained that Andromeda Tonks was here and she, with the help of two elves assigned to care for them, was going to be handling their treatment so that the death eaters couldn't hurt or kill them in retaliation.
Augusta thanked him and asked if she could see them. "I know that you're eager to see them, but if you could wait while Andromeda runs medical scans on them then I can have her send an elf to let you know that you can visit.
Unlike St. Mungo's the only time you can't visit them is when they are being attended to by Andromeda." Harry explained. She could see the sense in that and agreed. The elf that had been assigned to her asked Augusta to follow her to her new room. Augusta left and Harry sat to write a few more letters. Harry had Dobby tell Andromeda to send for Augusta when she had finished her scans.

Harry asked Tizzy to get the elf assigned to spy at Hogwarts to come see him. An elf popped in. "I's being Tigs." He told Harry. "Hi Tigs, what's the situation with the students at Hogwarts?" Harry asked. Tigs explained about the students hiding in the come and go room and handed a paper to Harry with a list of student names and ages. There were over thorty students. Harry thanked him and asked that he prepare an elf team of ten volunteers to bring in the students, but not to leave until Harry said so. Tigs left and Harry wrote the names in the ward books. Harry wrote a letter to Neville and Seamus.
Neville and Seamus,
I know that you have a bunch of students holed up and safe in the ROR. I am going to be sending ten elves to collect the students, I need you to organize them into groups of ten, the most injured and youngest should go first with the uninjured and oldest going last.
Anyone over sixteen and uninjured will not be forced to leave. I do ask you to consider it though. I will be organizing training for all who want it and have a healer here. Dean, the Weasley twins and Lee Jordan are here as well.
We have a plan to save as many as possible while training to fight a war. We then need to have those willing to fight sit with us and plan as well. If you aren't trained here, then you won't be informed of the final battle, or take part in any of the battles we fight.
I'll be writing to McGonagall and Flitwick so that they can contact me if they need to help any students escape. Please have the first group ready in thorty minutes. Just to prove it's me, Neville was petrified by Hermione near the end of first year so she Ron and I could sneak out. He was trying to stop us from getting caught.

Harry called Tigs and asked him to deliver the message and come right back and then take the group for the first round thirty minutes later and all the groups would be taken straight into the infirmary for Andromeda to scan. Tigs left. He called Dobby and told him to go buy thirty trunks that had one simple room big enough for ten people and have them connected together with a privated floor and all the top of the line security protocols. Dobby came back twenty minutes later with all three trunks.
Harry started on his letters to McGonagall and Flitwick. They were basically the same.
Professor,
I will be sending an elf to bring you to me and then take you back to the school, I have a way to help save students and don't want to risk writing it. please be ready in five minutes.
Harry Potter
Harry set both letter on his desk and went to the infirmary. He arrived two minutes before the first group. "Andromeda, be ready, any minute now we'll be getting over thirty students in groups of ten. Some will probably be injured. She called the 3 elves assigned to the infirmary and told them to levitate anyone injured to a bed. There were 100 beds so their was plenty of space. The first group arrived and all of them were injured in one way or another, as soon as they were all in beds Andromeda started scanning them and healing them.
The next group arrived and was put in beds. The third and the fourth group were also put into beds. Since no one was critical, Andromeda worked through them steadily and created files for each of them. Harry had the elves that brought the students track down the property of each student and set it in the barracks trunks, girls in one and boys in the other. He did tell them to put Seamus and Neville's things in bedrooms of the family wing and make sure they were ready and had an elf assigned to each. They left and did as they were told.
After the last person was healed Harry gave them the standard speech and told them that aside from Neville and Seamus they would be in the barracks trunks and their stuff should already be there. Two elves popped in to lead them to the trunks. He asked Seamus and Neville to follow him to his office, Hermione of course followed them.
When they arrived he informed them that they each had a room and an assigned elf. He sighed. "Where are Luna and Ginny?" Harry asked. "Ginny was given permission to stay home due to Ron having spattergoit. They said she might be a carrier for it since she's been around Ron. We know that he doesn't have spattergoit though because the twins told us the truth.
Luna was removed from school two days ago. They said that her dad will stop printing Potter propaganda when he hears that she's a prisoner. Lucius Malfoy is supposedly the one who took her." Neville said. "Fuck! Tizzy! I need all the information that my spies have been collecting brought to me. I know it isn't complete yet but I need to see it really quickly." Harry said.
Tizzy popped out and back within minutes and handed Harry a large stack of files. Harry thanked her and started speed reading through each one. He sighed and realized he needed to write another letter. "Ok, Seamus, you should go to your room, the elf you've been assigned is standing behind you. They'll lead you there. Unpack and rest. I'll have the elves get her back, hopefully by tomorrow, hopefully with some new allies.
We need to be smart about this. I'll have Tizzy keep two rosters of everyone that's here. One for those fifteen and younger and one for those that are sixteen and older. We've made a lot of progress in the last week. I will be showing everyone memories once we have everyone here. We have a gym, any muggleborn or raised here can show you how to use it. Neville, I have family business to discuss with you." Harry said. They nodded and Seamus left with his elf.
"Neville your Gran and your parents are here. Andromeda has your parents at the back of the infirmary, behind some screens. She is running a lot of tests and scans on them to see if she can help them. She's also got a mastery in mind healing. She can't tell me anything without you or your Gran's written permission.
She will have access to anything she needs however. I have given your Gran a room if her own. I just wanted you to know they are all safe." Harry said. Neville had tears running down his face. "Thank you for that. I really appreciate it." Neville said before hugging Harry and leaving.
Neville sent the letters with Dobby and told him to bring them both to the office within 5 minutes. he had the 3 trunks stacked at the back of his office ready to be handed over. He started a letter to Narcissa Malfoy. He had read that she and Draco Malfoy had been sneaking food and healing potions to the prisoners in their basement.

I have recently found out that I am the head of the Black family. I am offering an annulment of your marriage, as well as sanctuary for you and your son. I do require an oath from each of you on your magic and life to not act against me or mine and to stay out of the war.
I will have one prepared for you to read off. I will require nothing else from you. If you agree, write your answer and put it under your pillow. Same for your son. If he agrees, he needs to write his agreement and put it under his pillow. You have 1 hour to respond and pack. This is the only offer you will get.

Harry finished putting the charms on the letter when both professors arrived within seconds of each other. He sealed the envelope with his Black family ring. "Hello professors. I know I look different so please sit down and I will explain." Harry said. Both looked at him, but sat down. Suddenly recognition flashed on Flitwicks face. "Harry Potter! My you've changed! Who is your friend?" Flitwick said.
McGonagall looked shocked Harry smirked and nodded. He gave them the standard speech for newcomers, then explained that he needed them at Hogwarts to help keep the kids safe and to evacuate any that needed it. He told them who all had already been evacuated and that he had Andromeda Tonks as a healer.
"So, I will be giving each of you one of the trunks behind you. I have the packets that explain how to set the security. I want you to get any that need evacuated into the trunks and call Dobby to give me a list of names for my ward books. Once they are entered, Dobby will let you know that you can send them through to mine.
I'll be waiting for them here in the office, with the trunk open. I have space for over 400 people and can easily get more barracks or apartment trunks as needed." Harry said. They both nodded and grabbed a packet and a trunk each. After all 3 trunks security were set up Dobby took them both back with their trunks.
Dobby delivered the letter to Narcissa Malfoy and was back 10 minutes later with 2 letters. Both she and Draco were willing to swear a vow. He had Dobby set 2 chairs in a cell and one outside of the same cell. He would need to be careful. He wrote the oath at his desk.
I swear to keep the secrets of the head of the Black family and to never work against him or his family and friends. I will stay out of the war and not contact anyone without the head of the Black families permission. I swear on my life and magic to keep this oath until Tom Riddle and his death eaters are defeated.
He sighed and called Dobby. Harry told him to take their things, including all weapons to a worker house and ward it so they could not leave it, then drop them in the cell. Dobby popped out. Hermione and Harry arrived a few short minutes after Draco and Narcissa. "I apologize for the necessity of this. There are many people counting on me to keep them safe. Until you swear your vow and we've had a chat you'll have to bear it. I have a house set aside for you.
You'll have to stay inside it at first, but you'll be able to leave and visit the rest of the area here soon enough. I have memory evidence of everything I tell you. Here is the oath." Harry said and handed the paper to them. They both read it and gave the oath. Harry sighed and nodded.
"I am Harry Potter. Hermione Granger and I did the twin adoption ritual and we now have James and Lily Potter and Sirius Black are our parents. Hermione and I changed our names a bit. My full name is Harry James Potter-Black and my sister is now Hermione Persephone Potter-Black.
We know how You-know-who managed to survive and we know his true origins. He was born Tom Riddle. His mother was a squib and his father a muggle. We know how to kill him. So Narcissa, do you want a divorce?" Harry asked.
"I never wanted to marry him in the first place! He's cruel and abusive and evil! I would like nothing more than to return to being a Black!" Narcissa replied. Harry nodded.
"I Harry Potter-Black as the head of house Black hereby end The marriage of Narcissa and Lucius Malfoy for the reason of him being a criminal. I bring Narcissa back into the Black family and in doing so see her dowry returned in it's entirety. So mote it be." Harry said.
"So mote it be!" Narcissa responded before being covered in light. The light faded and she smiled. "Thank you!" Narcissa said. Even Draco was smiling. "I'll have a house elf take you to your new accommodations. You will be given food and snacks. If you have any hobbies you like to do, let Tizzy know. She can make sure you get the things you need for it.
My elves are to be treated with respect at all times. I have muggleborn and half-bloods here. I expect you to treat everyone with respect. I'll let you out of the confinement of the house in a week or two, depending on how you behave." Harry said. Both nodded in agreement and Harry had Tizzy drop them off in their house.
Everyone was at the dining table for lunch and Harry had them all introduce themselves. After lunch Harry asked to speak to Remus and Dora. They and Hermione followed him to his office. When they were all sat down Dobby popped in.
"Dobby is sorry, but Dobby bes finding thirty more free elveses wanting family. Dobby already bes telling thems the rules and that they may bes given to other families after the war. They is agreeing. Should Dobby bes bringing them in?" Dobby asked quickly. "Yeah. Bring them in. You did good Dobby. Thank you." Harry said. Dobby smiled and nodded then snapped his fingers. Harry's office was suddenly very full. He quickly bonded them all and had them go get their orders from Tizzy.
"Sorry. We have beds for over 400 people but not enough elves to watch that many, so I'm trying to get all the elves we can beforehand. Now, I would like the two of you to teach everyone defense at their level.
I would also like everyone that sixteen and up and willing to fight taught how to really fight, like kiddy gloves off and battle magic type of fighting. I'm done playing by Dumbledore's rules of stun only while our side dies in droves. I have a gym and a training room. Also, Hermione can easily brew the wolfsbane potion." Harry said.
"I've already started two batches" Hermione said. "That's a difficult potion to brew. If brewed wrong it's poisonous." Remus said. Hermione and Harry smirked. "Hermione made Polyjuice Potion correctly on her first try in November of second year, Ron and I used it to turn into Crabbe and Goyle to sneak into the common room of Slytherin." Harry told them.
Remus and Dora's jaws dropped. When they got over their shock the both took a few deep breaths. "Nevermind, I will be happy to take it." Remus said. Harry and Hermione were still smirking. "So will you teach everyone? I'll be paying you both as tutors as well as covering the cost of supplies for the wolfsbane." Harry said. They both agreed. Can you go tell Andromeda to expect two patients. One is badly wounded." Harry asked. They nodded and left.
