The next day Goldknife arrived and Harry got the Tonks and Lupins in the extra office to talk to them. He sat with them as they found out that they were all apart of the Black family now. There was a trust vault opened for Teddy, Andromeda and Dora got their new vault keys as well. They were happy and hugged Harry while thanking them.

"You're family, simple as that. I don't agree with you not legally being part of the family simply because of some bigotry bullshit." Harry replied. Hermione smiled.

Harry had Dobby get him a pensieve and took it to Xeno's house with Luna trailing behind carrying a box full of labelled memory vials. Harry explained that the pensieve was a gift and he'd be giving copies of his memories to be used to write a true biography.

He knew that there was much to be done before it could be fully written and printed, but he wanted Luna and Xeno to at least begin to write it using the memories. They started from his earliest memory up until the present. He told them he would give them more as big events happened. Luna and Xeno were happy to agree and even with a warning that most of them were unpleasant, they were still eager.

The next few weeks passed with the start of classes from the Lupins, more elves arriving and being bonded, plans to empty all the 'camps'. The elves went in at night and took everyone that wasn't a death eater and put them on beds in the infirmary.

Each morning Andromeda would scan them, treat them and create a file. Harry and Hermione would go and give them the speech and assign them somewhere to sleep as well as tell them where to get clothes. It would start all over again that night. Harry bought more trunks as needed.

By the time November 19th came there were over 600 adults, 300 kids, and 500 elves at the manor. Harry and Hermione had made several shopping trips to various thrift and department stores all over Britain. They gathered everyone outside after dinner. "Ok, tomorrow everyone over 11 years old is getting wands crafted and holsters.

Even if you already have a wand. A crafted wand is better than a premade wand. Everyone under 11 years old will be staying here to have a party with the elves. There is a wand crafter that we will be taking you to in groups of 20. We have an instruction guide here because having a wand specially made is different that buying a premade wand.

I want everyone over 11 years old to take the one the elves hand you and read it over. Once the wand crafter has all the ingredients in the boxes you collected them in, we will bring you back and get the next group. As a wand set is finished the wand crafter will have it delivered via house elf. It is going to take a while for him to get through them all considering it takes about an hour and a half per wand set. Tizzy is going to have a list of who goes and when ready by 8am. Be ready to go. All wands and holsters are on Hermione and I." Harry announced.

Everyone that needed an instruction paper got one. They all went back to their normal routines. Luna had spent every night cuddling Harry to help them both cope with the horrors of Harry's past as she continued to write his biography based on his memories. she was almost through them all.

The next day went off like clockwork. Everyone was happy about their new wands and they managed to get everyone's boxes done by 9pm. Harry made an announcement outside after dinner again. "Ok, now. I have to tell you all something and I want you to listen closely to the whole story before you interrupt... Ok, as the head of the Black family I granted Narcissa Malfoy a divorce and brought her back into the Black family.

She and her son swore an oath on their lives and magic to keep my secrets and to not do anything against me or mine. As you all live here, that covers you. They have had some people here visiting them frequently and are going to be getting off house arrest. I am telling you know that you are not to attack them! They will be respectful and courteous towards all of you and I expect you to be the same towards them." Harry announced. Everyone grudgingly nodded and agreed to give them a chance.

Over the next 2 weeks wand sets were finished and delivered with a set of holsters. Every time someone got their new wand set, it was noticable. They worked harder and longer to try and master the spells. Many of the adults had started teaching the Hogwarts age students whatever field they excelled in the students were really learning fast too. The fighters had the most drastic improvement.

All the exercises and training on aiming, dodging, and batting aside curses was paying off. After the first week Andromeda enchanted the training wizards to look and move more realistically. She also enchanted them to show the true effects of the curses hitting them. It was gruesome, but they all knew why it was necessary, so no one complained. They pushed through it as much as possible.

The next few months, everyone fell into a routine. They stopped to celebrate Yule but we're back into the routine 2 days later. They didn't even bother with new years. Occasionally McGonagall or Flitwick would send students. They'd get new wands and holsters and be worked into the classes for their ages.

Finally in February Harry called Hermione, Luna, Fred, George, Lee, Dean, Seamus, Andromeda, Ted, Neville and Susan Bones to a war counsel meeting in the lounge. The elves had warded it against all of the other witches and wizards in the manor.

"Ok, it's time to start preparing. We need to designate teams and units. In battle it should be 5 to a team, 2 good at offense, 2 good at defense and one good at both, at least 1 person on the team should have battlefield first aid training. We have enough for several teams to be part of a unit.

We also need a unit of people trained in healing, Andromeda, I want you putting that together. I want Fred and George to find out who left has a good grasp of potions and teach them the battle potions you've come up with, we'll need a large stockpile if you boys plan to be part of the battles.

Lee, you're going to be in charge of communication and transportation. I have books here, that go into details of magical communication and transportation. They are both older than the Flamels. Read them and find us the best options.

Seamus, I have a few military books that go into details about bombs, read them and get with the twins about how to make a magical version. I want you to think absolute destruction as well as incapacitation.

Ted, you're good at organizing, I want you working with each unit leader and Lee to make sure that we are ready. That means supplies, transportation, information and organization are your main priorities, once you have the information and supplies organized, share the details with Lee so he can communicate.

Hermione, I want you making potions and helping Seamus and the twins, your familiarity with the muggle world and brilliant brain will give us an edge. Susan, Neville, Dean and I will be unit leaders.

Let's go over the list of those eligible to fight and get the fighting teams sorted out." Harry explained. Everyone agreed. They got the teams/units organized.

Andromeda had already been teaching everyone 11 years old and up first aid spells, everyone 16 and up were also learning battlefield first aid and she had a few dozen people learning healing from her, so her job would be to get them all ready for battle injuries.

Everyone was organized and started training in their new teams, once they had they skills and practice time to be able to know who was going to do what in most situations the teams started to train together as units and quickly became accustomed to that too.

Lee had found a way to travel called 'Shadow walking' He, Fred, George and Ted practiced it until they were able to do it with barely a thought. They then trained the Units and Healers how to do it.

Lee also found a rune cluster that could make anything into a magical walkie talkie, after some testing he made small voice activated headsets with 3 'channels' for everyone that would stay attached unless removed with a specific keyword.

They had a 'team' channel, 'unit' channel, and 'leaders' channel. He made hundreds. Seamus, with some help, found a way to make a magical version of napalm, grenades, and flash/bang grenades. He made thousands.

Fred and George managed to make a potion that could melt through dragonhide but not glass, one that ended up being liquid silver, one that mimics fiendfyre but burns out after 10 seconds, and one that creates a cloud of silver dust.

Hermione had found a rune cluster to break powerful wards in a journal once owned by a Potter that had worked as an unspeakable. Harry had sent the elves to St. Mungo's a few more times to steal all their potions and ingredients.

The leaders met up and gave progress reports weekly. They started to plan some ambushes. using the taboo against the death eaters. 2 teams would set up at a predetermined location, someone would say 'Voldemort', then the teams would ambush whoever showed up.

They set up 2 dozen locations to ambush simultaneously. It went off like clockwork. Every 3 days they used a new set of locations and ambushed. Each week they doubled the number of teams in a location, until entire units were at a location, then they stopped.

They started having the house elves bring death eaters to the cells and have them stripped of all weapons and personal effects. The death eaters were questioned with Veritaserum and the fed poison. They used the information to have the elves kidnap more death eaters.

Finally it was just Riddle and his inner circle. The death eaters and Riddle didn't know what was happening. They were losing people left and right for a few months, but then, nothing.

They had also lost all their hostages. Then all of a sudden, they were losing people again, they now only had a few dozen death eaters. The werewolves that willingly followed Riddle were dead, so were the giants and trolls. His inferi had been cut down.

The acromantula colony was dead and harvested. Lucius lost most of his money when he lost his wife. Bellatrix was disowned and lost her money too. Nagini had disappeared months ago.

Harry was now hosting over 2000 adults, 6000 kids and teens and most of the Hogwarts staff.

It was now May 2nd and Harry had decided to take on Riddle. They were going to storm Malfoy Manor. An hour before the attack, everyone was getting into position. Harry had the elves place sleeping spells one everyone under 16 years old.

He had them put all the Weasley's not living at the manor in bed in one of the apartment trunks with sleep spells. When it was 5 minutes before the attack, Harry cast the Avada Kedavra curse at the piece of wood with the soul shards in it. Suddenly Riddle collapsed in extreme pain.

Once it was done screaming he threw down the ward breaker. The wards shattered and fells and the attack began. The battle was vicious, those who only knew first aid transported injured to the infirmary quickly.

Riddle found Harry in the hallway. He and Luna fought Riddle together. The battle ended when the last death eater fell. The leaders had the units comb through and bring all the dead to the front yard. they had a pile of death eaters and several bodies from the units.

Harry took note of the dead and had the injured taken to Andromeda. The elves took the dead from their side back to Potter Manor and put them in the front yard. Dora saw Remus' body and cried.

Many others came out to see who all died. It was finally safe for people to go home, but they decided to stay for a while. When the elves removed the sleeping charms the kids all came out and an elf lead them and the Weasley's to the back yard, where everyone was congregating.

"The war is over, we have won. Voldemort and all of his followers are dead. We have saved as many innocent people as we could. We will mourn all those we couldn't save. We will never forget!

It's time to rebuild the wizarding world and the ministry! We will remake this world without prejudice and bias, without blood or race dividing us! It's time to build a better magical world! A just and fair country for all sentient magicals!" Harry announced Molly and Arthur Weasley were trying to figure out what was going on.

Harry, Hermione, and Luna took Ted Tonks and the Weasley's into the dining room, the Weasley twins followed behind. Harry told the Weasley's what all had happened. They couldn't believe so much had happened in less than a year.

He told them that he would send them all back to their homes after dinner. It was nearly lunch time. The leadership and the family gathered in the dining room and sat down. Harry was at the Head with Luna on his right and Neville on his left.

Cassie sat at the foot with Fred and then George on her right and Android on her left. Everyone started to fill in and the Weasley's that were standing simply took open spots. The lunch was served.

After lunch Fred grabbed Hermione's hand and led her out of the room. Harry did the same for Luna. Fred and Hermione ended up in her office, while Harry and Luna ended up in his. Both offices were warded against all forms of spying and listening.

Harry was floundering on what to say for a few minutes, Luna gave him time. "Luna, I really like you, it started in my 5th year and slowly grew. Ever since you arrived I've started feeling more than friendship towards you. Now I'm hopelessly in love with you.

I understand if you don't feel the same, we can still be friends." Harry said. Luna smiled. She stood up, went over to him and sat in his lap. "I'm in love with you too, I have been since 4th year. I would love to be your girlfriend, and someday your wife." Luna said. Harry felt like he could fly without a broom. He kissed her and she kissed him back.

Hermione sat down and waited for Fred to start talking. Fred was pacing for a moment, then he sat and looked at her. "Hermione, I've been in love with you since we all went to the Quidditch World Cup together. I kept thinking that the feeling would go away and you've always been out of my league, but we've gotten closer these last few months.

Will you be my Girlfriend?" Fred finally said Hermione was shocked, she had a crush on Fred since her 4th year. She just thought that he was out of her league and that he'd never see her as more than Ron and Harry's bookish know-it-all friend. "Yes, I would love to." She said. Fred kissed me her and it felt like the world had stopped for that kiss.

Ginny was looking all over for Harry. She finally found him in the flower garden sitting on a bench with Luna. "Harry, can I speak to you for a minute?" She asked him. He looked at Luna and she nodded.

"Sure Ginny." Harry said and sighed as he stood up. He led her down to near the greenhouses. "Where have you been? I've been looking all over for you. I thought that you'd come and propose to me now that Voldemort is gone." Ginny said looking hurt. Harry scowled confused.

"Propose?! Ginny, we broke up almost a year ago. We only dated for 2 weeks. I've just gone through a war. I'm not the same person I was before Dumbledore died. Luna and I are together and I am happily in love with her." Harry said.

"Luna!?!? You are supposed to be with me!!! I waited for you!!! You better break up with her and propose to me!" Ginny yelled. Harry scowled.

"Not going to happen, Ginny. I didn't ask you to wait for me, I didn't say anything about us getting married, I've never said anything about feeling more than a basic attraction for you!

Get over it. If I have my way, Luna will be my wife. End of story." Harry said and stormed off back to Luna. She had no trouble calming him down after he told her what happened. Ginny stormed up and looked at Luna with hatred.

"You home wrecking hussy! How dare you steal my Harry!" Ginny screeched. The Weasley's had just stepped outside and hurried over. "I'm not a homewrecker and I'm still a virgin. I didn't steal Harry, he's not yours and he's not a possession that someone can own.

Harry broke up with you at Dumbledore's funeral. He never loved you. Now please go away." Luna stated calmly. Ginny pulled her wand but Molly snatched it out of her hand.

"Ginevra Molly Weasley! What has gotten into you! Harry is not a possession and if he chooses to be with Luna, then that's his choice! Harry, you and Luna are always welcome at the Burrow. I hope you'll make it for the family dinners every Sunday. 6pm sharp." Molly said.

She marched Ginny off for a proper chastisement. Fred and Cassie came up holding hands. "What happened with Ginny? She looks like she's in trouble." Fred asked. "She seems to think that Harry belongs to her even though they broke up at Dumbledore's funeral. She was screeching abuse at poor Luna for being Harry's girlfriend." Arthur explained.

"Congratulations you two. Gotta say, I saw that coming for months." Fred said to Harry and Luna. Both smiled. "Well, I want to announce that Hermione has agreed to be my girlfriend. I am one lucky bloke." Fred said. After both new couples getting congratulations from the rest, Ginny and Molly came over.

Hermione updated Molly, unfortunately Ron had just walked up. "What do you mean you're dating Fred! You're supposed to be with me! I claimed dibs after the Yule ball!" Ron shouted.

"Excuse me! Ronald Weasley I am NOT a possession, you can't just claim me! I was NEVER yours! All we do is fight! All you've ever done is bully me and make fun of me! You've never even crossed my mind as someone that is date worthy! Your manners are atrocious, you're lazy, you're sexist, and you only think about Food, quidditch, chess, and sex! In that order! You lost your virginity to the slag of Gryffindor! I can't believe you think I would want to date someone like you!

I would rather spend the rest of eternity as a spinster than take you!" Hermione ranted. Ron started to pull his wand but Hermione punched him and broke his nose. Molly took him away to yell at him too. "I'm sorry Hermione. He shouldn't treat you like that." Arthur said. Molly ended up taking Ron and Ginny home, Arthur and Percy followed. Bill, and Fleur decided to stay for dinner.

Ted spent the afternoon owling all the Wizengamot members left and asking for a meeting to be set up in 2 days. He started on the paperwork for setting up a new government and with Arthur's help, worked out how to streamline the ministry.

He was having fun. He set up the contract to be the lawyer for the Houses of Potter and Black and when Neville said he wanted to hire him as well for the Longbottoms he set that contract up too. He called Harry, Hermione and Neville in to sign the contracts and the vault withdrawal forms for the retainer fees. That done he went back to work. Business was going to be good.

Andromeda and her unit had most of the fighters fixed up and their were only a few cases where they needed overnight stays. She was now working on the Longbottoms. She had spent every spare moment over the last few months looking through every book she could get her hands on, Harry had even ordered a few, to see if there was a way to heal them.

She was reading a book that one of the elves had brought her, it was talking about spells that can heal damage to the nerve endings. The Longbottoms nerve endings were fried. She would have to put them to sleep to cast the spell on them. She gave them each a dose of dreamless sleep potion and cast the spell over both of them.

Their bodies twitched but not enough to need to strap them down. She went back to reading. A few chapters later she found a spell that can reverse brain damage, but required the person's body to be healthy.

She had already been casting daily spells to make their muscles come back, to keep the muscles from atrophy, to keep their blood circulation in good order, and to keep the heart strong. She'd been giving them nutrient potions and magical core rejuvenation potions twice a day.

She should be able to cast the spell to reverse brain damage as soon as their nerve endings were fully repaired. She could hardly wait. She told the 2 elves assigned to care for the Longbottoms what spell she cast and to keep a close eye on them in case they need to be strapped down. She left to eat dinner.
