Hi all! Welcome to Chapter Four of Water Worries. This is a story request from a lovely person called xxxRainLoverxxx, so credit to the idea goes to her. She is a very talented writer but unfortunately due to negative reviews she no longer likes to post her stories which is a true shame for everyone. This story is complete and is Thirteen Chapters long, updates should be weekly unless something drastic happens.

Summary: Harry has a fear of water, when his nightmares manage to get even Ron's attention Ron comes up with a plan for how to keep Harry's mind off the second task. What happens when they go too far? AU. Contains Spanking. No Slash.

Warning: Story contains parental spanking of a teenager, if this isn't your cup of tea, don't read it.

Disclaimer: I do not now, nor have I ever, owned Harry Potter – as much as I'd like to I sadly do not. I did not make any money from this story, and I don't intend too. All characters and recognisable things belong to JK Rowling not me – as sad as that is for me.

A huge thank you to my wonderful Beta Jules Ann, who is again herself a very talented writer on here. Though she doesn't know Harry Potter, I am slowly trying to convert her.

At lunch on Friday, Fred, George, Ginny, Ron, and Harry shared their stories of their pranks. Fred and George proudly declared they had lost sixty points for Gryffindor and got a week's worth of detention. Ginny had lost twenty points for Gryffindor and received a detention as well, along with her friend Luna Lovegood from Ravenclaw. Though they all declared Harry and Ron the winners when hearing their tale, especially considering they'd managed to get McGonagall so mad she'd simply thrown them out of her class and forgot to give them detention.

At dinner Harry couldn't help but glance up at the head table, wondering if Dumbledore had heard of their exploits. When Dumbledore glanced at him however there was no nod of approval, instead merely a slightly questioning look. It left Harry feeling a little strange, wondering if perhaps they were doing the right thing. He was distracted by that thought by Dean and Seamus acting out the scene from Transfiguration, much to the amusement of everyone around them.

The next day was their Hogsmeade trip, Harry and Ron got up good and early so they could get everything on their list. Despite it being a Hogsmeade weekend, they were still amongst the first to breakfast, excitement and eagerness was thick in the air. Hermione joined them and gave them both a stern look, "you pushed it a bit far in Transfiguration, don't go buying anything that isn't allowed," she warned firmly.

Harry and Ron just rolled their eyes, "it's just a bit of fun Hermione," they reminded her as they had many times now.

"You don't want to let it go too far, you don't want to be stuck in detention," Hermione pointed out sternly.

"Merlin's sake Hermione, let it go! You're acting like you've never broken the rules," Ron pointed out exasperated.

"Well, that… that's different!" Hermione protested heatedly.

"We won't let it go too far," Harry assured Hermione, acting as peacekeeper.

Hermione wasn't fully satisfied but didn't push the subject.

They finished their breakfast and together headed down to the carriages so they could get to Hogsmeade. The three of them climbed into one carriage and Harry was about to shut the door when he noticed Ginny hurrying down the path. He grinned and held the door open, holding his hand out to her to help her up, pulling her into the carriage.

Ginny grinned at Harry, "thanks," she breathed as the carriage headed off before she'd been able to sit down. She tripped into her seat half landing on Harry, much to her immense embarrassment, "sorry," she almost squeaked as she quickly moved off him onto her own seat.

Ron laughed loudly as his sister's and best friend's embarrassment and couldn't help but tease the pair, "oh look Hermione, they are both blushing! I think they are in love. Do you hear wedding bells too?"

"Shut up Ron!" Harry and Ginny yelled together, their blushes deepening when they realised that they'd spoken at the same time.

"Aww like a little married couple already," Ron sang whilst Hermione just laughed.

When they arrived in Hogsmeade, Ginny bid them goodbye so she could meet up with Luna, one of the few friends she had in her year. She promised to meet them in the three broomsticks later for a butterbeer, blushing faintly and doing her best to ignore her brother's teasing grin at her accepting Harry's invitation.

Ron, Harry, and Hermione had a good time in Hogsmeade, though Hermione insisted they visit the Hogsmeade branch of Flourish and Blots, as well Scrivenshafts Quill shop and the apothecary for their school needs before they hit the fun shops. Harry was more than happy to foot the bill for their purchases in Zonko's as they practically bought the shop out of a lot of their items. Under Hermione's stern eye they carefully kept away from the dungbombs and other things that were on Filch's list of banned items, as tempting as they were. Loaded down with their supplies, and not wanting to get caught by Snape, who frequently liked to check students purchases from Hogsmeade, Harry called on Dobby to take their loot back to the dorm and put it in his trunk. Happy with their supplies for the next week they had just enough time to hit Honeydukes before they had to meet Ginny and Luna in The Three Broomsticks. Again, to be on the safe side, they sent their purchases back with Dobby, leave it to Snape, or Filch to confiscate chocolate and sweets just because they were ruddy gits.

Ginny and Luna were already waiting when they got to The Three Broomsticks and waved the trio over. The three of them squeezed their way through the already slightly busy pub and fell happily into the seats.

"We've already ordered butterbeers for all of us along with a round of sandwiches and crisps," Ginny explained.

The trio thanked the two witches and the group fell into an easy conversation, with plenty of teasing coming Harry and Ginny's way, though they both insisted they were just friends!

They had just finished eating when Bagman caught sight of Harry and offered him help with his egg, much to all of their confusion and suspicion. They'd almost decided to order another round of butterbeer when Rita Skeeter came in and Harry just couldn't resist a jab at the foul woman who had hurt Hagrid so much. Hermione's blow up was rather unexpected and Harry did feel a little nervous for what Rita might do as revenge when he and Ron had to hurry to keep up with her. Dumbledore being the one to open Hagrid's door was slightly surprising, but Harry was pretty sure they probably wouldn't have been able to persuade Hagrid to come back to work without the Headmaster.

Once back in the Common Room Harry needed something to take his mind off what trouble Rita might cause and asked Ron if he had any ideas.

"Oi, Fred, George, Ginny, fancy a game of dares?" Ron yelled.

The Weasley siblings were all on board and quickly they had a large group of Gryffindors and Luna, who had been hanging with Ginny, sat in a circle with an empty bottle of butterbeer in the middle. Even Hermione had been convinced to join them, though she stated it was only to make sure they didn't go too far. For those who hadn't played before they quickly explained of the rules, the dares were to be embarrassing, unpleasant, or, ideally, both, and by agreeing to play, you were agreeing to do whatever you were dared to do. Rules explained they nodded at Ginny – as the youngest – to start.

Ginny reached forward and grabbed the bottle, giving it a good spin, grinning when it landed on Seamus, she looked around, not knowing the Irish boy that well.

Parvati leaned over and whispered onto Ginny's ear, making the younger girl grin.

"Seamus, I dare you to let Lavender, Parvati, Angelina, Alicia, Katie, Luna, Hermione and myself paint your finger and toenails," Ginny decided.

Seamus grinned rakishly and happily kicked off his shoes and toed off his socks, "have at me, ladies," he declared unashamed.

Lavender and Parvati claimed Seamus' right hand, Angelina, Alicia, and Katie his left, Ginny and Hermione took his right foot, leaving his left to Luna. They all used their wands to paint each nail a bright and pretty colour, going for intricate patterns and making sure they were all glittery. When they were done the other boys gave teasing compliments to Seamus laughing, some slightly nervously now.

"Alright, alright, someone else's turn now," Seamus stated. He grabbed the bottle and gave it a good spin, grinning as it landed on Harry. "Well, if I got my nails painted, it's only fair you get your face painted. Harry, I dare you to let Lav and the girls put make up on you, then you have to walk to the library, do a round of it, then come back."

This caused a lot of laughter and a few compliments to Seamus on coming up with the dare. Harry grimaced but gave a nod, "come on then, do your worst," he invited.

Lavender summoned her makeup bag and the girls got to work. Harry looked like he was about to go on stage as a drag queen by the time they were done, and the group gave appreciative catcalls and whistles. He stood and looked around him, "who's coming with?"

"I'm not missing this for all the galleons in Gringotts!" Ron laughed.

All the players decided to join Harry on his stroll through Hogwarts to the library, letting Harry lead the way, grinning at the other students who would stop and look at Harry in varying degrees of shock and horror.

Madame Pince gave Harry a very disapproving glare when he got into the library, but said nothing, just watched him carefully as they strolled around and left again.

Once back in the Common Room and settled back in their circle Harry span the bottle not sure how to feel when it landed on Angelina.

Fred leaned across and whispered a suggestion into Harry's ear.

Harry grinned and quickly checked with Hermione and once he got her, slightly reluctant, approval he grinned at Angelina, "right Angelina, I dare you to surf down the stairs to the Charms classroom on a surfboard transfigured by Hermione," he informed her.

Fred grabbed a pillow and tossed it to Hermione, who quickly transfigured the pillow into a good replication of a surfboard without any fins.

Angelina took the board and the players headed out to the stairway that led all the way down to the third floor and the Charms classroom. "If I die doing this, I'm coming back to haunt you all," she stated. She took a deep breath before pushing herself down the stairs, trying hard to stay balanced on the surfboard and trying even harder not to scream.

Colin took more pictures of this at Fred and George's urging.

Luckily Angelina was uninjured, and they hurried back to the Common Room and back into their circle. Angelina grabbed the bottle hoping to land on Fred or George for revenge and was slightly disappointed when the bottle fell on Neville. Not wanting to humiliate the still shy fourth year she scrambled for a dare before recalling that Neville had a toad. "Neville, I dare you to lick your toad," she grinned.

Neville blushed but swallowed gamely, "could someone summon him for me?"

Hermione helpfully summoned Trevor and handed the toad over to Neville.

Neville closed his eyes to pull up whatever scrap of Gryffindor courage he had before opening them and swiping his tongue along Trevor's back, shuddering at the taste. Everyone laughed and cheered as Neville grabbed the bottle and gave it a good spin, it landed on Lee. Everyone's eyes on him made him very nervous so he blurted out the first thing he could think of, "eat a handful of Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans."

Lee shrugged and looked around to see if anyone had a pack, Colin passed a pack of his over. Lee ripped off the top and poured as many as he could fit into his mouth and chewed gamely, his face screwing up in disgust as he swallowed the gross concoction. "That is not recommended," he grinned. He spun the bottle himself, grinning when it landed on Dean Thomas, "Dean, I dare you to get changed into one of Lavender's dresses."

The girls all burst into giggles as Lavender called them all up to her dorm and came down with the dress that she'd worn to the yule ball.

Hermione quickly cast a few resizing charms on the dress, so it would fit Dean before Dean took it.

Dean grimaced but took the dress up to his own dorm and came down shortly after, wearing the pink sparkly dress much to the amusement of everyone else. The bottle landed on Lavender, and he dared her to lick Ron's owl.

Ron called for Pig and snatched the flighty little owl out of the air before he handed him over to Lavender with a grin.

Lavender screwed up her face in disgust before she gave the tiny owl a tiny lick on his head, "oh eww! That is so weird!" She squealed in protest. Shaking her head, she spun the bottle and grinned when it landed on Seamus, "lick the bottom of Ron's foot!" She dared Seamus.

Ron grinned and cheerfully kicked off his shoes and toed one of his socks off, offering his now bare foot up to Seamus.

With a shrug Seamus leaned forward and gave Ron's foot a long lick from his heel to his toes, smacking his lips when he was done. "Yum!" He laughed. He jokingly dared Fred to play the rest of the game in his underwear, planning on picking another dare, but to his shock Fred happily stripped off.

"We aren't a shy lot we Weasley's, it'll take more than that to embarrass the twins!" Ginny grinned.

Fred tossed his clothes aside and gave a deep bow and a twirl, showing off, before retaking his seat, with a dramatic flair he spun the bottle, grinning devilishly at his little sister when it landed on her. "Oh, ickle Gin-Gin, I hope you're prepared," he taunted. After a quick conference with his twin, he focused back on her, "I hope this is embarrassing enough for you little sister. Ginny, I dare you to kiss the hottest person in the room, besides Forge and I obviously, we steer clear of that part of being purebloods."

Ginny closed her eyes as her whole face turned bright red. Taking a deep breath she opened her eyes, a look of pure fire and determination in them. She crossed the circle to Harry and grabbed his head, giving him no warning as she pressed a deep kiss to his face.

Harry was so shocked it took him a moment to understand what was happening, then he found himself kissing Ginny back, losing himself slightly in the kiss before Ron lobbed a pillow at his head.

"I'd rather not lose my dinner thanks Harry," Ron grumbled.

Everyone else was in peals of laughter causing Harry to blush an almost Weasley red and deepening Ginny's blush.

"Aww look everyone! Harry has already got the Weasley blush!" George laughed.

"Are you going to take the Weasley name when you marry our ickle Gin-Gin?" Fred teased.

"Aww I can see it now, we'll all soon be invited to the wedding of ickle Gin-Gin and ickle Harrypoo, with ickle Ronnikins standing as best man," George sang.

Fred might have continued, if Harry, Ron, and Ginny hadn't all jumped on the twins, to get them to shut up.

No one was able to help the twins, all of them were too busy almost crying with laughter. Finally, Angelina, Alicia, and Lee were able to pull the wrestling group apart, tears of laughter still rolling down their cheeks as they settled back into their seats.

"I thought Ginny was already married to Harry, I seem to recall attending the wedding… or wait that might have been just your dolly. Ginny did you marry Harry or your dolly?" Luna asked blinking her large eyes owlishly.

This set everyone off once more, Seamus loudly declaring he was going to piss himself, Lavender and Parvati clutching each other for support.

Ginny spluttered and though it seemed quite impossible, blushed even deeper. "I was five!" She protested.

Harry covered his face with his hands as his blush deepened as well.

Hermione was the one to regain order this time, "whether Ginny married her dolly or Harry, I'm pretty sure that it wasn't a legal wedding Luna," she stated trying to keep a straight face.

Ginny nodded firmly, "right, and I was only five, plus I reckon half the girls in school probably married their Harry Potter dolls too!" She insisted despite her embarrassment.

"I didn't, you had already married him, we were just very good friends," Luna denied.

Though Ginny's comment sobered most of the girls up, the boys, other than Harry, were all still sniggering or trying to hide their laughter.
