Bianca sighed as she looked at the door. Today's the day the parents get together with the kids here and have a feast at dinner with them. It was nice to have a day off and she missed her parents dearly, but she felt as though she was letting them down. Lately, she has been struggling in her classes and failing some of them. She doesn't want to be a burden to any of her friends or anyone really, so she has been struggling to get her class material. But it's been harder than she thought. Being professor Juniper's assistant, getting bad grades is not looking good for them. Bianca sighed.
"This is harder than I thought it would be..." She thought. Bianca then left her room. Nothing would help staying there all day, she figured. They are going to start arriving around noon, so she doesn't have to worry about that till later.
At the cafeteria, Bianca got her breakfast and sat at the usual table she and her friends sit at. Only Cheren was there at the moment, since Hilda and Hilbert just got to the cafeteria and were getting their food. Bianca put a hand to her cheek as she slowly ate her food without saying a word. Cheren, who was reading a book and enjoying his breakfast peaked over his book at starred at her a bit.
"You okay?"
Bianca jumped a bit, but then quickly nodded. "Y-yea fine. Uh... morning."
Cheren put his book down and glared at her with crossed arms. "You're usually not like this at all... Something is defiantly wrong."
Bianca looked down all red with a frown. "O-okay... You're right."
Then Hilbert and Hilda arrived and sat down at the table.
"Morning! Is everything okay?" Hilbert asked.
Everyone at the table was looking at Bianca now. She sighed.
"I'm... just really nervous about my parents coming over today," Bianca said.
Hilda put a hand on her shoulder. "There's nothing to worry about, Bianca. You've worked real hard with professor Juniper, and I'm sure you have worked hard here at school, right?" Hilda said.
Bianca looked away from the group and played with her hair.
"...I have things I need to do," Bianca said. She then got up and ran off.
Hilbert and Hilda starred at each other while Cheren got up and went after her.
Bianca laid back against the tree and looked at a couple of wild pokemon playing. Then Cheren walked over to her.
"Do you have to ran so fast..." Cheren said.
Bianca looked down without saying a word.
"So you've been slaking off work?"
Bianca glared at him. "Of course not! I've done all my work! And do what is told and listen during class!" Then Bianca turned away from him. "But... it just wasn't enough." Bianca started crying, so she tried to whip the tears away.
Cheren just stood there a bit, but then walked over and put a hand on her shoulder. "You know you could've come for me for help, right?"
"Yeah! But it isn't your fault that I'm such an idiot."
Cheren went in front of Bianca and put both his hands on her shoulders and starred deep into her eyes and she blushed a bit.
"You aren't an idiot. You just haven't been exposed to the classes material. And I wouldn't mind helping you out a bit," Cheren said.
Bianca smiled and hugged him. "Thanks Cheren..."
Cheren got a bit red and just stood there a bit, before wrapping his arms around her with a smile.
"Don't mention it..." Cheren said.
Bianca excited to see her parents ran to were they will appear and her friends were left in the dust. On the way though, she sent Georgia flying into a mud puddle. It had rained today, so it was pretty muddy around the whole place.
"Oh, I'm so sorry! Here!" Bianca said as she held out her hand.
Georgia glared at her and smacked her hand away. "Like I need your help, you dumb klutz!"
Bianca backed away as Georgia got up. Then Georgia glared at Bianca, then quickly turned away from her and then went to change her clothes. Bianca just stood there with a concerned look. Then Hilbert, Hilda, and Cheren came up to her.
"Hey, are you okay?" Hilda asked.
"W-well... I just got someone upset at me for accidentally knocking them down," Bianca said.
They all sighed, and Bianca looked down with a frown.
"Bianca, there's still plenty of time to get to the area where the parents show up, so there's no need to rush," Cheren said.
"R-right... Sorry," Bianca said.
"It's fine. Let's just walk there together, okay?" Hilbert said.
She nodded. "Alright! Let's get going!"
The parents arrived at the dorm area and where spending the day with their children. Ash was walking around the grounds with his mom.
"So I bet the girls are all over you!" Delia said.
Ash nervously laughed. "Yeah... I guess you can say that." Then he shuttered a bit thinking about all the problems he had with girls.
"Well, you just make sure you introduce me to the woman you think you might want to spend the rest of your life with, alright?"
Ash just smiled at her. "So, it's a nice school right?"
"Ahh! The start of dating! Helping you shape into finding the perfect woman for you! Then I'll get to see some of my cute grand-children."
Ash looked away from her from embarrassment.
Delia laughed a bit. "But that won't be for a long time from now. Right Ash?"
"R-right..."
Bianca stood and was talking to her parents.
"So, how are your doing in your classes? Getting good grades?" Bianca's dad asked.
Bianca looked away with a frown. "I-I'm trying... But I'm not doing so well..." But then she looked up at them. "But I am determined to pass my classes!"
His dad smiled at her. "Right! And I'm sure you can do it! Just like you did so well traveling alone with pokemon!" Bianca's dad said.
"Right, and we are with you all the way! So if there's anything that you need help with, don't be afraid to call us!" Bianca's mom said.
Bianca smiled at them. "Yes! I will!"
After the feast, the kids said their farewells to their parents before they got on buses and headed back home. When that was done, Bianca meet up with her friends.
"So, how did it go with your parents?" Hilda asked.
"Oh, it was so nice to see them again! And they said that they believe that I can get through this one hundred percent!" Bianca said.
"Oh, that's great! And it was good to all our parents again!" Hilda said.
They all agreed.
"It's kinda sad that we won't see them again for about another whole month," Bianca said.
Cheren sighed. "We are already going to be seeing them again that quickly?"
"Well, after that... it's going to be a long while till we see them again," Hilbert said.
"Another three years? I'd like that."
"No... It won't take that long," Hilda said.
"I know," Cheren said.
Bianca starred at him. "Come on, Cheren! We all know that you missed your parents too!"
"Right..."
Iris smiled a bit at how things went today. People have been being less mean to her it was nice to see the elder again. For some reason though, she's been thinking about Cilan a lot lately. Was the rumors calming down for him as it was for her? And how was meeting up with his brothers go? It seemed a little odd for her to be thinking about Cilan now all of the sudden. This hasn't happened to her until he saw him for the first time during school.
"Has he been thinking about me too?" she wondered. "Wait, why do I care?"
She blushed a bit as she continued on. Iris was looking for Cilan, though now that she thinks about it, she wasn't sure why. But now she believed that it might be best to see him tomorrow. There was no need to see him today. It was getting late and he probably wanted to unwind now. There was also also a lot of homework she had to complete to get caught up in her classes, so she needed to go work on that now. So she went to work on that.
Burgundy found Georgia after the feast.
"So are we going to do something else now, or what?" Burgundy asked.
Georgia nodded at her. "Yeah, we could probably mess with them more." Then she grinned at her. "But why just mess with those two?"
Burgundy crossed her arms. "You have someone else to mess with in mind?"
"I do. And I'm sure you'll have no problems with messing with them."
Burgundy shrugged. "Well, as long as I don't get into trouble, I'll be fine with it."
Georgia put her hands on 'Burgundy's shoulder. "Great! Now we can have much more fun with people with little wait time."
Burgundy smirked a bit. "Well, that does sound nice."
Then Georgia and Burgundy talked about the next plan of action.
