Dawn cheered the best she could for the football team. She was luckily able to get back into the team after asking, and she was happy about that. She looked in the crowd and saw Zoey smiling at her, and knowing that she got her back like she always had, she cheered even more. After the game, they got on the bus.
"You where great out there Dawn!" Zoey said.
"Yeah, but it's too bad our team lost..." Dawn said.
"Well, it's not you're fault the team stinks."
"True..." Then Dawn remembered something. "Oh right! I've met this sweet guy today and said that I and maybe you will meet him after the game. Would you like to meet up with me?"
Zoey looked away a bit. "Sorry Dawn, but I really have to get some homework done that's due tomorrow..."
Dawn was a bit disappointed, but knew it was important. "Alright, then maybe next time?"
"Yeah, sounds great!"
Clemont waited by the library looking around. Then the person he was waiting for finally arrived. It was nice to find someone that got him out of his shell. He's been mostly sticking to himself since he's got here. With all the craziness that has happened, he just wanted to stay out of it.
"So how'd it go?" Clemont asked.
Dawn smiled and said, "it went great! Well... the team lost, but I had lots of fun regardless!"
Clemont nodded. "Yeah, that's whats important."
Then Clemont's little sister poped out and said, "Oh, so you finally found yourself a girlfriend brother?"
Bonnie really knew how to make Clemont go from comfortable to nervous. "Bonnie! No, it's not like that!" Then he faced Dawn. "I'm sorry... She's always like this."
Bonnie crossed her arms. "Come on Clemont! I was just teasing!"
Dawn laughed a bit. "No need to worry! But I didn't know Bonnie was hanging out with us."
Clemont glared at her. "She isn't."
"What? What's wrong with me hanging out with you?" Bonnie asked.
"If she wants to, she can..." Dawn said.
"What's wrong with hanging out with your own friends once in awhile?"
Bonnie glared at him with an annoyed look. "You wouldn't of made any friends if it weren't for me!"
"That's not true!"
"Whatever. If you're so sure you don't want me, then I'll leave!"
"Fine!"
Then Bonnie left.
Clemont let out a sigh. "I-I'm sorry about that."
Dawn looked away from him, not sure how to respond. It was silent for a bit before Dawn finally spoke, "...So are you in any sports or clubs?"
Clomont shook his head. "I'm not the most athletic person in the world, so I can't be in any sports..." He laughed nervously. "And... just been to busy to look into joining clubs."
"Really? Well I think you should! I mean, I joined the pokemon coordinator club, and it was great meeting more people with similar interest and to here their stories and ideas."
"I'll think about it..."
"Anyways... what would you like to do?"
Clemont thought about it. He knew that she's into contest and dressing up, but he was interested more in inventing. "Maybe she'll be interested in that," he thought. "Like to watch me work on my Never Need For Sleep Machine?" he asked.
"Never Need For Sleep... Machine?"
"Yes! With that, It'll give you the restoration you get from sleep, meaning there would be no need to sleep, so there's time to learn all you want without having to waste at least eight whole hours and be okay!"
"Wow! Is that... possible?"
"I believe so! And I think I'm close to finishing it!"
"Well if that's the case, I'd love to help make it for you!"
Clemont's face dropped. "Help?" he asked. He never let anyone help him. His inventions were his own and he likes it that way.
"Yeah... Is that alright with you?"
"Not really..." Clemont mumbled.
Dawn felt a bit offended. "...Oh okay. How about we go to the pool then?" She knew that it was his choice to let her help or not. But if she can't help, so defiantly doesn't want to stand around and do nothing.
"Sure... Okay then." Swimming was okay with him, he just didn't like the crows of people or being slashed on.
Bianca sighed as she walked through the cafeteria. "Why me..." she asked. She sat down and slowly at her dinner.
Cheren was already sitting down along with Hilbert and Hilda. "Still struggling?" Cheren asked.
"No, my grades in most my classes are improving..."
"So what's wrong?" Hilda asked.
Bianca put her hands and her cheeks and looked down as she talked. "One of my teachers came back from lunch and on the blackboard saw 'give me an A b...' Well, they put my name on it, and I got in trouble for it.
They all looked at each other in confusion.
"I don't get it... You're so nice and sweet. Who would do that to you?" Hilbert asked.
"I... donno." Bianca started to tear up.
"Don't let it get to you, Bianca." Cheren put a hand on her shoulder and whispered, "that's what they want."
She looked at him with a sad look. "But-but... Why would someone want me to suffer?"
He looked at her, than glared at the people in front of them in other tables and walking around. "No one should..." he muttered.
Bianca give him a confused look. "Cheren?"
"... It's nothing. I got to go."
Cheren went outside, sat down and looked at the moon. It reminded him the night before he was able to get his first pokemon. He couldn't sleep that night, so he looked out and saw the moon. He could've went sooner if it wasn't for Bianca and her father. But he wouldn't leave without her if he had the chance. Along with Hilbert and Hilda, she was one of her close friends. Even though she's ditzy and clumsy, she became brave and sweet. He knew she was a great girl, and he just want to give the person a piece of his mind for whoever wrote that and got her in trouble. Cheren looked to his side, and saw Bianca there.
"Sorry... I just wanted to thank you..." she said.
Cheren gave her a confused look and said, "huh?"
She grabbed on to her arm, looked away, and blushed a bit. "On our journey... when we faced Team Plasma, when trying to convince my father about traveling..." She looked and beamed at him. "You helped me through it!"
"...I did?"
She nodded. "No doubt. You always told me... before we started our journey when my father was being ridiculous. And, from seeing you always saying and doing what you feel about anything..." She looked at the sky to calm herself. "I decided that I should do that too..."
Cheren looked away from her with a bit of red on his face. He was a bit unsure of what to say. He never realized how big of impact he had on her.
"So... I just wanted to thank you for that. And, I know I'll get through the whole mess with what was written on the board. I'll try my best to not let it get to me."
He looked at her and nodded. "I'll try and figure it out who did it as well."
She looked at him and smiled. "Thanks, Cheren."
Ursula sat by herself in the library to be alone. "I can't believe how horribly wrong it all went..." she muttered to herself.
Then a guy approached her from behind and said, "so you are the crazy dumbass who abused that Umbreon..."
Ursula turned and glared at him. "Shut up! You don't have any place to judge me!"
"It doesn't matter what anybody does to you, if you abuse anybody or anything for any reason, you're psychotic."
She looked away from him. "Seriously, what the hell do you want anyways? It isn't smart to go near psychotic people, after all."
"I'm just trying to figure out why a beautiful lady such as yourself would be so... crazy."
She crossed her arms. "I see. You want me. Well sorry to di-"
The blond man laughed. "You got me all wrong. I'm not trying to get you to date me, just interested in you, is all."
"Well, I'm NOT interested in you. So if you would please leave so I don't have to look at you're ugly face no longer."
he crossed his arms. "No need to be in denial, tots."
She glared at him. "Don't call me tots. And what do you mean by that?"
He grinned. "You love looking at me don't you?"
"No! No I don't!" She huffed and turned away from him.
"Right... Name's Trip by the way."
Ursula didn't respond to him at all.
"And as much as you harming pokemon makes me sick, I gotta say it's pretty impressive that you got away with it...for as long as you did." After that he left.
Ursula glared at him and thought, "what a weirdo."
