Rockey giggled as he and Rockai were playing tag outside, with Lylla keeping ab eye on things while Herbert and Rocket were baby-proofing the house now Rockey could walk so he wouldn't hurt himself alomg with Lyllie when she started walkijg making Rocke chuckle watching but Lyllie was getting frustrated because Rockey and Rockai could walk and she wasn't yet which Rockey couldn't help.

"Not fair, you, Rockey can walk, Lyllie can't." she pointed out to both infant cubs.

"Ohhhh yeah, what can we play that she doesn't feel left out." Rockai asked seeing Rockey quiet.

"He doesn't talk yet, remember." Lyllie reminded him makijg Rockai not so sure.

"Inam Groot, Inam Groot, Inam Groot." he heard his furrybGroot remind him.

"That's right buddy, just because Rockey can't talk with his mouth, there's other ways he can tell us whichmybdaddy taught me about alomg with mama Piper, her sight isn't good but there are other ways she can see so maybe we can help Rockey tell us with signs we makecwith our body and paws." Rockai explained.

"Ooohhhh like a secret code." Lyllie asked seeing Rockey grin, he liked this game.

"He likes it already as he was smiling which means he's happy about our idea, Ugh-oh I know Herbie here's nicebut Rockey doesn't yet." Lyllie said seeing Rockey cover his eyes and hide as they saw Herbert checking on things along with bringing them Lyllie and Rockai wave to him relieving Herbert guessing Rockey wasn't trusting him yet seeing Lylla relieved Lyllie was seeing Rocket join them seeing Rockey hug his furry leg makihg him chuckle.

"Awwww hey buddy, and see you've been playin with Lyllie and Rockai." he said seeihg him nodding.

"We figured out a way we can understand him, if he can't talk uncle." Rockai told him.

"That's good, plus we should help him bomd with Herbie, he's a good guy and saved me as a baby from hypithermia by giving me his blood and cybernetics out of love compared to Rockey's." he told him pouring apple juice into sippy cups for the infants as they were sitting together in their friend-group only Herbert noticed that Rockey wasn't freaking out seeing Herbert.

"He must've heard what you said and thinking about that." Lylla told Rocket seeing him nodding while eating.

"Yeah, which we should work on, plus finished baby-proofing the house." he replied to her seeing Rockey walk over to him but Herbert was surprised seeing him lookijg at him without getting upset stunning him guessing Lyllie had helped the cub calm down impressingvRJ that meant his brither was starting to like their grandpa.

"H-hi there, lil one it's alright I'm not gonna hurt you." Herbert told Rockey sounding anxious feeling Rocket's paw on his shoulder patting it gently to relax Herbert seeing Rockey quiet but calm impressing him.

"Atta boy, and guess Lyllie helped you." he told him.

That early-evening after having his bath and getting into his pyjamas, Rockey was playing with blocks as Herbert was drinking tea relieved that the male-cub was calmer arouhd him which made him feel better only Herbert was unaware some of Rocket's siblings who'd been hyper-evolved and given powers by their mom, Roxy were surprised seeing Herbert there and an infant-cub that looked like their runt of a brother confused.

"We should tell mom, as she said to observe and report to her, justvdon't let them catch us." Riley told them.

"There he is, woah mom's not gonna be happy, that he's got his own family." one of her brothers replied.

"Ola there, what do you think you're doijg spying on my dad and my family." Shocket asked them making them gulp seeing Itsy web them in web-coccoons seeing Rocket come out astounded his sibs had been spying on him on Roxy's orders noticing they were evolved frowning.

"You guys, you have so much to offer yet you're still mom's pawns, I feel sorrybfor you." he told them ripping through the web-fluid with his claws freeing them, realising Ranger wasn't with them hearing Riley snort.

"That meathead is running a farm, but in some part of this planet named Texas, he declined mom's offer to be better." she said as they flew off making Herbert wonder what that was about seeing sadness on his son's furry face as they went back inside
