Dawn sat on the toilet in her hotel weeping. She was so scared right now and doesn't know what to do. What will her friends think and what will they do, she wondered. All she could think of doing was to text the one friend who stuck by her side through thick and thin, and always knew what to do. And so she pulled out her phone, and started texting her.

Zoey's phone rang, and she looked at it, then quickly put it away and went toward the door.
"Hey Zoey, you leaving?" Ash asked.
"Yeah, sorry Ash. Something came up," Zoey replied.
"Aww, well thanks for coming!"
"No problem. Thanks for having me! Well, see yea!"

"Right, later!"

Suddenly Gary sat next to Ash and wrapped his arms around him, which made Ash jump and blush.
"There you are Ash-boy! I need to give you your gift!"
"W-what are you doing? My mom is watching!" Ash started squirming.
Gary chuckled. "I didn't know you were so shy Ash." Gary finished placing his gift around Ash's neck, and put his arm around his shoulder and sat beside him. "So do you like it?"
Ash picked up the neckless and recognized the green and yellow piece sign. "Hey, this is from when you started out your pokemon journey!"
"Yeah. Surprised me you remember so quickly," Gary teased.

"Are you sure this is okay for me to have this?"
"Of course! I haven't worn it in it in years!"
"Alright. Thanks Gary!"
Gary rubbed his hand against Ash's head and grinned. "No problem Ashy-boy! So what did you get me? Don't tell me you forgot?"
Ash crossed his arms. "Of course not!"
"So what is it?"
"See for yourself." Ash handed him Gary's gift.
Gary unwrapped the gift and got a detailed book about Hoenn pokemon. "Oh, thanks Ash!"
Ash nervously rubbed the back of his head. "I wasn't sure if you like it or not, so…"
"You did great Ash, thanks."

Ash smiled and leaned against Gary with a small sigh. "So… I really do like being with you, Gary."
"I like being with you too."
"So… I think I want to go out with you."
Gary chuckled. "You think? I want a little more assurance than that, Ashy-boy." He leaned in close to whisper in his ear, "Cause I'd like to go out with you."

Ash looked to the side with a blush. "My mom says she can't wait till I get a girlfriend."
Gary laughed. "Gramps has been talking about the same thing to me! He's recently been going on about how I should treat the ladies and how to win them over."
Ash looked down with a frown. "I… just don't want to disappoint her. She's been an awesome mom and helped me a lot throughout my journey."
"Well think about it Ash. Maybe talk to her and go from there."
"…Alright."

Misty and Tracey went outside in the backyard for some privacy.
"I never thought you'd ever feel the same about me… especially after you and Ash got together," Tracey said.
Misty chuckled a bit. "Well, I think the experience with dating Ash opened my eyes to you." Misty wrapped her arms around Tracey and placed her head gently against Tracey and relaxed.
"I see… I guess there's something else I need to thank Ash for." Tracey put his arms around Misty.
Misty looked up into Tracey's eyes. "So, what about me that made me so special in your eyes, Tracey?"
"Well, you're kind and fun, but also strong and know how to speak your mind. And you're really cute as well, of course."
Misty looked away and blushed. "Really?"
"Really! What made you interested in me Misty?"
"Well, you're really sweet, thoughtful, and caring. You're pretty talented too Tracey! Your drawings are always so beautiful and you seem to know a lot about pokemon."
"I never thought… you thought that way about me…"
"I never know you liked me beyond a friend. Why didn't you ever say anything?"
Tracey nervously scratched his cheek. "I guess I just was convinced that you could never fall for a guy like me…"
Misty gave Tracey a serious look. "You really shouldn't be so hard on yourself, Tracey! I feel lucky to have a guy like you in my life."
Tracey smiled. "Alright. And I feel extremely lucky to have you in mine!"
They both stared into each other's eyes and slowly inched closer till they kissed.

May followed Drew with crossed arms, still upset with him for spilling punch on her.
"Really May, I didn't do it! I'm sure someone here knows really what happened."
"Hmph," May replied.
They stopped in front of a guy.
"Excuse me, sir," Drew said.
The guy turned around. "Huh?"
"Professor Elm?"
"Why, yes that is me!"
"Hello sir, my name is Drew." He held out his hand to shake.
"Ah, you can call me Elm." He shook Drew's hand. "So is there something you need?"
"Well, I was just wondering if you might have seen someone's pokemon use Psychic, or something like that effect to move something."
Elm thought a bit. "Yes, actually. A small boy with black hair had a Gallade. He used a Psychic attack, then I heard that girl by you scream and hit you with a bag and you two left."
"Max!" May shouted.
"See, it wasn't me!" Drew shouted.
"He's so dead! Max where are you!" May angrily shouted, then ran off to find him.
"Thanks for your help, Elm." Drew then left.

Bonnie and Max where at a table with snacks on it and they were eating some.
"So where are you from Bonnie?" Max asked.
"I'm from Kalos. How about you?" Bonnie asked.
"Hoenn."
"Wow, really? I never been there before! Do you like it there?"
"It's alright. Lots of water, and flowers!"
"Wow, it sounds pretty there!"
He shrugged. "I guess. My dad's the Petalburg gym leader gym leader, and I'm going to take his place when I'm ready."
""Cool! My brother is the Lumiouse gym leader, so if you need any pointers, I can help you out!"
"…Sounds like I need to talk to your brother for that."
Bonnie huffed and crossed his arms. "My brother wouldn't have gone anywhere without me! He's only so good with my help!"
Max laughed. "Alright, so what do your advice for me?"
"Well first off, don't rely on inventions. Especially if there my brother's. They'll always blow up!"
"I'll keep that in mind."
"So what type are you going to use for your gym?"
Right as Max was about to answer, May slammed his face in the cake he was eating.
"Oww, what was that for?" Max asked.
"I think you know exactly what that was for, you little brat! How dare you do that!" She started yanking on his ear.
"Oww, okay, okay! Can't you take a joke?"
"Joke? I'm all sticky because of you!"
Bonnie sighed and thought, "I guess his plan didn't go as well as he thought."

Zoey walked into the hotel and instantly Dawn ran up and hugged her.
"Please, don't hate me," Dawn pleaded.
"What are you talking about?" Dawn asked.
"I… I dragged you out here, while you could be enjoying yourself at the party."
"Hey, don't worry about it. I'm always happy to help."
Dawn looked away from Zoey. "Also... I just don't know what to do."
"What are you talking about?"

"I don't know what I was thinking…" Dawn pulled away and started sobbing.
"Dawn, I'm here for you! It's okay! Please just tell me what happened!"
"I… he was so nice and cute! I thought he'd be a nice guy to date!"
"Clemont? Yea he does seem like a nice guy."
"But, the more I interact with him, the more I see that he really likes me… But I don't feel the same!" Dawn paused a bit to try to pull herself together. "And the more I try to like him, the more I think about someone else!"
"Dawn, you really should tell Clemont this!"
"I… I know. But I just don't want to hurt his feelings!"
"You think he'd be happy with making you unhappy?"
"No…"
"You both deserve to be with someone who makes you happy!"
"Right…" Dawn looked away uncomfortably.
"I know it might be hard…"
"There's something else that makes it hard now!" Dawn interrupted.
"…What?" Zoey asked.
Dawn sifted uncomfortably. "I don't know…what I was thinking."
Zoey gave her a confused look. "I… you said that already. Just out with it Dawn!"
"Please, don't hate…"
"You already… look I can't hate you, alright? Not after all we've been though!"
Dawn smiled a bit. "Really? Even if I were to be pregnant now?"
"What?" Zoey shouted in shock.

Dawn backed away a bit with a worried look. "Do… I mean, would you hate me then?"
All Zoey could do is stare in shock.

Dawn looked down and tears fell from her eyes. "Don't hate me, cause the person I think of with him… is you."
