Epic Mickey 3: The Three Toonateers

What was supposed to be a celebration of Oswald's 96th Birthday in Mean Street was turned upside-down when BlotToons arrived while chasing a pair of new fairy characters, and one stole Oswald's present from Mickey. The half-brothers, Ortensia and Gus, will team up with fairies to take down the Pete Gang, free Wasteland, and get back Mickey's present for his half-brother.

2. Chapter 2

Chapter 1: A Brief History of Epic Mickey

Walt Disney, the man who brought the Disney Company. Let's be frank here. The first known animated character was Pete, featured in the Alice Comedies on Feb 15, 1925, in Alice Solves the Puzzle. But he appeared as a bear in the show, even in Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, who came in Trolley Troubles on Sept 5, 1927. Pete got into the Oswald Show in The Ocean Hop(Nov 14, 1927) and became his cat form in Mickey's The Gallopin Gaucho (Dec 30, 1928). Oswald became famous for two years but approximately 11 months and 30 days. As Disney's 2nd well-known animated character, he was featured in Troll Troubles on Sept 5, 1927. However, in Feb 1928, Walt was given a budget cut instead of a raise because Charlies Mintz, owner of Winkler Pictures, signed a contract with Universal Pictures for three more years of Lucky Rabbit's cartoons. Due to Walt's refusal of the cut, poor Oswald was taken away from him and became forgotten, which the last episode he was in his show was Sept 3, 1928, in the Sky Scrapper along with Ortensia Whiskers. But luckily, Walt came up with Mickey Mouse, Disney's icon, which came into the world when Plane Crazy was created on Jan 1, 1928, but he was shown in Steamboat Willie on Nov 18, 1928.

To mix things into the Epic Mickey series, according to the 1st game's intro, Mickey wandered into Yen Sid's workshop on Mar 25, 1929, after the Opry House episode on Mar 20, 1929. Blind by his curiosity, Mickey accidentally created the Blot with the magical paintbrush with Paint. Despite trying to Thinner it out and leaving the workshop, Mickey didn't realize that the Blot escaped into Wasteland along with the Thinner Jug, causing the Blot Wars and the Thinner Disaster.

But Mickey forgot the incident over the next 61 years, seven months, and 25 days. Until Nov 18, 1990(Mickey's 62nd birthday), after his the Prince and the Pauper on Nov 16, 1990, when the first game occurred, his mistake came dragging him back into Yen Sid's workshop into Wasteland by the Shadow Bolt. Along the way, he meets friends like Gus and Oswald and fights off enemies with Yen Sid's Paintbrush with the power of Paint and Thinner. But in the end, he saved Wasteland with Oswald's fireworks giving it the final blow. Returning to the Cartoon World with his Heart, he gave his thought last goodbye to his older half-brother when Yen Sid closed the mirror.

But after nine years, six months, and 13 days, after Fantasia 2000, on May 30, 2000, the 2nd game, the Power of Two, takes place. The Mad Doctor returns and acts reformed. Ortensia and Gus call Mickey to come over to Wasteland when the Blotworks are on the loose and earthquakes. Joined by Oswald, they discovered that the Mad Doctor was trying to create a plan to turn him from animatronic to Toon again with the Guardian Pools, broadcasting a show to leave Wasteland and hoping to take Mickey's brush to become the greatest villain of all time. But Mickey and Oswald reformed him, turning him back into a Toon again.

But after a year, five months, and 20 days, on Nov 18, 2001, Mickey was summoned to save Wasteland because Oswald informed that the Castle of Illusion and Minnie had come into the place. But the game Epic Mickey: The Power of Illusion became more intense when Mickey discovered Mizrabel kidnapped other famous Disney characters to drain their Paint so she could leave. But Mickey won, and all of the Disney Characters returned home through the Toon Heart Power Orb but lost their memories of the event since their inner dream selves were taken within Wasteland.

If all the Disney characters could enter the Wasteland within their dreams, then there must be a way the forgotten could enter the Cartoon World since they don't have the dream power to enter it.

I also forgot to mention who was the genuinely 1st forgotten animated character in all of Disney. Julius the Cat, who appeared in Alice Comedies before Pete did. But alas, Julius ceased to exist since he was very similar to Felix the Cat.
