Chapter 10: The Towering Motherly Puppeteer

Coming out of the Projector Cinderella, Toonateers are hyperventilating while they make it to the Queen of Hearts' Court. Mickey and Oswald were hiccupping as they smiled with joy.

"Thank goodness we got out of there," Turpley continued before facing the half-brothers. "We would've gotten out of there faster if a pair of certain hotdog hogs hadn't kept us from going slow. What do you get to say for yourselves, plump big ears?"

When Mickey and Oswald burp at him, Turpley commented while holding his nose, "Well, that was just plain rude and disgusting."

"Men," Ortensia added.

"Pardon us. Haha," Mickey said.

"Mickey? Mickey Mouse, are you there?" Cinderella's voice was heard.

"Cinderella? Where are you?!"

"Over here."

The Toonateers find her in a mirror prison on the defendant's stand.

"Poor Cinderella," Tintley said.

But when a gabble is heard pounding, the Toonateers saw Small Pete in a Cinderella outfit at the judge's seat.

"Order! Where's my order? I don't mean food-wise," Small Pete said while the Generals poked their heads out from behind him to laugh.

"Small Pete. I see you changed clothes. But what's up with that? Dressing up like a lady?" Oswald said, showing his remote.

"It's a Toon thing. Anyway, jury! How do you find the defendant's unwelcomed witnesses?"

Just then, a crowd of BlotToons on both sides appeared when the light shined on them as they sat on the stands. They held out "Guilty" signs.

"On what charges?" Ortensia, hands on her hips.

BlotToon Mickey takes out a "Meddling" sign while blowing a raspberry. Then BlotToon Oswald holds an "Assaulting" with his ears while fake whining and holding his foot in pain. And BlotToon Ortensia laughed while showing a "Stupidity" sign.

"Meddling? Yes. Assaulting? As in fighting off your army? Sure. But stupidity?!" Ortensia continued. "That's unlikable. But if counting my husband and his brother's antics. A little bit."

"Hey!" Mickey and Oswald are offended.

Gus and Turpley tried to hold in their laughter. But Small Pete pounds the gabble again for everyone's attention.

"Due to clear evidence and truthful witnesses, I find this trio of Toons, their Gremlin guide, and their pair of Guardian Fairies guilty of interfering with our plans. Generals, what is their penalty?"

Happily, the Generals take out dolls of Mickey, Oswald, and Ortensia to throw them to the ground. They soon remove hatchets and decapitate their heads before chopping them down into pieces. This brings horror to the Toonateers that Mickey and Oswald hug each other while Ortensia hides behind her husband. Gus fainted from the scene while Tintley and Turpley were startled.

"Woah, too harsh," said Turpley.

"They're innocent. You're the ones who are guilty," said Tintley.

"Uh, Generals? That's not the punishment they'll get," said Small Pete.

"Awww," said the BlotToons in disappointment.

"Whew!" said the Three Toonateers as Gus woke up.

Then Small Pete continued, "Their penalty will be a battle to the death against that Pampered Mother of Punishment, the Wicked Stepmother."

BlotToon Lady Tremaine then shows up with her heart formed into a glass slipper while cracking her neck.

"I'm going to guess that every Lieutenant will face will be the enemy of the Princess we will rescue. Right?" Tintley asks.

"What do you think?" Turpley sarcastically.

"I think it's a yes."

"You don't know a thing about sarcasm."

"Hehe. You can't outwit this one," said Small Pete, grabbing a robe from the Pete Blimp and flying off with it.

Then, in Mickey sounds, BlotToon Mickey rings the wrestling bell while BlotToon Oswald claps and BlotToon Ortensia whistles.

When BlotToon Lady Tremaine takes out a piece of Eat Me Cake, Mickey screams while jumping into Oswald's arms in fear, "Not the Eat Me Cake!"

"Eat Me Cake? What's it supposed to do?" Oswald confused.

When BlotToon Lady Tremaine eats it, she grows as giant as the Toonateers stare.

Then Oswald said, "I'm beginning to wonder if he made Mickey and me in common on favoring hotdog appetite, having a woman, heroism, and getting into trouble."

BlotToon Lady Tremaine's hands begin to wiggle in transformation. Her right-hand morphs into a hand puppet of Anastasia, holding sashes like whips, and her left goes into the hand puppet of Drizella, holding a broom. Puppet Anastasia begins whipping toward the Toonateers, but they narrowly dodge the attempts. Mickey jumped out of his brother's arms to flee and said, "Run!"

"Good idea, Mickey!" Oswald said while he and others followed him.

Puppets Anastasia and Drizella continue trying to hit the Toonateers with their sashes and broom. The broom soon smacked Mickey and Oswald on the bottoms.

When they rub their behinds in pain as they run, Oswald comments, "Ooh, Cinderella's stepsisters are cheeky and sassy."

He stops running and is mad to motion to the boss to prevent it, which they do in confusion. This, too, confuses the other BlotToons in the stands and the three Generals. His team stops watching to see him puff up his chest and goes toward the boss.

"Broom, please," said Oswald.

Puppet Drizella then hands him the broom which he responds, "Yes, thank you."

He then uses the broom to hit BlotToon Lady Tremaine on the head, which makes her get sunk into her body, shocking her hand puppets.

"Now, Mickey. Take on the right hand," said Oswald, tossing the broom away.

He then uses his remote to stun the Drizella puppet. Quickly, Mickey blasts the Anastasia puppet with Paint, causing her to act friendly and offer some cupcakes. But BlotToon Lady Tremaine removes the means to free her hands and head to pop back up.

"Hold me, honeybunny!" Ortensia said while turning her into a large stone battering ram.

Holding his wife like a battering ram, he rams her head onto BlotToon Lady Tremaine. Turpley gets behind the enemy to unveil a hidden Thinner Pool with his Thinner powers. BlotToon Lady Tremaine soon falls into the pool and melts away while her scream is heard. A swarm of Tints and Turps soon came out of the BlotToon Lieutenant while her glass slipper Heart turned red to black.

When Ortensia turns back to normal, and Oswald puts her down gently, Mickey comes over to pat Turpley's back gently and says, "Good work, Turpley. You show your power well."

This surprised him to go through another memory. He finds himself practicing his Thinner power on targets in Wonderland. But when he targets the giant Mad Hatter, he prepares a huge Thinner ball to disintegrate. He was being watched by the Devi-Turp Clan, who clapped for his performance.

Papa Devi L came up from behind Turpley to pat his back and said, "Good work, Turpley. You show your power well."

This made Turpley smile bigly, with his eyes filled with praise. His memory ended with him making the same smile and eyes at Mickey.

"Golly, I didn't think you liked to be complimented," Mickey commented.

"Oh, sorry. I'm a victim to being praised," said Turpley, rubbing the back of his head.

"Hmm, good to know," said Gus, writing it down on a notepad.

"Alright, BlotToons! Who's next?"

Quickly the BlotToons fled while the Generals hid in the judge's stand. The Guardians, freed from the boss, circles Cinderella's prison for it to flash light for it to disappear and for Cinderella laying motionless. Mickey goes to her to hold her in his arms.

"Another princess saved and another BlotToon Lieutenant gone. Our teamwork is paying off, everyone," said Mickey.

"Sure is. Now, where is the Projector back to Dark Beauty Castle?" Tintley said, looking around.

The judge's stand turns by itself to show the Projector, which made Gus say, "Well, that's dandy. We'll be able to escort Disney Princess Cinderella in no time."

"Let's get going. BlotToons must come back with informants," said Oswald.

"And I can use a couple of tea after that ordeal," Ortensia added before Toonateers and out-cold Cinderella entered the Projector.

The Three Generals came out from hiding to go over the Thinner Pool where BlotToon Lady Tremaine had fallen. They look at her heart with evil eyes. After BlotToon Mickey makes some Mickey sounds, Ortensia takes her suitcase off the BlotToon Lieutenant Hearts and opens them. BlotToon Oswald takes off his right hand and uses it to bring the heart closer to them. BlotToon Mickey picks it up with no harm from the Thinner and places it in the suitcase. Once in the shape of the heart, BlotToon Ortensia closes, so all three can smirk. But BlotToon Mickey begins to cough to get one knee. Concerned, BlotToon Oswald touches his shoulder while BlotToon Ortensia watches.

But surprising them, BlotToon Mickey mumbled in mimicry of Walt Disney's voice acting for Mickey, "Ah…Ah…I…speak…."
