Chapter 11: Snow White at Mean Street
Returning to Dark Beauty Castle, Toonateers walk to the Disney Princess Suite. But when entering, they find Snow White is gone.
"Gah! Where did Snow White go?" Mickey panics.
Clarabelle approached and said, "Oh, hey, everyone. I want you to know that Snow White went to Mean Street."
"Why?"
"She got curious about where she is."
"Okay, we'll go see her. But I must be Cinderella in her bed."
Mickey then places her bed before Oswald can tuck her in.
Meanwhile, at Mean Street, Snow White appears to be enjoying herself while eating ice cream surrounded by her animal friends while being watched by Animatronic Trio.
"What luck she allowed me to interview her. My DNN is getting good reviews," said Animatronic Daisy.
"Won't Mickey be mad at you for not listening to his instructions?" Animatronic Goofy concern.
"I'm sure he won't mind. Besides, Snow White said yes to it. So, he'll understand."
Then Animatronic Donald suggested once Toonateers showed up from behind him while Mickey had hands on his hips, "Ah, why does Mickey have to be a nice guy? He acts like everyone will follow him around due to his reputation. Sometimes, I think he gained popularity by doing what his higher-ups tell him to do."
Mickey clears his throat, which scares Donald into saying, "Hi, Mickey. We were just talking about you."
"Well, mostly Donald was speaking about you," said Goofy.
"Not helping, Goofy!"
Before Mickey could say anything, he was picked by Snow White hugged him and said, "Mickey! I'm happy to see a familiar face."
"Snow White, please. Everyone is looking," said Mickey, feeling embarrassed.
"Do you know where we are? Who are these people?"
Once she puts him down, he shows his team and says, "We're in Wasteland, home to the forgotten Toons. These people are friends and family of mine; Oswald, Ortensia, Gus, Tintley, and Turpley."
"Hi, Snow White. I'm Mickey's half-older brother," Oswald shaking her hand.
"Oswald? As in Oswald the Lucky Rabbit? Oh, yes. I heard of you and Ortensia. We were happy to have you back with us since 2006."
"What? But how-? Mickey?"
"Like I said, the Disney Company higher-up dug up a lot of info about you, Ozzie-san. Nearly everyone in the Cartoon World knows about it," said Mickey.
"Say? If they remember me, will me and Ortensia be able to visit the place?"
"Who knows? Oh, and Snow White, Cinderella is at Dark Beauty Castle in sleep."
"Alright then," Snow White said.
"Curiously, do you remember anything when you were kidnapped?" Ortensia asks.
"Yes. I was with my Prince and the Seven Dwarfs to picnic at ToonTown in the park near the wishing well. But then huge hands came out of the wishing well to snatch me up and take me. And that's when I find myself in mirror prison with other Disney Princesses. But that's all I could remember."
"How could Prescott create such a machine to do that?" Gus was curious.
Mickey says, "Snow White, I suggest you return to Dark Beauty Castle. Who knows the Petes' army will come back?"
But Jamface came over and said, "Don't worry, Mickey. The Main Projectors at the Walt Statue are closed off. The Mad Doctor is preparing his Beetleworks to bring back Bog Easy."
As if on cue, the Mad Doctor showed up and said, "Speaking of me, Toonateers, I got Disney Princess Aurora's location. She's somewhere at the Gremlin Village."
"The Gremlin Village?!" Gus and Jamface were shocked.
"Then what are we waiting for?! Let's get to Dark Beauty Castle, pronto," said Gus, grabbing Mickey and Oswald by the ears to leave.
The half-brothers screamed in pain, "Ow, ow, ow! Gus, the ears! The ears! Ouch! That hurts! We're going! Let go of our ears!"
"I better go after them before Gus gets a nose pinch from Oswald," said Ortensia.
"Ouch! I'm sorry!" Gus heard.
"Oops, too late. Come along, Tintley and Turpley."
"Okay. Bye, Snow White," said Tintley.
"See ya'll later," Turpley says while he and Tintley follow their teammates.
"Good luck and be safe. While they're gone, I'll see Cinderella later," said Snow White, while her animal friends came over to comfort her.
