I'll start with a flashback, based on a scene from South Park.
As a little girl Ariena is playing in a soccer team in a field somewhere in Liberty City. a drunk Dash begins trash-talking a parent of another team, much to Blake's and Sally's embarrassment. ''I told you to shut up!'' the other parent yelled at Dash. It was another grey cloudy day in LC, Dash wearing a black bandana over her head, a black hoodie, and some fingerless biker/rockstar gloves, also black.
''Ooo, you want me to kick your ass right here?!'' Dash challanged, Sally and Blake both try getting her to sit down, but Dash does not. She's too drunk.. She has a serious problem, she's just living in denial, always had. Orginally her drinking was more played for a joke, but now it's shown she has a legit Alcohol Disorder, and it's often used to help build story drama. It's getting to the point that it might kill her one day. It's implied Dash has a bit of a depression as well, though it's on and off.
''You want a piece of me?! 'Cause I'm pretty sick of your Goddamned mouth!'' the other parent yelled.
''I'm standing right here! How do you wanna handle it?!'' Dash yelled, her beer cup spilling all over as she waves it around in her anger, some of it getting on Sally while Blake stands up, Carly and the Lucia sisters mostly kinda drifted apart, Carly not even feeling bad after knowing they befriended her sister Blake instead.
''Dash, just stop.'' Blake growled, but Dash pushes her off her, and continues egging on her target. Probably a woman, as most men don't like hitting woman unless in self defence. It's left a bit ambigious, they have a deep voice, and a hoodie covering their face.
''I told you to SHUT UP!'' the unnamed parent yelled and throws beer at Dash. Who jump tackles them and both break into an abnoxious fight, rolling onto the grass below, interrupting the game as both teams stopped to see the commotion.
''Aw jesus not again.'' Ariena groaned while sitting on the bench, facepalming from embarressment.
Sally and Blake pulled Dash away, who was actually winning despite her drunk state. Carly comes over to, Sachi was also playing. The still hooded parent manages to crawl up and runs to the parking lot. ''Yeah run!'' Dash yelled, throwing her now empty cup at the hooded figure. Their kid running after them shortly after.
''Dash your embarressing Ariena'' Blake growled angrily.
''Yeah, you do this every time!" Sally added.
''Blake your friend needs help.'' Carly said, catching up to them.
''For what?! Help for what?! I'm not allowed to stand up for myself?! I thought this was America! Huh?! Isn't this America?! I'm sorry, I thought this was America!'' Dash slurred, sounding just like Randy Marsh from South Park.
Carly, without thinking, slaps Dash in the face, but all this does is anger Dash even more and Blake and Sall further hold her back as she drunkenly curses Carly.
''Carly please, that's not helping.'' Blake responded, actually kinda annoyed.
Carly ignores her and pulled Dash by her hair, forcing her to sit down, Dash throws punch which Carly easily dodges and Dash falls over, knocking herself out. Sally sighs and carries Dash to Sally's blue truck, Blake going in Dash's car to follow them. Carly goes back to her seat, signalling for everyone to continue.
CURRENT DAY;
Carly ends up riding her DoubleT bike over to her sister Blake's small street house in downtown Los Santos, one of many other ones near the highway, nothing exciting. The house was empty but otherwise quite nice, Blake doesn't own or need very much, least not in mine. Carly telling her she believes Ariena is still living with Sally.
"Again? Harleigh told me that Ari was spending the night with her and Katie. Sachi was invited but must of been busy." Blake responded
''Yeah she had another party, anyway that's not the point, she's not in Liberty City with Dash.''
''I know Carly, but that's really not your business.'' Blake replied.
'But maybe it's yours Blake, I know you and Dash are pals, so I thought...'' Carly started, but Blake already knew what she was going to say and sits on a lovecouch next to her TV, saying ''I tried Carly, but that woman is stubborn, always was.. Your the lucky one, you don't have to babysit Pink and Imani.''
"Imani knew me though Sally, surprised you don't know her." Carly responded.
''Sally really didn't see her much, and besides, she thinks she might pregnant and finally went to rehab for her weed addiction, she had enough to think of without keeping up with the girl who did did a job or two for Franklin.'' Blake added.
"Sally and Franklin are starting a family? That's great news." Carly responded
''Trying is right.'' Blake admitted.
"At least she can get sober." Carly responded
''Unlike Dash, Sally was always one to admit to her problem. Kate, the original Kate, was the only one who got Dash to confesss she had a drinking problem. She was closer than anyone to breaking though to her.'' Blake admitted.
"What about the other Kate?" Carly replied
''Roman's daughter'?' Blake asked.
"Yes. She's Kate's namesake, maybe Dash will listen." Carly responded
''Namesake yes, but she's not similar to her, she's closer to Mallorie.. In fact Mal use to say her daughter was 'too' similar to her. Makes her impossible whenever they bickered.'' Blake replied
''I hear her, Sachi stays out late all the time and doesn't call enough.'' Carly told.
''Kids.'' Blake chuckled.
''Use to think Ariena was a bad influence on her, but now I think it's just how Sachi is.'' Carly continued.
