Chapter 30: Get all along, little Guardians!
Coming out of the D.E.C, Mickey hops out with Tintley and Turpley on his shoulders. He then helps out Oswald before his brother takes out Ortensia from the hips.
Once Gus came flies out, they all looked around to find a beautiful garden mixed with similarities of the Disney Memorial Garden, the great Tivoli Gardens park in Copenhagen, Denmark, and the 2023 Epcot Flower & Garden Festival.
"Wow. This place is pretty. Flowers, Guardian Pool fountains, and plant sculptures everywhere!" Tintley excited.
"Welcome to the Guardian Oasis Garden. At first, we made this place for the Guardians to have a place not to be disturbed. But it soon became a tourist attraction that people can only view in the train that slowly rides through, so they can't step foot in it," said Oswald.
"But judging by these tracks, someone did," said Turpley, seeing footprints.
"What?! Only the gardeners and caretakers could enter here."
Before growling, Mickey smelled it like a dog and said, "Those Generals! They're here. Probably to get their mitts on the Guardians for the BlotToon Army."
"Shh! Do you hear that?" Gus whispered.
The Toonateers went quiet to hear some voices in the distance.
"They're here," Ortensia whispered.
"Look—an Ink Well filled with Invisible Ink. Let's sneak on them," Mickey whispered, seeing it.
But when seeing the Ink Well, Tintley and Turpley start to do some remembering. They find themselves at the Heart Shape Island. They are building some of the Ink Wells. They soon implanted two stones, one the color of Invisible Ink and another the color of Indelible Ink, at the eyes of the Seven Sisters and the Devils. Mother Angel and Papa Devi L watched from afar while proud and in awe of seeing their precious Guardian Fairies at work.
"I still can't believe we were able to get our Blue-Thinner and Yellow-Thinner are able to go into a rock formation," said Turpley, putting the Indelible Ink Stones in the left eyes of the Ink Wells.
"But this could be a chance to get the Toons to be at peace with our Tribes. We won't have to go in hiding anymore. We'll able to see all of Wasteland as we wished, Turpley," Tintley smiled while putting Invisible Ink Stones in the right eyes of the wells.
"Yeah, but how are we going to give them?"
"Leave that to me, and Mother Angel, Turpley," Papa Devi L said before he and Mother Angel snapped their fingers.
All Ink Wells disappeared for Tintley to say, "Where'd they go?"
"To the places close to pools of Paint and Thinner," Mother Angel said.
But the memory ends when Mickey says, "Tintley and Turpley, come on."
"Oh, coming," Tintley answered.
"Let's get disappearing," said Turpley before the Toonateers were covered with Invisible Ink.
The Toonateers slowly go over where the Generals are. By hiding behind a hedge, they poke their heads through it to find the three Generals looking at pools of Tints and Turps. BlotToon Mickey is wearing the Two Gun Mickey outfit while BlotToon Oswald is dressed up as Woody from Toy Story, and BlotToon Ortensia is dressed as Jessie from Toy Story 2.
"Hehehe. It's Guardian rustling time, BOswald and BOrtensia," said BlotToon Mickey, hoisting up his pants a bit.
"Tsh. How will he do it?" Mickey mocked.
"I don't know who said that, but I'm glad they asked. You see, I…."
He then takes a guitar and plays "Yodel-Adle-Eedle-Idle-Oo" from Home on the Range 2004.
He sings, "Yodel-adle-eedle-idle-odel-oo! [As he plays the guitar, he prances around before getting close to a Guardian Pool.]
The way it goes will make ya'll feel surprised. [Hearing his singing, the Guardians were stunned at their place.]
'Cause when we yodel-adle-eedle-idle-odel-oo [Then they go up and down to the beat as they go forward.]
Why, looky how them Guardians get hypnotized!" [The three Toonateers and Gus were confused until they noticed Tintley and Turpley's eyes went swirling from the hypnotic song, which shocked them.]
BlotToon Oswald: We don't net. [Hypnotized, Tintley, and Turpley soon fly towards the entranced Guardians to their dance.]
BlotToon Ortensia: We don't yell. [The three Toonateers and Gus tiptoe their way into the scene.]
BlotToon Mickey: Still, we drive them pixies well. [BlotToon Oswald takes out a banjo and plays the song.]
BlotToons Oswald and Ortensia: Ya'll don't have to pump up and suck the Guardian pools to put them in their cell. [BlotToon Ortensia then plays a fiddle to the song while BlotToon Oswald holds a blueprint of the Mad Doctor's old Guardian Pumps in his ears before ripping it up.]
BlotToon Mickey: Yes, if you're lookin' from a bovine point of view. [BlotToon Mickey slides over to two to get in between, so they can prance together.]
We sure can yodel-adle-eedle-idle [They soon ring around the rosey before hypnotized Tintley and Turpley join in.]
Odel-adle-eedle-idle [They start to Line Dance together.]
Yodel-adle-eedle-idle-oo! [Tintley and Turpley soon return to their Tints and Turps group as the three Generals swing their hats in the air and land back on their heads.]
(spoke) Alright, BOswald and BOrtensia! It's time to load up the good ol' steam engine! [The three BlotToons continue to play their instruments while a Mardi Gras-themed train with Facilier's Friends on the Other Side large, horned mask at the front of its engine and its cars are caged for the Guardians with the doors open.]
(Yodels "William Tell Overture") [The Guardians came together to get in rows of lines with a pattern: Tint, Turp, Tint, and Turp that's continuous. BlotToon Mickey yodeling, get each a Tint and Turp to circle together before pointing to the cage cars.]
BlotToon Oswald: (Yodels "Yankee Doodle") [BlotToon Oswald marches for the Guardians glowing bright and dim to the beat as they go to their cages. BlotToon Oswald then flies to somersault in the air before fluttering down to the ground while spinning.]
BlotToon Ortensia: (Yodels "Beethoven's Ode to Joy") [BlotToon Ortensia came to him so they could booty-bump each other three times. She then hops onto a Tint, then to Turpley, next a Turp, and lastly, Tintley before a spotlight shines on her when she hits the high note.]
BlotToon Mickey: Yes, we can yodel-adle-eedle-odel! "Tintley!" Mickey shouted while grabbing her. "Turpley!" Oswald yelled, grabbing him. "Come on, you two!" Ortensia added while holding her husband by the waist. "Snap out of it!" Gus said while holding onto Mickey.]
BlotToon Oswald and BlotToon Ortensia: A sound them spirits truly take to heart! [But the poor Guardian Fairies are so in deep the trance that Mickey and Oswald lose their grip and fall.]
BlotToon Mickey: Yeah, we can yodel-adle-eedle-idle-odel-adle-eedle-idle-odel [The three Generals hop and spin together as almost all of the Guardians are locked up in the cars.]
An' smack my big ol' rump if that ain't art! [BlotToon Ortensia beats BlotToon Mickey's behind. So, he tries to hit her face with his guitar, but she ducks and BlotToon Oswald gets hit.]
BlotToon Oswald: We don't bait. [Wondering how to get their teammates back, three Toonateers trip and land in a garden wagon before it moves out of control.]
BlotToon Ortensia: Not a chance! [The wagon goes towards Tintley and Turpley, which makes them snap out of the trance from being impacted.]
BlotToon Mickey: We just put them in a trance. [The Toonateers held onto each other as they screamed with the wagon still going.]
BlotToons Oswald and Ortensia: It's a Disney Western picture reference-mental songful advance. [BlotToons Oswald and Ortensia skip to a hedge shape of Alameda Slim, looking like he is yodeling to hypnotize bushes of Maggie and Mrs. Calloway.]
BlotToon Mickey: Yep! We're musical magnets to those flying in green n' blue. [BlotToon Mickey takes a rope to lasso the two BlotToons over to the train.]
Thanks to our yodel-adle-eedle-idle [When he pulled them over, they played their instruments while he unroped them.]
Odel-adle-eedle-idle![The Toonateers then crashed into a hedge shape of an anvil, causing them to get stuck in and the wagon to fall apart.]
We got all Guardians on the Voodoo Choo-Choo! Haha! [A rope from the train engine comes down, so the three Generals can pull it down.]
'Cause we can yodel-adle-eedle-idle-oo! [After doing so, the rope pulls them onto the engine's roof, and its whistle goes off.]
The three Generals: Yodel-adle-eedle-idle-oo! [They wave their hats in the air as the Voodoo Choo-Choo drives westward.]
After three Generals laughed vile-like, the Toonateers' Invisible Ink came off and got out of the hedge.
"What happened? I feel like I entered another dimension," said Tintley.
"I think I was in my happy place," said Turpley.
"You two got hypnotized by the Generals' singing," said Gus.
"Oh, I remember. Mother Angel and Papa Devi L. mentioned that Guardians are attached to sounds of the yodeling for some reason."
"And since we're somewhat evolved versions of them, we're infected by it," said Tintley.
"We don't have time to understand. They're getting away with the Guardians," said Mickey, watching the Voodoo Choo-Choo going off into the distance.
"That's not even the train that Disney Gulch uses. Where's C Double J?" Oswald said.
"C Double J? Who's C Double J, Ozzie-san?"
When a train whistle is heard, Casey Junior from Dumbo 1941 arrives at the Guardian Oasis Garden Station.
His voice is heard with his whistle, "Sorry. Ran late."
"C Double J, you're right on time," said Oswald.
"C Double J is Casey Jr? I never thought he would be forgotten," said Mickey.
"Well, his older form was somewhat," Ortensia said.
"C Double J, quick! Follow that train and use all of your speed," said Oswald as the Toonateers got on board in the first car.
"All aboard! Let's go!" Casey Jr. said with his whistle.
"Would you like some coal, C Double J?" Gus said while loading some coal in the fire pit.
After getting fuel, Casey Jr. rides after the Voodoo Choo-Choo.
