Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of the Ogre's Rabbit. Enjoy the 2400-word chapter I don't own Titanfall or Genlock, Rooster teeth, Respawn and a few others do.

Cammie was honestly trying to fight her urge to squeal. She had been watching the 25ft bipedal war machine which seemed to glance at her as it fired what seemed to be a small minigun. She returned fire as best she could, but the machine seemed to be able to produce a shield around its weapon which stopped several of the bullets.

"Cammie, we're still dealing with some of those guys, Union forces are showing up as well." Cammie heard as her Holon backpedaled and took cover from the gunfire. "You good?" Cammie heard as she turned.

There was a smaller stream of gunfire which made her turn, a humanoid figure who was clad in armor slightly similar to their Gen: Lock suits. He rushed along the side of the building as another few bullets slammed into her flank.

"Eh, kinda! One of the damn f*****s is trying to get on me." Cammie said as she turned and fired at the bipedal machine. "They don't have 25ft tall walkers, do they? Because the damn b****** has one. Real nice one too I'm honest." Cammie said as she turned.

The foot soldier who was being a pain in her ass had latched onto her arm. She was honestly in shock when it came to it. They had the GALL to take a Holon on foot? She almost was shocked at this if it wasn't for the fact that they were facing her.

"Hang on, I think they're…" Cammie said before a comm line snapped on.

"Major, I would advise caution, the mech unit possesses exceptional speed for its size." She heard one voice state as she tried to swat at the soldier.

She watched as the soldier leaped off and fired what seemed to be a grappling hook, it hooked onto her other arm as they swung around. She watched in absolute bafflement as they swung around the neck of her Holon and flipped into the air before firing what seemed to be thrusters on their hip and landed on the neck of her machine. She was honestly interested in what the hell they were. They were good, really damn good, and she was forced to focus on the bipedal machine and the soldier at the time. More bullets forced her to backpedal as she realized both were trying to pressure her.

'Who in the fecking hell is this guy!?' Cammie questioned as she heard a thump on the holon's head.

"Major? We're coming in now!" Cammie heard as the soldier stared at the robot.

She watched as he looked at the robot, staring her technically in the face before he pulled a packet from his side and planted it. She growled before he kicked off and the package exploded, making Cammie yelp in pain and cover her eyes as she backpedaled in pain.

The soldier fell towards the bipedal war machine which stared at her before a ship flew into the clearing. Cammie blinked; the charge hadn't punched much into the armor. It didn't need to, it was a delaying tactic, only throwing her off balance for a few seconds.

The bipedal machine easily boarded before the foot soldier stepped onto it right behind it, only sparing a glance at the second. Both looked at the machine as he glanced at himself with amusement before he glanced around and seemed to questioned as he questioned himself.

He glanced at her with a raised eyebrow as he seemed to rub his temples and waited for the mech to move as the shuttle moved into the sky, leaving the Holon and its pilot under them as of the second.

It had been far too odd for her to say anything. Way too odd for now.

She could only clear her throat and growl in annoyance as she seemed to question what in the hell had happened to make him this way. It had become so odd to her as she watched the ship fly away… Towards what looked like a massive warship in the sky?

"Cammie?" Cammie heard as she sighed and realized this was done and she'd need to get out to prevent overclocking the Holon.

"He got away. Mech is almost as big as a strider; the thing doesn't look like a strider at all." Cammie said before she watched the dropship move towards the warship. "Chase, I don't think these guys are Union… Least, one I fought damn sure ain't." Cammie said before she backpedaled and vanished down the road.

(With Havoc and Aiden)

Aiden took a deep breath and seemed to stare at the giant recovering mech before pressing a switch on his helmet and slowly watching it open.

He was honestly curious as to what was going on and who the hell that was. it had been anarchy and made him believe something had gone wrong. The IMC didn't deploy mechs of that caliber. If they had? Why the hell didn't they steal one and use it against the IMC?

He felt his helmet slide open and allowed him to stare at the rapidly fleeing ground. They were both interested in what was to come.

"What the hell was that thing?" Aiden asked before their widow started to approach the carrier. "Hav? You scan that thing before we ran the hell off?" Aiden asked to which the titan nodded. "Can you the captain we're in the cargo bay. We need to get patched up, get our heads screwed back on, get ready for the next."

"Am I to tell him how the telemetry data doesn't match the current location permitters?" Havoc questioned to which there was a nod.

"This ain't Geniv, is it?" Aiden questioned to which there was a shake of the head. "Then we got bigger problems. I expect we might not even be near the militia lines anymore. See if you can contact Admiral Graves, tell him what happened, and ask what the plan is." Aiden said as the widow peeled around the ship and landed in one of the hangers-on the 605-meter ship.

Aiden pulled his helmet off, freeing a mess of spiky messy brunette hair. He glanced up at Havoc as the two soldiers looked around. This was a lot odder than he expected, a lot more fascinating to him that they had so many issues on their plate that seemed to escape them.

Still? If they weren't in their home anymore? They had to find answers. Going back into the middle of a warzone like what they assumed they were on was insane, but it made sense in a certain manner of speaking. There was only so much they'd learn from a distance as they glanced down at the planet.

He was honestly curious still what was coming as of the second. It had made them a lot odder when it came to their topics when they considered the second. It was going to be interesting when it came down to it. There were a lot of problems piling up and they were curious as to what the hell awaited them below.

"Major? I have sent the data to the crew. I recommend getting some sleep while we think of a better move." Havoc stated before Aiden waved it off.

"Sleep when your dead, Hav. I'll grab some new ammo and be on the first crow down." Aiden said before he cracked his fingers. "We're not going to find any real answers out there. I slept before we got sent on a mission anyway. Those new titans are going to keep me up either way." Aiden stated before the doors opened and Aiden walked off to go and get a new weapon.

Havoc could only roll his optics and question what was going on with the pilot. He decided to download his data on the new titan to the militia servers, there was going to be a problem that couldn't be easily solved without this.

He was honestly curious as to what came next. Havoc was well aware of the fact that Aiden would probably track down the new titans, he knew his pilot all the same. He was honestly curious as to what the hell Aiden expected to find. Then again? He was able to draw his own conclusions.

(With Gen: LOCK and the Polity)

"That isn't a strider." Colonel Marin stated as she and Doctor Weller looked at the camera footage from Cammie's drones. "And whoever that is? Their damn sure, not Union, Union don't run circles around military units." Marin stated before she rolled her eyes.

The Gen: LOCK doctor looked over the data. The new mech certainly wasn't Union, he saw custom pieces and paint jobs that didn't match anything the Union had. There was also the fact that they had run rather than try and hold their ground against them. Even against someone as new as Cammie, she was still dangerous, yet they had run.

"Perhaps they and the enemy units the Lieutenant and his team engaged are connected?" Both heard as she frowned and looked around with interest. "They fielded similar units, only with more uniformity. The best-case scenario is their connection in some new way." ABLE reported to which Weller rolled his eyes.

There was a grunt of annoyance that Weller knew all too well. Cammie, the soldier hadn't done ANY major damage to the Holon, he guessed that the charge was fitted to something besides a Holon. He could handle the damage in a few hours.

He guessed her pride was wounded, still? If there was a machine like that and a soldier who was capable of confronting a Holon on foot? Well, he expected them to be dangerous.

"They escaped." They heard from the door as Weller hummed. "Had a warship launch a wave of missiles and escaped on transports. Whoever they are? They're organized, skilled, and dangerous." They heard as they sighed.

Yaz. Weller turned from the computer towards the Gen: Lock pilot. He noticed Cammie behind them.

"So is the one who engaged Cammie. That's what we're talking about." Weller stated to which the woman frowned to herself. "Whoever they are? They're clearly not on either side. A new army with robotic tech like this and warships that can go into space? That's going to turn the war on its head." Weller stated as he brushed a hand over his head.

"Then we should find them," Yaz stated to which Weller shook his head. "All of the transports headed skywards. If their using warships? That means they have a base; it means we can track them." Yaz added before he sighed to himself.

"Then we're all end up dead. The best-case scenario is to find out more about them." Marin stated before she shook her head. "We should capture one of them, see what their up to… Like the pilot who attacked Ms. Mccloud." Marin stated before she frowned to herself.

This had been interesting at the time. They had been pressed by a new faction with technology that seemed to match the Polity? There was only so much the Colonel could do to handle this problem.

"A pilot attacked Cammie?" Yaz asked before Weller frowned.

"Yes, and we're going to need to find who they are… But I have a feeling they may come to us sooner or later." Weller stated before he looked at the footage that Cammie's drones had collected.

He had a feeling something new was coming.

Author Notes

Phew. Another chapter is done! I want to point out I'm not hating on Cammie, I just wanted to show that the pilots can escape Holons. The next chapter will set up the IMC and Militia's war on Earth and set up Gen:LOCK and them meeting each other. Until the 900-6500 chapter in 2-10 months and such, Lighting Wolf out!
