Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of the Ogre's Rabbit. Enjoy the 3500-word chapter I don't own Titanfall or Genlock, Rooster teeth, Respawn and a few others do.
(Hornbill transport Whirlwind)
The transport slowly set down at the Anvil. There was a mass grouping of soldiers before all of this was said and done. Aiden laughed at the time being. He questioned what they had thought of him… What had been their plan? Wait until he exited quietly? He knew he could get away for the time being.
He was entirely thrown off by the fact that this had been something he dreaded for now… He dreaded a lot more than this, but if that was the plan that had been thrown his way?
He knew he could escape if he felt like doing it. His cloak would last long enough to reach the door… It was going beyond that in any meaningful way that made him a question before.
Still? he couldn't save Havoc that way and he damn well wasn't going to let his buddy go down in flames if he didn't have to. There was a lot more to say and do, he'd find a way to get this mission done next.
"Are you going to be, ok?" Aiden questioned before he tilted his head now.
He seemed to tilt his head before now. The titan had been a lot more to see and question what to do next
"I will be alright, Major. This had been the most insane plan you had come up with before now." Havoc stated before Aiden rolled his eyes as of the time being.
This had been fun for the second and he knew that this would be fun for him. He needed to know.
He exited the mech. If there was a way to help him? He'd do so… For the time being. He had a lot more to see as of the time… And yet this game had just been done before… He just didn't know where all the pieces went.
He was greeted by several soldiers all of whom had rifles raised or weapons drawn at him. He held up his hands and let the black-clad soldiers take him in as Havoc closed the hatch and kept his rifle, data knife, and sidearm safe. He knew Aiden could make do with his training, stealth tech, and grappling hook.
He didn't see anyone exit the mechs. Perhaps they were waiting till he was under control before now. he noticed mechs that seemed to be almost as tall as Havoc.
'Yep. A full-blown military base… Nice. Out of all the places I could have landed? I land in the one place where there are too many soldiers to fight through for the time being. Welp? At least this will let me try and mend some bonds at the time being. whatever this had been? It hadn't been the way he wanted it to be for the time being.' Aiden thought as one of the grunts tried to kick his legs out.
Aiden turned and dodged before tripping the soldier to the ground. He heard the gun's cock as he held up his hands once more.
"Easy, easy. I'm standing down for the time being." Aiden stated and hit the hatch on his helmet. "Can you try not throwing me to the ground like a popped soda can?" Aiden questioned before he hummed.
One of the soldiers moved closer, a larger rifle held in their hands as he sighed and only seemed to question what had made them tick.
Still? if that's what they wanted? He'd dance along with their tune. At the very least it helped with what he had planned.
"The Colonel wants to see him, get some restraints on him and keep him under guard." He heard as he raised his he hummed to himself.
This had been a fun little game for now. Havoc stared at him as the soldier stared at the soldier. He had been a lot more to question than this and he knew that this had been ready for the war to end. What little he could do was thrown off by the fact that this had been a very improvised plan. What little he knew about this plan had been something that needed to be handled properly.
The plan had been thrown down as of the second as of the time being. He was honestly a lot more focused on what was coming than now. He had to find a way through this and to the other side.
He knew for a fact that the pilot from before had most of his interest for now. it had been something honestly odd to him for the time being. Whatever had been done to capture him had made him curious about how scared they were.
They had mechs the size of buildings and he was the scary one? Something had to be as of the second before when it came down to it.
That was a lot more of a problem to him and answered a lot more questions than it gave. He still wanted out like any rat in a maze would. The problem was he was inside of their little trap.
Still? if it gave the Militia any intel or let them take apart another enemy before they became an issue? He'd damn well take the bait either way. It was something horrid for the time being when this was a lot more interesting.
One of the soldiers knocked him slightly to the ground before he sighed. Whatever little thing that had been before him? He could handle it as of now and he would.
"Seriously? You guys really must enjoy pushing people around." Aiden stated while humming to himself. "Hav? Where's cottontail? She's the one that caught me and she can't even escort a prisoner inside?" Aiden asked only for the soldier to try and swept at his back.
He dodged once more before sighing to himself as one of the soldiers drew their gun at him. There was a marching of boots as more soldiers slowly came down.
"Doc. I really would like to…" He heard before he chuckled to Hav.
A woman with a yellowish jumpsuit-like armor along with a doctor-like figure… And finally? A blonde-haired girl who had the same bunny ears that he had seen on the mech. She didn't look that much younger than him if he was honest.
"YOU!" The girl stated before Aiden hummed.
"Easy, Cammie. If he wanted to kill us? He probably would have tried already." The doctor said as they approached. "Wouldn't you?" He asked before Aiden hummed.
"Well, unless you're a corporate IMC lab coat? Then no." Aiden stated before he looked at Havoc. "Hav? Are you sure we don't know anything about the 40-foot-tall titans the IMC hid from us? I know they get the best stuff." Aiden stated before Havoc hummed.
"No, currently no such chassis exists… But protocols restrict me from saying anything around hostile to unknown parties." Havoc stated while Aiden nodded to himself.
This had been a lot more to question the time being what to say or do next for the time being. This had been a lot more of an adventure than what he had been through before now. This had been something odd to him as a soldier… Then again? He had seen weirder as of now for the time being.
There was a lot more to see as of the second when it came down to this. Aiden fell silent for a second while he considered his options for now and questioned what to say and do for the second with to say and do before now. She had been a lot more fun for now. She had so many questions on her mind and this wasn't exactly helping for now. She had oh so interested in what to be and what to say and do next. She had been a lot more curious about what his plans were and what she could do before now. The fact that Cammie was just meeting him for the time being. She had been a lot more curious as to how it could say and go before now. It was fun.
It had been a lot more questions before. Cammie looked at him with a tilted head as he sighed and rubbed at her head before sighing to herself when all of this was done and dusted.
Cammie spoke up before she seemed to question this as of now. She had been a lot worse for now. She had been a lot more interested in his tech and what to say around him, what to ask him or pretend to at least and figure out what he had been so focused on for now.
"So. Your Mr. Fancy pilot man." Cammie said as Aiden shrugged and chuckled.
"And you must be Ms. Cottontail who almost blew my head off with guns the size of a small bus for now," Aiden said before he lowered his hands. "Relax. I'm not going to attack anyone. Not stupid enough to attack so many people for nothing… Still got some of my questions about you lovely folk." Aiden said before he tilted his head to the side.
"Quiet!" One of the soldiers said before being dodged once more. "Damn it, stand still!" Aiden heard before he tilted his head.
"How about you stop trying to whack me with the damn stick and I won't keep dodging it?" Aiden responded to the man before he looked at the doctor. "So, first question… You don't all look like IMC fascist goons who want to bash my brains in… Meaning you're not the guys I'm used to fighting." Aiden said before the woman looked at Doctor Weller.
"And you don't look like one of the idiots the Union sends to try and kill us. That means you're not one of them, are you?" Doctor Weller stated before he nodded to himself.
"Well, I'm not part of the damn Union and you're not IMC… Meaning something is damn well off." Aiden said before he held out his hands. "Go ahead. It ain't like you're just going to walk me in the front door and give me the grand tour, are you? Cottontail there and I still have some things to discuss considering she almost shot my head off." Aiden stated before Havoc decided to electronically sigh.
"I would adapt to his sarcasm. It is how he hopes to deal with most problems." Aiden heard before he rolled his eyes.
"Cammie? Stay with Dr. Weller… I'll escort him to the colonel." Aiden heard from the other woman as he hummed to himself.
"That's nice, but you do realize I lost to her, right? Only fair if the girl who snatched me up is the one to take the glory." Aiden stated as he pointed toward Cammie.
"Or we could all go together. Yas, you can treat him like a prisoner, but I don't think he's as hostile as you think he is." Dr. Weller responded before looking at the Titan. "Cammie? Stay with me. I'm sure that his mech will be interesting to study for now." Weller added as he started to look down at the ground.
He had been oh so curious for no real reason yet he was not going to back down now. Nope, not even for a second would he entertain the idea in his head. This was just too much fun for him to abandon it and think otherwise. It was nice to be not constantly shot at or turned into a pincushion because someone decided to be insane and jump the gun.
Still? Not the most secure of places to be for now, yet he knew of worse places to be in times of crisis.
It had been a lot more to handle for now. It had a lot more to question before he seemed to look at Cammie once more. It had a lot more as of the second before now.
He crossed his arms, the Militia soldier seemed to be more off guard by the fact she was so younger than anything else. His helmet at least held his facial expression for now. It had been a lot more interesting for now as of now. This had been a lot more interesting a topic when it came down to it. There was a lot more to this fight before now. It had been something before now. It had been something odd for now and he knew it. Whatever it had been before meaning nothing.
"Why? He works for some group we don't know about. It had been done for the period…. If anything? It'd be a lot worse when all of this is done and dusted." Yasmin questioned as she pointed at the soldier in front of him "He works for a group we don't know; he has a giant mech who could be a dangerous thing and who might be someone who could be a problem. We shouldn't just walk him into the base like he's nothing." Yasmin added to which Aiden looked at the doctor.
"If I wanted to kill people? I would have crashed the transport or armed Hav to explode as he could." Aiden stated while he seemed to walk back and forth.
He had a lot more questions about this and a lot more on his mind. He looked at Cammie who seemed to be thrown off by now. she looked at him as he seemed to tilt his head to the side as he cleared his throat and hummed to himself once more. This had been a lot more of a fun little for him despite himself.
"How about me and Kazu bring him inside? We ain't going to do anything sitting around here with our friends." Cammie questioned as she turned and looked at them. This had been something exciting for now.
He had been thrown off by this. Whatever little thing this had been a lot more to question before now. She had been a lot more to see and handle this. There was a lot more to question as of the time… Whatever had been coming next, he had been completely on board with this plan.
He couldn't let it end for now. he couldn't let this plan come crashing down for now. It had been a lot more to see and do next. Whatever little thing he did next was going to be odd for now.
"Sure, just bring us inside. We're dealt with that before now. This will be a lot more fun if we ain't all sitting outside for the time being. Nothing else is going to be important if we don't get this done and dusted, might as well take me inside and deal with now." Aiden stated before he shrugged and he hummed to himself as he cracked his fingers.
He knew for a fact when this came down to it that Cammie was probably the youngest and most inexperienced. She looked like a rookie who had just passed basic training which also told him if he was to find anything to help when this came down to it.
He was ready for what came next either way. He was on the frontlines of a new war and even if Havoc didn't think it? Aiden did have a plan as of now. He'd be a lot more curious as to the intentions behind them and what had come to it.
He was a lot more interested in the time and effort put into this little trap and the ideals behind it. Aiden smiled to himself at how silly and odd this had been before now.
This was a lot more as of the second when this was a lot more to handle this as of now. it'd be a lot more interesting as of the second before.
He'd have a lot more to understand about the rules here and what they allowed. Still? He had every intention of fighting and trying to understand and get to the bottom of this when it'd be done and dusted.
Aiden slowly approached the doctor and Cammie, placing his hands in the air before glancing at her through the lenses of his helmet.
"You're the one who caught me. Pretty ballsy move to pick up Havoc when we could have turned and blasted your eyes." Aiden said as he turned to the doctor. "I'll talk about me… Only my boss can tell you about the Militia. Secondly?" Aiden asked as he turned back to Cammie a second later.
He had a lot more to handle and was a lot more reasonable when it came to this at the end of the day when all was said and done.
"Well, you're a small fella compared to me in the big suit," Cammie stated to which Aiden nodded. "Speaking of the big suit…." Cammie said as Aiden turned to Havoc.
"Hav? Don't hurt the nice lady or the doctor man." Aiden joked as he rolled his optic. "Don't… Hurt him. ask me all the questions or do whatever you plan to… Hav is a soldier, not a bad guy." Aiden said as he turned to look at the others around him at the moment.
He was all more thrown off as of the time as of the second. It had been a lot more interesting to this as of the second before now. He had a lot more to focus on either way and he was aware of the flaws in this plan. He was aware of the fact that this could be done and dusted for now. It'd be a hard little point to try and swallow at now.
"That is up to the behavior of the soldiers around us and their treatment of you, Major," Havoc added to which all had been done and dusted for now. It was an odd little thing.
Aiden looked at Cammie who had fallen silent. He could tell a rookie all too well. All of this had been something odd when it was decided. She was probably someone fresh from training, unprepared for new ideas like this… Then again? Wasn't like he could blame her considering he had been in training for now. it had been him in those same boots for even a second. Odd, sure, but it was without a doubt one of the seconds he had been when all of those were done and dusted… It hadn't been more than a slight hiccup.
"Major…" Aiden heard Havoc state before he tilted his head to the side. "Do not get hurt. I do not wish to harm anyone without good reason." Aiden heard from Havoc as he waved the titan off.
"Then don't do anything that will make me get hurt, bud. Just talk with the nice people while I find out why the hell, we're on this planet…" Aiden said as he sighed to himself. "Alright, let's get this over with. I don't know what you guys want from me, but I do know I'm not going to let this all come crashing down." Aiden stated before he hummed to himself.
He knew more than himself as of now. Whatever came next would be odd as of now? It would need to end at the second before he was a lot more questions as of now. He had a been a lot more of an interesting little thing at the end of the time being.
Cammie gestured for Aiden to follow along with Yaz and a group of soldiers. Aiden hummed and slowly started to follow, holding up his hands so they knew not to shoot him.
Honestly? It seemed as if he questioned what to do next. He had been an odd little to question before this came down to it. There was nothing more to do besides to question at this moment.
Still? This had been done and dusted before it seemed to happen when this was odd as of the time being before all was said and done. She had been odd before this had been said and done to question.
When this had been done and dusted? The training would probably be done, the two groups would probably be on stable ground and all would be done and dusted. Whatever came next? It was oh so terrible.
"We got to do something." Cammie heard Yazu state before he rolled his eyes and he tilted his head.
