As she made her way back to the fourth division she happily greeted the gate guardian who eagerly returned the jester to her and judging by the giant man's reaction she must truly be displaying her excitement about what will soon happen.

She chucked to herself, as she re-read the rule of five.

It was another simple yet complicated rule that was meant to restrain the movements of the person that challenged a captain but didn't want to become a captain.

Their target was the man or woman whom they had challenged and wanted to prove themselves worthy of having them.

The first rope around that person's neck would be the captain itself and it would be his or her duty as husband or wife to force his or her challenger to learn the laws of the Soul Society.

The second rope was someone that had been dishonored and stripped of whatever power they had.

Truth be told this person could have easily been one of the many criminals that belonged to one of the noble families.

The fact that this person now had a way of regaining a small piece of the respect and honor that they had lost meant that their family and the other families would be watching them closely.

She waved at some of the lower ranks as she walked back to the fourth division's main building.

The third rope was someone that belonged to an enemy that had nearly been completely whipped out and was being given a chance to rebuild a small piece of what they had lost.

This person would either want revenge or would make sure that the man would keep doing his job, as she would constantly be trying to think of ways of killing everyone or she would bother him constantly with whatever dreams she might have.

For the fourth and fifth rope, she closed her book as she didn't believe that she would have to look for them, those two were only possible if he managed to impress her.

She finally reached her office and she is surprised to find that Isane is waiting for her, she watches her lieutenant stand up before handing her a letter.

She looks at the letter and raises an eyebrow after she reads the message that was sent to her.

"It seems that I might have to stop my preparations prematurely." she says to her lieutenant, who doesn't say anything but looks at her with eyes that are filled with curiosity.

'Tell me Isane, if that man were to beat another captain and decided to do certain things to her would it be wrong?" she asks her lieutenant.

'Of course, it's wrong." Isane answers without hesitation.

"But if the same act was done to a captain by a member of the nobility would it be wrong?" she asks Isane and she watches the young woman's conflicting emotions.

She knows that Isane wants to say that yes it's wrong, but if she says anything against the ruling families then that's more than enough reason for her to kill her.

"If he survives this encounter, I'm afraid that my duties here will keep me away, and as such, I won't be able to do certain things that are expected of me." she says to Isane whose eyes begin to fill with understanding.

"I want you to do those things when I am unable o and if you think that I'm asking too much of you feel free to find one or more people to help you." she says to Isane.

She walks past the girl and stands in front of her desk.

"These traditions of ours, sometimes I think that its better if we completely got rid of them, but what then?" she asks her lieutenant.

"Would it be okay for us to leave someone capable of challenging a captain and winning unrestrained?"

"Or would it be better if we killed him so that we got rid of the threat before he becomes even more dangerous? but at the same time what if he was never a threat, and our actions are what made him into said threat?" She asks Isane.

Isane doesn't say anything but her office isn't completely silent as the sound of Isane sitting down is the only noise that either of them can hear.

As Unohana looks at her reflection she feels Kenpachi smile, it's started and there was no stopping whatever happens next.

"Okay, the truth is that I have been using the way that some friends of mine train their kids."

"They're called the Crimson Demon Tribe and this was the basics of how they teach their kids how to summon their energies."

"Those of you that couldn't get a sword or don't have powers don't worry I'll make sure that you can learn something and can defend yourselves." Kazuma says to the kids in front of him as he creates a sphere of blue light before he turns it into a spear.

He plants the spear into the ground and creates a grey sphere that he uses to make a dagger that he throws towards the wall of the house.

As the kids in front of him gasp at what he's doing in front of them he creates a red ball of light that he turns into a bow and arrow that he puts on the ground in front of him.

Finally, he stretches his hand and smiles as the kids widen their eyes and begin to look at each other they don't believe that he's using the ground to make a small person in front of them.

Kazuma looks at the miniature golem and he's happy that he didn't accidentally make it too big or too small.
