"And here I thought that Uohana was still a threat." one of the nobles said.
"Let's be honest Soifon isn't anything special and the only reason that she is even leading that group is that no one else wanted to do it."
"So whose family has trash that they want to get rid of?"
"What forget it, have you seen where he lives, even our trash is better than that old shack that he calls a palace." one of the nobles said to everyone which caused everyone else in the room to agree with her.
Even before he entered the meeting room Byakuya could hear the representatives of the noble houses talking about what they had just seen and what they would do about Kazuma.
And he didn't like what he was hearing, the arrogant tone of their voices was something that he was already used to, but it was the fact that none of them were willing to give up one of their family members no matter how low-born they were to bind Kazuma that angered him.
Under normal circumstances, he would have been more than willing to agree with them, after all, Kazuma was nothing but a rat, no he was lower than a rat.
Rats are things that a person has to deal with before they become a problem.
Kazuma was even lower than an insect, had he not broken into the Seireitei and caused this mess than no one would have ever known about him, and yet he was about to give up both his adopted sister and aunt to the insect.
As he approached the door the guards opened it and as he walked in he found his grandfather quietly listening to the nobles as they all laughed.
No one inside bothered to stand up or even greet him as doing so was beneath anyone now, this room was a place where no one ranked higher than anyone else because they used it to get rid of people that no one wanted.
"I heard what you were saying and I have not one but two people." he says to them and ignored the smirks that form on all of their faces.
"Well don't keep us waiting." one of the representatives says to him, who the man is or what family he belongs to doesn't matter to Byakuya after all if he was here then that meant that the man that just spoke to him was barely above the commoners.
"My aunt Yukino." Byakuya says to everyone and he restrains himself from killing them when he hears them all laugh.
"The wife of the traitor, it's a shame that she's so filthy." one of the women in the room says.
"Greate let the dirt mingle with the rest of the dirt." another woman says and Byakuya stops listening to their insults as they all comment on his aunt.
"So whose the prisoner that we are going to give up?" the same man from before asks everyone.
He has to act quickly if he hesitates to say Rukia's name before anyone else names a prisoner that they want to humiliate then the chances of him being able to keep the promise that he made to his wife will be lost.
"I have someone." he says to everyone, unfortunately, he isn't the only one that said those words.
The room falls silent, normally everyone would have a person that they wanted to see suddenly fall into poverty or just one person had someone that they wanted to see suffer.
It was rare for two houses to have a person that they wanted to see hurt, this was dangerous because this situation was something that the other houses used to amuse themselves.
"My sister Rukia, is to be executed, the reasons are unnecessary. I simply find that it's better for everyone that she returns to where she came from." Byakuya says to everyone.
"I see, if you get rid of her, then the Kuchiki house won't have the embarrassment of having brought a stray into their family that they had to put down." the woman from before says to him.
He doesn't say anything so that everyone can come to their own conclusions, however, he still has to listen to them insult his family.
"So what about you?" they ask the woman who just grins.
"Isn't it abius, we need a criminal."
"And the Kuchiki family has been generous enough to offer someone that was an embarrassment for them already so I propose that we simply take someone that has been a headache to all of us since the beginning." she says to everyone before showing them an old picture.
Byakuya listens to the representatives murmur with each other, if they wanted to they could choose to make both women join the man, or they could choose only one of them.
"Why not both?" his grandfather says to everyone as he finally says something.
Byakuya watches as everyone in the room turns to look at each other before they all grin. "Agreed," they all say at once as they decide on the fates of the three women.
"Capture him and bring him back so that h doesn't miss his own wedding." one of the representatives says as the members of the Stealth Force that had been awaiting the representative's decision vanish the moment the man gives the order.

Yukino stood in front of Rukia she sat next to her adopted niece.
"Byakuya and my father are deciding our futures even as we speak." she says to Rukia who looks at her with fear and confusion in her eyes.
"Ykino begins to tell Rukia everything that has happened since she was gone and the fate that was waiting for her, she watches as the girl lowers her head but doesn't say anything.
"I want to ask you something Rukia, you who grew up in the Rukongai and became a noble."
"And I who was once a noble and am about to be banished to the Rukongai."
"Is our fate that bad? even if we are considered to be barely above the lowest person there?" Yukino asks Rukia who doesn't answer her.
