Hellooooo this is going to be a good chapter hopefully- it's where if I dont hold it off Lucifer meets roger. This one is going to be a big project as I'm going to make it as long as possible.
Rogers pov
I yawned as I stood looking out at the sea,
"Pero Pero Pero Pero, Pero Pero Pero Pero" I rolled my eyes and sighed who the hell could be calling at this hour? It's past midnight! Yes I'm still awake but still! I grabbed it and answered "hello?" There was a voice of panic on the other end. "CAPTAIN- I LOST HER I LOST LUCIFER- LUCIA- LU- I LOST HER TO SOME DAMN SLAVE TRADERS PLEASE DONT KILL ME I SWEAR I DIDNT MEAN TO!?" Captain? Only one other pirate calls me captain other then my crew- "shanks? How the hell did u- wait did u say slave traders?"
"YES"
"HOW THE HELL!?"
"I DONT KNOW BUT PLEASE HELP US FIND HER!"
"THIS UR FAULT BUT FINE"
"THANK YOU ahem erm- meet me at dawn island..."
"Alright brat.."

I sighed and Decided to get to bed I'll head to dawn island in the morning..
Yes In the mornin
I got up out of bed to see everyone awake and on the move, I quickly got dressed and ran out. After I slammed through the door and slid into the railing I bellowed out
"CHANGE COURSE TO DAWN ISLAND WE GATA GO MEET UP WITH AN OLD MATE!"
"AYE!"
And with that we turned to leave to dawn
Shanks pov
It's been about 2weeks now since I called up Roger to meet me here... I'm starting to get impatient... I tried to find benn my ever so longing and kind boyfriend. I walked around my ship not being able to find him... I looked around the island which didn't take me long (due to my wings) I wasn't Able to find him and went back to the ship grumbling. "CAPTIN" I mumbled somthin "WHAT?!" I walked over to em and they pointed out to a ship with how big it no Doubt that was roger.
I nodded and went back to finding benn, I went down to library only to find him reading about devil fruits from the void age. I walked over to him, slid my head under the book along with my body and sat on him, hugged him just ta be annoying. "Hello-" I nuzzled into him "ur being a little shit" I nodded "someone's on the ship cmon-" I opted not wanting to get off "I won't carry you " I sighed and got off. We walked up to the top.
When we got up roger was sitting on the ground as raiylegh hit him on the head "DONT go running off onto other peoples ships!" I snickered quietly before benn blinked me on the head "ACK WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!" He sighed and folded him arms, roger stood up and quickly hugged me wrapping his wings around me, I did the same shocking him a bit on my 4 wings and that I got my 3rd kiss from lu. I laughed when he remarked how colorful my wings were, I then remembered lu "oh yea I run into some Slave traders on the way here- they made it half way to the island I was docked on in about a week- found a little somthin..." I looked on his ship and saw a small child, I shot up into the air and flew over to check em out I landed infront of them noticing their wings were exactly like Lucia's,
But this wasn't my lu... this was a different D child... I flew bac over to roger with a sigh.. "if that was lu she would have ran over to me long ago.." he glanced over at the child, "you sure? Cause when they told me their name it was Gol D. Lucifer... Said their papa had red hair-..." I wasn't going to believe him not the easily... I shook my head and crossed my arms "she knows my name... ask her my name..." he looked at me and raised a brow a bit confused why I won't ask her myself "why don't y-", "no" roger grumbled a bit not wanting to talk to the child... he walked off to his ship and bent down to the kid, they looked at him with a bit of hate. The kid said something and glanced at me with a bit of hurt in their eyes... he ran over to me with a sigh "that's the kid cause they specifically said your name and no one else in the whole sea has criminal red and is named shanks kid- and she's not a normal D-" I ignored the last bit and flew over to the child.
"Hey-" they looked up at me, and female definitely, she smiled before looking but a bit sad "what island where u on before you were taken by the slave traders?" The looked at me and with a raspy and quiet voice said, "dawn island, my brothers are ace and sabo, sabo is my sworn brother ace is my blood brother, I'm the daughter of Gol D Roger and you are my papa along with benn.. they didn't hit my head hard enough for me to forget completely!" I smiled and picked her up and hugged her "welcome back lu" she purred and nuzzled me as her wings wrapped around me I flew back over to the others. As soon as I landed my wings covered Lucia on instinct. "Believe me now?" I looked at roger and nodded "I'm not all that happy that u get to be called papa while I'm called old man- I'm not THAT old!" I laughed at him.
Benn took Lucia from me and I pulled him closer to me with my wing so I could keep her close. Benn held out a feather "ace gave me this along with a kiss- turns out he has wings! He just got them really really late" he held out the two feathers I gave him "and these were from him- I guess I only need one more-" roger smiled and nodded before speaking, anyways as I was saying! She's a special D, she had her wings before she was born- that means that 3-4 pair winged D's aren't extinct just legendary! She's going to end up growing another pair or two of wings-" I nodded the more wings the more chaos- Lucia awoke and looked at me with a blink. "Papa why do my wings and back hurt?" I sighed hoping life won't be a disaster... "your growing a 3rd pair of wings kiddo..." she lit up quickly "A THIRD PAIR! SUGIEEEEE!!" I raised a hand in the air "I need sleep! I'm off!" And walked into my cabin to sleep.
