I know you've been waiting on this one but I had to rework it A LOT to make it flow properly and I finally found an exciting way to do that!

Okay so a lot has happened and a few of you let it be known that you were confused so I'm going to clear up a few things!
Family tree:
James Jones and Yvette Jones are Mercedes' parents.
Angela Jones is James' mother, making her Mercedes' paternal grandmother.
Darlene Grey is Yvette's mother, making her Mercedes' maternal grandmother.
Angela Jones and Adelrick share a child. James Jones is that child.
Adelrick is a vampire. He is also the leader of the Obsidian Clan. Thus making him an Alpha. He is not a wolf.
Darlene Grey is a part of the Divine Spirit Coven.
Angela Jones is a part of the now revealed Women of the White Tree Coven.
Now… PAY CLOSE ATTENTION!
There are witch hunters. And they are working with the Obsidian Clan. They will be OFFICIALLY introduced in the next chapter.

"I- I can't… I think I'm too weak or something… I don't know how to control these things!"

Mercedes swallowed, looking over at Sam who still hadn't woken. She placed her head on his chest, listening for a heartbeat and let out a deep breath when she heard it.
