As promised, this is the second chapter that carries on where we left off with the last one. Not much else to say other than enjoy.

Chapter 50: But lose the Night

While Kendo and Kodai made their way back to camp, having completed their part of the mission and taken down one of the villains, Midoriya found himself having no such luck as no matter what he tried, this lizard could counter it. "Just the hell is you, some kind of Nomu?" Midoriya asked as the two engaged in a lock, with the boy using his wings in place of his arms. His question proved to be the wrong one as for reasons unknown to him, being called a Nomu seemed to be something she didn't appreciate.

"Did you just call me a Nomu?!" She yelled at him as her tail came into play, wrapping around his leg tight before swinging him into the air with a yelp, however, he was able to right him, and seeing that this was a lost battle, he decided it would be best if he made his way to Tetsutetsu and got the hell outta there. That was the plan but Lizard was determined not to let him escape as she jumped up into the air, easily reaching his height before he could respond to it as she gripped one of his wings and head, her clawed hand being more than capable of covering his entire face.

"Who said you could leave?" She growled at him as their combined weight brought them right back to earth, he couldn't right himself again as her grip on one of his wings prevented it from moving as it needed. He took a second to brace himself for impact as they came crashing down.

SLAM!

The lizard had been careful in her attack as she had made sure he had taken the brunt of the fall, which in turn, meant he damaged his gear as most of the feathers on the right wing were now bent or missing with its rotary blade jacked up. "You want some more punishment, or are you ready to give up?" She asked him as she looked down at him.

"Never," He responded with a quirk slash at her face, cutting one eye which got her to scream in pain and rage as he blasted himself away, breaking several tree branches along the way and really testing how much his bones could take as he could only use his arms to protect his arm. But the time he came crashing into the clearing where Tetsutetsu still lay unconscious, his arms were covered in cuts and bruises but he knew he didn't have much time as he could hear Lizard screaming for his head as she raced after him.

'Tetsutetsu…' He thought to himself as he could see the writing on the wall, with his wings like this, no way he would be able to get both himself and Tetsutetsu out of there, hell even if he just went along-he would be too slow to outrace this pissed off the villain. The only way one of them was getting out was if the other stayed and played decoy. 'She's coming, but at the very least…I can make sure you get outta this," He said and, as quick as his pained armed could remove his bracelets and place them on Tetsutetsu's wrists before he pulled out his phone.

"Neko, can you hear me?" He asked the thing, a little over a couple of seconds later, Neko's icon appeared on the screen. The one thing he was happy to see as the flames continued to burn around him was it seems that the larger ones he hadn't had time to put out before he was attacked reclaimed the parts he had put out.

"Boss, what's happening?" The AI questioned, as not being connected to his helmet meant she couldn't see what was happening in real-time but he didn't have time for small talk right now.

"No time for that, I need you to do something for me," He told his AI partner as he started to quickly relay his orders to it.

"Hey Lizard breathe, come get me," Lizard was just about to pounce on him and that his friend when she heard the sound of his jets firing. She looked up and saw that he was flying over it, seemingly trying to head towards where some of the other students were fighting.

"Really, taunts? Do you WANT to die?" To Midoriya's surprise at the moment he had to look down at her as he tried to make his escape, he saw that her face was healed with no scar or wound to speak of. Still, his taunt worked as she started to chase after him, quickly gaining on him due to the damage to his wings deducing his own speed. Before she could leap up to him again, he came down for a hard landing in another small clearing.

"No, I just needed you to lower your guard." He told her as she burst into the clearing, full speed towards him, waiting for the perfect moment, when she went for a slash to his chest he went into it, barely avoiding her claws as he buried one of his broken feathers into her side before twisting it. Lizard screamed as she lashed out, knocking him back as she reached for the feather and pulled it out of herself, leading to a lot of blood gushing onto the dirt before the wound slowly closed. Midoriya's plan was to get her mad, get her sloppy and lead her as far away from Tetsutetsu as he could but he underestimated what type of rage she would fall into.

"That it!" Even with her wound still open, she turned to him with a glare that would make one of Bakugo's look tame as she disappeared from his sight, moving so fast that he barely saw her move. Before he knew it, she was behind him, one hand on him, the other on the largely undamaged wing. Then she pulled.

RRRRRRRRIIIIIIIPPPPP!

Proving to him that she had been playing this entire time, she didn't even seem to struggle as she ripped his wing right off of him, tossing the thing to the far side as he nearly fell over from the unbalance, sparks flying and lubricants leaking from his damage gear as she kicked him so hard, he felt as if his spine would snap. The blow sent him face-first into the ground as he tasted dirt and grass.

"No wings," She growled as she didn't even wait for him to get up. Midoriya tried to kick at her from a hand-stance in his attempt to get back to his feet, but she wasn't having it as rather than block or dodge like before, her headshot forward like a viper's.

"No talons!" She roared as she chomped down on his leg, her teeth sinking into the flesh just below his knee as she snapped down with enough force to shatter bone.

CRUNCH!

"AAAAAH!" The pain was instant for Midoriya was it hurt far worse than anything he had ever felt as she threw her head about like a dog ripping at a chew toy or prey, the jerky movement throwing him from one side to another before he was thrown to the side, landing in a bloody pile.

"No more games," She finished as she spat some of his blood out onto the ground before she started to approach the beaten teen. Midoriya could barely think as the pain shot through his leg like hot needles, he sparred his limb a glance and could tell it was a damn mess, with his bone even sticking out, he could barely feel his foot but even if he could, he knew he was defeated and just waiting for the inevitable.

"It's now or never, Neko…" He moaned out as while he couldn't hear if Neko had a response, he got a physical one as his wing, damaged as they were, detached from him and started to fly away, barely staying in the air.

"What was that?" Seeing this, Lizard asked him with a glare as he would have thought he would try and run again.

"Wouldn't you…like to know." He got out as he managed to get his arms underneath him and left himself up to face her, she could have gone after it and destroyed it just because this brat was annoying, but it wasn't like it would help her right now.

"Forget it, I've done what the crazy bastard wanted, but because I don't want to listen to you talk shit," Lizard said as she came forward and placed a foot on his head, before slamming it down, sending him face-first into the dirt. Once she was sure he was out cold, she picked him up like a sack of potatoes and carried him off to the pick-up point.

(5 minutes earlier)

Midoriya wasn't the only one having a bad night as some ways from where he would be defeated and captured, Uraraka and Asui stared down a blonde knife-wielding villain who had come out no the woods and tried to slash them, scoring a hit on Uraraka. "Ochaco, is your arm okay?" Asui asked her as Uraraka looked down at the cut, it was bleeding, but it was small, her training under Gunhead having saved her from something worse.

"I'm fine, it's just a scratch," She replied as the villain looked at her knife, inspecting the small amount of blood on the blade.

"Shallow, not much blood. I'll have to get more," She thought aloud as if she didn't realize, she wasn't alone.

"What kind of person just slashes someone out of nowhere?" Asui asked her, trying to learn as much about the threat to use against them.

"Hi, I'm Toga. Oh my, you two are super cute, but you're not the cuties I'm looking for," Toga replied with a pep in her voice that really didn't match up with the situation. Though from her reply, they could guess she was referring to Midoriya and whoever else they were after. Still, it was scary to think that the villains were here to try and kidnap them for who knows what.

"Oh, don't look surprised, I know you two too! You're Uraraka, and you're Asui," Toga giggled as she pointed at each of them with her blade as she called out their names.

"How'd she know our names?" Uraraka asked as this was getting extremely uncomfortable.

"Most likely from the Sports Festival, we know nothing about her so we're at a disadvantage, stay on guard," Asui replied as she had expected this after they all showed off their skills for potential offers for internships. Still, she could admit that she found it disconcerting for a villain to know her real name like that.

"Say, you wouldn't happen to know where the three that had a fun time with Stain are, I really want to meet them," Toga asked, revealing the two she was supposed to be after, but she couldn't resist a chance to meet all three as the two girls looked the other in the eye, having a quick silent conversation before Asui replied to her.

"Why would you want to see them?" She asked as she and Uraraka moved into a more favorable position to handle her. They had no clue what her quirk was and she had a knife.

"So, we can be friends, they got to meet Stain! They got to play with him! To bleed with him! I want to do that with them, I want to be as close as I can be to Shoto, Izuku, and Itsuka," Toga responded, her sick joy so clear you would need to be a fool not to pick up on it.

"She's insane," Asui muttered as she wasn't expecting for their foe to be off their rocker, that only made them more dangerous.

"We don't know where they are, but even if we did, we wouldn't tell you," Uraraka replied to her, hoping that wherever those three were, they were safe as she knew that Bakugo and Todoroki were supposed to be ahead on the trail, but who knows where they run to with all this craziness. Kendo was supposed to be in the bushes and trees close to the trail, trying to scare them off with Midoriya still had the clearing but again, they could have easily moved from there and she hoped they did, it meant they were safe.

"Bummer, I suppose I have to get back to work then," Toga breathed a sigh of disappointment as she reached for one of the weird on her gear, they seemed to be connected to small cylinder tanks on her person and with a push on a button, a sharp-looking needle shot out, ready and prepared for use. "Normally, I would just suck from the cut, but there's no time for the fun way,"

"Don't worry girls, this will start pumping it out as soon as I stick it in you, I'll get my fill and move on," Toga told them as she rushed them, seeing a chance, Asui wrapped her tongue around Uraraka and flung her to the side.

"You have to get back to camp, we got permission to use our quirks to protect ourselves, not to fight them! I'm sure that was Aizawa-sensei meant!" She yelled at her classmate as Toga closed the distance, her eyes firmly on the frog quirk girl.

"Tsu, come on!" Uraraka, seeing this, tried to warn her but she moved too late as Toga moved quickly to close the distance.

"Right behind-!" Asui was interrupted as while she to the side, avoiding the blade that would have taken her tongue still, she got a cut on it as Toga shot right past her.

"Tsu?" Toga repeated it as if tasting how it sounded in her tongue before she giggled. "What a cute nickname! I think I'll call you that too!" She told her as she removed her mask, showing off her big smile, blush, and her large fangs

"Only my friends get to call me that!" Asui shot back as she tried to leap away but Toga proved too quick for that as she threw her drawn sucker towards her, the large needle proving strong enough to pin the frog quirked girl to the tree by her hair. What was worse for Asui was the fact she had done so in a way her hands normally couldn't reach unless she used her legs to kick herself closer.

"Then that means I must be your friend too! With you, Izu, Kedi, and Snowy, that makes four new friends for me tonight! This is the best!" Toga cheered, not seeing or not caring for the distressed look on Asui's face at the mention of being this crazy girl's 'friend'.

"I'm coming, Tsu!" Uraraka came rushing back in as Toga got in close, her blade so close to Asui's terrified face.

"And you're bleeding, which just makes you all the cuter!" Toga giggled as she breathed onto her cheek, her eyes giving off all the hints one would need to know about what she intended to do with that knife of hers.

"Get away from her!" Uraraka came in, Toga went for a simply jab with her knife but Uraraka moved to the side, disappearing from her line of sight before she grabbed her wrist along with the base of her neck before she pulled the villain forward with as much force as she could, slamming her into the ground. "Gunhead martial arts!" She cried out as she got on top of the girl, disarming her of the knife as she made sure to keep her grip on that wrist.

"That was amazing, Ochaco!" Asui spoke up, grateful for the training her friend managed to get during their internships.

"Tsu, can you tie her up with your tongue, or is it still hurt?" Uraraka asked her, they needed to deal with this villain and get back to camp before anything else could happen.

"It'll be fine in a second," Asui replied as she was about to reach for the needle keeping her pinned to the tree but an eerily sounding giggle from Toga got both to pause.

"Just like Tsu, you're delightful," She didn't seem to mind being pinned on the floor, or the fact she had been beaten, if anything, Toga seemed to of gotten some much-desired insight from the way she talked.

"You have a smell almost like mine," Uraraka felt her heart start to race as indignation filled her at the notion of the two of them being similar in any way. "You had a crush on someone, didn't you?" But as soon as it came, it went at the fact she was reminded of her doomed crush on her friend, a friend that was already spoken for. Toga kept on going, not needing to see her reaction to know she had one.

"It must hurt inside, doesn't it? I know the feeling, you have this supermassive crush, so much so that you want to be more like that person, right?" She told the two, sounding as if she maybe she love someone, and that love turned ugly, turning her ugly.

'What is with her?' Uraraka couldn't help but ask herself as she couldn't bring herself to act, not when this crazy's words seemed to make such backward sense.

"At first you try simple things, modeling yourself after the person you want, trying their favorite foods, their hobbies, that kind of thing," From how Toga was talking, the two could tell that things were only going to get worse for them. "Then you start dressing like them, talking like them, anything to get closer to them, but then you realize that you want to become that person, and once you get to that point, there's no going back. That's how love works, right?" And they were right, oh so very right as whatever this girl as love, it wasn't it.

"Ocacho…" Asui croaked as this wasn't good. Still, Toga went on as she turned her head the best she could to look at Uraraka, letting her see the acid yellow eye that looked so much like a deranged feline's.

"What kind of person caught your eye? I want to know since we're friends, right? I can tell you who I'm fond of first if that's what you like," Toga asked her, wanting to know, needing to know but also treating this as a game, as if they were just normal girls sharing secrets. "I'm fond of people who have been slashed up, people with cuts all over them and reek of blood!" Her eye grew in intensity as she kept her gaze on her causing Uraraka to start to sweat from the intensity of it.

"They say that two people who draw one another's blood in a fight understand each other the most, that they're at their closest but I don't see it like that. If you draw blood to understand, to get closer to someone, then doesn't that mean you love them?" Toga asked the two, using the logic of life-long rivals to explain how she felt, something neither felt they were equipped to handle but while she had largely been talking to get closer to the two, it wasn't as if her free hand had been idle this entire time.

"That's why I always cut my friends, so we can be as close as possible. Isn't this fun, Ocacho, just two girls hanging out and talking about their crushes, my night couldn't get any better, who bout yours?" She asked the two of them, however before they could even begin to try to answer that insane mess, something happened up ahead.

CRASH!

In the distance, they could make out something making its way through the woods, entire trees getting uprooted and tossed into the air by whatever the hell it was.

"What's going on over there?" Asui wondered.

"Looks like those boys want to butt in on our girl time, so not cool!" Toga muttered to herself as she made her move, stabbing another of those needle suckers she had on her into Uraraka's thigh, drawing a pained yelp from the girl who only now realized she had been distracted and hadn't properly disarmed the girl.

"Ochaco!"

"Suck, suck. Suck, suck," Toga said over and over as blood started to flow from the needle, through the tubes into the containers around Toga's neck. Uraraka couldn't move, lest the needle do more damage to her but as time went by, she found herself feeling weak and light-headed as she lost blood. Soon, she was just weak enough for Toga to force her off of her, the needle already extracted as she quickly turned the tables, pinning the girl to another tree with it as she moved onto her next target.

"Now onto Tsu," Toga laughed as she got in close, a third needle sucker at the ready for use as the first two were being used to keep them pinned.

"Wai-!" Uraraka struggled against it, but the blood loss left her too weak to offer much of a fight.

"Sorry about that, Ochaco, but you already had your time. It wouldn't be fair if you got in the way of Tsu's" Toga turned to look at her, showing that her gaze hadn't changed in the slightest.

"Don't worry, I won't bite, this time," Toga turned to give her full to Asui who could only shiver as the needle was brought over closer to her.

(At the source of the crash)

"What the hell?!" Bakugo yelled out as he and along with the extra from 1-B and Todoroki hid behind a small ice wall, the crazed villain they had to deal with keeping them pinned with those metallic-like teeth of his which shot out at crazy speeds and had enough power to cut through the thick wood of any trees caught in his attacks.

"Just what the hell is going on over there? It sounds like it's getting closer to us." Todoroki replied as he erected another ice wall just as the first one failed, cursing their luck as they had no clue if whatever was approaching them was a friend or foe, but seeing how none of their classmates would make like that if they could, they were betting it was just more problems.

"How the fuck should I know, it could be another fucking villain trying to kill us!" Bakugo spoke their thoughts exactly, though he was more irritated by the fact he couldn't just blow this tooth fucker to hell, not without risking starting even more damn fires! This was a bad situation for him to be in as just about any other place, he would have dealt with this and moved on, most likely to make sure that Deku didn't get his stupid ass kidnapped.

"Pieces of meat!" With the restraint-wearing villain, he didn't seem to stop as if anything, more teeth shot out towards them, somehow gaining in size as they crashed into the ice, creating massive cracks as chunks were broken off as Todoroki ticked as worked to reinforce their only barrier.

"We're not in a good position right now," The dual quirk user stated to which Bakugo really didn't care for.

"No shit, sherlock!" Bakugo yelled back as he sparred a glance over the ice way, seeing that their opponent was still keeping himself in the air with those fucked up teeth of his. "Screw it, I'm going to blast this fucker right to hell!"

"You know for a fact you can't use your quirk right now!" Todoroki yelled back as if he could have, he would have used his flames a long time to smoke this guy.

"If the trees burn, just cover them with ice, stupid!" Bakugo threw back a possible solution as that crashing sound was only getting closer, they didn't have time to waste as if this was another problem, they'll be screwed.

"A big explosion will impair our vision, I may not be able to see the fire and you won't be able to see him, how do you even you'll get close enough to get a hit in without getting impaled?!" Todoroki yelled back as Bakugo would need to get close to deal any effective damage but this guy was in the perfect position to keep them from doing so. Before he could reply, whatever was smashing its way towards them started to close the distance as they could make out something in the woods heading towards them, were they being chased by it?

"No time for that, we're about to have company," Bakugo stated as he got ready to unleash a powerful explosion, damn the consequences as he refused to let them be killed her. But before could, he and Todoroki started to make out the details of the figure running towards them, those webbed arms being unmistakable.

"What the…is that Shoji?" Todoroki asked as they picked up more details about their classmate, namely how terrified and messed up he looked as he was missing 3 whole arms with nothing but bloody stomps where they once more.

"Who or what in the fuck is chasing after him?" Bakugo asked, surprised that the villains seemed to bring with them a force of nature as they couldn't make out any details about his pursuer, only that it was pitch black. Wait a minute, pitch black, it couldn't be…

"Bakugo! Todoroki, quickly one of you, make some light! Now!" Shoji yelled at them as he run towards them, Dark shadow was hot in his tail as the out-of-control quirk destroyed anything and everything in its way.

"Light?" Bakugo repeated as Shoji got closer and closer towards them.

"It's Tokoyami, and is that dark shadow? How did he grow so big and powerful?" Todoroki asked, was anything going to happen as they predicted tonight? He didn't even know his classmate could get this powerful!

"Hurry, make some light before he kills us all!" Shoji replied as Shoji rushed behind their barrier before Moonfish could skewer him. Lucky for them, Dark Shadow wasn't agile enough to target them as it crashed into Moonfish, almost running the guy over his, shattering his teeth, and sending him flying into the dirt.

"Right, I'll use my fire then. That should be enough to give Tokoyami control," Todoroki didn't know what was going in, but if light was the key to getting Dark shadow under control, they needed it quickly.

"Not yet," However, Bakugo stopped him before he could do that, much to his and Shoji's shock.

"What? Are you insane?" Todoroki asked him, but he smiled in response as he saw that the largest threats had lost interest in them, having found larger targets.

"Fuck that, it's just that why should we stop two monsters from fighting, especially when one's going to do our job for us?" Bakugo pointed towards the two who were facing off as Moonfish started to get up from the ground, his teeth once more extending to pick himself up as he glared towards the shadow that seemed to surround him.

"Flesh…slabs of meat, I'm the one who gets to slice them all, I won't let you take that from me!" Moonfish yelled out in mad rage as he attacked Dark Shadow with as many teeth blades he could, but it was nothing compared to the living quirk as it grabbed onto most of them, shattering that in its grip as it smashed him into the ground before swinging him about through trees.

"You don't matter, insignificant bug!" Dark Shadow roared as he went to town on him, the villain not even able to put up a defense as he was beaten down, smashed through trees, and slammed into the ground with enough force to break bones before Dark Shadow seemed to see he was beaten. "Weakling!" The quirk screamed as it tossed him aside, the villain's limp body hitting a tree before coming to a stop at its base, all his teeth gone, his eyes empty as he was lucky to still be alive.

"Not enough, it's not enough!" It seemed that winning that one sides beating wasn't enough for the quirk as it continued to rage out of control before turning to the four students, however now that it had solved their problems, Bakugo and Todoroki moved in with the two making full use of their powers to stop it.

"Says you, get back in your cage, you damned bird," Bakugo told it as they dashed right on past it, Todoroki using fire and Bakugo making bright blasts. This proved enough for Tokoyami to regain control over dark shadow, which was much weaker now before he called his quirk back into his shaken, sweaty but grateful body.

"Thank you…truly, you saved me…" Tokoyami thanked the two as he took his heaps of air into his lungs, having been trapped at his quirk's mercy ever since he lost control. Todoroki took a moment to look towards the beaten villain, wondering if he was still alive after that thrashing.

"We could barely defend against that guy but you beat him like it was nothing," He noted as he never thought that dark shadow was that powerful, but if they needed light to weaken it, did that mean that the darkness of their immediate surroundings was what empowered it?

"My friend, are you okay?" Shoji asked as he walked up to Tokoyami, who looked at his beaten and bloody form before he couldn't bring himself to continue as he turned to the floor, guilt eating away at him.

"I'm so sorry…!" He got out as the three looked at him, wondering how he felt about this whole mess. "I couldn't…I lost control…and I…I brought harm to you like some savage!" He got out through the frustrated tears as he had been an unwilling observer as he watched his own quirk hurt Shoji, take off three of his arms as he had first tried to help calm down dark shadow before being forced to flee.

"My rage…it consumed me, and dark shadow took over…it got so strong, that I couldn't do a thing about it, and I ending up harming my friends, words can't describe how pathetic I feel, nor how sorry I am…!" Tokoyami cried as he couldn't help but feel like a failure, all those years training restraint, all the time his family spent helping him to always have control and when he needed it worst, it failed him. Seeing his distressed state, Shoji placed a hand on his shoulder, he didn't hold what happened against him and it wasn't like his arms were gone forever they'll grow back good as new in a couple of minutes.

"We'll deal with that later, I don't think any less of you, Tokoyami. We're not in a good position right now and sometimes, these things happen." Shoji told him that while the night had turned into a bust, but that didn't mean that they should or would sit back and do nothing. "What matters is how we deal with it, and right now-these villains are after Midoriya. So, what will you do?" He asked him, as there was still much to be done. They had both heard Mandalay's message, and now that he was back in control, they could focus on helping their classmates again.

"I…" Tokoyami took a moment to look at them all, seeing no hate or disappointment. That acceptance and understanding weren't something he could just ignore. They had friends to save. "I'll fight, I can't just do nothing while they threaten our classmate, my dear friend,"

"Yeah, yeah, that's great and all, but does anyone even know where the fuck Deku is?" Bakugo asked the 10-billion-yen question as none of them had any clue where he or most of their classmates were to start with.

"Can't say, we didn't see any sign of him, not since the test of courage started," Todoroki replied as since everyone here had left him in the clearing with the rest of 1-A, he could be anywhere by now-at camp, in the woods, near the mountains, etc.

"Same as us, so he could be anywhere by now," Tokoyami replied, though part of him was grateful as he wasn't sure what would have occurred if he had run into him while still on a rampage. He was fortunate that no one else had been close enough to be at risk.

"No point standing around, come on. The sooner we start moving, the sooner we can find his Deku's dumb," Bakugo told them as they started making their way back the path. They would need to start where they last saw him, plus while going back the way they came was slower, it meant they could check up on anyone that could have been attacked. As they moved, none of them were aware of the fact that they were being watched as another one of the villains.

'Interesting, they turned a tragic loss of power into a short-term power boast, it's a shame about Moonfish, but he was meant to be a mad dog so he served his purpose,' He thought to himself as he observed the group through his theatrical styled mask. 'But with one of our targets already down for the count, I don't see why we can't go for broke,' Still, he had a job to do and a great chance to complete it so he held onto his top hat and jumped to follow them, staying to the tree-tops.

"And done! Wow, I got a lot more than I thought I would!" Toga cheered as she finished filling a whole container of Asui's blood, the frog girl being delirious from the experience as Uraraka tried to get at her.

"Yo-you…!" Toga shushed her with her finger, moving it back before Uraraka could bite it out of spite as she twirled around on her heel.

"Oh hush, hush Tsu, Ochaco. You're just a tiny bit lightheaded from the blood loss, don't worry I made sure that it won't kill you, I want to hang out more after this," Toga told them which didn't really help their moods, even if they had some reason to now believe they weren't going to bleed out. it was at that time that the group moving down the trail started to get close.

"Hey, I see movement up ahead!" Shoji called out as the three girls looked in their direction, seeing their shapes getting clearer in the darkness.

"H-help!" Asui called out to them, gaining their attention as they increased their speed.

"That's Asui's voice!" Tokoyami called out as they got close enough to see the two. "There they are!" And that that, Toga cut her losses and jumped back, avoiding the swipe from Dark Shadow.

"Too many people and I don't feel like being killed tonight, toodles." Toga's tone changed instantly from the bubbly insanity to a much colder one, before she left, she caught sight of Todoroki. "He's here too, my night really did get better," She said to herself in a sing-song voice as thought about trying to get close to him as well, only for a moment before she dismissed it.

'But no way we can have fun with so many people here, besides,' Toga's keen eye notice her ally watching them from the treetops, he seemed to realize she saw him as he waved at her. She would have done the same but that would have given him away, she'll pull back for now. 'Looks like I'll get to get close to him later,' She took off running into the woods, moving as quickly as a cat as she avoided rots and other obstacles with ease.

"After her!" Todoroki called out as they refused to let her escape as Shoji helped the girls down but Asui stopped them.

"Wait, we don't know what her quirks does," She told them as they paused, giving Toga enough time to disappear onto the woods.

"Who was that girl just now?" Tokoyami asked as he let Asui lean on him as Uraraka did the same with Bakugo, both feeling too out of it to trust themselves not to fall over.

"And more importantly, are you two alright?" Shoji asked the two as one of his arms had finished growing back, the other two not being far behind.

"We don't know, but I think she's…she's part of the group of villains…" Uraraka replied as Bakugo grunted, he wanted to say that was obvious but held back as it wasn't the time to be snarky right now.

"(Kero)She got her pretty good…drained some of our blood…We're feeling wobbly right now," Asui noted as they couldn't even put up a fight.

"Stay with us then, the four of us are looking for Midoriya but we can pass by camp first so you two can get to safety," Shoji told the two girls, who looked at him in confusion as to the fact he included the currently unconscious 1-B boy they had with them.

"Don't you mean three of you…?" Uraraka asked them, making the boys confused as well as they started to think the blood loss was more serious than they believed.

"No, I mean four of us. Myself, Bakugo, Tokoyami and Todo-!" Shoji started as he turned to his group, but to his shock-he couldn't see Todoroki.

"What the hell? Where'd half and half run off to?" Bakugo yelled as this was getting annoying. How's that fucker even get away from them without them realizing it?!

"Nice trick, isn't it?" A new voice spoke up, drawing their attention to the tree where, standing on one of the highest branches, another unknown looked down on them. In his hands was this strange blue marble. "I took the lad you're looking for. You seem to already know about the first target but I simply couldn't resist when the other one was just standing there, you see," The villain said as he played with the marble in his hand.

"Hand him over!" Shoji yelled at him but the villain seemed to be pensive, thinking over something instead of doing what was asked of him.

"'Hand him over'? That's an odd choice of words, he doesn't belong to you. He's his own person, same as you and me." He replied as if they were the ones that snatched him up, Bakugo was close to just blasting himself right over to him and ending this.

"Dark Shadow!" But Tokoymi beat him to it as the quirk raced out of its host towards the villain, who jumped out of the way of the attack, seemingly flying overhead.

"Such needless aggression, we simply wish to show him there are other options in life besides the world of false heroes and assassins," The villain told them but Bakugo had enough of his crap as he blasted right for him, in response the villain tossed some other marbles from his pocket at it, before releasing his quirk which released large chunks of ice, forcing Bakugo to destroy them. By the time he finished, he realized the couple of seconds he was distracted by the villain had used to try and make his escape and was already quite the distance away.

"If your monologing because you think you've won-!" Bakugo yelled at him as he tried to catch up, but he wasn't sweaty enough right the moment, having used most of what he had to try to end the fight before it was starting. The cold air did not help back as he was forced to slow down and rejoin his group on the ground as they moved to chase after him. With shoji carrying Uraraka and Asui while Tokoyami dragged along the weightless Tsuburaba.

"A bad habit of mine, I admit. I was once an entertainer, you see." He told them as he rushed on-off, leading them on a chase as they tried to catch him. "Moonfish, he may not look it, but he's a dastardly death row escapee with a confirmed body count of 22 whose last appeal was denied." For some reason, he decided to alert them to that fact.

"You're not getting away!" His talking did nothing to sway them as Uraraka yelled at him, using her quirk on herself along with Asui, and Tsuburaba to lighten the load on the two carrying them.

"Apologies, but sleight of hand and escape techniques are my are my skills, not combat, I'm not foolish enough to fight hero students from UA, especially a group that managed to take down such a dangerous criminal," He chuckled as he wasn't foolish enough to fight them after what he saw them do to Moonfish. He pocketed the marble he had been playing with and reached for his ear where his communicator was. "Vanguard action squad, I've acquired the second target," He announced to the group, as he turned towards where they needed to be if they wished to escape.

"Our little show has come to an end, meet me at the retrieval point for our final bow," He finished as the message was received loud and clear but everyone was still able to hear it as Toga did a little hop in celebration while Twice made some comments about fireworks. Spinner and Magne pulled back from their fight with Tiger and Mandalay, with both having bruises from the engagement while Mandalay nursed a deep cut on her arm as the tow rushed off. In their escape, however, they had to abandon Magne's support tool. They met up with Kurogiri first and escaped the camp.

"Get him!" They didn't need Bakugo to yell it but they were doing it as they had heard that little confirmation and realized that someone else had already been taken making it crucial they get to wherever the villains were meeting up before they could escape.

(With Twice and Dabi)

"Hey, Dabi, you hear the radio? Our mission was a success, our man Compress got the job done, the man certainly took his time," Twice cheered and scolded for Mr. Compress as the two moved towards the meeting point, fires still raging around them but they didn't bother with them.

"Don't be a pain, he did his job, now all we have to do is wait for everyone to regroup here so we can get the hell outta here," Dabi replied as he scratched the back of his neck, keeping it to himself how pleased he was in the fact they manage to complete such a high-risk mission against UA of all places.

"You're the pain! Forgive me," Twice retorted.

"This place was supposed to be hard find thanks to the flames and the gas, but it looks like the gas is gone," Dabi stated, having a feeling that Mustard must be down for the count, or otherwise compromised. Hmm, well wasn't like they weren't expected losses.

"You mean they took out Mustard? Oh man, I really loved that guy, screw him!" Twice cried and jeered as neither picked on the fact that Hagakure hid, scared for her life in a bush right next to the path the two were talking on. She had removed her gas mask once the stuff has cleared up but she was not in a good position at all as three of her classmates, were lying next to her, still out thanks to breathing whatever that stuff was in.

She didn't even realize what was happening before Jiro forced her up a tree, the purple-haired girl passing out before she could. She was lucky that she run into Yaomomo and Awase, the two providing them with some of the masks she had and pointing her to where they had placed Shinso and Ashido for safekeeping.

"Hagakure, I have to do what I can to help the rest of the students, you take these two back to camp as fast as you can!" She recalled Yaomomo's words to her before she rushed on-off to help the others. Seeing that she had her hands full, she did what she was told and grabbed Jiro before finding the other two. She was lucky that she spent all that time training but even then, carrying three bodies through gas and smoke wasn't easy and she had been even luckier to hide them and herself away before these two showed up.

'Someone defeated the gas villain! It means they're fighting, maybe I can too-!' She thought to herself as that meant that her friends had beaten some of them, right? If one was done, maybe more of them were as well, that gave her some hope as she peeked over the push, only to nearly scream as she saw that scarred-looking one staring right at her. Even though she was invisible, she didn't move a muscle as from how he looked at where she was, she was sure he somehow knew she was there!

"Hey, Dabi! Totally not important but, shouldn't be calling that Nomu back? You said he'll only react to your voice, that sounded vital." It would seem this was her luckiest night as that other one drew his companion's attention away from whatever he saw in her general direction as they started to move again.

"Yeah, you're right. You were the one that reminded me to let the damn thing loose on the students," Dabi replied as the thought of another one of those monsters set loose made her want to cry and puke at the same time. She had seen the news of the hosu attack, and spoke with Mina about the one at the USJ-if one of those things was here…

"Thanks, bow before me!" The other's reply didn't make much sense to her, but then again, he seemed to flip on a dime.

"Shirataki did design the thing specifically for me, I wonder if it's killed someone by now," Dabi replied as he had no way of knowing that at the very moment, the nomu was in question was about to claim its first two kills.

(Moments prior)

"Fuck, this is bad, this is really bad!" Awase yelled out in fright as he dragged along Yaoyorozu. They didn't even see the thing coming, one minute they had heard Mandalay's message about how they could fight to defend themselves and how some students were being targeted, the next this…thing! Was right on top of them. He barely managed to escape its opening attack but Yaoyorozu wasn't so lucky as she took a blow right to the head.

"What the crap is this thing doing here?!" He had tried to fight back, why wouldn't he? But he found out first hand that Monoma was in fact, talking shit about how 1-B could have taken a Nomu as no matter what he did, what he tried to use as a weapon, what he tried welding to the thing, nothing seemed to stop it. His last attempt ended with him being lucky to still have a head as from its back, it had sprouted extra limbs which ended with giant drills or chainsaws.

"Yaoyorozu, are you alive? If you are, please wake up before it catches us!" He pleaded as he didn't know what to do right now, all he could was keep running!

"I'm…sorry…Awase…I'm alive…but-!" Yaoyorozu tried to reply but found herself too confused to form proper words. 'What happened to me? When I came to, I was on the ground, everything's so fuzzy…I can't think,' All she could recall with absolute certainty, was the way station where Ragdoll was supposed to be. Was she there when they got there? She couldn't recall past that point.

"Crap, what are those things?!" Awase cursed as he picked up the decreased distance between them and the nomu and on instinct, she shoved Yaoyorozu aside, out of the path of the chainsaw. "Look out!" He brought his arm up to protect his face but he didn't prove all that effective as the chain dug deep into his arm, striking bone with his only saving grace is that since the monster had swung its arm at him, he was carried with it into a tree, hitting it with a thud but at least he still his arm…mostly attached.

"ARG!" Still, it hurt like a bitch as he cradled the wounded appendage to his chest as the nomu moved to finish the job.

"Awase…!" From her place on the floor, Yaoyorozu was powerless to do anything as she could barely get to her feet, much less summon enough concentration to try and create anything.

"If you can hear me, you have to run! Run before it kills you too!" Awase yelled at her as he stared down at his imminent death, finding him scared shitless, but not as scared as he would have thought. However, that fear only grew when Yaoyorozu didn't respond, he looked towards her and saw that she wasn't moving.

"Yaoayorozu? Yaoyorozu!" He screamed, hoping that she would get up and get outta there before both of them die but she didn't do anything. He turned back to the Nomu which was right on top of him, about to deal the finishing blow. "Didn't think this would be how I die, dammit, that was a pretty damn deep cut…" He said to himself, hoping that his remains would at least be identifiable and that his folks aren't too upset about his demise. He closed his eyes and said his prayers, waiting for a painful death to be dealt...but nothing happened.

This confused him, though he didn't dare hope. However, after a couple more seconds, he heard the nomu start to move away. He feared that it decided to finish off Yaoyorozu first and make him watch but when he opened his eyes, he saw that he wasn't going towards her either. Instead, it had retracted its additional arms back into itself and was walking away. "The fuck? It…it's just leaving?" He asked himself as he didn't know what to make of this miracle. "Does it mean…that they got Midoriya already?" That was the only reason that thing would be pulling back, they got whoever they came for and are stopping while they're ahead.

'Never mind that right now, I need to keep her safe,' Still, he wasn't in any position to do anything about it as it moved to where Yaoyorozu was, gently picking her up and using his unharmed hand, guided her head onto his lap as he used his hand-band to try and stem the bleeding from his other hand, once that was done, he moved onto Yaoyorozu, using his tee-shirt as a means to deal with her head wound, making a note that if they really do survive this, he was going to ask Recovery girl for some first aid lessons. "Yaoyorozu, can you hear me? If you can, just relax, help is on the way, we're safe," 'For now…'

(With the remaining villains)

"What's this? I'm the first one here?" Toga asked as she reached the spot where they'll pull out.

"You blind as well as crazy?" Dabi asked as he and Twice had got here just before she did, the girl running up to them as she cheered.

"Oh, you two are here too!" She cheered as jumped up and down, she would have hugged them but while Twice was nice, Dabi wouldn't have let her.

"Did you get the blood?" And much like she had expected, it was all business with him as she pouted, still, it wasn't like she failed.

"I got lots and lots from two cuties!" She reported as she had even written their names on them just in case she forgot which was which.

"Just two, what gives, weren't you supposed to get at least 3?" Twice asked her to which she just shook her head, but her smile still in place.

"I didn't have a choice, I had to pull back before they got me," She told them as Twice both cheered and moaned. It was at that same moment that both the Nomu and Lizard got to the group, the Nomu having to pick up Ragdoll from where it dropped her when it tried to kill the other two.

"At least one part of this went as planned," Dabi stated as they dropped the two, beaten and injured targets on the floor. Neither of them conscious.

"I can't believe I had to capture this one, it wasn't even any fun," Lizard spat as both her wounds healed nicely, not even leaving scars behind but she had wished that her father would have sent her out to find one of the teachers, that would have been a challenge, better than all the grunts he had her fight and slaughter before.

"I can't believe it. First, I saw Snowy, and now I get to see Izu too!" Seeing the two of them, Toga rushed forward as she hugged Midoriya unconscious form to her, not minding the blood but rather, she was drawn to it more as she reached a finger to his leg and let her finger get covered in a few drops before she moved it close to her face, marveling at the sweet crimson liquid.

"Hey, Lizard, he still alive, he looks pretty bad? Man, he looks like a model!" Twice asked her as while Ragdoll looked beat up, the kid looked like he wasn't 5 rounds with a bear and lost each one.

"He's alive, I can still hear him breathing," She replied as she hadn't gone that out of control, she knew how to hold back otherwise there wouldn't be anything left of him.

"Don't know why you asked. A Nomu wouldn't act against orders," Dabi muttered to himself but was met with a glare from the large female lizard.

"Call me a nomu again, and I'll swallow your severed, pulped head before you can even let out a spark," She threatened him as she could barely stand his flippant attitude if he gave one more reason to kill him…

"Ooh, scary, she's a peach!" Twice uttered in fear and cheered to which she just grunted out her response.

"Shut up, Twice," The spandex-wearing villain nodded his head at her words, not willing to test her mood right now.

"She's right, Dabi you should be nicer. After all, she made him look so cute with all that blood and cuts!" Toga reprimanded the guy as she gushed over her new friend. She couldn't wait till he was awake, they were going to have so much fun getting to know one another!

"You know, it's weird that two out of three targets have green hair-does Shigaraki want some green wigs?" Twice asked as even Dabi took a second to think about it as it was a rather strange coincidence.

"So annoying-Compress is coming in hot, and he's not alone!" Lizard was about to call the whole thing stupid but she picked the moment in the sky heading right for them. At her warning, the villains got ready for a fight as Toga brandished her knife, twice some…measuring tape while Dabi got ready to roast. Not even a moment later, they all saw that Mr. Compress was in fact back, but he wasn't alone as three boys were right on his back, having slammed him into the ground hard enough to make a small crater. As the dust cleared, the three looked up to see that they were surrounded.

"Wow, wow, what's this? Oh, wait I know these kids!" Twice called out as the Bakugo's eyes immediately landed on the two green heads that they needed to grab and run with. "Who are they?"

"Outta the way, Compress," Dabi gave his teammate the one warning as he let loose a jet of flames towards the group.

"Got it!" Somehow still awake from that fall, Mr. Compress didn't waste a second as turned himself into a marble while the three students tried to avoid the flames, and while Bakugo blasted upwards to avoid them and Tokoyami leaped to the side, Shoji proved too slow as his left arms were caught in the scorching flames, that single second there were in them enough to give him 2nd-degree burns.

"Of all things, it had to be the flame user," Tokoyami muttered to himself as with flames this bright, he would be at a severe disadvantage.

"Stay focused, they have Deku and crazy cat lady right there!" Bakugo reminded them as they didn't come here to fight, as much as he wished they had. They just had to grab the three and jet the hell outta there.

"Then grab them and run," Shoji grunted out as he felt his arms heal, but extremely slowly.

"Like we'll let you do that," Dabi let loose another jet of flames, aiming towards the one with the bird head which meant Tokoyami had to run to avoid as dark shadow wouldn't hold up to this assault.

"This isn't a good match-up for me," Dabi noted as he figured that he wasn't fighting due to his quirk's nature, if it was weak to flames-all he would need to do is keep him at bay while they waited.

"Speak for yourself, all those damn flames do is make me sweat even more!" Bakugo yelled as he used the heat to build up sweat and fire off some large explosions, forcing Dabi to pull back lest he gets caught in them. Meanwhile, Twice and Toga moved on to take on the other two as Twice went after Tokoyami, leaving the crazed blonde to deal with the big guy.

"Hi, you're not all that cute, but if I get your blood, it'll make me look better!" She told him as she rushed him, her blade at the ready.

"Like I'll let you do that," Shoji, even though he was in serious pain, wouldn't just back down as he tried to use his larger size and multiple arms to attack her.

"Lookie here, some soon-to-be bodies, they don't have to die!" Twice contradicted himself as he attacked Tokoyami, using his tape measure as a kind of weapon and while confused, Tokoyami wasn't foolish enough to allow him to strike him with it.

"Dark Shadow!" He called forth his quirk to engage the villain, forcing him back as the shadow entity gave chase.

"Out of the were, patchwork!" Bakugo yelled as he kept up the barrage, the flames from Dabi not helping to keep him back at all as while he avoided them, he stayed close enough to keep his sweat production as high as possible, allowing him to use larger and larger explosions.

"Dammit, he's too fast for me to get a bead on him," Dabi cursed as he hadn't thought he'll ever meet someone who would rush his flames like that, but that was heroes he supposed, always so quick to die. Now, if only he could do something about actually roasting him. However, with the smoke from the last blast still clouding his sight, Bakugo made a mad dash towards where Ragdoll and Midoriya were being guarded by the nomu. He didn't know what it could do, but he would blast it either way.

"Deku-what the he-!" He started but then Shoji saw the other villain move to intercept him.

"Bakugo!" His warning was the only reason Bakugo was able to avoid Lizard strike as she covered the distance from where she had watched the fight break out, to where Bakugo had been too fast he would be dead right now going by how her clawed hand was where his head just was.

"They're too fast for you maybe, but maybe I can still get that fight I wanted," Lizard muttered as she eyed this one, the one with the explosion quirk. While Shoji's warning had helped his classmate, his distraction proved to be a bad move as Toga slashed at one of his arms, not taking it off but cutting deep into the flesh.

"Hey, I don't enjoy playing with you either, but at least I'm paying attention," She pouted as she ducked under his counter, slashing at the exploded flesh some more before jumping back.

"Hey, explosion boy. You want this little brat? Come get him." Lizard, not caring for everything else, egged Bakugo on as she gestured towards the meat bags behind her. If he was here to try and get them back, she would make sure he failed but not before she actually got a work-out from this.

"With pleasure," Bakugo accepted her challenge as he could tell she would be too fast for him to try and avoid her. His best bet was dealing enough damage that she wouldn't be able to stop him. With that plan in mind, he blasted himself towards.

"DIE!" With that, he let loose an explosion aimed right got her, but she dodged the damn thing and sprinted towards him with surprising speed.

"Too slow," She muttered she went for an uppercut which he barely avoided, but that was what he had wanted as her tail came around and wrapped around his leg.

"Too predictable," She told him as she swung him around before tossing him aside, but he was able to right himself with some smaller blasts before he flew right back in.

"Oh-oh, this is easy, give me all you got!" Twice was able to dodge another attack from dark shadow and while Tokoyami wished he could do more, the flames and explosions going off every few seconds didn't leave much room for him to operate.

"He's quick on his feet," He noted while his attacks did little to dark shadow. "And clearly not all there as well," This confused villain was able to avoid his with an annoying level of precision

'We don't have time to fuck around, they'll not some pushovers, and that damned Nomu hasn't moved since the start, either because it wasn't ordered to, or because they don't want to underestimate us and is keeping an eye out on Deku and Ragdoll,' Bakugo thought to himself as he landed a blast to Lizard, but she didn't let it stop her as she tried to punch him into the ground but he managed to dodge the blow.

Meanwhile, the crater they made from their landing, Mr. Compress turned himself back to normal as he shook his head. "Kids today, no manners whatsoever, did you really have to go and mess up my exit like that?" He could admit he didn't see that coming but it was still irritating nonetheless.

"You got Todoroki as you said?" Dabi asked as he landed next to him as the magician turned villain nodded his head.

"Of course, what do you-" Mr. Compress started as he reached for his pocket but to his surprise, he found but empty. "Hmm, strange I could have sworn I put it in my pocket,"

"You gave away your best trick. I don't know what your quirk is, but it has something to do with those marbles of yours, so I picked your pockets and took every one of them," Shoji statement catching both villain's attention as he managed to push back Toga, revealing that in three of his hands, he held the marbles he had grabbed him the villain's pockets.

"So, I'm guessing one of them is Todoroki," He wished he could see his face as he must have been shocked that his little trick had backfired on him.

"Finally, now we just need to worry about getting those two back," Bakugo stated as he pulled back from Lizard, Tokoyami doing the same with Twice as the three stood back-to-back against them.

"Colour impressed, just what I would expect from someone with so many hands," Mr. Compress, much to their wonder, didn't seem all that upset or stunned by Shoji's trick, to be honest, he was pretty nonchalant about it.

"We need a new plan of attack, there are only three of us and five of them not counting the nomu hanging back," Shoji spoke to the two with him as they couldn't just rush them. The lizard-looking one was able to keep Bakugo in check and the flames from the other one hampered Tokoyami. They could switch up opponents but what would stop the villains from switching back to a less than desirable one?

"That's true, but what makes you think we'll give you time to plan your second act, isn't that right, Kurogiri?" Mr. Compress asked as if speaking to no one, but his question was soon answered.

"What?!" The three looked on in shock as this familiar purple and black mist appeared.

"This is the guy!" Bakugo uttered as he wouldn't forget that day.

"The warp villain from the USJ!" Tokoyami finished as they realized that the league was once more making use of their warp to get away from them scot-free.

"It's been five minutes since the signal and yet you're still fighting? I thought you would have taken care of this," Kurogiri asked them as the plan had been clear with his part. He wasn't to engage in combat, but seeing how it was only three students and both two of the capture targets were present, it wasn't too bad. "No matter, it's time to leave," He told them as he opened up portals all around them, allowing the league to pull out.

"Thanks, Kurogiri, I had some real fun tonight!" Toga cheered as she walked on through.

"Later loser!, Bye-ye friends!" Twice gave the students a salute and a little finger before he literally dived right in.

"I had some fun, Bakugo. Maybe next time you'll actually make me sweat," Lizard told him as she looked to the side as the nomu picked up the two captives and moved towards one of the portals.

"Dammit, get back here you damned lizard bitch!" Bakugo yelled as he tried to run towards her but Shoji held him back as he pointed towards the wrap gates.

"Bakugo, wait!" Shoji's unworded reminder was clear as they couldn't move without a clear plan as Kurogiri could easily capture them or send them to who knows where.

"Hold on, we can't leave without Endeavour's brat, he's one of the targets," Dabi pointed out as they had only had two of the three targets.

"Oh him, you wouldn't need to worry about that," his words caught the three off guard. "They were so proud of themselves for picking my pockets that I allowed them a moment of joy,"

"Allow me to impart a little lesson onto you hero students if a simple tenant of magic. If I'm flaunting something shiny, it's because there's something else, I don't want to see." He told them as he reached for his mask, removing it and revealing that in his mouth, he held a marble much like the others but they knew that that was the one that wanted. To prove his point, he released his quirk on the ones that Shoji had managed to take, revealing that it was all useless stuff from branches to some of Todoroki's ice.

"Misdirection always makes for a good twist ending, forgive me that this is the end," Mr. Compress mocked them as he took a bow, by this point all the portals except for the one that Dabi and Mr. Compress were going to use were gone, allowing them the slim shot to try and grab him as Bakugo shot forward as dark shadow was close behind.

"Like hell!" Bakugo yelled as launched himself as fast as he could towards him.

"One last boy before the curtain fall-!" However, as he rose from his bow to leave, a rock struck his face, shattering his mask and making it spit the marble out in pained shock. The three students looked to the side where the rock came from to see one of the girls from 1-B, bloody and bruised leaning on a tree. But her tired-looking grey eyes determined as she fired off more rocks towards the two villains as she held her left arm to her chest.

"Yanagi?!" Tokoyami was the only one that recognized her, but Bakugo didn't pay it any mind as all he saw was a chance and he was going to take it!

"Don't think, just grab it!" He yelled as he raced towards it, Dabi also reached for the marble but Bakugo pushed him back with an explosion to the face.

"Fuck off, patchwork!" Bakugo yelled but with both hands busy, he made the split-second decision to kick the marble away, towards the ghost-looking girl who didn't know what to do but catch it.

"Dammit!" Dabi cursed as they saw that they had lost one but they still needed to pull back.

"She ruined my finale!" Mr. Compress complained as he dashed through the portal.

"Forget it, two out of three it is," Dabi told him as he left as he turned to eye the students as Compress released his quirk, resulting in a very surprised Todoroki falling out of Yanagi's hands to the floor.

"Enjoy the inch you just won, heroes," He told them as he walked on through, the portal closing behind him but not before he said one last thing. "We just won a mile,"
