The bullhead ride was strange to say the least. There came 2 bullheads to get them. When they touched down the crew of the bullheads were obviously surprised to find 4 teens, a unconscious lady and what looked to be 2 very tail cultist in blankets. Honestly little sad but oh well. With trained speed the crew of the first took out a stretcher and placed Vanny on it. Jaune and Ruby quickly jumped in the bullhead after her and the Crew. That just left Afton, Freddy, Ren and Nora for the other bullhead. Quickly the animatronic duo and the orphans got onto the bullhead and finally. After nearly causing a bird strike due to a dumb crow they were finally cruising towards Minstral

The seating plan was different than what most would expect. Nora and Freddy were sitting next to each other while Afton and Ren sat next to each other and with Nora and Freddy excitedly talking about board games and how the hell spawn of game named monopoly was their favourite it just left Ren and Afton to talk

"Aren't you worried for Vanny?" Ren asked. Strangely not looking the corpse bunny man in his eyes. Rather giving him a sideways glance

"I am worried but honestly being safe from her crazy fangirl person for any number of time feels like a dream come true!" Afton said. His voice filled joy, even when he confessed he was worried. Ren knew something was up but what exactly he had no idea "reminds me. What is your name kid?"

"Lie Ren but please. Call me Ren" Ren explained. Strangely he found himself more interested in the bunny man next to him. Like wanting to unravel a deep dark mystery and talking to a wise older man. How curious

"Well we have something in common. You already all call me Afton. However my full name is William Afton. Still call me Afton" Afton said and stretched his mechanical arms. Luckily unlike his leg they didn't make any horrible noises "Humour me a bit. Tell me a bit about yourself Ren. I'll tell a bit about myself too"

Ren stared at Afton who seemed to try and smile however to Ren it looked more like he forgot to close his mouth. Finally the Yoing ninja decided he would humour the man for now "I'm 19 years old and was born in a village outside of Minstral close to the mountains. Nora there is my best friend. I have known her since I was little"

Afton waited for more details or more info but unfortunately Ren didn't give him any so now it was his turn to talk. However Afton wasn't just gonna give the full truth, everyone had secrets "My name is William Afton. 96 years old or well. 56 since I woke up. I just woke up one day when someone pulled me out of a closet. Freddy here and the fangirl have been with me since a few months ago and you all are the first humans we've seen in months"

Ren again felt like something was up but decided to again let it go. Trying to understand the strangers that joined them was a futile effort, such as trying to understand why Freddy and Nora were tossing a grenade back and for- wait what

It seemed like Afton noticed too since he quickly got up and began to walk towards the door off the bullhead. Slowly he turned to Ren who was getting up to walk towards the duo with the bomb. In that moment they seemed to understand each other very well. Both wanting to throw the explosive out of the aircraft. In both of their minds 1 thought took hold

"Why do we deal with this nonsense?"

"BIRDIE NOOOOOO!" Ruby yelled as she saw a pink grenade get tossed out of the other bullhead. That pink grenade then hit bird and made them both fall out of view of the window and with a faint explosion Ruby just witnessed the murder of another innocent bird. Never mind she killed the first innocent bird during initiation

Down. Far bellow the 2 bullheads laid a man. He was covered in ash and dirt and smelled like cotton candy for some reason. This man was Qrow Branwen. And for the life of him he had no idea how a grenade managed to hit him while in a bird form

Slowly he got up and dusted himself off and reached for his flask, taking a big swig before putting it away. He needed that drink after that massive bout of bad luck he suddenly had. Oh well he still had his booze. Now back to following the 2 bullheads

Back with Ruby. The red reaper just came out of a small crying fit from the murder she watched while Jaune….. Jaune was just sitting next to Vanny's bed. He was still watching her like a hawk. After just noticing how much she looked like one of his sisters

"You okay Jaune? You've been kinda quite all since she got well unmasked" Ruby said. Walking over to him and softly grabbing his shoulder to comfort him. The touching seemingly got him out of his trance and made him look at her. Ruby noticed his saddened expression and winced slightly

"It's just. She looks so much like my sister Vanessa. I just don't know what to do. I didn't expect my family to be roped into this" Ruby could only keep up with Jaune's speech due to her semblance. Quickly she turned him more towards her and grabbed both his shoulders, shaking him a bit to get him to calm down

"Jaune calm. We have no idea why she is here but seeing as she was with Afton and Freddy she must be okay. I know those 2 seem weird but they've been nothing but help….. even if Afton is weird and she seems kinda obsessed with Afton" Ruby said. The last part was a bit softer but still softly noticeable by Jaune

"Yeah… she seems kind of obsessed with him. I wonder how that happened" Jaune chuckled slightly at that. Well at least once she woke up he could have something to finally tease her with

"Well brighten up! We are about to touch down and she can get to a hospital quickly so she'll wake up soon. It'll be fine" Ruby said and rubbed his shoulders again before getting up and walking towards a window. Turning around for a moment as the Bullhead was gonna touch down

"It'll all be okay"
