*Aberdale news intro*
*Today in Aberdale we have a lot to talk about, pertaining to news* The serious newsman said in his microphone
*First we have an interview with Mrs. officer Moody*
"So this is the last place you think you've seen the 4 kids" Asked the reporter
"Sure is, for a matter the 4 kids was with an older man" The Officer replied
"You Don't say, Really?" The reporter asked in awe
"Yes really, and when I found they where with an old man that was driving with the kids in a stolen jeep!" The officer revealed
"Did you get a good look at the man?" The reporter asked, intrigued.
"I sure did, as a matter of fact I pulled him over when I saw him speeding, and I recognized the kids and then he sped off into the desert!" The officer wailed "The man was an old white male, with a cowboy hat and military uniform, he slightly resembled the rough riders mascot!"
"Well you heard it here folks, the kids have seemed to be found, or really not found, more like Taken!" The reporter yelled.
The news anchor then went on to discuss the ongoing search for the missing kids and the efforts being made by local authorities to locate them. He urged anyone with information to come forward and help in the search.
As the broadcast came to an end, the news anchor reiterated the importance of finding the missing children and bringing them home safely. He encouraged everyone to keep an eye out for any suspicious activity and to contact the authorities if they had any information.
Buckey and the kids watched the report in their dingy motel room they had been staying in. Sure they had finally made it back to Aberdale, but at what cost, now the world thinks they were kidnapped by a deranged old man. This has been the craziest week of a lifetime. Buckey turned off the TV and let out a deep sigh. He couldn't believe that their "wild adventure" had made it onto the news. He had never wanted any of this attention, but now it seemed like the whole town was looking for them.
He looked over at the kids, who were huddled together on one of the beds. They looked scared and confused, and he knew it was up to him to reassure them.
"Hey guys, don't worry," Buckey said, trying to sound confident. "We made it back to Aberdale, just like we planned. Now we just have to lay low and stay out of trouble."
"But what if that policeman comes back for us?" Chelsea asked, her voice trembling.
Buckey put a comforting hand on her shoulder. "Don't worry, if anything y'all guys will be fine either way."
The kids nodded, but Buckey could see that they were still scared. He knew that it would take time for them to fully recover from their ordeal, but he was determined to be there for them every step of the way.
As the night wore on, Buckey kept a watchful eye on the kids, making sure they were comfortable and safe. He knew that they had been through a lot, but he also knew that they were strong and resilient. With time and patience, they would be able to overcome this and move on with their lives.
As Chad and the prisoner made their way through the abandoned alleyway, Chad couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. He had just escaped from jail and witnessed a violent altercation. He had no idea what to do next, but he knew he had to keep moving and find a way out of this situation.
The prisoner seemed to have a plan, and he led Chad through a series of backstreets and shortcuts, always keeping to the shadows and avoiding the main roads.
As they walked, Chad tried to think of a way to escape this dangerous situation. He knew he couldn't go back to his old life, not with the law after him. But he also knew he couldn't stay with the prisoner forever. He needed to find a way out, a way to start over and make things right.
"Over hear Gorilla boy" The prisoner demanded
"I have a name you know!" Chad firmly responded
The prisoner ignored Chad's remark and gestured for him to follow. They turned down another alleyway and came to a dead end behind a convenience store.
"We have to lose these clothes if where gonna be able to go out anywhere," take off your shirt
"Ew no" Said Chad
"Keep on your tank top" The prisoner said, disappointed by Chad's stupidity
"Oh…" Chad said as he took off shirt and the prisoner rummaged through the stores trash cans
Chad watched in confusion as the prisoner pulled out some dirty and torn cargo pants from one of the trash cans. The prisoner quickly handed it to Chad.
"Put this on," the prisoner ordered, "and hurry up."
Chad hesitated for a moment, but then quickly put on the pants. He didn't like the idea of wearing dirty and smelly clothes, but he knew he didn't have a choice.
"Now we have to find a way to blend in and not look suspicious," the prisoner said as he looked around the area.
Chad looked at the surrounding buildings and noticed a small barber shop across the street.
"Maybe we could get a haircut and shave," Chad suggested, "It would help us look different and less noticeable."
"Good idea," the prisoner said as he headed towards the barber shop, "Let's go."
As they entered the shop, they noticed the barber was busy with a customer. The prisoner quickly approached the barber and whispered something in his ear. The barber nodded and gestured for them to take a seat.
Chad and the prisoner sat down and waited for their turn. Chad couldn't help but feel nervous and paranoid. He kept looking around the shop, wondering if anyone had recognized him or if the police were on their way.
After a few minutes, it was their turn. The barber gave them both haircuts and shaves. Chad couldn't believe how different he looked with a new haircut and clean-shaven face. He almost didn't recognize himself in the mirror.
As they left the shop, Chad felt a sense of relief. They had managed to change their appearance and blend in with the crowd. But he knew they still had a long way to go before they could be truly safe. He wondered where they would go next and what their plan was.
The next morning, Mary woke up early and headed straight to the police station. She needed to get Chad out of jail or at least talk to the police to find out what had happened. She couldn't afford to have him in there for too long, especially with Clarence still out on his field trip.
When she arrived at the station, Mary explained the situation to the officer at the front desk and requested to see her husband.
"Sure thing!" the policeman replied confidently, as the chubby officer walked down the row of cells whistling to himself and snapping his fingers to his favorite song
Mama's gonna spank yo butt
Mama's gonna spank yo butt
"Yo Chad, your lady is here!" the officer hollered at the cell "Chad!" The officer said increasingly demanding, But nobody responded.
The officer furrowed his brow and looked at the cell with a confused expression. "That's strange, he should be in there," he said, as he walked over to the cell and tried to look through the small window.
He looked down and noticed the no smoking poster what taped somewhat low to the floor
"Hmmm" she said as he approached the suspiciously arranged poster
He ripped it back to reveal a human sized tunnel gouged into the wall!
The officer's eyes widened in shock as he realized what had happened. "Oh my god," he exclaimed, "he's escaped!"
"Yeah I'm going to need backup," the officer said into his radio as he sprinted back to the police office "Chad and Reggie have escaped, we need a lockdown!"
A lady came rushing to the counter where Mary was awaiting Chad
"I'm sorry miss but we are currently going under a lock down" the lady at the counter said to Mary
"What? Why!" Mary asked, shocked at the sudden change in mood
"I'm sorry but I don't think I can omit that information right now, but you need to get off the premises, now!" The lady said sternly with a hint of nervousness.
Mary's heart sank as she realized that something terrible had happened. She quickly gathered her things and rushed out of the station, her mind racing with fear and worry. As she stepped out onto the street, she saw a swarm of police cars speeding towards the station, their sirens blaring. As she walked back to her car, a feeling of dread washed over her. She knew that things were far from over and that the worst was yet to come.
