- This isn't our first fight, so it's no surprise. - Midoriya shrugged. She pulled herself out of her friend's arms and adjusted her costume. The wind blew sand into the air, and it flew immediately into her eyes.

- Pha. - Spitting out a few grains of sand, Mina scratched her head and exhaled. - I'll never get anything out of you. Let's go now, or Aizawa will be grumpy.

Midoriya put her hand to her hair and ruffled it. Turning toward the bus, she heard Aizawa's call. Strange of course, since she was already walking with the others and there was no hurry, but if the teacher calls.

- Come to me later, Midoriya. - Aizawa shouted, nodding in his direction. - I wanted to give you a note from Eri.

Shrieking happily, Midoriya ran toward the bus. Eri was the first person Midoriya had saved from the villain. The little girl was just beginning to learn letters, and getting a note from her was a supreme pleasure.

As she hurried toward the bus, Midoriya didn't watch the road at all, which almost caused her to fall. Slipping on a lying sheet of paper, the girl managed to resist only with the help of her classmate. Iida jumped up behind her, seeing how hurried Midoriya was, and picked her up.

- How many times do I have to tell you, Midoriya-kun! Be more careful. - Iida said reproachfully, helping her straighten up. The girl shook herself off and waved her hand carelessly. Even though Aizawa's decision to give the note now was strange, Midoriya was still greatly relieved. So why think about anything else at a moment like this.

- Of course, of course. - Midoriya brushed it off, and shook herself off and walked more calmly toward the teacher. Iida sighed. His friend was a person who could not sit still, so anxiety came almost at every moment of being near her. Iida, as the head teacher, worried about all the classmates, but Midoriya was like a restless child, crawling into every crevice. It was hard to get past her, so from the beginning of the year, Iida decided to help her new friend in everything, even despite her first not so good impression.

The first time they met was during the entrance exam. Iida thought it was strange for a girl who was so scared, but also couldn't stop muttering something under her breath. It was annoying as hell, especially when Iida was trying to concentrate on what the teacher was saying. Then there was the situation directly at the practical part of the exam. However, the brave act of Midoriya, who helped the trapped in the wreckage of Uraraka to escape from the robot, proved to the future headmaster that this person is brave and strong, ready to come to the aid of his friends.

The bus gradually filled with students. Iida, who was in charge of boarding, kept reminding them of the order. Sometimes one of his classmates would answer him, followed by a burst of laughter. Despite the anxiety, in the end the boys were able to relax. Now it was not as difficult to tune in before class as it had been before.

Midoriya approached the teacher. After she participated in the mission to save the little girl, Aizawa often asked for her help. Eri, who was rescued by the heroes and several students, liked to spend time with her older comrades. Last time, they all ate lunch together in the dining hall. Sometimes Midoriya and Togata and Eri would draw, play, and enjoy each other's company.

Just a couple of days ago, Aizawa let Eri and Midoriya go for a walk while Mirio was with his classmates. The setting sun left whimsical shadows on the walls. The long, deserted hallway seemed so uninhabited, as if a whole crowd of students hadn't passed through here in a hurry to leave school just ten minutes ago. Midoriya held out her hand to the girl walking beside her, and they walked forward together. There was no particular purpose or place to which they were going. It could just be called walking through places they already knew, to make Eri feel more comfortable. The canteen, the support faculty, the training ground-all were familiar and pleasant. Occasionally other students would come up to them. Some just to talk, and some to get to know each other. At the end of the day, Midoriya took Eri to Aizawa and made her promise to get another note from her.

- This is for you from Eri. - holding out the folded paper, said Aizawa.

- Why now? - holding out her hand, Midoriya asked.

- I can take it. - Without reaching his outstretched hand, Aizawa said, and abruptly took the paper back. Midoriya exclaimed reproachfully and snatched the note from the mocking teacher's hands. After Midoriya joyfully opened it, and ran her eyes over the text, the teacher nodded toward the bus. From there, Bakugou was now shouting, it sounded like he was unhappy about something again. - And don't be long with it.

Instead of answering, Midoriya merely nodded, turning away. As far as Aizawa did not seem unconcerned about the lives of his students, he was actually quite attentive to them. It wasn't hard for a teacher like him to notice what was going on with his students. Climbing the steps of the bus and apologizing to Iida, Midoriya walked forward, immediately noticing her friend.

- I'm here! - Mina shouted, getting a couple of blows from Jirou who was sitting behind her. - You're not going to tell, are you?

Midoriya shook her head negatively, taking the seat she had taken. Not to call the subject of their quarrels with Bakugou taboo, but unpleasant for sure. Throughout Bakugou and Midoriya's friendship, they had quarreled more than once. These were both trifling arguments and serious conflicts. Reconciliation usually came quickly, as the two were literally always together. And certainly when you have someone around you and have to interact with all the time, it's hard to stay in a bad relationship. There were no apologies, the fight itself went away, remaining only an unpleasant memory. A couple of times, however, this kind of discord almost ruined their relationship.

- You heard, Midoriya seems to have had a falling out with Bakugou.

- Now her protector is gone.

- Of course, she can't do anything herself!

- Useless... Useless Deku, huh.

The end of Midoriya's first year of high school was hell. It was then that their seemingly small quarrel escalated into a big conflict, almost becoming the reason for them to leave each other. It wasn't just ignoring, it was a real dislike on the part of both of them.

This time the quarrel was not that serious, but the classmates who saw this between them for the first time were worried. Even though Midoriya and Bakugou ignored each other, they continued to be one in their battles. It's hard to imagine that calmly talking in training, outside of battle, people don't even look at each other. No matter how everyone tried to reconcile them, Midoriya and Bakugou were adamant. Neither of them was going to apologize, much less forgive.

Time flew by quickly. Midoriya seemed to be in a hurry, not staying even a second without movement. Lessons, practice sessions, extra training, everything was against her having a chance to just calmly consider the situation between her and Bakugou. So now, instead of talking to Bakugou, who was coming down the stairs with Midoriya, she chose to dwell on her notes. From high up, Bakugou had a perfect view of Midoriya's notes. Running his eyes over the lines, Bakugou exhaled and rolled his eyes.

- This won't be on the test. - After a short pause, Bakugou said. - He won't include those questions, - Bakugou stepped around her friend and sped off. Midoriya followed him with a glance and sighed, too. No one was going to make concessions. Midoriya said nothing in reply, but put her notes aside. A quarrel was a quarrel, but Bakugou would not deceive or joke.

- And why did we start this in the first place. - Midoriya muttered and leaned against the wall. There was laughter from the first floor, followed by a loud sound reminiscent of a small explosion. It sounded like Bakugou had already come down to the guys. Midoriya straightened up, slapping herself on the cheeks. Why be sad about such trifles, the boys had a fun party ahead of them.

Everyone was celebrating Christmas together, so when Midoriya came downstairs, she saw her joyful classmates. Sato and Bakugou were rummaging around in the kitchen, and occasionally other kids came up to them to take food and drinks to the communal table.

- I can do it myself! - Bakugou shouted at Todoroki. - You think I can't cut the fruit?

- I just wanted to help. - Todoroki replied as he took the plate from Sato. - Should I get something else?

- We can do that too. - Mineta said, grabbing some bottles and heading towards the table.

- I don't need your fucking help! - Bakugou growled, while at the same time throwing a spoon at Kaminari who had managed to sneak something from the kitchen. - Can't you wait?

Kaminari laughed, but he didn't have time to dodge the cutlery that flew at him. He stopped, rubbed the bruise, and grinned maliciously. He spotted Mina among his classmates and ran up to her.

- Kaminari-kun, stop running or you'll hurt yourself or your classmates! - Shaking his head reproachfully, Iida exclaimed. He wanted to make Denki stop, but he didn't even move a muscle. Kaminari stepped toward Mina and moved closer, whispering something in a conspiratorial voice.

- Yaomomo, we need your help. - Yaoyorozu said to Mina who was standing nearby. She ran up to her classmate and whispered, pointing toward the kitchen. Hearing what she was being told, Momo flashed happily, nodding her head enthusiastically. The girls ran off to the side, remembering to grab Kaminari on the way.

Midoriya came down to the middle of the party. Even though the festivities had not yet begun, the boys were already in anticipation. There were occasional bursts of joyful laughter from one side or the other, accompanied by rebukes from Iida. After apologizing to her classmates for coming in late, Midoriya rolled up her sleeves and went to help in the kitchen.

- Isn't it hard for you? - Uraraka asked, coming up to meet her friend.

- No. I'm late, so I wanted to help. - Midoriya shrugged and put the table on the floor. Yayorozu had already returned and handed out the missing costumes.

This holiday was the first time Class 1-A had met together. Midoriya didn't have a specific goal of getting her classmates closer together, it would have happened anyway, but she couldn't have imagined that it would go this far. Yes, it seems that with these people she will study side by side for only 3 years, but for some reason already from the beginning their bond only grew stronger. They have been through a lot together since their freshman year, and what to say about what the future holds for them. They would grow together and become stronger. Their dreams will also be fulfilled together, allowing them all to become what they want to be. For Midoria, who previously had only Bakugou and his friendship as her whole world, an unknown side of life has opened up, where she can communicate with different people, each with their own goals and ways to achieve them. Needless to say, even Bakugou was changing around these people. Each of the students grew, taking the example of his classmates.

The day was filled with joyful laughter and thoughts about the future. An internship at hero agencies was coming up, so many were curious about his classmates' choices. To the questions that were coming in Midoriya's direction, the girl didn't know what to answer. After the situation with Nighteye and the news that neither Gran Torino could take her. Bakugou also had no clear goal of who to go to, so Todoroki, who approached the boys at the end of dinner, had no doubts.

- Midoriya, Bakugou, if you have nowhere else to go, would you like to come with me to be apprenticed to hero number one?
