Aizawa walked a little further and entered a nondescript room. It was a kind of lounge. There was a sofa, a TV and a bathtub. Shaking off the excess water, Midoriya went in and looked around. Directly in front of her sat a child of middle school age. Her teacher's capture weapon hung from his shoulders.
"The child struggled to his feet and exclaimed, "You've come! "Do you know that this is a mockery of the people?"
"I already regretted agreeing to this," Aizawa sighed. He went over to untangle the boy. "One of the community organisations decided that heroes should also take on the role of 'educators'. So now some hero offices and academies are introducing special classes. And we've been given a few children to show them 'what it means to be a real hero'", he said.
The teacher was clearly mocking someone with that last sentence. But no one paid any attention. Midoriya looked at the teenager and smiled, but he just snorted in displeasure.
"And what's that about?" In contrast to Izuku, Katsuki was clearly in a negative mood about the whole situation and openly expressed his displeasure.
"It's about the one I'm entrusting to you two now." He released the child from his ribbons and finally introduced him to his students. "As a punishment."
"Midoriya tried to reason with her teacher: "But Aizawa-sensei, we're not even professional heroes yet! Her words made even more sense now that it had become their punishment. "Yes, and can WE teach something?"
"This is why I gave you this mission."
" Bakugou reluctantly clarified: "A mission or a punishment?
"This is Nakayama Fudo," Aizawa announced. He missed Bakugou's question. "You two get acquainted. And you, Midoriya, get changed or you'll catch a cold."
When the teacher left the room, silence fell. With an appraising eye, Fudo looked at the hero's costume. He didn't seem to be very impressed with Midoriya's and Bakugou's appearance, because at the end of the day, there was a sigh of disappointment.
"And this is the elite school of the UA? I expected more from their students." Fudo said with a chuckle as he sat down in his chair. Midoriya let out a nervous chuckle. Did Aizawa really have faith that they would be up to the task?
Bakugou turned and walked towards the bathroom, having watched the boy from the side until then.
"Hey, where are you going to go, Kacchan?"
"Like hell I'm going. I'm not babysitting."
"Kacchan, wait!" Midoriya called pleadingly, but the door closed behind him, leaving her alone with the angry boy. Izuku turned to him and smiled guiltily. "Forgive him. Hello, I'm Izuku Midoriya, hero name Deku."
Midoriya smiled and held out his hand to greet him, but Fudo just pushed it away.
"What kind of a stupid hero's name is that?"
"Exactly," Bakugou chuckled as he appeared in the room once more. Midoriya, who had been on the verge of an objection, was taken by surprise by a towel flying in her direction.
"'Kacchan?"
"Bakugou muttered and sat down across from Nakayama, "'Kacchan, 'Kacchan'. I am fed up. Don't ask for help when you get sick!"
"Right, I'll be right there!" Looking at the two boys staring without taking their eyes off and obviously not with good intentions, Midoriya questioned their caution. "I'm not sure I should do this now."
"Go ahead," Bakugou said. he threw a quick glance in her friend's direction. "I won't kill him."
The door closed behind Midoriya. An oppressive atmosphere lingered in the room. Nakayama was the first to be on the verge of a breakdown.
"Look, I've already figured out what to negotiate with this girl, she's got all these heroics on her mind, but you're just like me, aren't you?"
Bakugou raised an eyebrow in confusion. He guessed what Nakayama was talking about, but he had promised not to kill this guy.
"And what am I?"
"Well, you obviously didn't come here of your own free will, did you? Parents, eh? Mine also decide for me!"
Without waiting for the sentence to end, Bakugou jumped up. He grabbed Fudo by the collar.
"Listen, you 'expert'," Bakugou hissed. He came closer. "I wouldn't be here if I really looked like you."
The door opened and Midoriya was confronted with the sight she had been dreading to see.
"Kacchan, what are you doing?"
"You and I are different," Bakugou hissed in his ear, pushing Nakayama away. He still couldn't resist and fell over, hitting the corner of the chair painfully.
"Hey, are you all right?" Midoriya asked as she ran over to the Fudo and helped him up.
"Get off," Fudo said and jumped up, sniffing his nose. Somehow, Katsuki's calm voice scared him to death, and when his fists got a little smoky, he managed to regret that he had decided to bring it up at all.
"Our first meeting failed, but we'll have to see each other often. Let's settle down and join our classmates."
"Fudo muttered, looking cautiously in Bakugou's direction, "What didn't I see there? "A bunch of rich kids who decided to play hero."
"You're way off base," Midoriya shook her head in disagreement. She opened the door and let the boys out. "Get to know them first, then draw conclusions."
