It had been several days since the Reds and Blues have breached the GATE and claimed the territory surrounding it. The Area known as Alnus Hill by the locals was now occupied by around one thousand UNSC troops that were starting to build a possibly permanent base of operations. Command Center, barracks, hospital center, research center a recreational area for troops wanting a break after battle. But the occupation of these troops in the foreign land caused for an unrest in the people of land, specifically the officials of the land.

[The Imperial Capital]

The discussion of what was to be done about the GATE was part of the main discussion among the several elder gentlemen. After losing a large portion of their army the counsel of the Grand Empire grouped together in their senate building. The main floor was occupied by the Lord Marquis Casel.

As he stood in the center, his voice projected so loud that everyone could hear it, more specifically the man in front of him, his Majesty, Emperor Molto, "My Lord, the situation involving the GATE has become a catastrophe. Over 60% of our military forces have disappeared. Meanwhile the enemy is now occupying the surrounding area. I ask how you intend to respond? How do you intend to lead the nation during such a crisis."

"Steady Marquis Garcel..." The emperor placed a hand on his tired head and rubbed his pain away, "The once military advantage we have lost has disappeared overnight. I sense though, what troubles you more is whether the combined subordinate kingdoms can join forces and overthrow us." The emperor responded as his many years served him well. The Marquis' face let it show what was true, "That is the true threat isn't. Every time a situation like this happens: The Emperor, the Senate and the people of the Empire unite and become stronger than ever. We cannot win every war, I do not intend to place any blame on anyone because of it. I'm sure the Marquis and the Senate do not wish to converse and debate rather than let the capital be surrounded by it's enemies."

As the crowd of political officials started to speak among themselves one injured old man approached the center, "The enemy we fight is something else entirely. We have only engaged them in battle on two separate days and they have wiped out so many of us. Our troops couldn't even get close to them. It is as if they cast fire and magic themselves."

"Then we must fight. Our neighboring nations shall give us their troops in order to restock our armies to fight." One military man had declared.

One of the Senators stood up against this, "I fear that will only make our position with the people even worse."

Another argument between those wanting war and those requesting a peaceful option began. That ended as quick as it began when the Emperor raised his hand to silence the crowd as he spoke his new idea, "Waiting for matters to worsen is not the answer, therefore we must stand and fight. Send messengers as fast and far as their horses will carry them. Tell them we need their help and we it now. So be it, tell our allies to send their forces to our aid. It's time to take back Alnus Hill."

The entire courtroom cheered at the decision the king gave out, all but the Marquis who couldn't help but think this was a bad idea. This force sounded like an entire battalion of wizards.

[The Battle of Alnus: 2 Weeks Later]

Despite how long it took for a hundred thousand troops, a corps, to come together in the modern world. This was a very rapid response to the new threat in this world as several men on foot, horseback and so forth came together ready for war. The Battle for Alnus would be bloody and last only for a few days.

The first one's to attack were about a group of over ten thousand men as they marched forward to the GATE. Guarded by only five thousand soldiers, they believed this battle would be won easily by the end of the day. How wrong they were.

As their first attack came early in the morning it was over in just a few hours that. As the land itself seemed to have erupted beneath them with fire and thunder. The sound could only be compared to the fury of a God's wrath. They never knew the range of a tank shell, or what the hell a Tank even was. When the battle ended in the same hour it began, there was nothing but a mass of dirt and bodies laid out in front of them.

The next attack consisted of over forty thousand troops, which ended in the same result. Where they lost everyone within the same day to explosions from tanks and fire from bullets. So many dead to this force that they have outnumbered.

The final attack was a night raid, when the enemy was expected to be asleep where they attacked with the last of their force. Over twenty thousand men as they attempted to shamble through the side and gain a stealth advantage. All seemed well, until they were exposed because of the bright lights that came out of nowhere.

Flares from the sky dropped down as the exposed troops could do little against the enemy that fought from a distance. Soon enough in the darkness of the night the attack on Alnus Hill was snuffed out leaving few survivors of the chaos.

[The very next morning later]

Church and Tucker marched out on the field in their new gear as they looked for survivors in dirt that the battlefield left behind with another two hundred troops. Those that weren't there were either building, guarding or handling some other supplies. Church's rifle and Tucker's DMR aimed at the ground as they looked over the area.of the many enemies that they beat.

They both saw the crows and flies swarm in to pick at the fallen on the ground as they did their best to chase off the scavengers. Out of all the bodies only some close to a hundred were found alive, but there were signs that other survivors got away. Even signs that several troops had survived the battle and retreated on foot.

As Tucker got on his comms, Church could still feel the remnants of his artificial mind working as he replayed the scenario in his own mind. From what he could tell in his head, close to sixty thousand troops were in this battle, Tucker got off the communicator to confirm it.

"Aerial Recon just got confirmation. We're looking at around about fifty seven thousand two hundred and thirty dead, with about a five hundred body count margin of error." Tucker confirmed with a tired expression.

Church knew it, but his friend's word was enough to confirm it as well, "Added with fifty five thousand back home, we're talking about a little over an entire corps worth of troops gone."

"What the hell... this is messed up!" Tucker knelt down in the dirt examining a sword.

Church shook his head, "Just what kind of people send that many soldiers to their deaths so easily? What kind of people are we fighting?"

[Imperial Capital]

In the home of the Emperor he sat in his chair as he heard of the news that the soldiers from the combined allied nations have been defeated. He remained calm as he knew this would happen, and now he had no worry about his subordinate nations declaring war against him. However the threat of the invaders from the other side of Alnus Hill still posed a major issue.

One of his subordinates entered the throne room to discuss the matter with him, "Your Majesty. Including the dead and the missing, we estimate the losses our allied forces have suffered to reach one hundred thousand. The Remnant, Bereft of Lead Ership, appear to have scattered and dispersed home."

"Hmph just as expected." The Emperor pointed out.

The subordinate continued his speech, "However your Majesty, the movements of the enemy from the GATE is worrying."

"Even considering that you seem overly anxious, Internal Minister Marcus."

"Yes... it's been something form birth."

"Very well, I'll leave these things to my right hand man."

"If that is so then we must do everything that we can do to prevent them marching in on our territory. Burn the streets and crops, herd livestock towards the capital, poison the wells and waterways."

"Scorched Earth tactics?"

"It is what we must do..."

"What of the Marquis Garcel?"

"What of him?"

"Well it appears that in order to dismiss Your Majesty, he tempting to invoke a state of emergency."

"Hmmm. For now Let them do what they please. At this rate we'll be arguing among ourselves."

"Your Majesty!" The voice of a young woman called out as she approached. Her hair was a fiery dark reddish hue, eyes were matching with a blazing look.

"What is it daughter?" His Majesty asked.

Crown Princess Pina Colada spoke to her father, demanding answers, "Just what is Your Majesty doing while our country is in a critical situation? Have succumbed to senility?!"

"Your Highness, what are you doing?" The Internal Minister asked worried of her tone.

She looked the smaller Minister to the side, "This is concerning the troops that were captured from the other side. I trust that you have informed in?"

"Of-f Course." He lied.

"You snake! You haven't mentioned those brave soldiers who were taken have you?"

"At the current moment we are focusing on rebuilding and restructuring our army for an offensive attack."

"And how long will that take? With such delay the enemy forces may well be-"

"That's enough Pina..." The Emperor stood up to calm his daughter's wrath, "At the moment we are facing a shortage thanks to the enemy wiping out over half of our forces. The delay would happen regardless. However if you wish to aid, then I'm asking you to assemble your knights."

"Us Your Majesty?" Pina looked shocked at the mention of the Knights of the order of the Rose.

The King nodded, "Why not? You have been wanting to prove that you can do than march in color guard for so long. Have your order scout Alnus and report back whatever you may find to be crucial."

"Of course... Your Majesty." Pina agreed as her time had finally come.

[Alnus Hill]

Tucker and Church were in a tent where several men on computers, with phones nearby and a large map of the area sat at their desks typing away. This was one of the temporary communication centers where they would receive orders from Command back home and listen to what they were told to do. For the moment they were waiting to hear back from the man in front of them. Dressed in the new armor they were all given.

One of the main differences between their previous armor and this one was the lack of protection against bladed, piercing and blunt weapons. The armor pieces were replaced with a different polymer and gel that were shock absorbent. They could be ran over with a car and get up like nothing had happened. They also had their skin suits modified so that it would act more like chainmail. Certainly lacking against most ballistic weapons, but they made up for that with being much lighter. So light that the whole armor only weighed in around thirty pounds.

The man in grey and green armor got off the phone to look back at the two men in front of him, "That was the higher ups, they informed me that our new to send several recon teams out to obtain valuable intelligence. Political system, religious beliefs, what economic system are they working out."

"Okay, sounds good." Church nodded.

"Good luck to those brave souls going." Tucker added.

"Congratulations morons it's all yours." The Intelligence officer added, "You're assigned to the 3rd Recon unit."

"Just us?" Tucker asked.

Church turned to Tucker to ignore the asshole who mocked his intelligence, "Even if we get the Reds, Caboose and Doc we'd still be kinda short."

"Don't worry dummies we won't be sending you alone with them, we've had a few volunteers wishing to join you. Dr. Emily Grey, I trust you are familiar with. Kaikaina Grif and one of the Covenant Elites wished to join in as well. From what we can tell his name is Junior." The IO listed off.

Tucker sighed, "Well if we have to."

"It's an order, you have to." The man behind the desk stated, receiving a sigh from both of them, "So investigate the locals and if you don't get attacked make peace with them. You are also being issued several modified vehicles, report to the garage for them." Handing them a piece of paper, Church took it and the two headed off to the garage.

After getting a good distance away the two started talking to each other, "The fucks with that dude?" Church joked.

"Right? Such a dick. Think he's jealous?" Tucker piled on the insult.

Church smiled, "I'd be, especially if he was talking to us. Fuck him."

Once they had made it to the garage they inspected the paper to make sure everything was in order for them to get what they would need. Looking at the paper they were to meet someone named 'Tiny' and get their rides to the designated location. Church asked around and was pointed to the one mechanic underneath a warthog being modified.

He kept his eyes on the paper as he and Tucker read it off, "Are you Tiny? We were told you'd be the one to talk about our rides. We need a modified Warthog with a canopy, reinforced off road tires and suspension upgrades. Two Razorbacks one with an armored canopy the other with a heavily armored walls and roofing, both with advanced roll cages, tow hooks and flatbed storage and transport flooring..." For a moment Church paused to examine the paper to see what was written next, "What is this? Who names this stuff?"

"Oh that's the supplies and gear... why can't they just say that, now we need specific types and rounds." Tucker complained with Church as he looked at the mechanic getting up.

The mechanic was easily the tallest person that he had ever seen, taller than all the team he was with. Tucker looked at the approaching person and started to back away from Church who was stills reading off the list, "...Right and we need one some tools for repairs, some gas and food for travel just in case."

Church finally looked up as Tiny took the paper from his small hand and inspected it closely to make sure the order was correct, That's when she spoke, "Caaan DO!"

"Uh... thanks..." Church acknowledged as he backed up a bit with Tucker.

Tiny reached over to pat Church's shoulder and started going over the order, "We actually started moding most of the vehicles once we got through here. We might have one those Tanks at the ready, if not you can just hang around it'll only take a few hours or less. One sec boys." The tall woman known as Tiny skipped to the other side of the garage as Tucker and Church turned to leave.

"So... that happened..." Tucker reviewed.

Church agreed, "Yeah... I was not expecting that."

"Let's go get everyone together."

[Minutes Later]

Turned out that Tiny had several vehicles ready for such an occasion as she had her team drive them over to where the Reds and Blues along with Dr. Grey would be. Near the entrance to the base they set up at Alnus lined up everyone for the expedition. Church and Tucker came as Sarge finished lining everyone up.

"Alright Blues, we're all ready to move out." Sarge commented.

Tucker and Church spoke at the same time throwing both of them off, "Thanks old... man..."

The unison made everyone stop and stare at Dr. Grey started to analyze the two men, "Is this the sign of a power struggle?"

"My money's on Tucker." Grif cheered on.

Tucker shook his hands in defense, "No... no... this isn't some sort of power struggle."

"Yeah, just a simple mistake, Caboose told me I kinda led you guys." Church explained.

Tucker argued his point back, "I get that, it's just with Wash partnering back up with Carolina I just kinda lead the whole team together..."

"Should we have a cage match for you two?" Sarge joked around.

Tucker shook his head, "No, no need for that, I'm sure we can work something out. Without any violence."

"Yeah like a partnership, we can lead together, can't we? Co-Captains sound good?" Church suggested.

"Sure, yeah so long as everything is equal." Tucker added.

"Of course."

"Great."

The quiet air that followed was less comforting as the awkward agreement was ensured among the two leaders. Only to be stopped when Donut spoke to the group, "So... what do we do now?"

"Oh right... ummm. Tucker?" Church turned to his Co-Captain.

Co-Captain Tucker then stepped forward to address the plan, "Okay, so summary... explore the region, meet some locals and establish peaceful communication between us and the people. Any questions?"

"How friendly should we be?" Kaikaina raised her hand.

Church knew the group's track record and personality so he had to carefully pick the people to be friendly, "Friendly enough that we want them to like us but not to the point where we'd give them anything they want for free."

"So just like highschool again?" Simmons murmured under his breath.

"Alright teams move it out!" Sarge cheered well the teams finished loading up their gear into each of the vehicles. Sarge, Grif and Simmons in the Warthog with the heavy machine gun on top. Church, Tucker, Caboose, Junior and Kai in the lighter Razorback vehicle upfront. Finally Doc, Dr. Grey, Donut and Lopez in the heavier Razorback in the back holding the supplies. Thus began their trek through the vast area they were assigned.

[Coda Village]

The first destination of many other villages that they would face in their travels across the land, a human village. To avoid panic at the first sight of seeing them Tucker suggested they hide out in the bushes and let the least threatening faces greet them first. The faces being the pretty Kaikaina, the cute Caboose, Tucker declaring himself handsome and that was it. Not to say the rest didn't have their charms, they just really wanted negotiations to go over well. It really helped that Church was an expert in the language by this point.

After meeting with the village official from Coda, they discovered that most people around the world are just like them. Agriculture, farming, carpentry and other jobs from medieval times were the main source of income. Their government was just based off of who was the oldest, wisest and who was least likely to be a tyrant of the village. From what they also heard was that despite the fact that only humans were in the village other demi humans were also present in the world, they were just more rare.

After making acquaintances with the people they were given a map with directions to another village within the woods at least five hours away by a cruising speed. The perfect speed that didn't make it past the first hour. It stopped going so slow once Tucker started talking to Church who was smiling out the window. Tucker driving the car and Church in the passenger seat.

"What the hell got you so chipper?" Tucker questioned.

Church turned back to his friend, "Sorry just... still getting used to everything."

"You're a real boy Church."

"Up yours... hehehe."

"Hehehehehe... so what's it like?"

"I guess like taking your first steps, seeing through real eyes, don't forget tasting everything again. Have MRE's always tasted like shit?"

"Yeah... anything you miss?"

"Not really... from what Dr. Grey told me, despite my new body I should still have the same mental capacity, quick thinking and memory space as if I was still an A.I. Just now I can't do what I did before... y'know with computers, hacking and files."

"I meant anything from your past experience before but I understand that?"

"Everything, food I haven't tasted in a while, entertainment I forgot about, the thrills that get your heart rushing. All of it..."

As Tucker heard that he looked back at the open free road, as he tapped his fingers on the wheel. He turned on the stereo, which had his playlist from his MP4 player, pressing shuffle he radioed into Sarge, "Hey old man, think you could keep up?"

"Huh? What you talking about Tucker?" Sarge asked.

"Last one to the checkpoint has to admit their team sucks." Tucker declared as he took off from a steady 25 miles per hour to the vehicles top speed at 78 miles per hour in no time while Song 2 from Blur blasted on the radio.

Grif gripped the wheel as he prepared to take off after them, "Sir?"

"I will not tolerate a loss, damnit. Grif put the pedal to medal." Sarge demanded.

"Smartest thing you've ever said." Grif smiled as he shifted gears.

Simmons tightened himself in the gunner seat as he poked his head down, "Can I make suggestion?"

"No!" Both men up front shouted as they drove forward after them.

Lopez who heard the whole thing sighed as he simply went from 25 mph to 50 mph, because he knew if they wrecked those vehicles he'd have to fix them. So he dropped his head and prepared for the worst to take his time while his passengers enjoyed their time talking about medicine, home remedies other medical and non medical topics with Donut. He instead placed on his headphones and played his favorite songs in Spanish.

After over an hour and a half they were nearing their destination, which would have taken them another five or so. The race was close, neck and neck for an hour as the two cars traded profanities, quips and of course first place itself. Sometimes going off-road to get a little dirty to pass the other car while they felt the wind pass them all. During the excitement Tucker caught a glimpse at Church, holding on to his seat and the roof of the ride with a tight grip, with a look of pure enjoyment on his face. Sarge saw it too and had Grif look when he had the chance. It only felt right to give the (technically) new guy the victory.

As Tucker pulled ahead they came to a slowing stop as they passed their rest stop, just outside the village. Hopping out Church was feeling his nerves get the better of him as he bounced up and down. Sarge and Grif had smiles seeing the blue so happy as Caboose picked him up with ease. Tucker took the time to enjoy seeing his friend while preparing to meet the locals.

Once everyone cooled down Church, Tucker, Caboose and Kaikaina went down to meet the villagers while the others stayed back. The people they saw in the town all had pale faces, with brown, red or golden blonde hair but what took them by surprise was the ears. They were pointed at the end, elves, real life elves. Church made a mental note to keep an eye on Dr. Grey in the near future.

As the group of four, without helmets walked forward they were being crowded at a distance by the village people who observed the other worlders. It wasn't until a another group of three elven warriors approached, armed with bows in hand with quiver on their back, they passed through to meet the group. Their faces were filled with both confusion and caution as they observed the Blue Team members while having one hand on the bow and the other very fast in case they needed to reach their quiver.

The leading elf stepped forward to meet the others, he stood with his chest out, showing no signs of fear. His name was Hodor Marceau, he spoke with the wisdom and compassion of one who have lived several hundreds of years. Hodor began to converse with the multicolored people, who he could guess were soldiers of some type, "I am Hodor Marceau, who are you and what business have you for coming to these lands?"

Church took a moment to translate to Tucker, retelling the tale to him, "How should we respond?"

"Tell him the truth, obviously." Tucker started.

"Yeah but should we tell him we came from Chorus, we're with the UNSC or that we came from Alnus?" Church offered the options.

Tucker took a little time to ponder on the matter, "Let's try not to start a war so... why not say we're with the UNSC, we're from Chorus and we got back from Alnus?"

"Sounds good." Church turned back to the elf who waited patiently, "We are soldiers of the UNSC, we come from the land of Chorus. We bring no ill will towards you or your people, we arrived here from Alnus Hill."

As the name of Alnus Hill was spoken, the crowd began to murmur among themselves. Hearing the tales of the tragedy that befell so many soldier from the Empire and it's allies, obviously the group of elves worried about the fact these soldiers were from the other side of the GATE. Few of the only elderly looking elven folk whispered of the true tale of the GATE.

As tensions grew high a quick shadow was cast over them, then vanished for a moment while the soldiers from another world took a note of that, "What the hell was that?"

"Must have been a cloud or... bird." Tucker suggested to ease himself and Church.

The trees behind them seemed to burst into flames, as if napalm had been rained down from the sky upon them. That's when they saw it, towering like a building they came face to face with one of this worlds deadliest creatures, the Flame Dragon. Teeth like swords, claws like spears and wings with the force of a hurricane they saw this creature roar onto them.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!" Church exclaimed as the blues started backing away.

Before it could breath it's nasty flames several members of the town's people and the soldiers spread out to get to cover. Behind trees, in their home, even among the large stones in the ground. In one blast it took several unfortunate people who weren't quick or fortunate enough to get out of the way. It took one who survived in it's teeth, before launching the elf in the air, chomping down on the poor soul in a bloody mess.

It's meal was interrupted as Caboose and Tucker shot at it with Church missing his shot as they appeared from behind a collapsed tree with their helmets on. The loud, powerful bullets annoyed it, as several arrows from the elven warriors bounced off it's thick scales. Smacking a few elves from a bridge to their deaths their weapons proved ineffective while Tucker pulled Church in cover.

"Really, you have to miss now of all times?"

Church shouted back at Tucker, "I'm not trying to you dick, it's this GOD... DAMN... SCOPE..."

"Radio Sarge, we need help, now!" Tucker yelled and proceeded to shoot at it.

"Sarge do you copy?" Church started to contact the leader of red team.

[Red Team: Just out of earshot from gunfire and screaming range]

Sarge felt too uncomfortable just hanging back, as usual his face was turning red with impatience while Simmons had their usual stupid nerdy talk. This time the stupid topic was if Ghost Rider could beat Injustice Superman, given his magic weakness. Meanwhile Junior inspected the plasma rifle the alien brought with him, with a Brutus Spiker pistol as it's side arm. The vein on his forehead bulged something furiously as the peaceful was interrupted by a call on the radio helmet link.

Placing the helmet back on he answered the call, "Sarge! Come in, Sarge! Need back up now!"

"What are there sticks and stones too much for you?" Sarge mocked with a smile on his face.

The background noise was filled with cries, bullets popping off, and something he never heard before as Church struggled to get through, "Sarge *bzzzz* Dragon! *bzzzz* Get *bzzzz* Now!"

"Uhhh Sarge?" Simmons called out as everyone looked to see Junior running to the forest, where a column of smoke rose to the sky.

Grinning under his helmet he jumped into the shotgun seat with his in hand, pointed to battle, "To the fight Simmons, this is gonna be epic?"

"Shouldn't we wait for Lopez or Doc, or anyone else?" Grif suggested.

Sarge smacked him in the head, "Shut up idiot, foot on gas or my foot in your ass."

"Sir, I agree, shouldn't we wait for the calvary?" Simmons added.

"We are the fucking calvary. Now, CHARGE!" The Reds rolled into battle passing Junior on the way to face the beast.

[With Blue Team]

While Church finished up the call, another several more villagers died to this terrible monster. While the rifles and pistols seem to just tickle the monster, and the arrows did absolutely nothing to it at all against the impenetrable skin of the beast. Meanwhile as Church hurried to recalibrate the sights, Kaikaina began to guide the elves out of the village to safety as Tucker and Caboose kept the monster busy.

Once the sights were finally fixed Church took aim at the barn sized head of the animal and waited for an ideal moment. Finally he shot straight at the side of it's jaw, a tiny speckle of blood was seen as Church finally nailed his shot. Granted his target was the size of a medium spacecraft and should have been damn near impossible to miss the first time. That didn't stop him from celebrating, " Ha! Did you see that? I fucking nailed it! Tucker, I hit it!" His cheer got the attention of the same beast he hit, "Oh fuck!"

Turning to run Church lept over rocks and ran as fast as he could, jumping over a log for cover as fire just passed over his head. While the beast went to bite the tree and possibly Church it was rattled by the fire of a new enemy he faced. The Warthog rushed through the inferno wall and entered the fray as Simmons blasted it's head.

"Yeah, suck it Red! I mean... that Red Dragon not us obviously, but... meh fuck it." Simmons declared as he kept firing.

The constant rattling bothered and softened the scales on the side of it's face as Junior came in and introduced the beast to a new kind of magic, "Blargh!" The magic of a plasma round, the new weapon type burned the Dragon's fire proof skin as it never knew what hit it. For once in it's life the monster was feeling pain, pain it never thought could have happened to it.

While the new weapons started to hurt it, an older weapon was about to injure it greatly, a bow and arrow to be precise. The leader, Hodor, took aim again but this time began a chant, "Acutehno uniky Oslashdi jopo duml yum-uya uhooker!" (I had to look up this shit on the manga, best respect my dedication) With a magic arrow, the shot pierced the Dragon's eye, distorting it's vision while several more people fled.

As some elves fled, Tucker noticed a young orange haired elven child, who looked no more than 5 was crying in the middle of the battlefield. Holstering his rifle he rushed out from his cover and scooped up the kid. He picked her up and started to spin around looking for her parents, seeing them just in the distance ushering him to her. While Tucker made his way to the parents several elven troops rushed past him to send their arrows at the Dragon who started to spew fire at random. He ducked burning branches, dodged fiery debris to the side even jumping over corpses still hot with flame. Making his way to the family to reunite them together he went back to the battle which may soon turn into a crazy fight.

As he pulled his rifle back out he loaded up and looked around only to see an elven woman freeze up in battle. She couldn't release her bow as her hands kept trembling while staring at the horrifying creature. The Dragon spotted her and thought she was an easy prey to snack upon, so he moved it's way towards her. With a wicked looking smile it made it's intentions obvious.

Tucker was quick as he ran for the girl to protect her from the impending doom that would come her way.

With a mighty run and a dive, he tackled her into the well she stood in front of. He was able to position himself so that his advanced armor would take up most of the impact of the hits. As he bounced from wall to wall of the well, she didn't hit the stones but felt the force bang her around. Splashing into the water with a crash, she fell unconscious while Tucker soon felt his alertness fading. When his eyes were too heavy he himself gave in to an involuntary slumber.

[Hours Later]

Tucker woke to the sound of the some lady calling out to him in a foreign language and thumping on his chest. Normally that only happens when he travels internationally back on earth but he opened his eyes to see a beautiful sight. It was the elven girl calling to him in her tongue, which he still couldn't fully understand.

As he got up he felt his aching beat up body cry out to him take it slow while he sat up against the wall behind him. As she looked at him for answer, he noticed her soaking wet clothes while his helmet was flooded with water. He heard his com-link buzz in his ear from the static of a struggling call.

"Tuc- *bzzz* -ou ther- *crackle* -swer me- *pop pop* ker!" Who could only be Church called for him.

Tucker dumped the water out as he revealed his face so he could call out to his friend. He pulled out the com piece and spoke into the mic, "Church! I'm here, do you hear me? I feel into a well with another survivor, can you find us?"

Within the same minute Church looked down the well they we're at to see his friend and a young elven woman down there, "I've found them, Sarge bring the cable!"

The same Sarge tossed the cable down, which unfortunately landed on the elf's head, putting her unconscious again. The clank was heard up top as Sarge looked down, "What was that?"

"Nothing..." Tucker lied to avoid suspicion and in turn a possible war. So much for first impressions, now what?

[To be Continued]

Okay thank you all so much for sticking with me, I honestly wasn't sure what to expect but I'm glad it's positive. Hopefully I might be able to have the same potential as another Author on here who made a previous RVB GATE crossover. In case you haven't seen it, I recommend reading it.

Also Just gonna answer two questions I know are probably formulating in your minds.

1. How come Church's sniper rifle is able to punch through the thick Dragon armor when no other gun could have?

Church's sniper uses 14.5x114mm round, which is much larger than the Warthog's 12.7x99mm round. That small difference can change the tide of battle.

2. Is that actually the spell or did you just say "fuck it"?

I checked the sub/dub versions of the anime for it, and then I had to look at the manga on a website to look for that exact moment. Then use google lens to copy the spell and that's what it came up with. Maybe I'm off. Maybe not. That's what I got.

Also sorry Kai and Junior didn't have a chance to speak much but I find it hard to add dialogue sometimes. Don't though she'll find some way to please everyone.

Until next time Churchisalive signing off for now.
